I actually like her!! She is funny and her class is not so serious, you can get an easy A if you do the questions and listen in class which are very easy to do... definitely recommend taking her.

If you go to class everyday and pay attention you will pass this class with a B or higher. She accepts late work and reviews before each test.

All the bad reviews are all wrong. This class is a cake walk. The only annoying thing is that we read the chapters out loud in class and they're long as hell...but that's it!!! She makes you highlight what's on the test and she reviews the test before you take it. She has a pretty good sense of humor too. I enjoyed her.

Great professor, she explains everything and reviews the questions of the test right before. The only thing that is mandatory is the book, other than that easy A plus she's hot and has a sense of humor.

Goes over a new chapter every class so it is not wise to skip a class; however, she does intensive reviews the day before every class that are VERY helpful. Love this professor and would absolutely take another class with her again!

Shes a tough grader on classwork, just an FYI don't ever answer a classwork question in 1 sentence make it a paragraph long! You don't really ever do much in class shes always going over the information you need for the next test but you can print them all out or download them on your computer. Oh and you can use all your notes on the final!

Don't listen to the bad reviews, this class was a breeze and fun! I would definitely recommend her and take her again( if I can). She makes you work for the grade but is an easy grader once the work is done. Not smart to miss any deadlines though because she deducts from the points for each missed deadline.

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I LOVED this professor, the projects were challenging, but I like a challenge, I started out not knowing much but she explained everything and was sooooooooo helpful, it was such a fun class! Tests were easy JUST TAKE HER!

Took this blended. Not an amazing class, but easy to do well in. The subject matter was interesting, but the lectures felt too long compared to how easy the quizzes and tests were. The professor allowed us to use the powerpoints on the tests and quizzes and the questions came directly from them. She clearly laid out grading scales and directions.

Get this class she's the best! I learned a lot and the work I did in her class paid off I get lots of compliments for my work, projects seemed time consuming at first but when you're done it looks awesome... so worth it

She does assign a lot of homework at first, but she takes the time to show us what we need to do, and is willing to work with everyone. She really pushes students to do more than they never thought they could. She is also really funy and sweet. I recommend you take her class. She even wants everyone to get an A in her class.

Shady is strict and wants things done her way specifically. It can get annoying but she is not budging. Eventually she warms up to students a little more, and she's very nice. She is a real artist aside from teaching, and has a lot of knowledge to share. Make good use of your time with her, you can learn a lot if you go with the flow.

Learned a lot, be prepared to work though. She's strict at first but when she sees your work ethic she softens up. I recommend her.

She really knows her stuff. But she's really annoying with the way that she wants things done. But you just have to do everything she says exactly how she says. My only real problem with her is the "umm". Every lecture is "blah blah umm.. blah umm... blah blah blah umm" It seriously gets on your nerves after a while. But overall she is a good prof.

Shady was a really unique professor. Her lectures weren't boring, and we got to watch videos of artists criticizing work, too. The only thing that really threw me off about her class was that she did not like paraphrasing, and she wanted us to copy directly from websites for our in-class essays. Other than that, I recommend the class completely.

Some people happen to clash with this professor due to her responses. She seems to feel offended when people don't do her homeworks. There are a lot of things that could go wrong. Whatever you do, DO NOT TALK BACK!!! I have seen many students get into it with her and it is respectful to simply try to listen and decide what you're going to do next.

Professor Shady is great, she likes things done her way, but all around she is very nice and easy going. She makes the work super easy with her lectures short and straight to the point. You will have to write a small paper each class but guess what? you just have to copy straight from a website. (yes pleaseee!)Tests and quizzes are online. EASY A!!

I love Shady! I took her for Drawing 1 and 2D. She can be a bit strict with her guidelines but she really knows her stuff and she will support you and push you to be the best you can be. She has been my favourite art professor I've ever had. If you really want a good structured class and want to improve, take her!!!

She really pushes you to do your best. She also takes the time to help each student individually in their projects. I have never drawn the way I do before I had her as a professor. Sweet, funny, and truly an inspirational and respected professor. If I could give a score from 1 to 10, I would give a 50. That awesome.

In the beginning I was not look forward to taking this class but Professor Eshghi made it so much better. You definitely have to do your part and make sure to take notes when she's giving lectures. If you pay attention and do your work there's no reason you'll fail. It's an easy A if you follow instructions. Thank you for an awesome semester!!

Professer Shady is super easy!! all of the tests and FINAL are ONLINE! she will not accept talking or texting, so make sure to give her your full attention, but she is super sweet and its an Easy A!!! I recommend taking her!!

Professor Eshghi's lectures r very clear. My class was on Thurs. U will have 1 Quiz and Test due in D2L every week. At the end of every class, she'll give u a topic to write about where u can use your cell phones. On the last day of your class, u'll have a Research paper due. If u do your work, u will pass. It's very easy class.

Super easy a test and quiz due at the end of each week and one research paper (due later on) the test, quizzes and final (no midterm) are online and there are PDF's on what your testing so you can keep those open the answers are in there just need to read super easy and gives like 4 assignments for extra credit

Make sure you do all your work and never be late or absent. If you know how to work on photoshop then this class is for you and if you don't then this class not for you. Be really creative, and always have fun in what you do.

