good teacher, fun class

It was coolest 6 weeks class I took. I had a lot of fun and liked all the help she gave me with my writing. I recommend here for anyone of any writing level...:-)

she talked way too much for my tastes however, she is a rather lenient teacher and very nice as well. the class itself is pretty simple too. she is very involved in the writing of students' essays

She was one of the most inspiring teachers I've ever had...This class was great for students who don't really like to talk in class but love to write.

Easy class, do all the work and ace the subject.

She's great fun and offers creative projects!

Her projects will challenge you, but you get the more difficult ones out of the way early on, and do more fun and creative ones at the end. Pizza is GOOD!

This teacher is so innovative it's amazing. I didn't know I could write until she opened the door and allowed my creativity to flow. She's more than fair, and very available for help. Even gave us the option to accept the grade on a paper, or improve it with corrections. What could be better? I absolutely would take a class with her again.

she is a helpful teacher, she assigns many projects but they are easier than you think. if your looking for a challenge and actually want to learn about writing a good paper she's the teacher for you. she is strict about attendance and being late, it effects your grade!

Knows her stuff,does well one a one and one basis

Not only does Professor Bundy have a vivid imagination when it comes to writing, she has a natural ability to make learning fun. You will find her workshops fun and very helpful which will make it easy to produce writing material. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants to enhance there writing skills & have fun while learning.

She makes the class interesting, she brings in film clips and other interesting media.

Prof. Bundy is an excellant teacher I would recommend her to everyone. You do have to want learn her teaching style is very hip a very cool teacher.

i took the online class. there was an assignment every week, they were easy or at least fun. u have to have a passion for writing poetry. it's not about reading and interpreting. i def recommend this class as an online course

Proff. Bundy is a very nice lady, but she doesn't have much spunk. Her papers are unusual and challenging. Make sure you participate, because you get points off if you just sit there. YOU ALSO HAVE TO SHOW UP TO CLASS. Absences make you lose points.

Great Teacher, Fun, Creative, Learned a lot

she's very enthusiastic and tries to keep the class interesting. She's extremely nice and very approachable and will do what she can do help you. You won't regret taking her class.

if you are going to show up for class an do the work, i would recomend her class. she is very helpful and nice. she made my first semester a good experience.

she was an amazing teacher. at the beginning of the class she gives you a list of what she wants. if you do everything on the list you get an A. she has you meet with her at least once and she answers any questions you have. I took her for three classes. I highly recommend her.

Good teacher. Very passionate about writing. Took her online class, you REALLY had to be on top of deadlines. If I remember she didn't accept any late work. I thought she was very clear in what she wanted. She made a very detailed syllabus. Gave us interesting topics. I got a B.. so, eh.

I took her class online. She has a schedule, for you to adhere to, but it's very clear and simple. Other than the actual papers, the assignments will take you no more than 15 min. of you time. She won't be there Fall 2012 because she just had a baby, but if you can wait, take her class in the Spring 2013.

I loved, loved, loved this instructor. She is precise and let's you know what she wants in advance. She makes herself available if you need assistance and responds to e-mails. I had reservations about taking an online class but she changed all of that. She challenging because she makes you think. She steps outside the box on her assignments.

This class had interesting projects that weren't like generic research papers. There were no points in the class, you had to follow a contract.

She is so far the best teacher I have never had. Always happy and smiling, she is always around when you need her. If you email her, she almost answer at the same time. Assignments are challenging but she is always there to correct. All assignments are due at the end of the semester. You have plenty of time to talk to her before. She is the best

She grades so harsh. Always go to class and do not leave early or come super late she will count it as an absence. Follow her rules and you will do fine unless you really suck at writing. NO extra credit. Always has these surveys that you must do but their easy. Not very much to do in class. Great lady but she has high standards and expects them.

She gives you 4 major project and the guidelines are pretty clear. She does expect you to do discussion board posts on time, and also turn in work on time. I got an A, however, if your looking for something very easy, then i suggest looking for another prof.

My second on-line class with Prof Bundy was every bit as good as the first. She really uses technology and resources to make you learn and encourages the student to use these for their papers. I am equipped now to produce college-level papers because of her class. I highly recommend her!

