Great Professor that cares about teaching AND learning. Easy to pay attention to as well!

A very nice and engaging professor if you put in the effort and take notes you'll do fine she's one of the best professors I've had since I've started school.

Shes an easy professor to come by , come to class and do the work you are going to pass . She only gave us 1 paper assignment (had the whole semester to finish it) and she gives a lot of discussion questions for points

She is an easy professor if you do your part by doing your work. She looks out for her students by giving out a couple extra credit assignments to improve their grade whether they are failing or not.

I've had professor Whiting two semesters for two different courses, she is the same kind easy going professor. She actually cares about her students learning the subjects we're studying and making it enjoyable at the same time.

This was one of my favorite classes for Spring 23. Professor Whiting wants you to understand exactly what she is teaching. We laugh in every class, because she makes it fun and interesting. As long as you pay attention, COME TO CLASS, DO THE WORK, and if you have questions please ask, you will pass this class. Professor doesn't want to fail anyone.

Dr. Whiting is so relatable and makesher lectures very interesting. Her grading scale is clear a precise and she offers extra credit oppurnuties.

Awesome Professor! I was very nervous taking her class because of the time. .She takes feedback well, the class expressed that we didn't do too well on the test so she was very open to adding an extra step to help us get the proper knowledge. She is funny and ask engaging and relatable questions to help us understand the lecture.

Great Professor. Everything is good with Professor Whiting. You will need the book it helps more than powerpoints. Test are difficult but just study and take notes in class(a lot of notes). I love the class assignments. I would recommend taking this class.

Buy the textbook!!! Yes the lectures are helpful but utilize your textbook. Class participation comes easy with her because she brings the energy that makes the class comfortable enough for open discussions. You have to study, you can use your notes on tests but must be hadn't written or typed.

Dr.Whiting is very sweet, and she really wants you to succeed. There are in class assignments so if you know your attendance will be an issue, I would let her know at the start of the semester. All in all it was a good class, but be prepared to take notes and read your textbook!

Attendance is not mandatory, however she goes over chapter notes in class. She does not post them on Blackboard, so come to class and participate. She is very understanding, make sure to read the book. You wont survive without the book.

I am half way through the semester with Prof. Whiting so far she has been an amazing. Classes are very lecture heavy so you will have to read the chapters so I recommend getting the textbook, there are a couple of assignments you need to turn in and exams you will have to take in person (except the final). Take notes and you should pass the class!

If you do not come it is very hard to pass. She has a great personality very clear about course work an is I recommend that you show up a try your best a she offer extra credit.

She talks with her students to get a feel if they are understanding the material and when it comes to the test you just need to review the specific topics (she'll tell you what you need to know).

Taking Professor Whiting was challenging but easy to manage. She is very hands on with her students and wants to see them succeed

Aslong as you do all assignments assigned you will be good.

Not a lot of assignments to do in this class. In the lecture she goes over the notes but you will have to go back and read it before the exams. The exam questions are worded differently then the class talks about them.

8/10 very straight forward and also a good time. Pay attention to the lectures and make sure you read the book. Her test are kind of hard because they are worded weirdly but for the most part easy class easy A.
