She's very laid back and has a great sense of humour. Attending classes is a MUST because she doesn't use the textbook. Overall, straightforward class.
She is an awesome prof! She has a great sense of humour and the lectures are always interesting. Attenind lectures is a MUST as anything on the midterm and finals is only based on what she has said in lecture. She stayed true to what she said, and the midterm and final were easy. We did in class papers which were easy as well. Overall, great class!
She is very interesting, passionate and humorous.
Really great prof! Midterm had a lot of short answer pulled from lecture discussions & videos, but still had a lot of content from the textook. 2 in-class essays: 1 individual & 1 with 2 people, really easy! Prepare for them both in class the week beforehand.
I don't know if I've ever had a professor as interested in their material as her. She definitely makes the class interesting and fun, and she doesn't test on anything but what's covered in class so basically attend and you're golden. I highly recommend this prof!
I found her to be rambling, off-topic, and often unclear. She would sometimes fail to answer direct questions and her lectures lacked any sense of structure. She does not have a text or assign readings (in 358) and so you are dependent on her disorganized lectures. I did well in the course but feel I learned nothing and wasted my time and money.
She's laid back and humorous. But she maybe boring at times and off topic/explain too much on one topic because i found myself feeling sleepy sometimes. Only what she covers are tested, so attend lecture & take notes! Assignments are quiet easy. Pretty good overall.
I really enjoyed her lectures. She explains things quite well and only tests you on the lecture. Attend lecture and you'll be fine. MT, final & assignments were easy.
Loved her sense of humour and organization of course. Keeps things interesting, doesn't rely completely on text (but still important to course). Clear & helpful. Really gives students a chance to do well. MC was fair to easy, but the short answers require A LOT of detail. Great course, look forward to taking 358 with her.
Although she is interested in the course, she rambles, very disorganized and monotone. Her midterms and exams were so unusually hard she had to make changes for the next sem. I asked her many questions and everytime she looked at me as if I was stupid and never properly answered me. Will NEVER take a class with her again.
Do not take a class with her! Her lectures are very unorganized and it seems at times that she has no idea what she is talking about. Her exams are very challenging as she asks questions that she briefly spoke about during class!
I really didn't like this class! I found Sheri to be very disorganized and random. Her tests were overly hard and she tested on the most obscure and random bits of the class. Her midterm exam is the only exam I've ever failed. It would have been helpful if she had a textbook because I had a VERY difficult time following her lectures.
Her lectures are interesting but prepare for regular tangents. I think how she takes an easy going perspective to her class is refreshing. The papers are a nice change from the traditional and a grade booster. For the exams be sure to add lots of detail for the short answer questions.
Very difficult to follow along in lecture, she tends to skip a few slides and goes off topic at times. Midterm was very hard! All written. No textbook was used so you can only study your own notes and her ppt slides.
Very disorganized. No textbook was used for this course so it was very difficult to study. Midterm was very difficult (was all written and expected a lot).
Avoid this class! I regret taking this class so much. No textbook. Unhelpful and confusing slides at times. Sometimes lectures off topic. Important to attend lectures because she will turn off the recording sometimes. Midterm was brutal, but marking was very fair. Average was still very low though, even with the generous marking.
I don't know what others are saying (sour grapes from bad grades?) but sherrie is FANTASTIC, and so is this class! Incredibly interesting, and enjoyed it all. Just go to class, and listen well and understand the concepts! It's not an objectives memorization class, but rather understanding and application. Sherrie is fantastic! Highly recommended!!!
Really funny and interesting prof! Makes 3 hour lectures a breeze! Attend class and make sure you understand the concepts. Assignments were easy. MT is mostly application of concepts, and none of that memorization and objective BS - which is why some didn't do well.. I aced it and I barely studied, just made sure I really understood the concepts :)
Super entertaining, Sherrie acts like a kid, she's very outspoken, robust, and natural. But with that comes a bit of disorganization, she tends to rant and fix things on her slides in the middle of lecture but she knows her stuff. Papers aren't hard, Exams are fair and content turned out to be pretty interesting.
No textbook, so nothing to base understanding on besides lectures/powerpoints which are both extremely vague, unclear, and longwinded. Two assignments based on ambiguous topics that are hardly discussed in lecture; midterm was extremely difficult, and again, not based on things that were discussed often. No outline provided for final whatsoever.
easiest class EVER! sherri is hilarious, unique sense of humor and swears like a trucker lol shes really straight forward and marks super easy...no readings at all, just pay attention in lecture and you'll get an A for sure
I feel like I need to warn people about this class. Extremely disorganized webct lectures, hard to study for cuz there's no textbook or structure, and mix of pointlessly simple as well as confusing ideas.. is this a real psychology? can you make anything into a psychology? Teacher was nice at least..
Very easy going proff, who loves to make jokes. However, she isn't very good at explaining course material or answering questions. The midterm was too difficult! She says she is making the final easier =)
Awesome prof. Will definitely take another class with her if it comes up. Can be pretty scattered at times, but has a wicked sense of humour and doesn't take her profession or self too seriously. Required to conduct original research but was very helpful with advice. No textbook but collection of publications on webct.
Great prof, very laidback & humorous. It's a simple class, just ATTEND LECTURE because she only tests on what she says. MT M/C was very easy, short answers all based on videos IN CLASS. Two easy "papers" (1 page each) worth 20% overall. I highly recommend Sherri, she's super fun and knowledgeable :)
Probably one of the easiest classes at SFU EVER. She's pretty sarcastic & cynical which is hilarious...attend lectures and you WILL ace this course!
Sherrie is awesome! She only tests you on material gone over in lectures so attendance is important. It's easy to sit through 3 hours too, because she is so damn hilarious. A wicked sense of humor and easy to approach. Lots of videos and real like applications. The paper assignments are easy, just really give them thought and you'll do fine.
Unlike 250, this class ISN'T an easy A. Her lectures are pretty scattered and it doesn't help that the concepts are quite abstract in the first place. Assignments straightforward, but exams are tough and difficult to study for. For the final, make sure you read the papers she puts online. Nice enough if you approach her for extra help, but still...
nice teacher, the class was really easy. i didnt read most of the chapters and didnt study for the exam and still got a good grade. if you dont know a answer on an exam just read the next question and it will give you the answer.
