Mrs. Sharifian is such a nice and sweet person. She is a Dual teacher and I have to say she is the best teacher i've had!! She is so helpful and knows what she is talking about. She gives notes for every chapter that we do and the test come strait from your notes. I recomend her very much and trust me u will get an A if you show up and read ur note

She is a good teacher. Very understanding and the class is fun. She uses the best ways to make you learn. The only yhing is that she takes sides and personal opinion about things that they're not supposed to do as a teacher. I definitely recommand her though.

Awesome teacher. She is so easy. Lets you make up every quiz she hands out if youre not happy with grade. 3 exams, and she gives a study guide with the answers for each exam. Show up for class, study exam handouts and you will receive an A.

I took her for Sum 2 and I loved her class. She made government so interesting we take 3 tests and she gives you a review and the answers so there is no way someone can fail her class her quizzes are easy, but if you are not satisfied you can retake. I reccommend her!!

Mrs. Sharifian is an awesome teacher. Her tests are super easy and although she gives a lot of assignments, they're not hard at all. The book has all the answers. First off she makes the class really easy if you fail then you should drop out. But her accent is really annoying and goes off on different subjects thst dont regsrd the class but she is nice.

Professor Sharifian lectured (talked) a lot and would constantly drift away from a subject in an attempt to make connections to her class. The class itself was extremely easy, and help is given when asked for. All assignments and tests were easy; the only thing considered hard is making the effort to do everything.

Do all the assignments, quizzes, discussions (all of which are easy and the answers can be found in lecture notes). The test questions/answers are given before the test!

I usually do not believe in rating,but once I heard my friend saying how one student from our class rated her unfairly I thought it was only right to let other students know that the comments were not true. She is not opinionated, she is always available to help you out. And she is extremely fair with no bias.I wish all professors were like her.

Pros: All test are online and there are a few SLOs. Several extra credit opportunities. Cons: She spends most of the class scolding students about coming to class and doing the assignments. None the less do the work, go to class and listen easy A. Book not needed.

Not a hard class and she is helpful! do your work & I promise you'll receive a good grade. Everything is clear on duedates&yes like another person said after duedates she would extend them. I almost wondered if it was just a way of helping the students out or to get students to do it earlier than its "real" due date? Either way online was great!

Sitting through class is a bit painful, but she is very nice and perhaps a bit too easy on extensions of due dates. Seems that not being firm with due dates only encourages procrastination with students.

I took her class online for Summer II. Got an easy A. All of her quizzes are multiple choice, 90% of the questions are verbatim from the book or online flashcards. The quizzes are not timed and can be retaken twice, you keep the higher score. The exam questions are from the quizzes. She gave one written assignment, I got a 100 on it.

She is a very easy going professor by fact she open my exams in December which was due and closed in beginning of November. she complains a bit, talk about her country,out of topic a bit, but she is never serious about it. when its time of grading and giving chance to student.

TAKE THIS CLASS!! Trust me, you will not regret it. All you have to do is show up and listen to her talk about her political opinions. Then, everything else is online. The quizzes, tests, and essays. She gives you extra credit simply for showing up to class all semester. However, you will learn very little about the government in her lectures.

Easy class. All quizzes and tests are online except the finals. Final is very similar to her reviews. Assignments are doable. Gives 1-2 extra credit. You should buy an ebook, but If I had known earlier I would have shared it with a friend.

This was one of the easiest classes I have ever had. The grading was clear, the tests were based on all the quizzes, the questions were all there. There was extra credit questions on tests and quizzes. Overall 5 quizzes for each unit ( 3 units), 2 DB, and 3 tests. One essay. I finished a week early and it was a 4 week Maymester course!!!

Took her Govt2305 class in fall 2016 and actually had a good time. Had 3 papers, about 5 quizes for each unit and 4 exams. Only problem I had was she had took off points for me including the questions asked for my given answers. Never had a professor do that before but everyone is different. Other than that greay class, still passed with an A!