Loved the class.

Prof Bundy is great!! Attendance is mandatory of course. And even if you come to class late you can just sign in. Participation matters. However, she does talk a lot so class goes by real fast. She is willing to help you with anything. If you email her she will get back to you pretty much within the same hour. I'm taking her for Com 102!!

Overall she was a very good and helpful teacher I would definitely take her again. Which I am for Com 102

Most classes are spent in the computer lab using Google Drive to create documents or even presentations. If you pay attention you'll pass for sure. She has a "contract" grading system which is nifty. I slacked off the whole semester, but I still did good. Good teacher but there's better. Nothing to worry about if you pay attention.

LOVED THIS CLASS. Creative Writing was new for me, especially in a educational setting, but each paper was clearly outlined, and honestly it was to that difficult. If you truly try to improve your writing, & attempt to make progress you will likely do fine. The lectures are helpful, she is helpful, and everything about this class was enjoyable (:

I took Mrs. Bundy's class for fun. If you like to write, then this class is for you. It challenged my writing style. She would give me great feedback on my stories, and was there if I need to help. She is understanding and will help you.

She uses a contract system, which is very clear for students to know whether you can get an A or not. To me, her assignments do require time to finish, but she helps you a lot and gives good feedbacks. I really enjoyed her class, as I feel like I gained a lot more than I expected in a com class.

If you do all the assignments and come to class every day, you will pass the class with at least a B. The projects we were assigned helped me improve my writing way more than I expected. We used google drive to share the files to the teacher, which is much better than printing everything out. Overall it was a really enjoyable course!

This was by far one of the best teachers I have ever had. She really wants to help improve your writing style and gives really good comments on what you need to fix. This is not one of those boring class where the teacher just talks, very interactive and all assignments are online which is great if you have to miss.

I loved her class! Took her for com 101 and 102. If you do the work, you will at least get a b and her papers aren't just boring 5 paragraph essays. Definetly recommend!

Sherryl Bundy one of the best ducator in Com classes I ever met. She makes you work hard but you actualy learn a lot and even more. She cares for her student ans gives all the help students need. Very fair, respectful and actualy fun to work with.

If you follow the example essays that she gives you, you'll do great in this class. She was super helpful for an online class. She wants the best for you and it shows. Bundy is super nice and always gives a chance to make up something you missed. Great professor.

If you are looking to learn things that are relative, Professor B's classes are for you. She is very creative and her assignments are really engaging in a modern way. She won't give you an A without the effort, but what you gain from the work goes well beyond Coms 101102. Give her classes a chance, you will not regret it.

This class was VERY beneficial to me! Some people complain about the photo part of this class, but it really helped me focus on an object to write about. I was someone who froze up with writing and I hated it! Now I have more confidence with my writing and no longer fear it. I HIGHLY suggest this class for people who struggle with writing!Loved it!

I enjoyed this class. If you have a busy schedule and need to take an online class, this is a good one. The pace of the semester was great. Prof Bundy assigned a variety of assignments which broadened my com knowledge and my way of thinking.

Professor Bundys class was informative and fun. She pushed us to think outside the box of the typical 5-paragraph essay. I found her class refreshing and I learned a lot. The lessons were well thought out and very clear, she made herself available to her class and gave great feedback. It was also very clear that she enjoys teaching.

I had Mrs. Bundy for COM 101 and COM 102. While there is a lot of required assignments and written essays, Mrs. Bundy is so kind and understanding and very very helpful. She was there for me and I really liked her. Very sweet and very organized teacher. Learned a lot from her classes.

She uses a contract system for grading. As long as you follow the contract, you get a B, if you go above and beyond, you'll get an A. She's really helpful and passionate about her subject.

If you want to know how to be a more descriptive writer, as well as gain a higher appreciation for writing in general, take her class. She's awesome, just be prepared to write!

Mrs. Bundy is a really great teacher for your first com class at college! I'm a science major so I wasn't really interested at first, but she made me like to write. She gives amazing feedback so don't be afraid to ask for help...I did for every writing project and got an A in the class. You can tell that she is really passionate about her job too.