Despite the reviews here, I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Here's my tips to do well: Attend all lectures b/c she turns off the recordings. Take notes on her concepts + big ideas! On the exam mention these concepts and big ideas . For her assignments: do everything that’s required and nothing more. Good luck :)
Sheri is a GREAT prof but this class is super hard! The 2 assignments are easy, just follow all instructions.. but the MT & Final are strictly short answer & are HARD!! All application of concepts & the questions are pretty tricky. Such a shame because I was truly interested in this class..
Dr. Atwood is very unorganized and not very interested in what she is teaching! Boring lecture, lags on forever. Exams are pretty hard. She tests mostly on powerpoint slides, but read the textbook as well. Textbook is fairly interesting but chapters are long. Put quite a bit of thought and information into the papers.
I am not understanding the comments about her not using the textbook because she gives out 20% of free marks just by writing quizzes and doing online quizzes daily. She is very fair and all her tests are out of textbooks. She also answers all her emails the very same day and even gives out her gmail. I would definitely recommend her.
Awesome teacher with a great personality, it was a pleasure to take her class.
I've had Sherri for 2 classes. She underplays the importance of many topics to her exams. Her marking is absurd. I get stellar marks in the rest of my courses, but somehow w/ her it's a struggle. EVERY slide is essential and EVERY slide is PACKED with minutia. She tests finicky details, and doesn't appear to look for understanding of concepts.
Ridiculous prof. Stresses some concepts and theories, then tests focus on others. Tries to incorporate funny, edgy, witty examples but they are so far afield they only confuse. Slides are thrown together last minute and tests look the same. Class average for Exam 2 was 66%. That's REALLY low for this level of course and it's all her fault.
Interesting class- combined elements of sociology, linguistics, philosophy, to analyze language. Sherrie's funny, but midterms are too long and specific. focuses on small details than important themes
very funny prof, makes lectures interesting with her video's and comments. Highly reccommend! Paper easy and fun to do, exams long and all short answer but very do able!
The course material is fine, and the prof is not too bad. What is the matter is the style of exam is extremely different and not easy to prepare for. It is hard to expect how the midterms will be. It is an interesting course, but not easy course (at least for me)
Pretty boring, she doesnt lecture well at all (literally just reads off the lecture slides). Not really engaging with students, usually by the halfway point many students leave. Course material however isn't too difficult, keep up with the textbook and you should be fine. Lectures I would say are very optional, they don't make much of a difference
Awesome prof. I don't know how people think this course or her exams are difficult, they are all multiple choice, common sense questions. Take a science course & you'll see what difficult is. This course was a cake walk. She's funny, engaging, and shows cool vids. Essay is a piece of cake. I really enjoyed this class w/ her. I'd take another w/ her
Everyone is saying that the exams are horrible and that they are extremely hard. The thing is, if you read ALL and I DO MEAN ALL of the reading sshe asks and study the notes, you will be great. There is a reason why she asks you to READ THEM in the first place. Don't complain if you do not do the work. Take this class, it's fun and challenging
Her exams are tough, but she makes up for it on the essays. She's got a great sense of humour and an interesting back story. Very sarcastic. Always willing to help, but you have to ask for it. She likes discussion, even in a big class.
It was interesting to attend lectures and learn the materials... until you realize the materials are irrelevant to the exams! her exams are ridiculously hard. expects you to remember the smallest details. I studied my butt off and ended up getting a D, while I often get B's for most other 300 level psychology courses. AVOID HER
She is an amazing prof. One of the best prof I have ever had. She's fun so it makes a Saturday morning class fun to attend. So glad i took her class. Exams are very straight forward, as long as you understand the materials, you will do well. Reading the textbook for the exams are also useful. TAKE THIS CLASS!
where do i begin... well for one, she's very passionate about what she teaches. My only problem with her is that her tests are ridiculous. She puts no effort in making them. The questions are either super vague or has grammar and spelling errors. The final killed my mark. I regret taking this course, although I did learn interesting stuff.
Interesting class if you're willing to work for it. Was laughing every lecture! Sherri is so witty. Mandatory to take good lecture notes. Exams are more application than memorization. Studied lecture slides thoroughly and did the readings and ended up with an A+. Don't take this class if you are not willing to put the work in, you will do poorly.
She is very strict and tends to get off topic a lot. Her tests are fair but long and tricky sometimes. I wouldn't take it with her
Eh. Frustrating teacher. Clicker tests are the worst.
One of the best profs I have had. Lectures are often shorter than the allotted time, she is hilarious and her tests cover material that we have actually learned. If she doesn't teach something in class she tells you and cuts it out of the test. Makes the lectures interesting.
Maybe I'm just not the type of person for psychology. She is nice, very nice. But talks very fast in lecture. She went on to the next topic before I can fully organize what she said in my head. She puts the PPT on canvas before lecture. NO FINAL EXAM!!!!!This course is fun honestly, but I just can't do anything related to biology
Shes a good prof but what I love about her is her class structure. 4 exams and only the best 3 count. 7 iclicker quizzes and the best 6 count. Tests are very fair. I recommend taking Psyc100 with her
Worst prof I've had in my 3 years. First, she didn't accept my assignment because I was 4 minutes late to class. Then someone stole my iclicker a few hours before class, and she literally said "too bad". She rarely replies to emails and lectures are really dry and boring. Some of the midterms are based on videos watched in class. Otherwise, easy
Very interesting and hilarious lectures but not mandatory to attend them. If you read the lecture notes and the textbook then this course is an easy pass. The iclicker tests and midterms were fairly easy and straightforward if you studied. Term assignment was also super easy but really time consuming.
I've taken a class with her before but this time around she was just a tough prof. The only good thing was that she dropped your lowest test score. For a one hundred level course her grading schema was intense (70-79 is a c+). Her midterms weren't extremely tough but deffs not easy (the final midterm average was 57%).
She is very scatter brained and unorganized. This interferes with the teaching process. It was not unusual for her to go on for up to 20 minutes just talking with students in the class about relatively unrelated topics. Thankfully the material itself is pretty straight forward.
great sense of humour and really down to earth. Really easy to relate to and often shares entertaining personal stories. Her tests are hard and lecture slides are really long. Get ready to study alot and start studying early. The course content was interesting but a hard course overall if biology and dry memorization is not your thing
TBH, its entirely self study. Her exams & lectures are based solely on the textbook. Lectures are long but sometimes she gives test hints & shows videos which are examinable. Lowest exam dropped. Do research participation & assignment early. Textbook chapter summaries help A LOT. Tip: Vocab flashcards Quizlet; search "Psyc 102 SFU (Atwood)".
