She is the best teacher to take for A&PI. I loved the way she teach. She give you wonderful notes on each chapter and she go over them and discuss the key points that you will need to know on the test. She have a great sense of humor. Awesome! She makes sure that u remember to wear gloves when you examine patients,learn the clinical term for everything and that practice makes perfect! She understands how it feels to be a student unlike other teaches that act like they were born with degrees. Dont skimp on this 1! Micro is not an easy class so I am very grateful I chose her class

I love this professor so much that I took her for AP 1&2, micro and medical term. So I am a fan. She makes learing enjoyable and understanding. If she taught anything else I would take it because that is just how much I enjoy being in her class. I still remember what I learned in her classes because she has a way of making the information stick.

One of the best instructors at FCCJ. Knows the material and makes it informative and interesting. Has a great sense of humor and her timing is perfect. Tough 8 weeks though - LOTS of material to cover. Study and pay attention to the reviews and you get an A.

Nice teaching style. She gives very good and thorough reviews that help right before the test. Makes the material easier to understand than the book.If you read and understand her THOROUGH notes, you should get no lower than a "B".

If anyone can teach an 8 week AP class it is her! She's excellent! I'd like to warn nursing students that the 8wk API class (9 hours long) was thorough, but the 8 week APII class was very rushed due to only being a 3 1/2 hour class. This class REALLY needed to be 9 hours long too, but it is NOT Dr. Springs fault.

Dr. Spring is a wonderful Professor. She really cares about her students. It is not an easy course you have to study. You can def get an A+ It is a lot of self studying. If you have problems in her class it is because you are lazy. She makes the class interesting. You can learn alot from her. I highly recommend the class.

Take her for anything you possibly can--you will be glad you did. she makes the class fun and teaches in a way that makes sense. just because she is a good teacher doesn't mean she just hands out A's. You do actually have to study and earn it. if you don't want to study, you shouldn't be in school.

Wonderful Professor/Doctor with tons of knowledge that she's more than willing to share!!! Makes learning the difficult subjetcs of API & APII very very EASY and ENJOYABLE!! I recommend her FULLY! Dr Springs was fair about what is on the test she actually discuss the test before she gives it to you. Whoever wrote the last note was not paying attention. The only thing was true is she donot use the book very often, she has her own study notes. I recieved an A. I have been out of school for a very long time. STUDY!!!

I took her twice for bsc2085c and bsc2086c passed both times....Before her I took a different professor and failed, he made it hard then what it really was...

Dr Spring is an excellent teacher. Very interesting instructor and knows how to keep your attention. I had a 5 hour class that felt like 1 hour. She gives great examples that help you relate to the material in everyday verbage. You MUST STUDY! the material she gives you! She doesn't teach from the book but she encourages you to use the book.

I took Dr. Spring for API and II and loved the way she broke down this difficult subject into every day language. Study hard, and put this info into long-term memory! I'm in the nursing program and doing great

If you are going into Nursing she is the one to take for Anatomy 1&2. She gives you a real advantage in Nursing classes.

Dr. Spring is an amazing asset to FSCJ. Her passion and knowledge of the material is very evident in every session. Be warned her lab exams are bit challenging. With proper studying you will do very well in her class. She wants every student in her class to make an A and will help in in any way possible. I will definitely be taking her for A&P 2.

Okay so my only complaint is that she gives one HEAVY workload every week we had a quiz, discussion board (needed to be actively participating) due Wednesday with responses throughout the week not in the same day. And two labs(after midterm dropped to one) she was nice, and understanding would have received and A if I studied more for the midterm

She is a great teacher. Her lectures are very specific to test material, an she writes and draws everything on the board, which makes it very easy to take notes. But you don't really need to because she made a course guide for the students to buy that covers everything on the exams. She gives a lot of extra credit and is good w deadlines.

LOVE THIS PROF! We all know AP2 is not easy but she really clarifies in a way that helps you understand. She gives hw, but grades for COMPLETION. Lectures are funny/interesting and lots of extra credit opportunities. Tests are tough but if you study you'll do good. You'll leave the class satisfied and surprised of all the things you've learned.

This class is NOT an easy "A", but its NOT a hard "A" either. You just really have to put the time in and STUDY !!! If you study, you should make an A or B. I'm taking her again.

Dr. Spring is the best teacher at FSCJ for Biology and APs. Tell you what to study for the test, you better believe her. The guidebook is your best friend and use it for test. I took her for AP1 Biology this spring and will take her for AP2 this summer. She wants all the students to pass her courses. I would take her again.

Dr. Spring is AMAZING! I have taken her for three classes. I wish she would teach Nursing classes. Her lectures are long, but she goes over everything that is on the test. She simplifies things that are in the book. We may have not opened the book often, but you still need to buy it for reference. I have Aced all three classes. Be prepared to study

She is honestly such a good teacher. She explains things in a way that helps us understand. Class is long but she offers a break. Tests are easy if you study the course guide book. She literally states what will be on the test. She helps wherever she can. She made microbio extremely interesting. I definitely recommend her for this course.

Dr. Spring is the BEST professor i've ever taken for A&P2. This is a tough course but she has a lab manual for all homework & learning. Her tests come from the homework questions. Come to class and she'll give you extra credit for just being there. Find a study buddy & you will do amazing with her!

