Excellent, excellent, excellent! This instructor teaches a class called Literacy For Young Children. It is the best class ever! She knows her stuff and is a complete comedienne! You will learn so much and enjoy any class she teaches.

Easy class. If you read the book, it is impossible not to pass Psychology of Women. There are 2 essays and 2 tests which are common sense. The only problem is that attendance effects your grade a lot. Missing 3 or more classes can bump you down a whole letter grade. Watch out.

Nice, helpful, funny, interesting and organized. The class (Psych. of Women) was very easy. Hardly any work at all. Tests are common sense and the class is usually open student discussion. The class is fun and easy. I was surprised I got an A...cuz I'm a guy! Apparently I know more about women than women. Compared to most professors she's kinda hot

had her for an 820am class, DEF knows how to bring the energy to a sleepy class. review notes for tests and you're good to go. she always asks you to talk with a partner about random things, so you do get to know a lot of people in the class. def taking her again!

I've taken her for almost every child development class. She's really nice, though a tad eccentric. She talks A LOT and will keep you in class until the last second. You have to complete a thematic plan which is basically a 10 page project about lesson plans for young children. Attendance is mandatory and she will drop you if you miss too many days

Professor Hahn gives great lectures that keep you engaged and awake (most of the time) her quizzes are based off the notes, she lets you work with your talk partner (sometimes even during test). I took Shelley in the fall of 2020. Even though lectures are online/ recorded she keeps them interesting and fun. Take notes as most of the questions are based off lectures/ and the videos. She is very quick to respond if you have any questions. If you do all the work that is expected, you should get an A.

Hands down my most favorite professor yet. She's so genuine and really cares about child development. Her lectures are super informative and she gives lots of opportunity for extra credit. Weekly quizzes but if you watch the lectures and take notes, you'll be set.

Her way of teaching really helped me understand how children's psychology works, psychology can be a bit hard to understand, but professor Hahn made it very easy to understand and as a mother of young children, thanks to her teachings I can better understand my kids thoughts and actions based on their age. Almost all coursework is done in class, and she is really forgiving if you miss a day. She is so funny, inspiring, and sweet, I cannot recommend her as a teacher enough

Professor Hahn made each class a breeze. She is an extremely understanding, and compassionate professor. Much of the work in class consists of lectures and learning reflections which were all very manageable and thought provoking. Textbook was required, but I never needed to use it so definitely keep that in mind as well!

I also liked the thoughtful imbedded photos placed within the assignments. They were like getting gifts. Professor Hahn is organized, there are readings, discussions and weekly quizzes.
