This is honestly the worst teacher I have ever had. Not only is she constantly flying all over the place, not knowing where she is... but she just reads off her powerpoints WORD FOR WORD. Also, her assignment explanationis not clear.

She gives a lot of assignments, but I found them to be useful. She's thorough and sometimes repeats herself, but it's ok. Some math required. She's very helpfull and understanding if you need it, sometimes she has bad moods, but over all nice. She still says hi in the halls and asks how things are. Nice lady. useful course.

Doesn't appear to have much of a grasp of what she's talking about. Stumbles over her own words and explanations. Very nice lady, and is usually available, but she isn't a great teacher. Assigns lots of busy homework that has a HUGE affect on your grade.

One of the worst profs I've ever had. Very nice lady, loves what she does, just doesn't do it very well at all. Very unclear, very disorganized, and heavily reliant on powerpoints. Not engaging at all. Honestly, you'd be better off buying the book and teaching yourself. Not recommended!

Wow for an elective give me "A" class this was rediculous. Over zealous would be an understatement, homework and projects like they're going out of style. Test are made way too difficult,far better professors for eco 103 stay away

Shes a really nice lady but her class was extrememly hard. She is very disorganized and she just reads off powerpoints. Her class is extremely boring and she grades really harsh. She also assigns way to many projects. Not a big fan of her

Very borning classes, she just reads off the power points and then demands complex answers. I gave her advance notification i had a funeral to attend for my grandpa and was going to missclass. she gave me a zero for an inclass quiz and refused to let me make it up. I has an A+ in the class at this time and she gave me a rediculous explanation.

just b/c your a proffessional doesnt mean you can teach. Half the time she'll teach whats on the test but they are not there. If more than half the class is failing theres something wrong with the teaching style.Shes a nice lady to talk to but class wise unorganized. I wouldnt suggest this class.

Nice lady, horrid teacher. Stutters because she's never fully focused on what she is doing and is ALL over the place. She assigns way too much silly homework that isn't helpful and occasionally forgets to collect/grade them. I learn more reading the book myself. Just a frustrating class for the organized student. She needs to organize.

Wow, Horrible teacher. My class decided to compare each others papers to each other and we found a very interesting trend. Females do better in her class regardless of the quality of their work. This is not based on oppinion but on mulitple assignments compared to each other. She is very hard to follow, reads power points word for word, she stinks

She did not make her own power points for the class and was usually confused as to their content.She would read them word for word.Useless class time group work.She grades way too harshly.The class started out with 35 students 12 where at the last test.Does not teach most of the material on the test you have to read the book.

uggghhhh! horrible teacher. absolutely awful. Yells at kids for not being on time then a month into the class could never be on time herself. Does not know the material at all and after the first few weeks got too lazy to grade so graded based on attendance. Obvious that all the good comments were posted by HER. Horrible and needs to get fired

Ok for the sake of saving your time and money, do not take any of her classes. She is a terrible teacher. That's all that needs to be said. I am only half way through the semester and I wanna pull my hair out of my head. Avoid her at all costs.

I'm taking her class right now and she is a horrible teacher. DO NOT take any of her classes. She is a ridiculously harsh grader and doesn't know half of what she's talking about. If you want to even have a chance of passing this class don't take it with her!!!!

To be honest, I have never had a worse teacher. If you don't read the textbook, you will fail the class. She is terrible at explaining anything, she doesn't care about her students one bit, and she has no idea what she's talking about - at least that's the way she sounds. I couldn't stand her so I withdrew. Waste of money.

She gives you a study guide before each exam telling you what you need to know so as long as you make your own study guide and study everything you need to know you will do well on the exams. She also lets you use your notes for the first 5 minutes of every exam so bring in your home-made study guide. Does lose herself in her own lectures tho

She's very intimidating. Will lecture on new chapters every class and just read word for word off her power point not explaining anything that she is talking about, and then call on you in front of the whole class and demand an answer from you, even if you don't know it. And when you answer it she will demand that you speak louder.