3 Exams - straightforward. Listen to instructions in lecture and understand the material! Took best 2 out of 3 marks. No final. Project - language analysis paper (done alone or in pairs) a lot of fun. Mixed media helps with concepts. No textbook, online articles relevant, not boring. Favourite prof. Hilarious. 3 hr lectures were engaging!
Get ready for the worst class of your life, be prepared to studying every day. The smallest of information barely covered will show up on the test, no guidance on what will be examined. Pretty much thrown to the wolves, oh did i mention lectures were 3 hours? Trust me you'll fall asleep.. do yourself a favour.. don't take this class!
Took 100 & 102 with Atwood. Used to have iclicker quizzes but she got rid of them, making your grade mainly dependent on the top 3/4 exams. Lectures aren't necessary, but she goes over possible long answer questions for the exam, sometimes showing clips. Making notes off the textbook is easier. If you study the textbook you can get a good mark.
Lectures are very shallow and she often jumps over topics, but all details (except explicitly stated exceptions) are covered in the quizzes. Reading the textbook is absolutely essential. The class assignment is easy but graded very strictly. Quiz questions can be ambiguous. One quiz mark can be dropped but the last quiz is harder than the rest.
I took this course as an elective. Attending lecture is not mandatory. There are 4 midterms, one assignment, research participation & no final exam. Overall, I do not recommend taking this class as an elective because it is not worth all the effort you have to put in.
Attendance is not mandatory. Just read the text and you'll do fine on the tests.
She was very scattered and was very rude when I would email her specific questions. Would often end lectures an hour early and make us just learn the rest on our own despite having powerpoints on the topic (she did this for both classes I had with her). Tests were pretty easy and she would often give us what the long answer is in lecture.
Loved Sherri, she was hilarious. Super easy professor with a clear grading scheme. Make sure you attend lectures to receive hints for the upcoming midterm written question. Read the textbook and you'll be in the clear! (She does have an annoying "term" assignment that in my opinion was completely irrevelant to the course...)
Lectures are spent by her reading off of power points that she puts on canvas for you before hand.... tests are difficult but mainly out of textbook
Sherrie is an amazing prof, her three hour lectures for developmental psychology were engaging!! Although the textbook was optional I found it very helpful if I didn't understand, or wished to read further into a lecture topic. Sure she gets off topic and ends lecture slightly early, but I never felt like she was leaving gaps in my learning.
She is alright. She is a very chill prof. She doesn't seem to like answering questions after class. But it was an easy course.
Possible to pass the class by just reading the textbook, but attending lectures are useful because she often tells you what to focus on for exams and gives out hints as to what the long answer questions will be on. She 's easy to listen to, and makes psychology fairly interesting
slides are very unorganized and messy. she doesn't explain a lot in the class but tests are pretty tough from details in the book.
Tests aren't easy. Prepare to go to lecture AND read the text. Project worth 30% is easy.
One of the worst profs I've ever had. She is rude and lazy when it comes to helping her students. Going to her office hours is a joke because she doesn't want to help you and just tells you to read the textbook (even if you did and are going to her because you don't understand). If you're going to take this course, might as well take it online.
Written question on midterms are usually based off the videos shown in class. Mostly reads off slides in class but sometimes gives hints or answers to what will be on midterms ,so worth going to class even if your sitting on your laptop the whole time. Term assignment is easy if understood. 4 midterms and lowest one is dropped. No final.
I toom Psych 100 and 102 with Sherri. I ended with A- with in Psych 102 but a C in Psych 100. Sherri is the best prof to take these intro psych courses with because you are guaranteed a good mark if you can just memorize the powerpoint/chapters. I love how she teaches 2 chapters and does a midterm. 4 midterms and lowest one is dropped. good deal.
Didnt reply to my emails about the big project. Looked at me quite unkindly when I would go up to hand in my exams (for some reason?) Lectures were boring and questions on the exam were too specific and sometimes repeated. Overall, bad teacher and would never take a class with her again.
She is not as nice as you expect. You can never get feedbacks for your mistakes and check them. She relies on her phone to scan the MCs in the exams. A classmate found some errors of the scanning and we all lost 3MC marks in that exam. But when you want to double check if the scanning is accurate, she will show an impatient expressions like sighing
She tends to be all over place and disorganized. She likes to show videos and really like discussions. Dont skip class because things you discussed in class WILL be on exams. Exams are highly lecture focused. She wasnt the worst prof Ive met, but also not the best. The project was fun and easy. Exams were fair.
I love this prof; she genuinely cares about her students doing well and her lectures are entertaining and informative
Released grades from final exam, same day makes announcement saying won't be taking meetings and to not contact TA's about the grade (no better way to explain why than just saying no exceptions?). Has unclear or vague MC answers, tests on completely random topics from lecture that a random student may say, no way to properly study for the test
The proff is very disorganized. I did not find myself learning anything important about adolescent development. Even though she told us to get a textbook, exams were mostly on lecture. However even the lecture stuff was disorganized making it very hard to study. When you ask her for clarification she gives attitude and provides very little guidance
Her lectures were mostly entertaining. I found the first 2 exams difficult due to very specific questions about exact percentages and some were repetitive. Although there were a few questions about the videos and comments other students made during lecture, reading the textbook is a must. The last exam was a joke if you read the textbook.
I have never regretted taking a course more. No textbook, so all lecture based but problem is lectures are so boring and she goes off topic. A super subjective course. She rarely answers emails. Lecture slides contain WRONG information. Doesn't let you review your multiple choice tests when there's a good change it was marked wrong. AVOID HER.
There is no final exam in her class. Instead, we were quized on every 2 chapters, which made it easier to score good grades. Her lectures are pretty good. She adds videos and personal stories to help us remember. The best thing about her class is that you can always ask her questions. Even minutes before the exam. However, she mixes up key names smt
She is a great professor. It's fun to be in her classes.
Wonderful prof & human being. Lectures were interesting & class group work was easy & a grade booster if you take time to do it well! Definitely read the textbook, know facts & studies for the midterms/exam.
She's rude and condescending. She expects way too much seeing as how it is an intro class. Her exams are based on material from the textbook , including material she doesn't lecture on. Her assignments are completely subjective and not clear at all. She is probably the worst prof I've ever had.
Confusing, ridiculously hard and random assignments. Sooo many exams that include topics not covered in class. Ridiculously hard class for an intro class. Prof goes off topic and just ends up making lectures confusing. Canvas page is also a mess.