I took her 2305 & 2306 both classes online and its really easy. All the answers are online. There's 1 writing assignment for 2305 and 3 writing assignments for 2306.

3 units, each unit has four or more quizzes a test and 1 writing assignment. In total you have 3 tests, 18 quizzes, and 3 writing assignments. You get the opportunity to take the quiz twice so make sure you get a 40/40 on them because they return back on the tests. Most answers are found on science forums. Pay attention to deadlines!!!!

Professor Sherry is so sweet, inspirational and her lectures are engaging. The class is an easy A. Just make sure to complete the quizzes, do decent on the only writing assignment we had and you'll be good! You have two chances to take the quizzes, and she gave us the questions to the final exam beforehand!

I took Prof Sharifian for GOVT2305 and 2306 and got a B in both. Super easy! 4 chapter quizzes and 1 test per unit. If you take during long semester there are 3 small writing assignments. If you take in winter mini, no writing just quizzes/tests! All auto graded so you know where you are. If i needed any other GOVT courses I'd take her again.

I am SO glad I took Sharifian! Her course is well laid-out and straight forward. 4 units, 4 tests, chapter quizzes (answers online), and 3 essays. This course was simple and I felt so confident making an A+! I wish she would give better feedback on essays though. All she said was please proofread your paper. TAKE HER! NO REGRETS. I took this class online and it was fairly easy. 4 quizzes per unit and then one exam and paper. Everything was on Quizlet, but the papers were confusing and her grading never made sense. I loved the class up until she posted the final grade - To get an A you have to gain a certain number of points rather than have an A average (95 average B)

I took her for two flex terms online, and really enjoyed it! The DQs, Quizzes, and Exams were really easy (that's all that you need in her class, and it's somewhat self-paced), and she grades easy.

I took Govr 2305 online (summer) with A . Her class has 3 discussion board (one introduction, 2 politic question and you need only one response to others mate which is not hard). This class has Quizzes (no time limit and not hard), Test is required Lockdown browser but you could do it well. I own her a review here and Good luck to you guys.

I took a summer online class and because I previously had a bad experience in one, I was scared of taking this one, but it turned out amazing! She has a clear process, all the instructions are there. Read the book! She uses questions not mentioned in the online lectures, but in the book. Overall, it was super easy if you study.

Watched some documentaries. All the work is done online. We had one major assignment which is easy if you read the criteria. There was very little note taking, the textbook wasnt used. Her class is pretty easy if you listen & participate. She absolutely hates when others are preoccupied with something else than the lecture so dont use your phone!

Awesome professor! I highly recommend her; her class was pretty smooth and easy to navigate everything was self explanatory. You have enough time to complete 4 quizzes at a time with 2 attempts each. Prof. Sharifian was awesome! There's a lot of reading and quizzes but you have 2 attempts for each of the quizzes. As long as you have the quiz questions correct, the same questions will be in the exam so study the questions you get wrong. I'd gladly take her again.

Professor Sharifian is the best GOVT 2305 & GOVT 2306 teacher. Her due dates are clear and so are her expectations. I took GOVT 2305 for a winter-semester and passed with an A. Great teacher. I will sign up with her GOV 2306. all her online classes were full but she said since her in person classes materials are online if students can't make it to class they will not be penalized. I had to sign up with her in person class but she will not make attendance mandatory.

Easy class! Just do the work and you will be fine! There is a lot of quizzes that you will have to take but the materials are given to help you pass and succeed. You have to study and look over the materials. She does give you a time frame to finish assignments and it is enough time to complete them before the due date.

Took during short Winter Term and appreciate the structured course! There is a lot of material, but just read the chapters, study all the material, videos, PowerPoints, and take your quizzes and you will be solid. Exam questions are from quizzes. Love how she sent weekly reminders and how quickly she responded to emails. A class act for sure!

