Had a small class with her. Very much into her field and very helpful and understanding (if you need help, just ask!). Tests were not hard if you knew your stuff. Labs were initially terrible, but that's because they dealt with chemistry; after that, they were very manageable. Only criticism is the fast lecturing. Very nice to talk to. Enjoyed.

I don't understand the slander. I love professor Fennoy. She has a great sense of humor and as long as you get most of your info for quizzes/tests from her lecture slides then you're literally fine. If you need to get through to her, try speaking up during lectures or labs if you can't through email. It actually is easy to get an A in the class lol

I dont think shes a bad teacher but she could be better. Her lectures barely have anything to do with the exams. She also mixes around quizzes and labs. For example she might make you take a quiz when you havent done the lab for it therefore you wont understand much & you have a quiz every week. She doesnt really reply to emails either.

She's not the worst biology professor, but also isn't the best neither. If you're a biology major &/or really good at biology, I'd say go for it. But if you're not very good in biology & just taking it to get your general ed classes out of the way, I'd strongly suggest you take literally any other professor as you're gonna struggle really badly.

Easy class. You get participation points for coming to class and they weigh a lot. Online power points don't reference quiz questions but she discusses them in lecture and quiz answers can be found online and you get three attempts. Lowest test gets dropped and lowest quiz. Show up, go to tutoring, and show effort and you'll get an A.

I liked her as a person, but as a professor she has a *lot* of problems. She rarely responds to emails and has poor communication with the DSPS center, her lectures are very hard to keep up with (I have ADHD and this was a nightmare) and she's also given misinformation for exams multiple times. Overall, really not a great experience with her class.

Prof. Fennoy is genuinely a great professor and offers a lot of extra credit to help you if you are willing to do the work. Lectures can get a bit boring but are vital to passing quizzes and exams. Lowest lab, quiz, and test are dropped and you can retake quizzes. The questions to the quizzes are mostly ones seen on the tests and on the final.

Professor Fennoy is super sweet and really cares about her students. Lectures move quickly so study and make sure to do all your labs. Grades fairly and gives extra credit

Fennoy's a very kind, lively person BUT most of the class struggled. The lectures and power points were very unhelpful and although I worked on the cheat sheets for DAYS, it helped very little because she would put questions on the exams that we never even discussed or learned about. It's true that she never answers emails as well.

she was overall amazing. I did not read the textbook (not needed for me and my personal learning). she drops lowest lab, quiz and exam. she doesn't do makeup exams. there is no homework. she is super sweet, she cares, i did so bad on the exams but i still came out at a B. as long as you do labs & try on quizzes and redo them as needed you'll pass.

Honestly, it is possible to get an A with her course, but very hard. Her expectations are unclear, rude through email, and extremely disorganized. a lot of her course content is outdated so the photos won't load and she expects only the best from you when she doesn't bring her best. She has good intentions, but should consider improvements.

professor fennoy is a great professor. i think the bad reviews come from people who aren't understanding how to take her course. Go lectures, labs, doing the quizzes weight super heavy- it is an unweighted class and the points add up. There are extracredit opportunities. She tell you what she is going to test you on during lecture, all A=no final!

Professor Fennoy is great but her teaching style is very old school. She is very difficult to speak outside of class as she rarely respondes to emails. Overall her course isn't to difficult the labs are enjoyable and interesting. Be prepared to participate during lectures as she will randomly choose students to answer and attendance is important.

Do not take this professor. She does not care if you pass or fail. One chance of extra credit. Bad voice volume during lectures so you can't hear a thing. Her writing is illegible. If you're lost legit good luck.

Professor Fennoy wasn't the best, IMO. If you sit behind the 3rd row, you will not hear her. Her handwriting can be messy and, oftentimes, illegible. If you try to ask her a question during the lecture, she will ignore you. However, she didn't ask much from students, only lab reports & the online quiz after each unit. Offers a cheat sheet for exams
