She is an awesome teacher...Her notes are as clear as day and she answers any of your questions! She is funny and makes class fun! Her tests are hard, but i know that in the end ill remember her lessons very well. THanks Sharryse for making A&P FUN!!!!!!!

Mrs. Henderson is the best teacher if you are wanting to learn, not just get by. She is willing to sacrifise her entire life just to help you understand biol. She is awesome.

Ms. Henderson is a fantastic teacher. She is organized, stays on point and provides as much help as she possibly can. I had Dr. Decker for AP1 and her for AP2 - different styles (Decker is all about stories to illustrate his point) and she is on point and crystal clear. A+ teacher.

Subject doesn't come easily to me but Henderson is a great teacher. The material is hard, she makes it interesting to learn. Although attendance isn't mandatory, you want to go b/c she adds so much to her slides/notes that is on the test. Tests are hard but come straight from notes. I highly recommend taking Ms. H any chance you get!

Wonderful teacher to learn from. Very knowledgeable on the subject, easy to understand, joyful to be around, understanding and pleasant to look at. I recommend her to anyone taking the subject. Took time out of her schedule to meet outside of class hrs to go over the material. All I can say is awesome.

She is a very good teacher. She knows the material extremely well and answers all your questions. She is very helpful if you ask questions and is very upfront with you that the class is hard and there is a lot of material. The main thing is to STUDY and GO TO CLASS!! Also take advantage of her office hours. She is there to help.

She was an amazing teacher. Anyone who is willing to put in the hard work will do great under her direction. She articulates the material very well making it crystal clear.I was not crazy about her personality, but I loved her as a teacher.

She is a great teacher and I feel like I learned a lot! The Tests were hard, but she gave a lot of extra time to help out the students that needed it. I didn't appreciate her use of foul language in the classroom setting. There were some things on the test that I felt she didn't cover enough, but it was the Summer semester. Overall, she was great!

The class itself is hard and that not her fault! But you have to study! what you put in you will get out. She offers study groups at her own house thats how far she goes for students!

I had Mrs. Henderson for AP1 during the summer and AP 2 Fall, she is a very good teacher, she will help in any way she can for you to suceed. Give the effort you will do well. Attendance is Manditory.

Everything she says about getting into Nursing school is the TRUTH. Her tests truly prepared me for my nursing coursework, and had I not had her, I probably would be barely getting by.

AMAZBALLS! I personally have never seen a teacher go as far as she has to assist students learn material. This was the most challenging class I have ever had to date and she made it a breeze! ESPECIALLY FOR FIRST TIME TAKERS!!! She offers study sessions almost weekly!!! sometimes multiple in one week!!! TAKE HERRRR!!!

Amazing! Took her for both A&P 1 and 2 and the labs. A&P one is a much easier class than A&P 2 but she taught both flawlessly! She is always willing to help outside of class and shows that she truly wants you to succeed! Her tests are difficult but if you learn your outline work-for-word, you WILL make an A and you will have learned so much!

Mrs. Henderson is quit a rarity in college. She will bend over backwards for you, day OR night. Her lectures are AMAZING and she is so good at explaning things. She isn't easy, but she gives you all the tools to get through this tough class. But if you go by her lecture notes and put time into this class, as you should, you'll do great. TAKE HER!

Best professor I've had while in college. I attribute getting accepted to a nursing program to Mrs. H. She not only teaches A&P but she teaches you how to learn and how to study. Study her outlines and you will make an A! The material can be tough but she gives you everything you need to know in her outlines. Memorize them and study with a friend!

She is a great professor. I had her for a 8 week session of A&p I and II and she was so helpful. She does attendance grading so you have to go but the lectures are so helpful, and i missed a quarter of the first semester for the military and still got an A.

AP 1 & AP 2 are classes you have to study to do well. Mrs. Henderson is awesome! She is very willing to help you pass, if you put in the time! She has notes & a power point that she goes along with in lecture. So if you study her notes, you will pass. She is wonderful for lab also. She holds study sessions that are very helpful! Best professor at Georgia Highlands, by far. She truly cares about her students and will do anything to help. All you have to do is ask. Study hard and you will be fine. She is truly brilliant and it would be a mistake not to take her class.

Tests are tough but material is clear cut. She provides study sessions for practicals which is a GREAT help! She really wants her students to grasp the material and her passion for teaching Anatomy comes across in her lectures. She made it comfortable to ask questions. Be ready for pop quizzes!!!!

I took Mrs. Henderson's 8 week A&P 1 course and I thought this class would be impossible. Thank goodness Mrs. Henderson is an AMAZING teacher. If you study and listen in class then you will do fine. She gives you examples that will help you remember things and that are relatable to life. I couldn't imagine taking this class with anyone else!

Mrs. Henderson is ALWAYS there to help rather it be on campus studying with you or by text! She holds study sessions ANYTIME anyone ask for one. If you can't pass Anatomy with Henderson, change your major!

She is a very great teacher to take. She WILL make time to help you as long as YOU want to be helped and make an effort. She doesn't sugar-coat how hard her class is. The lectures are a big part of what you will see on the test. STUDY your notes and make sure to make time for study groups. Studying is essential to her class, along with repetition.

I got my A in AP2122 (Fall 2015) - she goes out of her way to make you pass. She is beyond office hours. Awesome professor I have had so far.

She's a great lecturer, but her tests are ridiculous. If you want to put in A LOT of work and only make a B then go for it. She definitely could be worse, but I would not recommend her based on her tests.

I absolutely love Ms. Henderson!! If you read the textbook she assigns you there is no reason why you should not excel in her class. I think her test are very appropriate. All the information assessed on her text can be easily found in the textbook. I love how she incorporated course activities. I definitely recommend you take her classes!

Professor Henderson is great at in depth lectures. Anatomy is a hard class and she breaks it down great, she definitely knows her stuff. The only thing that I have negative to say is that her test are HARD, that's why I got a C. You have to study for days for them or you won't do good. She also offers no extra credit or retakes.

A&P is a HARD subject. She gives a ton of resources and clear expectations of what will be on the test and the type of questions. She is open to feedback to improve the course, and available to answer questions and responds quickly. 5 chances per quiz. 4 Lab & 4 Lecture exams. Huge amount of info, but she sets you up for success if you do the work!

This teacher has the best lectures. She gives the best examples to where you can understand the material and is always willing to help.

Professor Henderson delivers engaging lectures, but her exams are notoriously challenging. While it requires significant effort, using resources like unstuck ai can help manage the workload. Overall, an average course if you're willing to put in the work.

Handwriting study guides is crazy! Teacher needs to understands her way of studying may not work for everyone rewriting the A&P textbook is not studying. Bring some excitement to the class make students want to be there. I love science and hated this class

To be honest she is not a bad teacher like some say. She provides resource and then some to understand and grasp the info. I used the memorize outlines to complete study guides rather than the textbook (free) because all the information is in one place rather than flipping around for the information. A&P is a lot of information, studying is a must.

Mrs. Henderson was always very helpful throughout the course. The course was definitely not easy. Your main focus in this class should be the OUTLINE! The outlines make up most of what's on the exams. READ THE OUTLINE 3x! Be ready to hand write multiple study guides graded for completion. You can do it if you focus on memorizing the OUTLINES!

I took her for 8wk course which is what I think is the biggest issue for some people because you are basically having to master two chapters a week to keep up to speed. however she will do everything she can to help you succeed, lectures are not mandatory but helpful, I would take her again anytime!!!
