Dr. Isakandarova is great! She takes the time to build relationships with her students and encourages participation in class. Her classes are lecture heavy, but also involve a lot of activities and a group project. I really enjoyed her BUS-300 class, and it wasn't very hard! Just takes a lot of time to complete some of the work.

Dr. Iskandarova was one of my favorite professors! She took time to make sure every student was heard & took all of our feelings into consideration. The tests and quizzes are online, and she is very understanding about switching assignment due dates. She is super enthusiastic and has so much passion about the class! Tests from am-pm, not just class time. Book was required but you'd be fine w/o one cause lecture slides help w/ everything. She also has a fun enthusiastic personality.

Pretty much every day you will be working with a group for a semester long project. The quizzes are open note, and the exams are taken at home.

You will work on one main group project throughout the semester. You will have smaller quick assignments during class, but those are very few. Quizzes are on canvas almost every week, 10 questions. Homework was very rare, only if you fall behind on the project requirements with your group.
