Tests are fairly difficult but gives a nice curve. Be prepared to study a lot.

Not as difficult as some think. Pay attention in class and keep up on readings.

I took his class and he really had me interested..I aced all three of his tests...got an A for the semester..I saw him in the hallways next semester and he totally snubbed me!!!

Prof. Boone is a good man, his class is just very hard. All of his test answers come directly from the book and his lectures are generally good, if you like lectures.

he cant pronounce anyones names right. not even simple ones. he really likes psychology though. hes pretty good with explaining things. he likes you to participate and loves asking you alot of questions when you have an opinion. hes pretty good. his grading style is awesome and he gives you extra credit oppertunites.

Prof Boone is a cool guy, he goes over the important things more than once. His tests do use a lot of concepts from the book, but if you study enough his tests will be nothing you have not already seen. He gets into his lectures and tries to keep things interesting, I recommend him

he is a great professor. i like his teaching style and he can be very funny. he is clear about what goes on the tests and goes over the important topics plenty of times. i got an A in his class and did not have to buy the book. just pay attention. He is very personable and that helps alot

I like him as a professor and person. His class was difficult, but he spent as much time as needed to help you understand what exactly was goin on. That paper that everyone heres about it isnt too bad becuz its broken up into topics. If i were a psych major, i'd take more of his classes because you actually learn in his class. Be prepared to work.

Nice guy teaches very well. But if you want to learn take him. Eventhough he gives extensive notes none of that info will be on the test study the book.You will do well if you study the book and show up to class. Because he does pay attention eventhough he may not know your name. Study and you can earn an A!!!!!!!!!!

The class isn't hard. Just study the textbook more than the notes. I think he's a funny dude. His lectures are very energetic and his pronunciation of words and names could be very humorous for some. I laughed everytime he pronounced a name wrong. Good guy though, take him.

EXTREMELY EASY PROFESSOR. Gives you practice tests that have the same exact questions as the actual tests. Do not listen to any of the bad reviews. All you have to do is go back to your textbook and highlight the bold vocab words and bam! ders da answers to the test. By far the easiest class ever! Only bad part is lecture is extremely boring!

Gives you previous tests as review. Good professor but you have to do the reading on your own. All he does is lecture. Can be boring but overall, good professor. Most test questions come straight from review sheets (previous tests) he gives out.

EASY A! Do not listen to those other lazy people that did not know how to use a review sheet. All the answers were in the review sheet! How did u get into college if you can't read? Omg easiest prof ever! Barely did any work or reading and still got A+ yup that's right an A+ so mr. i got a C b/c i read the night before what were you reading?????

Boone is great. He's a combo of a THIN Fat Albert and Rev Jesse Jackson. IN A GOOD WAY! His lectures are like going to church you just want to scream AMEN! LOL and he is funny too. He gives you practice exams. Read the book. Easy A

He's not that bad! There are 3 test total, he gives a review sheet that has the same questions that will be on the test. If you skim the chapters (NOT HIS NOTES) and do the review sheet I guarentee at least a B

I had him this past semester, Fall 2008, and his lectures are pretty interesting. He makes you think. As long as you read the chapters before class, you'll do fine. There are 3 exams, for the first two he'll hand you "study guides"(they're practically the test). The final is a little harder. I got a B+, and barely read.

I took him for Gen Psych and I have to say, I got a B+ in this class and only read the first chapter. His notes are pretty much your test. Yes, it is a little hard to stay up in his class because it's more lecture than ANYTHING but if you put your effort and attend EVERY CLASS you'll do fine.

To do bad in this class means you are lazy. If you study you will do well. He gives 3 test and gives u the questions that will b on it. So all u have 2 do is read the chapters answer the questions and study.Couldnt get any easier. Definitely an easy A and he does curve. The class itself can be boring but by no means is he a horrible teacher.

Very enthusiastic in his lectures and while some people may complain about that i would rather that than a boring monotone lecture!DO THE PRACTICE EXAMS! They are 90% the same as midterms!Lectures are hard to take notes though bc he jumps around a lot. I recommend reading the chapter before class so you have a better understanding.

He is a decent professor. You definitely need the book and you HAVE to read in order to even remotely pass the tests and finals. He is very animated when he teaches which can end up being comical for some people like me :D he goes off topic a lot and your hand will be hurting by the end if you take all the notes. Overall it was a decent class

Was terrified going into his class cause of the reviews on here but was a fair grader and very informative as well as passionate about the subject matter.You NEED the book, to be at class AND the study guides. Tough but would definitely take him again.

very strict and to the point. Attendance and weekly readings are mandatory. Focus on your writing, the paper and studying for the the midterm and final. Overall good and understanding professor, but if you do exactly what he suggests you can get an A

Very easy teacher all you have to do is outline the chapters and study off them and you'll get an A, that simple I swear.