She has a course guidebook you use for the class so the actually textbook isn't needed. She lectures and shows you what to highlight so you know what to study for the exams. If you don't study you will NOT pass, study the material and you will pass. This is my 2nd semester with her and I've finished with an A both semesters. Taking her next sem.

Dr. Spring is an outstanding professor!!! I went into MCB concerned about the difficulty of the material, but she is incredible at teaching and providing what info you need to know for the tests. Didn't need the textbook, just her workbook from the bookstore. What she tells you to highlight is exactly what will be on the tests.

Im glad is over and wont take her again. She rather gives you a bad grade for an answer that is right just because you didnt follow instructions supposedly.

I've taken Dr. Spring for AP1, AP2, and Micro and received A's in all classes. It's not an easy A, but certainly not a hard A either as long as you study the material (she does guide you on what to study and gives hints on what will be on exams). Some extra credit opportunities and her pneumonic devices really help you remember the material better.

Hands down the BEST professor I have ever had. I took A&P 1 and 2 and micro with Dr. Spring, and received an A in all of them. Her lectures are very interesting, which makes learning these hard subjects so much easier. Her teaching has been so inspirational and made me so happy I've chosen to go into the medical field.

I dont think Ive ever had a professor who cares as much about her students as she does. I took her for A&P 2 after having a terrible experience in A&P 1 and it was literally like night and day. All of the homework comes from her course guidebook and the test questions are derived from it, as well. She gives great feedback on assignments and tells you what material to study for the (2) exams. Very passionate about A&P and wants you to succeed. I would recommend Dr. Spring to anyone taking A&P and/or MCB.

I took Dr. Spring for A&P I, and A&P II. Her guide book is is helpful for knowing what to study for exams Its around $50.00. As far as the Marieb Anatomy and physiology textbook is concerned you can get by with a cheaper older version . I bought the 8th edition from a used book store for 20.00. You wont use it as much but you will need it.

I absolutely loved Dr. Spring! She is very knowledgeable in her field, and she liked to add stories and outside info into her lectures. She can have a tendency to go quickly during her lectures. She also requires a lot of studying, and she makes attendance mandatory. Overall, she knows what she's teaching, but she can be hard to follow at times.

Dr. Rosenstiel-Spring was the best experience that I've ever had for A&P II. I would recommend everyone who needs this class to take her. I enjoyed the dissections and she works hard with you. If you fail her class its because you didn't do the work. She wants to see her students succeed, and she does give feedback on everything that you turn in.

Dr. Rose is a great professor. She helped me through out all the way. Sadly I failed the class, but Im going to take her again next year for anatomy. I never and never will blame a professor for not passing their class. I have to admit that was my fault for not putting in the work. I love this professor and will be taking her for AP2. She does not use the book, only the lab workbook. Everything you need is in the workbook. She gives test reviews the class before and prior to the test. Do the homework, it is worth points. One extra credit assignment. She is great but not an easy A, must study.

Entire class was open book and you have 120 min to take the quizzes. No discussions and would definitely take again.

she uses her own version of a textbook that she wrote and its so much more to the point than a textbook. she encourages working ahead on the homework. tests are open book. she also allows extra credit and will move you to the next letter grade if you are within 4 points of the next grade. meetings are not mandatory but extra credit for participatio

I have never loved biology and was terrible when I took it in high school. She gives plenty of extra credit. I was concerned as I took 4 classes, alongside this but it ended up well and easier than imagined. This class was very well put together and easy to follow along with for the quizzes. No final exam as well. Finished with 306/300 (102%)

this class was very easy! I was pregnant this semester and was constantly in the hospital she was very understanding and still let me go back and complete the work some professors wouldnt even allow that. But she was very nice and understanding wasnt that much homework quizzes and test are open book class isnt hard to pass at all.

It was a pleasure to be a student of Dr. Rose. She is highly educated and knows her stuff. She made AP2 a breeze even when I didn't have a strong foundation in AP1. Her guidebook was to the point, while, the textbook was a reference. DO not read the bold prints only & study to understand the concepts. STUDY and complete hw, you will have a blast!

Easy class, she has her own coursebook and has assignments due each week with a quiz, has a few discussion post and you can work ahead. You can use your course book for the quizzes and has very clear grading.

It was a very organized and easy course, everything is open book and the answers are all in the workbook. You will need the workbook, but you'd be fine without a textbook and you don't need to buy the lab kit. You don't need to log in every day, she grades fast and gives good feedback. In my opinion it would've been hard to fail this course!

Open book test. Non-proctored exams. gives great feedback. a few discussions with a response of 5+ to classmates. Weekly homework and quizes.

Dr. Rose has her own Course Guide which was extremely helpful. She does assign work out of the cg which is due weekly. There are 2 labs, 11 chapter quizzes, 3 discussions and a final. The labs were pretty much matching questions. She does not take late work at all! However, she does give you plenty of time to submit assignments. I learned a lot

She is a great teacher in my opinion & I enjoyed her course. Attendance is important 3 test work 200 point a piece. Discussion boards you must respond to 10 peers but there is only 3.

I expected this to be a very difficult class & I was nervous to take it. However, this class has been very easy to learn and pass.The required textbook (that the professor created herself) is actually pretty awesome just to have & learn from. You work out of it but its not assignment heavy. I was pleasantly surprised. I would take her class again.

Teacher is very confusing with a lot of things and will spend days talking to you leading you absolutely no where. Work isn't hard though overall a decent class.
