Mrs. Sweet is a wonderful teacher! she was always available for questions & gave good feedback during her lectures. All our homework, quizes, and tests were online on MyMathLab AND we had 2 chances to take each test. If you work hard, I promise you can get at least a B.

Self taught class, but she is there to help if you need it! Instructions on the program are pretty simple and very clear, also provides videos. She goes back over your test with you and also gives you the points if you missed a small step. Can take quizzes as many times as you'd like and you can take tests twice. She's great!

I love the way the class was set up with homework,quizzes and exams. She did an excellent job on everything. Especially, emailing me back quickly when I had a question in regards to anything. TAKE HER!!!!! If you have to take math :)

Compared to every other math class I have taken, this was by far the easiest to understand. The PowerPoints are probably what are going to get you through the semester, and if you don't understand something, she is very helpful.

I took an 8 week online version of this course. I spent 22 hours on studying/doing homework and finished 2 weeks early. She is easy to contact, helpful, and gives 2 chances for each exam if you take them within the time frame they are given. Easy math, flexible professor. She drops your lowest exam score, too. Easy A!

I have taken Ms. Sweet the past two semesters for my Math classes and there are many reasons why! She is an absolute gem! I have never had a teacher show much drive to see me pass! Her lectures are very clear and easy to retain. She offers extra credit and always is consistent with emailing me back concerning questions I've had. Shes a 15 out of 10

Professor Sweet was a wonderful professor. She rquires you to be on time,study and participate in class and do the homework and your be find.I would have taken 1107 except it was online and I'm not comfortable with online classes. She really cares about her students,however you must first be concern about your education.

She is the best for algebra. Very reasonable, and will help with any issues after class. Always makes sure the class understands before moving on. She hand grades Tests on MyMathLab from your scratch paper, and you get 5-15 extra points because she gives partial credit if some of the problem is correct. I am taking her again for College Algebra.

Took her 8 week online class was a lot of homework but you can retake all the proctored test twice and you can finish her class early if you work ahead

Professor Sweet is a very understanding person who'll help you even if you're taking just the online class. Hurricane Irma caused plenty of damage and time wasted and because of that, Professor Sweet gave our class until the end of the class session to submit all of our assignments, quizzes, tests, etc. The work material requires lots of book time.

Ms. Sweet is AMAZING!! The first day of class I was certain that it was going to be a long term; I was wrong, it wasn't long enough! Ms. Sweet gives her time and concerns herself with her students. There is no way that you can fail her MGF1106 course unless you honestly just don't care. I would recommend her for any math class.

Very good professor. She is awesome with communication. She does offer the ability to take quizzes and HW an unlimited amount of times to get full credit, and she gives you 2 chances to take an exam. And yes, she does offer multiple opportunities for extra credit.

Has always answered my questions quickly, at seemingly any time of day. Gets out of your way and lets you get the work done. Good testing policy (5 tests vs a big bang final) enable incremental learning & focus.

Ms. Sweet is great teacher. She is always ready to help with any question asked and is very understanding. She has not missed any classes and I suggest that you go to every class scheduled. I took the seven week class and in the short amount of time being with her I learned a lot and was well prepared for my next math class for next semester.

i have taken her twice for two different math subjects and i am usually not good at math but with her she makes it a lot easier and she really cares about math and explains every section on how to do the math work. She gives you two chances on test's and if you reach out to her she will help you out. 7 week class !

Professor Sweet teaches in a way that helped me better understand the subject matter. She teaches by showing a lot of examples. There were 4 tests and a quiz for each chapter. There is also a stat notebook due at the end of the semester, it was simple, just do five of the math problems given from a list of 12. Overall, I would highly recommend her.

Mrs. Sharon is a very nice teacher, and is very caring to her student. From extra credit opportunities, to second chances i highly recommenced her to people taking her class. She has a unique teaching style which enables her as the best professor in Florida.

She was a good professor. The course was semi easy if you looked at the examples that were given on my math lab. She answered emails with in the 24 hour range and if you had any questions, she would answer them the best she could. I would take her class again for sure!

Just finishing my 2nd class with Professor Sweet. The class format with multiple exams rather than one large final is really conducive to mastering the topic. Professor Sweet has always been very accommodating and replies to emails quickly when I need something.