Average level of difficulty, lectures are the main focus of exams, lots of textbook notes. She is quite disorganized which is both annoying and stressful but this doesn't seem to negatively impact grading. If you're looking for a standard PSYC course that won't make you cry, she's a good choice.
Lectures are non-important, the biggest focus of the course is memorizing textbook chapters. That being said, the assignments are easy marks and the exams are all multiple choice. Attendance for the lectures is not necessary and a grade well above passing can be achieved simply by reading the chapters and preparing for exams that way.
She gave amazing lectures! She was really funny in class.
One of my absolute favourite profs at SFU. Her lectures are interesting and funny but full of information (make sure you take notes on videos shown too!). She's really easygoing and kind. Exams are fair, and in class assignments are not difficult if you went to lecture. They're also an easy way to improve your mark (worth 40%). Overall a good prof.
You better remember the children's names from the videos she shows in class, they're on the exam like, "In Luna's video, we saw that...." If you don't remember, well good luck! Textbook is long and boring and barely anything is tested from it. The chances are you'll do better just studying lecture slides, than just the textbook.
Probably one of the best psyc profs I've had, and I usually hate psyc! Very sarcastic and chill, just listen to the lecture and it makes you want to go and find out more on the topic. Definitely take a course with her!
her lectures go by so fast and since most of the content was lecture based I had alot of trouble with the exams. Even after finishing the course i still dont know if the textbook was useful because for me it was not but some questions were textbook claimed to be text book based but I never read them in the textbook. Good lecturer though, fast tho
Her lecture notes are useless because it doesn't cover anything so read the textbook. Assignments are poorly outlined and don't tell us what it would be about so it's like unexpected. She is careless to her students. Wouldn't take it again ever.
Lectures arent very helpful at adding to the content and wouldnt be necessary except she shows videos and tests directly on the videos and doesnt upload them on Canvas. Shes very disorganized but the course isnt difficult overall. In class assignments are a bit of a mess.
Your textbook will be your best friend as she only teaches 1/2 of what actually is on the tests. Besides that, she makes the topics easy to understand and shows videos that help our understanding. All in all not a bad prof at all
Pretty lousy teacher, assignments are unfairly graded and mostly unrelated to material. Found her tests extremely hard, not to the standard of most 1st year classes. Took this course as a third year that has gotten straight A's in my previous two years, ended up with a B+. Her lectures were interesting, but made this course harder than should be.
Probably my least favourite professor I've ever had. She was hardly ever prepared for anything in class. Whenever someone would ask a question about the upcoming assignment or syllabus she would just say "eehhh, I'll probably just think of something the day of" or "eehhh, I don't know" in an annoying high pitch voice.
She needs to work on her ability to relate the information in the lectures to the test and assignments, as well as giving equal grading criteria to TAs. Lectures were boring and she goes on tangents. Didn't let us argue unfair marks. Exams were way too hard even with weeks of studying
her lecture powerpoint are pretty much enough for you to get a B+ and above. You could refer to the text book only if you require further elaboration.
I WOULD NOT TAKE PSYCH 100, I took this class for fun and thought it would be really interesting, yet I surprised on how disorganized the prof was and confusing. You can spend weeks studying lecture notes + textbook, and still do terrible on the exams. The exams are quite difficult and half of what it is on it, does not relate to the notes!
Sherrie was very disorganized and the midterms were not clear, TA was no help either. She pulls questions regarding minuscule details making it difficult to do well. I did not enjoy her class at all, do NOT recommend.
Sherrie always holds interesting lectures, she cares about her students, which makes me can really comprehend psychology rather than just dealing with exams from her lecture. I hope I can take her class again one day!!
Sherries gives good and interesting lectures, however the expectations for the in-class assignments were unclear. She often wrote them the night before so she couldn't even tell us what they would be the week in advance. Her tests were fair though, and you could do well enough without reading textbook, however textbook needed for getting an A.
Her psyc100 class was not too difficult, however, there was a glitch with two of my online exams which gave me less time then I was supposed to get. She didn't seem to care and just shrugged it off. It was pretty annoying and frustrating.
PSYC102, like most SFU psyc classes, was mostly based off the multiple choice tests. It's not hard to do well on these, read your lecture slides and make sure to do the readings! Majority of the questions are based on the textbook. And, she does put a few questions from her videos in class, so I would recommend showing up to class.
Her voice is monotonous. Her lectures are dry, and it's hard to absorb information. Tests lack information from the slides. Read the textbook if you want to get a good mark.
taking her online class has been a real struggle - she seems to be totally incapable of being concise and efficient about her subject matter - her lectures are 10% information, 90% waffling bc she goes on and on about inconsequential details and lacks the ability to summarize topics in precise way that can be easily understood. avoid if able!!
Easy GPA booster. Im surprised that she even has a bad rating. I didnt know a thing about psyc, attended one full lecture, spent 2 hour max per week on assignments, and passed with an A. If u understand the general concept, assignments are easy, never got under a 90% on one. if you're able to get lower than an A, you shouldnt be in university.
Overall, not too bad. Took it with a heavy course load so wasn't able to put a lot of time into the class but still ended up with a solid A. Tests are worth alot, study every little detail for the textbook and lecture notes and ur good. Alot of repeat q's so some EZ marks fs. Assignments are easy if youre good at writing.
I had Sherrie Atwood for PSYC106 with remote learning during COVID. She was amazing. The course consisted of 13 assignments which were graded fairly easy by Sherrie and the TA. The assignments were easy and straight forward. They did not require too much work whatsoever. I definitely recommend taking her for any psychology courses!
Sherrie is incredibly unprofessional and could not care less about her students and the marks they receive. She frequently says she will not test certain material and then it appeared on exams. Her ambiguous grading criteria for papers and TAs who also don't care leaves you with a very heavy class about 101 ways babies die. I wouldn't recommend.
Very cold to her students but will help out when you ask. Tests include topics she talks about in class that are not in the textbook and notes. As well as many questions about the videos we watch in class. Her exams are not toooo difficult and are all multiple choice.
Lectures are so different from the readings, sometimes even unrelated. When she says something is excluded in the test, its included. Grading is very rigidyou either finish it on time or its a zero. Doesnt believe in assignment rubrics. ALSO, her Canvas setup is so disorganized: so many tabs for no good reason.
