She is a knowledgeable, energetic and young teacher. She is very clear with what is expected. If you listen in class and highlight your book as she lectures, you'll get an "A".!!!! I would highly recommend her.

Very easy online class. The teacher seems to have fewer computer skills than other online professors. All things totalled, she is a good teacher to take this class with. I was not having to spend an extra $15 for the online content as most other professors don't require this, but the material was worth it.

She is very clear on what you need to do, she is knowledgeable, young, and helpful. Her lectures are right from the book website ppt handouts. Great teacher. I'm glad I took her, but you could take it online with her, and get the same results.

Very,very boring even if you're interested in the subject, specially the 3 hour class. She iis a nice lady, but she just reads from the book, in other words you will learn the same if you just read the book. Tests are long and difficult.

This class is extremely boring, but that's not all! all the bs that you see during the 3 hour class is not in the exams! trcky questions, so be prepare to read the entire book to have at least a c in the tests. This class is a waste of time and money, all she does is read and read and read and read. Too bad because she is a nice lady!

I got an easy A in this class. The material was straight from the book and so were the questins on the test, becouse the came out of the end of each chapter. If your looking to be amused by her it wont happend but if you want an A just to boost up your GPA take her P.S she explains the material if you do not understand it

Nice lady but with the online class she is slow to respond to postings, and does not care if the computer effects your quiz grade. IF you do take the online class ,studuy the practice questions she gives, because its almost the exzact same questions on the real quiz. The class is easy but all you do is read so you really don't learn much.

I took the online class during Summer C and it was pretty easy. We were given three assignments and three chats, as well as quizzes every week. Sounds like a lot of work, but many of them could be done in an hour. Easy A!!

I tokk this class online. It was so easy!!! I dreaded taking it but doing it online was the best. I think if I took it in person it would have been a nightmare. She was very helpful. I took Professor Bull for an online class so I never met her. She was very helpful. She responds to emails quickly. The quizzes and tests were a little hard because there is so much information, but answering the study questions helps a lot.

She is a great online teacher. She accommodated her students by responding to the emails very quickly. She gave practice tests, do those practice tests before U take her exams. Some of the questions on the practice tests will show up on the exams.If U responds to students discussion, U'll receive 40 points for class participation.

I took this class online. Usually had 1 quiz and a short discussion every week. TAKE the practice quizzes before you take the quiz b/c some of the same questions are on the graded quizzes. Read the chapters & you will get nothing less than a B.

Really nice lady who is good at what she does. The class is not very hard, just a lot of memorization. You could pass without buying the book. I only used it maybe once or twice. If you are just looking for a science class, this is a pretty easy class and you will learn how to eat healthier in the process.

i am taking her class at the PBG campus. She is a nice teacher(extremely sarcastic), but it adds a little excitement to the class. She means well and knows only her subject. (when you ask abstract questions she gets lost in it). Overall shes a simple class and i would recommend her to anyone. Ps. ask her personal question, u'll get a kick out of it

She is really nice, her lectures are really great iloved them, shes funny, she lets us out early, she gives extra credit, she emails notes & gives powerpoint lectures, her class is made up mostly of girls i was the only guy so take if your a guy her test come from the books took me a bit to find that out so all i had to do is actually read to pass.

never met her but was always helpful always replied within twenty four hours.. test r kind of hard if you dont read the text book.. but they do not count as much for your grade anyway! so i really recommend her !

I took this class online and had a great experience! Professor Bull responds quickly to all emails and is very helpful and organized. I took her online. Very well organized. Power points were helpful. There is practice test that you can take several times. although it is not exactly like the actual test, it is helpful. only negative she does not accept late work. Would recommend her. i used the ebook version which is cheaper and great for an online class.

Took her online she was easy but you have to due the test/discussion board on time there is no make up date. Also need the textbook to take quiz and have to interact with other students. Had a good semester got an A.

She's pretty quick when it comes to responding to emails. You have a test each week and a discussion. You also have 3 easy assignments but a deadly group project that could easily be done alone. Some of the test questions aren't in the book so it makes the test hard and others are easier. The powerpointpractice quizzes help you study. Read!

Excellent professor!!! Easy class, but you have to show your work! Tests are tough, but can do extra credits to add-up your grade. Do all your homework, so you will have a good grade.

This course was an average level class. I would recommend this class to others. The work is not difficult. There are discussions every week but they are simple and assignments are easy as long as you have read some of the material. There are timed quizzes every week and I would recommend reading the book a bit along with the powerpoints to prepare.

Great class! For each unit, you have a short assignment, discussion posting, and a quiz, make sure that you do well on the quizzes they are worth the biggest percentage of your grade. The quizzes are open note, so use your resources wisely. Take this professor I promise you, you will not regret it.

This class has a weekly discussion on Blackboard, weekly assignments and weekly quizzes. The quizzes were sometimes tricky. But, as long as you do all the above, it's an easy A.

Ok so I was BEYOND extatic and grateful to have another choice verses the other Nutrion professor at LSSC . Who is a horrible instructor. Mrs. Bull is a Gem . Do you work and follow your assignments and syllabus and you will get an Easy A . But with all things there is work to be done in all classes. I liked her a lot because she is caring.

Need to attend class for participation, all quizzes are online. There are no tests but a big project that is simple and easy! This course was great and Professor Bull is so sweet.

Quiz answers are on quizlet not all but the majority are there (about 80%), so do yourself a favor and take this class. P.S you don't need a camera or any secured browser when taking the quizzes, so you're good if you have quizlet open on another tab in the same browser. GOOD LUCK !

online class basically required you to read the WHOLE TEXTBOOK so get ready! quiz every week along with discussions/assignments and a big diet project due by the end (start early!!) very informational as well and professor was always quick to respond to any questions or emails.

TAKE HER. Absolutely NO tests. Everything is online, just show up to class for attendance. There are quizzes and discussions that are fast and easy. She does a few in-class participation worksheets but they are all your opinion and you get full points, do yourself a favor. She is sweet and LOVES what she teaches so it makes the class enjoyable.

Loved this teacher! It was a purely online course and I was extremely skeptical because of other comments, but I did not regret taking her. So easy and understandable- once you read. She gives many opportunities for extra credit, a good amount of discussion to participate in, super easy exams, and homework. NO FINAL!

Professor Bull is great. She is extremely clear in her instructions. Easy navigated online class, as long as you do your work you should get an easy A. Discussions every week due & quizzes, but they aren't hard at all, no midterms or finals! She gives multiple extra credit opportunities.

She was a nice professor. There are quizzes & online assignments on mindtap basically every week. Theres a project at the end of the semester which is easy & you basically have the whole semester to do it. I will say the lectures were very boring.

Let me be clear, she is very straightforward. She expects you to be in class and not show up late which is typical for real life. If you are lazy, you will not learn, and I can assure you that the class cannot be easier than it is. If you care, she cares, and she does notice. Take her if you want a taste of how real life is. I would take her again.

Highly recommend this professor for Elements of Nutrition! The class was mainly broken into a case study, a discussion, and a quiz. These 3 assignments were due every Sunday. I would complete them within the last hour it was due. Ended the class with an A, but be careful not to miss any assignments, as I missed two, which dropped my grade by 7%.