She taught me a lot about running a small business that saved me time and money. She has run her own businesses, uses multiple methods of teaching (student projects, public speaking, papers, etc.), is a hard but fair grader (this is college you know). If you didn't get her it was your fault!

Horrible Professor with more interests in her own issues than with passing on knowledge to students. Most discussion is limited to her own point of view. Class project was a joke, tests are filled with useless jargon but are open note/book.

Wonderful Teacher, would highly recommend. You need to do the work, but she will explain anything you do not understand. She is a real world professor, has a business understanding how true life works so she can put the theory into examples you can understand. If you do the work, there is no reason not to pass her class! Gives 10 minutes with notes

She is a fantastic professor. She holds her class to a high standard, no hats allowed in class. She goes through all of the material with you and allows you to use a study guide to refresh your memory before a test. She lays out her expectations the first class. If you are fortunate to get a chance to take her class I suggest you do.

Not sure what all the negative comments are about.. Asks for feedback to make sure assignments are useful & will change. Fair grader. lots of real world exp. & examples. Great teaching style, loves class participation. Available for Q's. Lets you use completed study guides first 5 mins of tests. Be on time & engaged & you'll do great. Loved it! =]

She will help you if you need anything and will always give you feedback if you ask. All you need to do is show up, do your homework, ask her questions you have, and you will be successful.

Teacher struggles to get her point across, class would be a lot shorter if she tough and didn't get side tracked every 25 seconds. Test material doesn't pertain to what is actually tough. Willing to help you on your time but she wastes your time. People who say shes good obviously haven't had good professors.

I just took Entrepreneurial Studies with professor Mrs. Tshibangu and I really enjoyed her class. I don't see how someone could fail this class unless they don't put in the effort to study and review over the study guides. She is an excellent. Just go along in the book and don't skip more than 3 classes and you should be fine. Easy class to pass.

Mrs T is a great professor. She operates her class like a business, very professional. Her expectations are upfront, fair, and in place for good reasons. She firm but understanding. Feasible expectations. Professor Tshibangu is always on time and prepared. Everything in her courses are clearly outlined in handouts and on Blackboard with reasonable due dates for all assignments. She has a good heart. She's willing to help students who are emotionally distraught and sit down with you and listen to you. It's just that she's not very clear and doesn't really go beyond the book, but this class, I can tell she's working on that. She's really trying. However, for a progressive education, other profs may be better.

Fall '15, She was very willing to work with you if you were willing to put in the effort. The CONNECT system tests "SUCKED". She did acknowledge the problems and did make some changes. Power points in class did not match what was provided in class material. She has class rules (for a reason)... You must show up! I had a hard time, recovered... A.

I took her class last semester. In the beginning I was not confident about passing the class because I did not know very well the language. But, by listening and reading her class notes I was able to pass the class. She helped me to be confident about myself and motivated me to work hard. Ms. Tshibangu was a pleasure to have as a professor. She spent extra time to make sure everyone was clear and usually let you work on paper assignments in class. She was very funny during her lectures which made it easier to pay attention and remember the info. She was able to summarize chapters very well. I would recommend her to any student!

I enjoyed this Class I would take another class with Professor Tshibangu. I feel that I gain new tools to use in my work atmosphere. Through her lectures she presses you to think beyond the box. I felt she cared for every student that sat under tutelage. I found her to be patient and fair.

Professor T. doesn't know what she's talking about most of the time. She's very unclear during her lectures: she reads straight off her powerpoints and if you give her an answer that is "outside of the box", it's not accepted. When you ask her for help, she is very confusing and doesn't try to understand you; she just lectures you and talks at you.

I will definitely be taking as many classes as I can with her. Not only did she grade fairly, but she was also very caring, and personally emailed and told me my grade. You definitely need the textbook and she did make you do some research for discussions, but it was not bad at all.

Prof. T wasn't one of my favorite teachers, you really need to earn your grade and if she doesn't think you're trying she will give you a bad grade and you will fail. She called me from an anonymous number about 15 times during the semester. I wouldn't recommend her if you're just trying to get by in her class.