Her lecture notes and exam questions are so illogical and ambiguous that you'll have to read them 5 times over just to try and comprehend what they're saying. She includes material on the exam that is not covered in the text or in the lecture. There is no clear grading criteria for assignmentsTAs mark hard.
boring prof - tests are a little difficult but all multiple choice. i found it weird how everything was based on the textbook, didnt watch a single lecture of hers bc shes kinda disorganized. Other than that, study for the tests and do assignments and you;ll be good :) probably wouldnt take her again because she was not engaging at all
Sherrie is an ok prof. She doesn't seem like she enjoys teaching which makes the learning environment a bit meh.... Her tests are all multiple choice which is convenient for online learning. I probably wouldn't take a class with her again just due to her vibe but she wasn't awful.
Took it with her during remote learning and i had a hard time because she was disorganized. Her exams are a mix of textbook, lecture recordings and lecture notes. Personally it was a lot of info to retain and some items in the exams were so specific. If youre good at retaining info down to the smallest detail, youll be fine
Sherrie was incredibly disorganized - to the point where it becomes an obstacle for success in her class. A half hour to an hour of live lectures are spent waiting for her to figure out zoom. Assignment instructions are vague. She was incredibly condescending to students during lectures to the point where it would merit a formal complaint.
The lectures are long, boring, and all over the place. The information is hard to follow at times and the grading criteria for the assignments is not clear. Despite this, Sherrie is kind and caring, and the exams are not too difficult (just pay attention to the readings and lectures!)
She gives excellent feedback. If you're a good writer, you should 100% take this course. You can pass this class by just reading the textbook. All her questions are from there. She wasn't too tough of a grader either. The class average was around 70%!
very disorganized class, get ready to teach yourself in the course. exams were all multiple choice didn't learn anything from them. The prof/ TA's were unavailable for feedback on assignments and they took forever to put grades up which made it hard to know where you stand in the course. dont take unless you need with this prof.
Honestly, students that are saying she is awful, really did not take the time to read her detailed syllabus - where it CLEARLY says, don't take it with her if you don't like her style. Also, ripping on the TAs is absolutely not fair as when I talked to them both, they were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me etc. Try talking to them!
Sherrie is a great prof and very consistent. Once you get the hang of her teaching and evaluation style, her class is very enjoyable and not overly stressful. She was also very funny and really tried to relate the material to the students. Assignments were not very difficult as long as you are up to date in the course.
Course itself was relatively easy. Exams were easy enough if you listened to her lectures as well as read required material. TAs were a little hard on marking assignments and didn't provide feedback. Sherrie is just damn mean though. She was rude and incredibly stressful to have to deal with outside of class.
super straightforward prof, always lays out everything at the beginning of the semester, & sticks to her promises. no final exams usually, just 4 midterms based off a couple chapters at a time. she has a twisted sense of humour that not many ppl understand/appreciate & tends to overshare about her personal life which just makes u like her more tbh
SHE IS WONDERFUL. TAKE COURSE WITH HER, YOU CAN EASILY GET A. I HAVE DONE ALL THE PSYCHOLOGY COURSES FROM HER AND GOT A+ IN ALL. HER TESTS ARE SUPER EASY, ASSIGNMENTS ARE EASY. OVERALL, PSYCHOLOGY WITH SHERRIE IS A GPA BOOSTER...:)
I wouldn't recommend taking classes with Sherrie before going back to in-person life. Her online classes are extremely messy comparing with those on normal days. Her lectures cover few materials from the textbook and even the orders are messed up. Redundant and boring recording lectures...
she is amazing if you just sit and listen to her in class then you will clearly not need a textbook even if it is required for the course. She doesn't ever bring material outside the textbook and all her exams are multiple choice. Not so easy A but multiple choice should give you at least B and above
My experience with Sherrie via remote class was disappointing and frustrating. Lectures were not structured/were rambly, tests were disorganized & quite challenging due to abstract questions. Sherrie did not seem to be prepared (often) nor did she seem to have much passion/care toward the class. The course strayed from adolescent development often
An absolute queen! Taking her again for Psyc 250 because she makes lectures enjoyable with her personal anecdotes. Never falling asleep in her class because she's very knowledgable and funny! Exams are situation based, not soley memorization.
Super engaging prof, always making lectures interesting and fun. Exams and assignments were fair.
Sherri's lectures are quite messy and disorganized. You legit have to read and memorize the textbook word for word to be able to answer some of the exam questions. Even misc facts like the % of people who got a certain disease in 1982.
Dr. Atwood has probably the most entertaining lectures of any prof. She tells lots of stories of her own kids and her own life experiences, and invites lots of questions and comments and it makes for a very entertaining lecture! The assignments are short and interesting. Exams are kind of hard. Need to do a lot of memorizing to get an A.
Sherrie is her own kind of person, you need to sit down and listen to her when she speaks during lectures so that you can understand and pass your exam because even though the class requires a tb you don't need a tb to pass her exams. she's sarcastic and engaging, if you love those two things about a professor then Sherrie is the one for you.
Overall funny and interesting lectures. But she is very vague in giving instructions and the criteria for her assignments are not very clear. Make sure you ask a lot of questions.
awesome instructor, entertaining lectures, I'll definitely take her other courses again
She's extremely disorganized and does not explain the instructions well for assignments. I would avoid taking her classes at all costs.
First of all, her lecture slides are very disorganized, do NOT depend on the slides when studying for her exam, read the textbook instead. Secondly, be sure to read the instructions for the assignments clearly, she did a bad job on explaining the criteria. Her lectures are somewhat entertaining but still not helpful to my grade.
Great professor, gave lectures that were interesting and had memorable anecdotes. Consisted of 4 assignments, and 4 exams (2 in-person, 2 online or in-person). Some of the exam questions were somewhat tricky, but if you understand the concepts well, it shouldn't be a problem!
Sherrie is an amazing person and teacher. Her lectures are so fun, and all grading criteria are pretty straightforward. We had 4 exams in pairs, and it was much easier. Discussions and assignments were so simple, and you could easily get an
Strange. Her exams are oddly worded. Have to read the questions several times over just to understand what they are asking. You also need to know a collection of random facts here and there, which most likely are not in the slides.
I liked Sherrie. I did the readings before class and her lectures helped clarify the textbook material. Exactly what you need a prof to do, help you learn the material. Her tests were tough to combat the cheating for people who wrote online. Part of the online problem all prof's face. Very personable which made her lectures interesting.
