shes pretty good, and pretty
the class is great and her work are fair. the only i dont like is she constantly compares the work that she is giving us to what her professors use to give her back when she was in school. but other than that her class is an easy A.
she is a good teacher and fair, tests are kind of hard, but if u study it'll be fine, a great person and she is recommended to take.. I enjoyed her class and got an A!
She's hot, kind of looks like Jewel. Her class was very easy and interesting. You do have to participate though, it's a must. Take it if you want an easy A
I wonderful person all around! Made me have a whole new intrest to humanities! Great teaching style and great stories. i suggest everyone take her!
great teaching style, very accomodating
Great teaching style...easy class if you do the homework...tests are excatly what is expected...I woudl take her again!
Oh my God she is so hott! Not only that but she is really easy, and she seems to know everything about everything. Wow she is hott.
very intersting course.
Very hot teacher, looks likes shes 17 and a model. She is really great. Alot of papers and worksheets on WebCT for web component but tests have degraded value. Class was all lectures but they were intersting. Lemme say she is a perfect 10 in hotness. Kinda like Gwen Paltrow meets Natalie Portman!!!!
She Turned me Straight. That is how hot she is :)
Great teacher. Very Knowledgable and she a nice looking lady too!
She is an amazing professor and knows alot of sh*t! She makes everything really interesting and fun! We play a lot of games and have great class discusions. She is very very sexy. I wish she wasnt married!!! Her husband is a lucky guy to have someone who is good looking and incredibly smart.
Mrs. Levi is a great professor across the charts! She made our class a lot of fun, and education enjoyable. I wish she taught all my classes! You get a GOLD STAR Mrs. Levi!
Professor Levi-Aland is a wonderful professor. She truly cares for her students and wants to see you do well. She sets high marks and it is up to you to achieve it. Just do the work and make sure you turn it in on time! Hint: This will be very important to your grade. :)
Shes really nice and fun, if you want a fun class to take for Humanities, then take her. Everybody in our class loved her. Keeps things interesting and lively.

This professor made the class very fun and enjoyable. She knows alot of stuff about a variety of subjects, and was always willing to help a student out.
Awesome teacher. Very knowledgeable about art, and class is a lot of fun too.
Pro. Levi is a GREAT teacher! Shes very joyful all the time. You can tell that she loves her job and that she does care about her students. Very friendly and you can talk to her as if shes your friend. Learn lots of stuff as she uses visuals as her teaching technique. A++++
It wasn't easy, five hurricanes went by but she managed to get through our matierial, I thought she was trying to kill us, but not at all!I learned (and still remember, several semesters out)about Hummanities and still find myself seeing/remembering it. I guess she taught me to appreciate it, and along the way I've learned to apprieciate her! Thank
first teacher i ever had in college she hot and easy to pass kiss ass and you will go far...
Very easy teacher. Explains everything to the dot. That's how good she is. I've never been so interested in a humanitites class ever and I actually learned something.
Ms. Levi is a great teacher. Can wind up being a great friend also. Cool projects. Fun class. Easy A class. Highly recommended.
She's an awesome prof! You should definitely take her!
I would recommend her highly.
Took her online, I wouldn't recommend taking an art course online. The class was easy, but has a lot of projects and postings, and quizes are not easy!! Overall an okay class, easy B without doing much! If you work and study for the quizes you can get an A.
She is one of the best teachers i have ever had. such a fun class. Loved the class. I would say take her if you get the chance
Easy and fun class. Requires projects for periods covered, but projects are fun. Tests are online. Takes attendance. Recommend. Would take again.
The class work is given to you first thing, there are disscussions every week and group work, but the gordon rule writing is so spread out, you don't even realize that you're doing it. There is a lot of work, but it is very easy to keep up with. She does keep track of how often you get online, so expect getting on several times a week. good class
She doesn't make you buy the textbook or even use one. The art projects are fun and easy, and they provide a nice break from the lecture.
her class is fun and she gives breaks for art assignments
I took her online course and it was awesommmeee. it's super easy and very well organized and she answers email in the same day! take her if you can!
ONLINE COURSE - assignments are spaced out well. Thorough and thoughtful answers will get high scores.
This is the second class I've taken with this professor...the work is easy...
VERY EASY AND FUN CLASS! (I took it online)
Took it online. She made class interesting and fun with the projects and handouts. My only complaint is that I took this as a summer B session class. It seemed that assignments got pushed a little too close together because of the time constraint. Otherwise, I LOVED THIS CLASS! Wish I could take more with her.
She gives you everything that you will do in the class the first day and comes off pretty straight forward. 3 weeks into class i was completely overwhelmed. She thows presentations, projects, tests and homework out all at once. Shes definetely hot but not a good professor, don't do it. Trust Me
I took this class online for Summer B and greatly enjoyed it. She makes what she expects of you crystal clear from the very first day. She is very organized and responds quickly. All of the projects were fun and the class was pretty interesting. Definately take her!!!
