Great teacher. She works problems and helps you out alot! Made an A, and I am not a great math student!

very good teacher, helpfull easy to understand, you should take her if your haveing troble with math!

She wont let anything get by, so you better have a great attention to detail. If you think its perfect, don't worry she'll count off because she felt like you needed to show more work even thogh you got it right.

If you put your best effort into to her class you will be surprised about how much you really learned!!!

Excellent instructor. Very helpful and makes Algebra make sense. The reviews for each test even provide more of an opportunity to be successful in the course. Very strongly recommended.

Mrs. Eska is SUCH a great teacher! She goes through everything, even if she knows we should know it all ready from previous courses. She also does not mind helping whenever she can however she can! I am so bad at math, and I still made a great grade!

I'm taking Eska right now for College Algebra, and Math isnt my strongest subject, but I'm doin awesome right now. She's an awesome teacher, very clear and patient, she gives u plenty of chances to get extra pts on the test. Do the homework assignments & the reviews and u'll do fine on the tests!

Busy class. Lots of material yet she finds a way to do a great job. She is a bit picky about the notebook system. To please her, do only what she says nothing more or less.

I took Mrs. Eska for College Algebra a year or so ago and she made learning so much fun. Her willingness to go out of her way and help a student is the true mark of a REAL teacher! I highly recommed Mrs. Eska!

Mrs. Eska is the best Math teacher I've ever had. You will learn in her class. She gives alot of homework but you need to practice math. You get 5 extra points for the math lab on every test except the final. You can make a 110 on every test with lab and bonus (final 10 point bonus).

Very thorough prof. Great opportunity to get bonus points if you work extra or use math lab. She takes time to review. I didn't think I could get an A, but with some extra study and good notes it's easy.

she is a great teacher. i am terrible at math and made a B. i never thought i could do better than a d and she halped me do above and beyond what i thought i could ever do!

Ms. Eska was my favorite teaching of going to San Jac. She expected you to do your work but was more than willing to help you if you did not understand something. I was so disappointed that she was not going to teach Trig or Calculus. If you struggle with math this winderful woman will make it clear for you.

The best math teacher around. She gives you everything she's got to teach you. She is extremely explanatory with math. Expect to learn cause you will. She is a Christian and she cares about your grade which is rare. Word of advice, register now, she is in high demand.

Mrs. Eska is the best math teacher I have had at San Jac! She could practically make an ape understand how to do the problem because she explains it so well! She kinda treats you like jr. high students though- she takes up a binder and checks it for a grade, but her test are easy as long as you come to class and take notes!

SHE IS THE BEST TEACHER EVER! SHE IS THER FOR THE STUDENTS. SHE BENDS OVER BACKWARD FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED. she is a really good prof for teaching.if ur good at math u may get a little bored waiting for her to catch up the other people.she is really nice but teaches the ENTIRE classtime.she takes up a notebook, make sure u do it EXACTLY as she says and u'll get a 100.Do the hw and u'll make good grades!

She is the best teacher out there. She really loves Math and her students well being. She deserves a raise. She is very good at explaining the concept and does not mind helping at all. EVERYONE SHOULD TAKER HER :)

She is a very good teacher..And explains everything you need to know..Never lets you get out early but other than that shes good.

Mrs. Eska is a great teacher. She gives bonuses and free points for lab time on her exams. Her tests are usually easier than the homework assignments. Overall, she is wonderful!

The class itself is easy. She does a good job of presenting the material, but some of the projects we've had to do seem pointless to me. She is also very particular about things and if you don't do them her way you will get points counted off. Sometimes her particularness is just annoying. Class always runs over too.

Mrs. Eska is a wonderful teacher! She is clear in her explanations and her requirements. She gives reviews for every exam and she is always there if you need help. She does everything humanly possible to help her students! If you fail her class, you tried to fail. Bonus points in the math lab and bonuses on exams - definitly take Mrs. Eska!

I wasn't at all good in math. But if you need to take 1314 Mrs. Eska is the teacher, she is EXCELLENT. It wasn't easy but as long as you put some effort into it and keep up with your homework you will do fine. :)

Math can be confusing to everyone at times but she explains everything well and if you still don't get it she is always willing to help you anytime. I wish I would have taken her for all my maths. One of the BEST math professors I have ever had! She is very helpful and is there when you need her. She actually came to the math lab to help me after her class was over during finals week. You won't regret taking her she's the best.

Excellent Teacher. I hadn't taken a math course in 12 years but she made it seem easy. She will go out of the way to help you, you only need to ask. She also provides opportunities for 10% extra credit on each exam, allows one makeup exam and accepts homework one class late without penalty.

She is so helpful and does anything she can to make sure EVERYONE understands the material. Do your HW and study notes and reviews and you will do well, and always do the extra credit/bonus problems , glossary, and "AS YOU READ".. it helps your grade :)

Excellent teacher!! I always struggled with math but she has the ability to make it so clear. She gives you every opportunity to learn the material and makes herself very available. I wish there were more out there like her.