Sherrie is infuriating. You could spend days memorizing every defintion and term but it will do NOTHING for you on the test. Her tests are worded SO strangely that it takes a significant amount of time trying to understand them. She only gives you 55 minutes for a 40 question application based exam. She is rude and doesn't respond to emails.
Although Sherrie is a funny and entertaining professor, midterms were worded in a weird way. Your mark really depends on what TA you have as some mark harshly while others are lenient. Their feedback does not help and even getting an appointment with them, you don't have much luck. If you don't have to take this course, avoid it.
Sherrie was an alright prof. The lectures weren't too useful since all the material was in the textbook aside from a few key details she pointed out. I mostly read the textbook in lecture and wrote down the few key details she about assignments or in-class videos. Material isn't hard but the exam wording is confusing even if you know the material.
I really liked Sherrie as a person - she uses personal anecdotes for course material and I found her to be funny. The TAs mostly marked our assignments and tests so I can't really speak to that, but the assignment criteria was fairly clear. Final grade was based on 3 midterms and 3 assignments. If you put in the effort, you will do well!
Never take her class, doesn't seem showing respect to her students..
Sherrie was never clear on what her expectations were for our assignments. It felt like she gave her TA's a different rubric than what she gave the students. She had a midterm every few weeks which was nice, however, a lot of the questions were difficult to understand because of how they were worded.
The tests are extremely frustrating because each question is worded like a riddle. Even if you study every detail of the material, your hard work is not reflected in your grade. The criteria for the assignments was also very confusing, and the marking and feedback was not consistent with the information the students were given.
Overall not bad. She had four exams every two chapters (3 online) + 4 assignments which I really liked. Exam wording was confusing at times and did not relate to what we were taught or read in the textbook but they weren't difficult. A lot of people didn't like her but I thought she was pretty funny. If you put in the work, you will do well.
Most of the class will leave mid lecture due to the lack of use her lectures ever produce, never take this course.
I wanted to try psychology because I like it but this course made it clear to me that psychology courses are not for me. The quizzes were worded very weirdly which made them difficult to answer. I felt like I didn't learn much during the lectures as well.
Do not take this class for an elective. Complete opposite of a GPA booster. She's a good lecturer, however her exams are insanely difficult and almost the entire final grade is based off of the marks you get on these exams. Really interesting material though.
her exams are worded so weirdly and they don't really relate to what we learned in the lecture. wouldn't take her again, exams are worth 60% of your grade and most of the questions don't even make sense
Broad concepts covered, but she makes lecture interesting enough + is somewhat humorous and helpful during office hours if needed. TONS of reading for the course, memorization-heavy. Some questions on quizzes/midterms are nowhere in textbook or lecture...? But assignments are simple. Class is a breadth course compared to Physics, Chem, etc.
lecture for psyc 250 is 3 hours long but could seriously be shortened to 2 hours MAX if she didn't ramble on about pointless things
I learned a lot in her class. Compared to other profs her material is very well structured, just make sure to read each chapter before the lecture and also go to the lectures. If you actually care about the material and pay attention in class, you should have to issues writing the tests.
Absolutely awful. Rambled on about unrelated things. Used 10 slides per 3 hour lecture, readings were largely unrelated. Same concepts as presented in PSYC 250. Absolute waste of time. Test questions were worded weirdly, even the TA thought they were poorly done. Doesn't publish lectures online, but tests exclusively on those conversations. AVOID.
You will fail if you don't go to class considering majority of exam questions are on specific conversations (both relevant to material and not) held in class. Lectures are unnecessarily long. Exams are frustrating and unfair. TAs take so long to grade exams, you do not have time to review exam before next one. Don't recommend.
Prof rambles for the whole three hours, but could shorten if she didn't. She goes through around 5 slides every hour and rambles about them. Class is exam heavy and would take so long to get back to us, each exam consists of around 5 - 7 short answer questions. Doesn't reply to emails.
Her classes are not bad; sometimes, they get boring. However, her exam questions are quite weird, and they don't really test your knowledge. You need to be a master of writing Bullsh** to get a good grade. Many questions can be answered with just one sentence, yet you're expected to write a whole page. Avoiding her class if possible.
Interesting content, poor delivery and testing methods. Studied my butt off for an exam and got 60%, not studying I got 90% - succeeding is not a matter of knowing course content, but how well you can answer very specific and random questions that are worded confusingly. Saw another course with Sherrie, looks so cool, but will avoid - shame.
Takes too long to go over lecture when half the time she rambles. Tests started out ok but progressively got more difficult, pulled questions from very specific moments in lecture so attendance is mandatory if you want to do well. TAs are always late to return exams for review before the next (you can't look at an exam once the next has begun)
Dr. Atwood is a very caring person and gives of herself with personal examples to help you learn the material. There is a lot of info in this class with only a few topics, so she expects you to understand a deeper meaning and tests accordingly. If you care enough and learn that deeper meaning you will do fine. I really enjoyed the class.
She truly changed my life, she is the best professor you can ask for. The amount of effort she puts in during her lectures are truly remarkable. Strongly recommend!
Lectures are very dry and long, entire grade was based on three exams (31.3% each) and 6% research participation, exams are usually graded harshly and require hyper-specific knowledge rather than general understanding.
You're expected to study from at least 5 slideshows for each exam, with each slideshow containing at least 50 slides, but the exams only contain a few topics. Attendance is important as she only says what *might* be on exams and does not have exam reviews. When asked what will be on exams, she often doesn't know as she has not written them yet.
she changed her criteria this sem, 4 papers, every two weeks there was a paper. she gives u 2 questions beforehand to study (will be on tests too), tests usually had 5-6 q's. TA marks hard, meticulously. she does curve bc the test 1 was terrible lol. sherrie is funny, very mom energy
Enthusiastic but rambles a lot about random things at times. Lectures are 3 hours but there are typically only like 40 slides in total. Tests are pretty tough, even if you aren't a first-year. At least she tries to make the tests easier if the grades are coming back too low. Oh yeah, and your entire grade is based on tests.
LMAO RUNNNNNN
her tests are extremely hard for no reason and the tests make up for 94% of your grade. I would avoid taking her class, as grading for the tests is unreasonable and super tough. Considering this is a first-year class, it shouldn't be this hard. Yes, attendance is not mandatory, but all the questions in the test come from discussions in class.