The textbook is accessed through MyMathLab which is a required purchased. There are clear and concise powerpoint slides and videos for each lesson which are helpful when completing homework. The first week of class students must sign up with a proctor to schedule 5 test. After taking a test, Mrs. Sweet goes back and adjust the grade a need.

Math has always been a difficult subject for me. This course is intended for majors that don't focus on math. All coursework is done through Pearson MyMathLab.

First time taking an online math class. She made it very easy to understand and gave all her expectations in the beginning.

Super helpful, often gave shortcuts that were easier to understand than the textbook ways of solving. Attendance was important but easy to make up if needed. I wound up not using the textbook at all, but the powerpoints (half online/half brick and mortar course) were used repeatedly.

I am by no means good at math, however the setup for homework's, tests and quizzes made it quite simple. Yes , there are proctored exams, multiple quizzes and homework throughout the semester, but the Prof. was more than happy to assist. She emailed me right back at all times and did her best to get things done.

Professor Sweet was a great teacher, if you show up to class and be respectful you won't have any problems. All of the homework and quizzes were online with unlimited attempts, the exams were in class and you had two attempts. Make sure to do the practice tests, they're worth more than you think! One project, due at the end of the semester.

Professor Sweet was be far one of my favorite professors. she can be tough on you but she wants all her students to succeed. This is a simple class, do the homework, quizzes and tests and you are sure to pass. Attendance is mandatory, but if you miss she does give you an opportunity to make up the time.

We really only did the homework in class but she wouldn't let us work on our own homework while she was doing it.

Professor Sweet is a very accessible and patient professor who cares about helping the students in her class, especially those on the brink of failing. I enjoyed taking professor Sweet 7a class . Instead of her lecturing she would have the students asked question on problems that they don't understand and she answer the problem for everyone in the class can see. yes, you do need to buy a texts book in this class she'll have 5 assignment in the workbook. you only have a total of 3 test to take.

The professor to this class was very kind and understanding, I always got email replies very quickly. The class got out of control for me, but it is very manageable if you stay on top of everything. Would recommend to those who are willing to get up every day and study.

Professor Sweet uses an on-line course that has unlimited tries to learn the topic very useful and very helpful so you can work on difficult topics until you understand them.

She is very nice, gives good extra credit. Uses mymathlab. Allows student freedom with a recommended pacing. The seven week class was a bit much work wise, but nothing to do with the professor, she was great.

When you ready to take College Algebra, make sure you are ready to do the work as fast as you can. Professor Sharon Sweet was sick from Covid-19 in the middle of our semester, but she kept teaching us online even though she was coughing and could not breath properly she was still teaching that shows me how she is dedicated to do her job.

Participation matters in this class. It would be a simple class, as long as you have a few hours a day to study and do all the assignments and are will discipline. Professor Sweet is an understanding professor and is very fair with the assignments. She does a great job making her self available and explaining any questions during her lectures.

Professor Sweet was just like her name, sweet. I could've received a higher grade however that is on me. Your grade is really up to you, everything is done through Math XL. I took a 7-week course & the deadline for the work was the end of the 7 weeks. If I had set aside a tiny bit more time, I would have received an A. You WON'T regret her class :)

Professor Sweet really worked with me when my class was dropped unexpectedly. She allowed me to join late and let me make up the course work late. This particular class was 7 weeks which I struggled with but she didn't charge for late work and always sent reminders.

Professor Sweet was a fair and helpful instructor. She is lenient where she can be but strict in the necessary areas for passing the test. I found it easy to navigate her course, she also stays on a good schedule for lectures and in class instruction and if you follow that lead you will be ready to test by the end of the course.

Teacher actually teaches the math, allowing it to be understood much better. Tests are allowed to be taken twice, and the homework can be completed all the way until the last day of class. Before, big tests we have a full review class where anything that is confusing can be went over.

Teacher was super easy to work with, and actually teaches the lessons! Grade is very homework and quiz heavy, although you have unlimited attempts on it all. Only two tests, and you can take both twice to get the score you're wanting. The exams are proctored. Overall would totally recommend.

Professor Sweet's online class isn't for those who aren't able to take charge and learn many things on their own. If you're not tech savvy, this class is not for you, take an in person class. She responded to any and all requests and questions I had in a timely manner and I would take her class again!

While the class is entirely online, it provides a great amount of chances to learn what you need -- if you put in the effort. She allows retakes for both the midterm and final exam, as well as some extra credit opportunities to pull up your grade if it's not where you want.