I took professor Levi for all three humanities because she is AMAZING!! I do not have a passion for this subject but she made it interesting and fun. She is fair, kind and above all a superior Professor.
I took her online class. a whole lot of work but a great teacher. very organized on webct. not confusing at all. 3 tests, a lot of reading and writing. I plan on taking her again!
She is a great professor. I took her art history 2 as well as humanities. I took her over the summer, so it's a short period of time, but she cuts out half the stuff you would normally do because of it. 2 discussions posts a week, 2 tests, 2 group projects, and other projects that you have the whole time to do. Very easy, just do the work. Easy A!
I took this class online and it will be my last one. The subject is interesting, she knows her stuff but the work load is overwhelming! There's 2 diff books plus modules to read. You have to get your answers from these sources and it's not easy b/c it's not very organized. Test study guides are not helpful. This class takes up any free time you hav
this is the second time ive taken this professor! she is great! take her!
Her online Art History II is a great class! There is alot of work. Many fun art projects and lots of reading. Tests are tricky so use her test study guides and be prepared! Tests are timed, have notes/books ready.Went to NewYork and using what I learned in her class helped me to appreciate the art museums!Enjoy!Check your tests for accuracy!!
This class was online, and if online classes are all like this, I will never ever take another one. There group work which does not make sense for an online course. That's the whole point that you don't have to bother with other students. The answers for exams could be anywhere and study guides didn't help one bit. Her course is not easy.
AMAZING, INSPIRATIONAL!! Tests are hard, study guide is a GUIDE, do not rely on it.Group Projects are FUN, all of her projects are.She is the BEST professor I have had so far!! out of 21 classes I have taken. SHE IS AMAZING!! and gives GREAT feedback! Lazy people need not take this class! She really wants you to learn!
ONLINE: Just do the work. She grades easy and appreciates your honest opinion. There's really no right or wrong answers in her homework assignments. A few small projects here and there, three tests (third is the final and not cumulative, only last section covered). Best online humanities teacher that I've had.
Online class: lots of work. 2 majors tests. You don't need a textbook. Be prepared to work your butt off. If you do, you'll get an A/B.
Great professor! took her online Art history II class. I loved the way her schedule was set up, very organized. I knew what was expected/due every week. Easygoing on grading assignments. Answered all my emails within 2 days or sooner. Just do all the work and you should pass this class.
I took her Art History II class online. You must buy the book, even though it's only slightly helpful. Study guides are pointless. Expect A LOT of busy work. She makes everything due Sat. by 8:30pm. You have to send a picture of yourself to her or post it in a discussion, which I highly disliked and found intrusive. I would not recommend this class
Frankly I found her course insulting. She treats her students like babies. Requires you to make little collages and submit pics, write journal entries, etc. Lots of busy work. She uses A LOT of outside resources that are designed for grade school kids. You'll pass if you don't mind being treated like a 7th grader.
I took Late Roman & Medieval Hum. with Prof. Levi. She's very fair, especially with group work (doesn't grade you poorly if someone in your group doesn't do their part). She might be a little too fair with assignment reminders, though. Due dates are posted clearly. I have some lazy classmates, and trust me, they don't deserve her extra reminders.
took her online class. super easy. very clear on what is expected on assignments, and what is on the test. she does do group projects that was annoying. i didnt do any of them but still got a B in the class. pretty easy, grade reflects the effort u put in.
I took this course online. I LOVED this class and Professor Levi-Aland. The assignments are challenging, but fun. She genuinely cares about her students and the material. She's very enthusiastic and encouraging. You will do well if you do all of your work. I will be taking this professor for Art History II!
Prof. Levi is SO SWEET! Her class was creative and straight forward. The class was very fun.
I took this class online (got an A) & didn't open the book once, all her work was online which was irritating since the book was expensive & REQUIRED! She has a detailed course schedule which is very helpful to keep on track. Assignments and projects were boring and childish, test were easy, final wasn't cumulative. All together easy class.
Took online class. Can be overwhelming if you fall behind because group discussion participation is a grade but her modules help guide you, and she is very keen to giving helpful feedback. I enjoyed her to the max and recommend!!
I have to agree with some others that this class was simple but was irritated that the book was not used for the class. Professor goes by her syllabus and you know what is expected. I really enjoyed the class being that it is a humanities class.
Took her honors online course. Lots of busy work, but she grades fair and gives plenty of feedback. Reading the book and keeping up with the modules is essential to her tests. Group projects are a pain, but if your having problems with your group, she will move you with someone who will work as hard as you. Great professor overall!
Such a fun and easy course! She is really nice! Answers emails fast. There are art projects which make the course even more interesting. If you have to take Art History take it with her!
Took online class. Easy A with weekly discussions. 3 test somewhat hard but use the study guide and you will pass. Projects fun and easy!!!Loved the class.