I had her a few semesters back both for drawing and 2D Design, loved all the projects we did, a lot of work but definitely pays off. She's cool except for texting and absences, if you do the work, you'll learn a lot and a good grade

Great class, LOVED her plus she gives 10 full extra credits that bumped my grade from B to A!!!

She's a good professor. you will learned a lot from her class as long as you come to class, take your quizes and test. class participation is mandatory. you only have one research paper to do. the test are easy.

This class was an easy A. Like the professor, I just suggest that you take your tests before class and take your quiz right after class while the content is still fresh.

I took 2D Design with Prof. Eshghi. She's pretty chill just don't text and NEVER miss deadlines. If you are down for a good structured class where your take easy steps to create great projects this class is for you. Take her! If you don't fool around you get almost ALL of your work done in class. I loved this class and her. Only 2 easy tests.

Explains material well, very clear expectations, easy going. Just pay attention and don't miss class. Very easy A.

Professor Shady's class is not easy because she pushes you to do more and better all the way to the end, bit I grew because of that and learned so much and am thankful for her to push me to go beyond the usual, I definitely recommend her �� thank you!

She's a remarkable artist herself which inspired us to draw more and learn more. She's patient and likes to guide you but so if you want to take your art to the next level, take this class! Her drawing classes are awesome and the environment she creates for her students is unique. Who doesn't want to draw while listening to music?! Loved the class!

Don't listen to the haters, I loved her class, learned a lot, sure she can be blunt sometimes and strict with attendance but I rather have a good feedback to be able to grow as an artist. With all the hard work in the end I got an A which was so worth it, the extra credit was sweet too!

I had her for figure drawing and she rocked! She expects A LOT from you but fun class overall and I definitely improved a lot. Just do the work, and respect her time.

I was nervous going into this class because of all the mixed reviews I read here. The truth is that she is one tough cookie. This class was hard for me only because it was thought online. However, if you show up everyday on time and do your work its a guaranteed A. She doesn't like slackers. I loved that class and would take her again

This professor is one of the better ones Ive had. Haha takes her time to explain and if u have questions she does not hesitate to go more in depth. If there are mistakes with due dates she quickly corrects them and give ample time to make it up. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I never knew i would enjoy art so much! Thanks professor. Professor Shady's class was my absolute favorite, clear lectures and grading criteria, I found a new appreciation for art even though I wasn't much interested. Tests and quizzes are all online, she explains everything on the upcoming tests and quizzes every session and you get class participation points for just showing up! Excellent professor.

Had her for art appreciation and this was the easiest class ever! Just one research paper and 10 extra credit which got my grade up to A �� we watched videos and short assignments easily passed with little to do

I had Professor Eshghi during the spring semester of 2021. She's one of the best art professors I've ever had! She cares a lot about the quality of your work and pushes you to do your best. I had a family emergency about a month into the semester and she was very understanding. As long as you show up to class and do the work, you'll do well! :)

I LOVED this class, she very caring and we had fun as a class! Projects were always easy but she was there every step of the way definitely recommend her

Shes nice and doesnt give assignments. There are quizzes and tests every week which are very easy and can be completed by reading the lessons on D2L. Theres a research paper that requires you to go to a museum which was pretty easy and the paper doesnt need to be long at all. Overall, shes a good teacher and I would definitely take her again.

Another easy class. We had one research paper to do at the end of the semester, but it's very easy. The assignments are easy and quick to complete. The tests and quizzes are multiple choice and the answers are found in the files she provides for the class.

Had a great experience in her class and would definitely recommend taking her, easy A+ y'all!

She's tough but helps you grow through the semester, the class is intense but it's like if you want to get better there's no way around that, so why bother? no tests and most of the work can be done in class if you do the work and follow her instructions you'll definitely get an A

Def. a better Ins. especially for online. Replies promptly. If you make an error as long as you fix it you will get credit. Lots of reading but if you do the work the grades will come. Clears any confusion and announcements are displayed clearly. Great class and Ins. Would take again!

Best professor out there, she made us work really hard and I'm not gonna lie it was tough but at the end of the semester I had the best work in my life, definitely recommend her class if you want to build your portfolio otherwise if you're a slacker don't take her

This class have somewhat of a lot of work but they are easy she gives you enough time to complete the work. You do not have to know art to pass this class. If you fail this class. it is simply because you did not try nor did you did you do the work. I would take her again without hesitation

This class was a breeze! Just do the discussions, and the final paper, I contacted her and she let me go to an alternative museum which was not even on her list she lets you rewrite the paper for a better grade if any Ai was detected, and I did mine and she gave me 100 on it. She has a personal number you can contact her.

Tests were not proctored and were easy as long as you did the reading. Each module was due weekly and there was a final paper. She was easy to contact if I had questions or worries about my grades, and would respond timely with good communication. She grades fairly and nicely.

She is knowledgable and wants to see her students succeed. However, she can come off as passive aggressive and will put you on the spot in front of the class if you don't do the projects the way she wants them done. As long as you do the work correctly and on time, and attend classes, you will be fine.

I loved this professor. She would constantly reopen assignments giving us extra time. She was really caring. Dont expect to not do anything, there are various assignments each week but they are doable. All the work is open from the beginning so u are able to get ahead of everything. Complete everything following the rubric and u will get an A+

She extended all deadlines two or three Times over the semester which helped me with my busy schedule and kids. She's caring and understanding and would respond quickly when I texted her. I take online classes as much as possible and I really appreciated her flexibility