The worst prof yet! She never replies to emails, and has no answers to any questions. If you ask her about the exams, her response is always "idk I didnt write it yet". The entire course is from 4 written exams, not mc but WRITTEN LONG ANSWER questions that make no sense. Our class average is a fail for every exam DO NOT take this course with her.
i didnt attend a single lecture and ended up getting above average for every exam. the readings are helpful, and her lecture slides have all the info youll need for the exam.
Sherrie does her lec well, engages with the class and has good humour. She does a lot of random stuff in class you may find questionable but it makes the whole class laugh. If you care about your grade you should go to class but she posts her slides online. Sometimes it's difficult to stay awake by the end of her class but it's not too bad.
Lectures are 3 hours long and Atwood rambles off topic. Lecture slides have all the info needed for exam. 3 exams that make 94% of your grade. Exams are 6-7 written LONG answers and marked incredibly harshly. Our class average was close to a fail every time but it is on a curve. HIGHLY consider taking this course with a different prof if possible.
Her lectures were fun and I enjoyed having her but the exams were very tough. One question was one slide that she didn't talk much about. 3 hour classes but she sometimes let us out early. TA'S are tough markers. Our class average was a C so make sure to attend lecture as she mentions things that are the exam in more detail
DONT. DON'T TAKE HER. EVERY SINGLE EXAM WE DID WITH HER. EVERY EXAM'S AVERAGE WAS 50% PPL WERE FAILING, SHE REFUSED TO CURVE UR GRADE TO A BETTER ONE AFTER SAYING SHE WOULD. CUTTS OFF PPL AT THE AVERAGE MARK, TA IS A HARDMARKER WHO DISLIKED SHERRIES MARKING SCALE. THIS IS AN INTRO 100 LVL COURSE, IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD. -5/10
Sherrie's lectures were quite long, but sometimes they were boring. Her grading was terrible. She said she would curve the class, but the average was still a C, so there was no way she curved the class. She gave us 4 exams, each worth 23.5%, and that was it. It is an intro-level psych class, and it was very hard. DO NOT TAKE!
If she spent as much time grading fairly than she did wasting time with those D1 yappers up front (ur friends 100% have groupchats without u esp the loud one with bad edges LOL) the class avg wouldnt be failing. Exams are 23.5% and designed to stump you, poorly phrased, horrible grading scheme. Its her last term teaching this course, good riddance!
Honestly Sherrie wasn't the worst prof in the world, but the TA's were rough and didn't give a clear marking criteria whatsoever. She also said she would curve the grades multiple times and never did. TA's also didn't respond to emails when asked about grades. The TA'S from this class didn't deserve that pay increase just saying.
Taken 2 classes w/ Sherrie and she uses dry humour that may not come across to everybody but, she is very fair in her grading and drops your lowest exam mark (3 exams + 1 project). Topics are interesting and involves participation from the class, it is important to attend lectures (not recorded). She tells you exactly what will be on the exams.
One of my worst courses that I've ever taken in university
Respect yourself and avoid her
AS A FIRST YEAR TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. u get 4 exams and 94% of the grades are based on those exams. she marks very tough no matter how much you study you will still fail. worst of SFU's profs. didn't reply to emails either
lectures can be so funny but sometimes she would spend 45 minutes on 5 slides and then rush through the rest. the exams were kind of difficult so make sure you really pay attention to what she stresses in lecture and study that. good luck
You could really tell that Sherrie knew a lot about psychology and she loved it. She often told stories about her personal life and other things going on outside of class, but I found that they always related to the material and helped put things into perspective.
3 big exams that pretty much determines your final grade, none cumulative. 3hrs lecture was hard to endure but she tries her best to make it bearable.
This course was named Aging and Adulthood but most of the content was about aging. The Project is so ridiculous with 40%, you must interview a person who is over 60 and have the recording. This is overwhelming and stressful to find a person who is willing to answer and able to.
Sherrie is pretty funny and overall a decent lecturer, but she can be extremely condescending when answering questions in class. She sometimes behaves like teaching first-years is a personal inconvenience and an introductory course is a waste of her time. Exams are tough, but not unmanageable.
Professor Atwood is honestly a very straightforward prof. we had a project that was worth 40% of our grade and the outline was pretty lengthy; however, if you read it carefully, it's easy to get 100%. PSYC 357 had 3 exams and each one is 20% of your grade. READ HER SLIDES! lectures aren't mandatory but she does give hints for the exams. easy A tbh
Super easy prof. Just three exams, so if you're not a fan of a million portions in a course, this prof is rly for you. Very good lecturer as well
Terrible person
Her lectures are okay, but her exams are difficult as they consist entirely of short answer questions. Concerned that the grades were too high last semester she has stated this many times that the exams will be difficult. She will alter the exams when students do well and make it more difficult. It feels like she does not want students to succeed.
It really feels like she wants you to fail the course because the exams are extremely difficult and unfair. If you happen to remember the few things she wants to test you for then you are lucky, otherwise how well you learn in general isn't relevant.
Pros= funny, decent lecturer. Cons= all short answer difficult exams, no effort to fix lecture recording issues, worries about the grades being too high and does not take into account how students may be hardworking and deserving of grades, doesn't curve grades, random things are tested example how many students put their hands up for a question.
She's funny but often rambles on about her personal experiences. She grades out of 4 exams only and they're all essay-style questions which I think is quite unfair given that she doesn't emphasize what would be tested, resulting in students studying the wrong thing. She made some exams more difficult because the department would lower grades.
If you forget one of the concepts during an exam you may lose over 20%.
Unclear criteria for tests which are completely written. Doesn't give feedback at all. Intentionally lowers the test scores when the TAs want to give better scores.
Sherrie is very approachable and I appreciate how much she likes to have class discussions. But, she often rambles and it is difficult to know what she will/won't test on. She also loves to ask questions specifically about class discussions and we had multiple technical issues, so students who could not attend lecture were at an unfair disadvantage
I have taken 3 courses with Sherrie ranging from 2019 to 2024 and although it may feel like she gives off difficult and distant vibes, she has been so compassionate and engaging. She also loves to share her stories that are relevant to the courses. 355 and 358 does not require a lot of textbook details, you'll survive on her lecture alone.
I've had Sherri multiple times and she is an amazing prof! Her exams are fair and tests almost exclusively on lecture content (there is usually a bonus question about something that was discussed in class). She is super funny and the stories/personal examples she tells in class are super interesting. All exam based which I loved!