TERRIBLE CLASS! I'm halfway through her online summer course and, although I have an A, I already regret taking it. She forces us to do group projects in an ONLINE CLASS! Everything is disorganized and sloppy. She makes the material unnecessarily hard! Unless you want to do loads of tedious work for no reason, save your grade and take someone else!
Visual Arts Today Prof. Levi goes by syllabus that she has, expect to do a lot of projects that are due every week some include painting and writing. She does not grade on your ability to do art, so don't worry about that. So far haven't A and she is a fair greater, just a lot of work.
Took this professor online. Takes an extraordinary long time to respond to emails, she seems very disingenuous to her students. For a online class, there was a lot busy work. I'm a A student and received my first C ever. I've taken several online courses before and this one by far was the worse online class ever, because of the professor.
If you are in her class right now my best advice to you right now is the GET OUT. I have NEVER experience such a ridiculous time with professor EVER. She grades unreasonably and doesn't take any technical or computer issues into consideration WHAT SO EVER, and it's an online class! All her work is just busy and she's unclear with what she wants.
I took this online Valencia class because I thought it would be easier than UCF. WRONG. Do not make the mistake of taking a class with her. Most professors look for ways to give you points she does the opposite and takes off points for silly reasons every chance she gets. Expect a lot of middle school level projects and busy work.
She says that she does not grade on artistic skill and only on participation, but she will not do this. She will take off tons of points for the absolute worst reasons you could ever possibly think of. Her instructions are never clear and frankly the assignments do not really qualify as Art Appreciation and more as an actual art class. RUN FROM HER
Overall, not a bad class. The few things you are graded on are pitifully low in points except for 1 test which is 20 points compared to 3 to 7 point assignments. If you miss ANYTHING say goodbye to that A, keep this in mind if you brave the class. Tests are timed and text based but VERY little questions, the final only had 3.
Sheila Levi is extremely organized and you know exactly what is expected from you from the beginning. All assignments are posted and you can complete work up to 2 weeks early. Projects are fun. No group projects. A lot of work, but if you complete everything you can get an A. A lot of extra credit opportunities. Tip- Never use contractions.
You would think with the kind of assignments this prof. assigns that Art Hist 2 would be easy but it's a trap. She's a VERY HARD grader, picky, and not very helpful. Don't miss a single art project either, because it will bring your grade WAY down. I barely made it out with a B. I would not take her class again.
This class was super fun. I loved the practical application projects. You're learning about art and then have the opportunity to do some art to explore concepts, but the professor strictly grades on effort (not talent), so don't worry if you're not Picasso.
The calendar of the class is not on the right dates, so be prepared. Best way not to spend your money on a $100 textbook: get the 2 weeks free trial. You will have to take tests on the textbooks, but most of the answers are online. Definitely an easy A if you manage to do the homework early or on time, especially if you're an artist or not.
Took this class thinking there wouldn't be too much work, wrong. There was a lot of work every week. Very disappointed that I paid $120 for a digital textbook that expires at the end of the semester. Got very few 100s on assignments, took off silly points. Very responsive on email which is appreciated. Will explain if you are confused on anything.
This class is the easiest thing you will ever do. Class is a total joke. The professor is rude in her emails she keeps it professional but lots of sarcasm and sass CONSTANTLY . I earned an easy A on the class but the professor ruined the experience completely. I have never had such an awful professor. Do yourself a favor and pick another prof.
So I really thought this class would be an easy A ,but it wasnt. Professor Levi Aland is a tough grader and looks for the smallest errors in your papers so you dont get full credit. The reading is a little bit boring, but all of the answers to quizzes and assignments are online. Would definitely have chosen a different teacher for this class.
Professor Levi is the best Professor ever, she is very clear with what she wants and shes also easily accessible outside of class via email and inbox. She answers really quickly and shes very easy to talk to about work but she doesnt give extensions easily tbh.
Would not take this teacher for this class, choose another. Projects about every two weeks, its a lot of work. That's it, she better with art classes than humanities.
Takes this mandatory humanities credit way too seriously. Docks off points for using contractions in your writing...seriously? Way too many assignments for a 1000 level course- stay away unless you REALLY like art. Textbook is mandatory.
I had Professor Levi for my art apprecitation class and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to any emails. She explains anything you do not understand. Definitely avoid contratcions in her class.
Only take this if you're passionate about art. It's listed as online but there's a required "field trip" and other assignments that involve attending in person art events. She grades harder than my core classes. I failed solely because of the in-person requirements, a first for me as an A/B student.
Im just gonna say it—ppl dont put effort. I thought this prof was gonna be hell bc of these reviews but I got 100s on basically everything. I did all my work ON TIME, followed ALL the criteria & rubric, and ended with a shockingly easy A. I think ppl just submit late, low quality work and cry on her reviews because she doesnt excuse their laziness.