She's a very good professor. She makes things very clear and will give tons of examples for any question you might have. She offers extra credit. Do all the homework and attendance is necessary.

If you are scared to death of algebra, take Mrs. Eska. I have not taken a math class in 27 years (I am not exaggerating!) and she made the class make sense. I did have to put a lot a time into studying but it is possible to make an A if that is what you want. She is an excellent teacher that wants you to succeed if you are willing to work.

SHE ROCKS! Algebra has historically made me curl up in the fetal position and such my thumb, but not with this prof! Show up for class, do hw, do extra credit. If I can get an A (and I did!), anybody can! Eska is very accessible and helpful, in and outside of class. Her classes fill in a hurry, so register asap! TAKE HER!

she's a good teacher if you don't know the math you're learning. i had to take her trig class alongside calculus, and she teaches you like you're in elementary. got on my nerves.

I was not very confident going into college algebra but Mrs.Eska is an amazing teacher who is willing to help you as much as you will let her. She offers alot of extra credit and each test has a take home part.

Great teacher to take after dropping algebra twice I finally found a teacher that was really helpful and explained in a way the class understood and remembered. I would recommend to anyone having a hard time in algebra, wish she was teaching calculus. She was worth the drive from the north campus to central. No complaints. Ms Eska was great!

This professor is EXTREMELY helpful. Some of her tests have take home portions. I have always barely made it out of math classes with a c. But in her class I got an a! I strongly recommend taking her!

TAKE HER! She is so awesome. I took her class without any math for a year and I made an A. One test was completely take home and two others had take home portions. She offers extra credit for going to the math lab and she always has a bonus question on the tests. She teaches everything step by step, and explains thuroughly.

She is a great teacher. You have to do your homework and she grades it when she grades your notebook. The homework really is worth doing. If you do it and look over your reviews you will make an A. She clearly teaches everything and if you need extra help she is willing to do so. A wonderful teacher I wish I could take her for 1351!!

Prfessor Eska is a great teacher. She is very helpful and if asked she will make sure you understand everything. She does require that you be in class and you keep a notebook....but it keeps you organized. which is very helpful. I would definately recommend her to ANYONE!! She is wonderful! You have to keep a notebook which is kind of a PIA but it keeps you organized. She gives out over 10 bonus questions on each test, she gives written reviws, and oral reviews. She is wonderful! Easy A if you come to class!

If you're not sure about Math, Take her! She is extremely helpful, very nice, and really cares if you pass or not! She will do anything she can to help out. She is very clear and thorough with her teaching. Lots of homework, and sometimes she goes fast, so make sure you do the homework and go to class! There's a take home part of every test too.

She is a very good teacher. She doesn't take short cuts, so if you have forgotten how to do math you already learned, she will go step by step and this is through the entire semester. Sometimes she will give take home test which was how I passed the class really, but thank goodness she did that or I would be repeating it.

Mrs. Eska is awesome! She is very nice and will help you anytime you need it. It was my fourth time in 0306, and I didn't understand it until she taught it. There is quite a bit of homework, but it is very helpful. She is definitely the best math teacher there is!

Hands down the best professor I've ever taken. One of the nicest ladies I've ever met & truly cares about her students learning math Very clear w/ instructions & extremely helpful if you are having problems. She will go out of her way to help you learn the material. She just wants people to make an effort. She works @ the math lab to help as well.

Yes, attendance is mandatory. She stars you off @ 100 points for attendance and takes away 5pts if you are absent. Attendance is worth 5% of the grade, but you can make it up. If you already are good at math, don't take her b/c she's extremely clear & tries to explain exactly how to do problems. Most of the ppl in my class needed this. I'd take her

I SUCKED AT MATH!!! I USED TO HATE MATH!! AFTER TAKING HER, IT HAS BECOME MY FAVORITE SUBJECT, I TOOK HER FOR 0305 AND 0306, SUCH A BUMMER I COULDNT GET INTO HER COLLEGE ALEGRA, SHE MAKES MATH SEEM LIKE A PIECE OF CAKE!! DO YOUR HW AND ATTEND REVIEW SESSIONS AND ITS A SECURE 'A'

She was an ok teacher for me. I had had better instructors. It was nice that in her class you can choose to use mymathlab, which I like, or the text book.

I took Mrs. Eska for Math 1350 and she is very helpful. She requires you to put together a notebook that she grades. That's the hardest part of the class. She schedules test review sessions for every test. Please take advantage of that and you will ace all exams because the test are similar to the reviews.

Kind teacher, very helpful one of the best teachers I've had. She urges students who are late to show up to class anyway, requires an organized notebook with labels. I passed with a B very pleased with it (especially since math isn't my strongest subject.)

I am currently in Eska's And Madrigal's AIM class. Miss Eska is an awesome teacher. Ol school which you dont find anymore but she is awesome! Some of the younger students have a hard time understanding her but it could be because they TALK SO MUCH!!! Be prepared to study, take notes ask questions. She will see you after class if you want.