Professor Tshibangu is a gracious and serious instructor who consistently listened to me whenever I needed help (which was often!). She is known for being a tough grader who values participation. She gives good feedback on assignments and its important to contribute to her lectures in class. Shes great as an online preofessor and in person. This professor really played with my mind during the semester. A few examples: -She mixed me up with the girl behind me, so I was receiving her grade instead... -She was not clear about assignments and their due dates -I worked very hard on the final project only to recieve a 50% because she skimmed passed my work Watch your grades !

Taking an online class and her skills in clarifying instructions via email are sorely lacking. She failed to answer my question the first time I sent an email, and when I sent another being more specific, I was left on read with no answer. Unprofessional and rude. Wish I could switch professors so I could ask questions and receive answers.

I would like to add a few more descriptions of my professor and that is, she is caring, accessible outside of class, respondes to emails promtly, inspirational because she guides you to look deeper within yourself and others. I enjoy each class because we had amazing lectures and guess speakers. Extra credit was beneficial to our lives.

This class is writing intensive. To succeed in this course, it's important to read each module carefully, apply what you learned to all the writing assignments, and follow directions completely. Prof. Tshibangu is one-of-a-kind, I'm glad I took her class. She is very supportive to all students, and responds to email promptly to answer questions.

Professor Tshibangu requests we be in class and pay attention at all times. She has a strict no phones and no hats policy. Class is reading heavy, but its all vital. If you have questions, just ask. There is a semester long group project that you absolutely must complete WITH your group members. All in all, Professor Tshibangu is amazing.

Professor Tshibangu is great. I took her for Business 135 she is very sweet and nice. You do have to attend every single class and do all your work to receive a good grade. But the work she hands out is not very challenging. There is a class project where you have to work with a partner find a good reliable partner and it shall be very easy.

Professor T is dedicated to see her students succeed. She is doing a wonderful job in keeping her classrooms alive and active even though we are all virtual. Mrs. T is a saint, I have never in my 4 years at MCC had a professor who cared for her students like she does. Taking Entrepreneurial studies 2 with her because the wisdom she has goes above and beyond the curriculum. Class is very easy if you do the work and you will learn things even mentors dont touch upon. Most useful class I have ever taken.

Hey! So I had professor Tshibangu this past semester and she was great. If u did her assignments, she will recognize you for it. Weekly u would probably spend 1-2 hours total for course work. When u email, she is quick to answer. The group project was probably the most time consuming part of the course. Otherwise, super easy A class.

BUS 208 was quite easy as an asynchronous class. There were quizzes every unit (3-4 chapters), 5 engaging discussions (essays), and one final research project. As long as you are aware of the deadlines, participate in class, and put in some effort. It should be simple to obtain a B or above.

Professor Tshibangu does an incredible job educating students on all the ins and outs of Organizational Behavior. Participation in weekly discussions is executed in a way where you can understand the perspective of your classmates about different topics and theories. I loved this class and if you decide to take it, be ready for weekly quizzes.10/10

Classes are hard and require adaptation. Prof. T is not an easy grader and you will need to email for clarification. After many classes with her I do not regret it because I have improved my writing and teamwork skills immensely. If you do not care to succeed, there is no chance of passing. This Professor was pretty solid all semester, the final is a paper about the entire semester, make sure you proof read it three times, she will take off for the littlest things. You have on group project that is very simple. You are given over a month to do it, get it done early, get ahead in the class, do the discussions!

Not a hard class, the tests are difficult though. Harsh grader on discussions and your final paper, the trick is doing extra, if the assignment says respond to at least three, respond to four, it shows you care and gives you a higher chance to get a good grade. One group project, not easy, it is time consuming. Fun class, just a lot of work.

One of the best professors I have had in my time at MCC. There is extra credit quizzes you can take before you take the real ones, it is super helpful, which she adds points to your final grade if you do them. There is one group project, my group was done about a month early, it is not difficult. Highly recommend this professor to everyone!

I felt like the course and assignment guidelines were pretty clear and consistent. She lays out all the assignments and group project from the beginning. I never felt overloaded with work. Porf. Tshibangu is exactly the kind of teacher you dream about getting. The assignments all had very clear and easy to follow prompts.