I 100% recommend this professor to anyone. She is the most understanding, if you fail this class it is on your own accord and not hers. Professor Sharifian is amazing! She is caring and wants you to be successful. I took GOVT2306 over the summer and it was very doable. Her communication is amazing and will always respond to her emails. If you need to take a Government course, TAKE HER!

She is really a good professor. Multiple attempts in quiz. gives extra credit if you always go to the class. I definitely recommend her. Best Professor!

Took her for 2305 and 2306. Such a easy class as its self passed and not that many assignments to do! There's one essay we had to do which was pretty confusing. I ended up turning it in and she put me on the spot with a longgggg email of her telling me how wrong I am LOL. Other than that I still passed with a A and would take her class again.

Professor Sharifian was great! Her class was straightforward and was organized into 3 units. Just read the assigned chapters in the textbook/pay attention to the quizzes/answers because they come back later. There are 2 major papers, a plagiarism quiz, and 3 exams, but they are easier than they look. Provides several extra credit opportunities too.

I took this class for wintermester, and she was very sweet. I recommend her. There is an essay at the end of the semester.

In the nutshell: 13 quizzes, 1 plagiarism quiz, 3 assignments, 3 exams, and 1 intro on DB. It might seem like a lot, but they are very easy. All the Qs & As are on Quizlet, so you can quickly get As. Also, she gives us a 3-day grace period after the deadline for unusual circumstances for more time to work on the assignments. Easy As!

Online 2306 course includes 3 units, each with 4 chapters. Each chapter have a quiz, one DB for introduction and 3 essays. Its sounds a lot but its easy. She grades easy, gives good feedback, always available for tutoring and provides extra credit. TAKE THIS CLASS!!

This professor was great for me. You must read thoroughly and take a lot of notes. I took it in an 8 week class and had to stay on top of things. She offered extra credit a lot and I was able to get a solid A with her responding to emails within a day or two.

8 week class. 4 units, with 4 quizzes and 1 exam in each unit. Each quiz had 40 questions, and the exams were 100. Quizzes were based of the textbook, so super easy. The quizzes had 2 attempts and the questions didn't change. It also tells you your mistakes. Had 1 paper, which was super easy. She provides sources, to make sure to use those.

The professor provided extra credit opportunity. She really cares for every student to pass her class. The assignments itself is not difficult at all, you just have to read the resources/articles she provides.

Quizzes and exams super easy and fast to complete as long as you read the material. The assignment can be easily completed as well , the professor also hosts very informational meetings that help with her course!

I can't recommend this professor more! The class I took was primarily quizzes with three exams, which were open-book and consisted of questions that we'd covered in the quizzes. We had one essay, but she is an easy grader and gave clear instructions. She was also VERY good about communication and even replied to me when I messaged on the weekend.

I absolutely love how easy this class was. It involved 5 different units all of which had 3 Quizzes and 1 exam. they where really easy to complete, you can even look some up on quizlet. Professor is the best and really organized so there should be no issue completing her work.10/10 recommend.

Professor Sharifian's class is structured and manageable. The quizzes and exams are straightforward if you stay on top of the readings. Unstuckstudy has been super helpful for preparing on my own time.

Professor Sharifian's class is easy as long as you read. There are only two assignments in addition to the quizzes. She is very kind but dislikes it when students can't read instructions. She will not hesitate to call you out in front of the entire class. Just attend, and read the instructions carefully. Don't be afraid of her—she can smell fear!

I took her for 2305 and took her for 2306 too.There is just an essay which you have to write from the links she provides and some quizzes and exams(the questions on the exams come all from the quiz).All of the assignments and exams are online.Put efforts and its an easy A.She gives extra credit too.

She's really friendly and helpful! The course had three units, each with about 3–4 quizzes and an exam, plus two assignments (a small one and a research paper). She also offered extra credit for attending meetings where she explained both assignments in detail. Overall, it was pretty easy and very manageable for an 8-week course!

I took this class for credit and it was really easy. Professor Sharifian explains everything clearly and is very helpful when you need help. The course is well organized, and I would recommend it if you're looking for an easy A.