Sherrie is a decent lecturer, but her class can be tough - exams are challenging and she doesn't always cover everything in depth. Attend lectures and use resources like unstuck ai to prepare.
I have had three classes with Sherrie. She is very direct, engaging in lectures and LOVES to share personal stories. Her classes are typically 2-3 midterms (non-cumulative) and an assignment. On her tests the multiple choice is pretty easy and short answer can be difficult/require you to write a lot for full marks.
Found this professor to be very difficult to learn from, often going off topic and talking about something else completely unrelated to the course material. Wouldn't take again
She is unapproachable, rude and does not clarify confusions about assignments but rather assumes you know nothing. She often goes off-topic and talks about her life. Unorganized and confusing lectures with little information on material that gets tested. Ended up teaching myself, and she has no connection with her TAs, who are tough graders.
This prof wants you to meet with your TA before you meet with her but the TA's we had for this course were not flexible with their office hours and could not meet outside their 2 hours a week. I tried to meet with the prof to discuss exam grades and the 1st time she was able to talk to me but the 2nd time she completely ignored all my emails.
listen to everything she says cause often it's on test. no assignments, the 2 tests averages have been fails so far. seems like the TAs are the problem as sherie says ppl who aren't doing well don't go into enough detail on the tests (all written no mc). grading is hard but good if u don't want a assignment heavy class and do well on written tests
This course was blended, 2hr in person and one hour online. It was hard as a first year student to understand the types of questions on the exams. Most of the questions more qualitative, as a first year, it's difficult to make that switch. She can be good but the exams as a first year was had.
Dr. Atwood's exams are rather tricky, and although she provides a cheat sheet, it's extremely difficult to get a good grade unless you're writing verbatim from the textbook. Her TAs are honestly irritating and tough markers.
TAs were horrible and hard markers and the lectures were a total snooze fest. 2/4 exams had an average of a fail.
In my two years at SFU, Sherrie is the worst professor I have ever had. Lectures were terrible, test making was atrocious. TA explained how Sherrie gave them rubrics to mark and not to give part marks. Averages of tests were fails. Tried to say that because we don't understand her questions its our fault. Said we don't deserve grades to be curved.
an absolute train wreck. students and sherrie herself had NO help from TAs who didn't even show up to help her during the 3 exams we had. this made sherrie extremely stressed and definitely affected how she ran the course. also, my feedback for the TERM assignment was written all lowercase AND in point form like it was written on the notes app lmao
Sherrie was a horrible professor and made what should be a simple psychology intro class into an unnecessarily challenging hassle. She is dull in lectures and has about 120 slides you must study for each exam. The class average for 2/4 exams was a fail, and she blamed it on the students for not understanding the material well
The worst prof ive ever had in my life. This being a first year course too based off 4 exams worth 25% each and the average for 2/4 of the exams were fails. Horrible prof with the worst lectures known to mankind, never take this course with her or any other course for that matter believe me i'm saving you.
DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. Average for each exam was either a fail or BARLEY passing. This class is a joke. After the first exam, the prof blamed us, saying we were studying TOO MUCH, let that sink in. She also said we should buy her textbook in the beginning of the semester (which she never used), later she said falls asleep reading the textbook.
Lectures were relatively engaging but there was way too much information to retain every week for a first year class. There were 4 exams in the semester worth 94% of your final grade. Exams were fully written and very difficult. Class average was always between 45 and 55%. She did curve the grades though, which helped in the end.
She's nice, but class average on exams was usually around 50%, and they are worth most of your grade and all short answer. I reached out to ask for a link to a vid she shared in class that wasn't in the slides, she replied that she didn't have time to find it, and then one (of only 5) questions on the final was about it. Need to attend lectures.
Horrible. If you are in Pyschology just wait to take it with another prof. Dr. Atwood is angsty, annoying, quiet and has a way >50%average in her class. Not helpful and does not respond to emails. 4 exams worth 94% of your grade. And her lectures don't even get through all the information so you are forced to read the rest yourself. Disappointed.
Her exams were hard, her lectures were boring and everything about this class sucked. Her exams had 6 questions that were very obscure and there were 3 exams and our entire grade was based on that and a research. Don't take this with her. It's not worth it when you can take this class with easier profs
Most boring lectures ever, exams are insanely hard and nitpicky, 85% of grade comes from exam and over all she's just mean and a bad prof, Iris gordon Is better, I took her for psych 102 and that says alot.
Sherrie is an approachable prof and her lectures are good. However, your grade based on 4 exams that you take every 2 weeks. The exams are only 4-7 questions and they ask you to write paragraph or short essay responses. These questions are specific yet you're expected to write a lot. if you dont know 1 question, you can lose 15-30% of your grade.
trust me. I promise you there is another professor to take this is not the one. doesn't reply to emails, and not approachable in person at all. TAs are a joke, will try to gaslight you. she is a horrible person I spent ages trying to solve a problem she didn't care to solve. over half the class failed last semester.
Worst professor ever!!!! Don't waste your time or money because you will have to retake this course with a different professor. IM SO SERIOUS. She doesn't care about teaching at all and doesn't want to help you.
Horrible. Majority of the class failed the exams. Majority for your mark is based on the exams as well since there are no assignments. Made an intro course so much more difficult than it should be. Whatever you do, DO NOT take a class with her. Just wait to take it with another prof, it is NOT worth it!!!!!!!!
So much contradictory information! Would say things like 0/5 if no reference pg, then would say you don't need one a pg later. Never knew what she wanted and had to email for clarification a lot. Content of the class was easy, but 4 hours average of lecture, plus textbook chapters and about 7-10 MP4 videos each week for a 3 credit class.
What could have been a 90 minute lecture ends up being 3 hours because she rambles a lot about her own life experiences that aren't really relevant to the course. She doesn't explain the assignments in lecture and the instructions are literally 8 pages of rules and examples for formatting with the actual assignment itself sprinkled in between.
Lectures are so long, assignment outlines are 9 pages long (and don't even explain her intentions well), and she moved up a due date on an assignment worth 25% by a week on a mistake SHE made. Keep in mind this was thanksgiving weekend, out of the blue changed syllabus, and going into a long weekend where responses were not expected. Unprofessional
I really enjoyed this class. Although, her organization still aren't the best and she can make assignment instructions a lot more difficult than it actually is. Her lectures were long, but I found it quite fun, she shares some personal experiences that relates to course content. The assignments were very creative and unique, I enjoyed this course!