Poetry is not my thing. English is my major so I needed this class. Prof. B. - was not easy, but not terribly difficult either. She made a difficult subject much more tolerable. Loved her online format. Very nice instructor! Do not hesitate to take her!!!!

She's awesome. There's a poem due every week but they don't have to be long and they're not hard. Especially because you get to edit them at the end of class so you can make your expectations low then BOOM you have a beautiful poem later. She's super sweet and awesome and gives good lectures. Take her! :)

Amazing teacher! Gives good feedback, she responds to emails when you have questions. The topics were interesting. She gives a clear idea of what to write. If you are going to take this class online, make sure you read everything she gives to you and what's available to help you. A paper due every week. Overall, easy A, just follow instructions.

Taken two of her classes and both were graded on a contract based system. Basically, do all of the assignments on time, don't miss class more than four times, and participate and you're guaranteed a B. She's very down to earth and uses a blog to post everything discussed in class.

Great professor. You can tell she's passionate about the class. She gave me great feedback on my rough drafts outside of class in her office. There will be two or three papers, but they're all less than six pages long. Gives you plenty of time to write them. Plus you watch a few good movies! Put in the time and you should do great. Nice lady!

This is a great teacher. very kind and helpful. She really helps you to be creative in writing. She doesn't stress u about the grades. I loved this course with he.

Bundy was a great professor. She likes to assign projects though- so beware of that. She's really great though and I enjoyed her class. If you do the work, you'll pass.

She is super down to earth and very creative with her writing. If you don't enjoy writing you may not liker her. But if you do she will sharpen your writing skills for you. Also, you have all semester to fix your essays which is great because you will for sure have the best of your writing in the end. Also if your artsy and love drawing TAKE HER!!!

Prof. Bundy outlines what is required to get a B clearly in her syllabus. Pretty much all you have to do is read the contract and turn in material at the time of the the due date. The whole class is centered around creating a final portfolio. But you have practically the whole system to create it. If you plan accordingly you will do fine.

Textbooks in this class were novels you could buy in the bookstore or other places, and were not used immediately. Professor Bundy really knows what she is talking about in terms of film,adaption, and literature. If you are someone who wants to major in film like me(be it studies or production) I HIGHLY recommend Literature As Film with her.

She is an outstanding teacher and will help you if needed. Put the work in and you will pass with an A. Do not copy other individuals work. Just make the deadlines and work ahead as the work will start to pile up.

She is really nice. And her assignments for com 101 is mostly about drawing/sketching in the beginning. She teaches you to take good notes. I f you are a visual learner definitely take her. Also, she gives you time to resubmit your essay. And the final is super easy. It was multiple-choice questions.

I was scared to take an online class but prof bundy is amazing and made it easier! Everything is organized and all you have to do is meet the deadline. Essays are not bad either because we do student reviews. She goods great feedback! Easy A. She cares about her students and even during this pandemic she is understanding and shows that she cares

She is one of the most caring professors I have had at moraine. She is an absolute sweetheart and genuinely cares about you and your grade. The essays were fun to write and she gives great feedback.

The Creative writing course, while not a mandatory class, does provide a solid foundation for other classes and professions. More specifically like script writing, author, TV/movie director (or anything that deals with TV/movies), comic/graphic novelist, and more. Don't pass this class up if you seek a career in writing.

Prof. B was fantastic this semester!! Essays can be a bit tough, but she gives awesome feedback, and you get to do peer reviews. Essay requirements are very clear. She was one of the few teachers that cared about her students' mental health and made it clear that she was available for help and support. Amazing professor!

Honestly the best English teacher I've ever had. She gives you clear guidelines on all essays and is always willing to help all of her students. Shoot her an email about anything and she will always do her best to help. She makes com102 more than your mundane essay writing class, 100% recommend.

She was so fun to learn from because it was a class about film and we focused on adaptations. I really enjoyed our unit on Mulan, and Marvels Loki, and Wandavision. As a person she is very understanding and doesnt expect you to be grinding while sick. I work 30 hours a week and am full time student. If I can do it you can too. (Have an A so far)

Took COM101 online, LIT 227 in person, and both experiences were great. Professor Bundy has a knack and passion for what she teaches. The essay prompts in COM were fun and easy, and the work in LIT was interesting and lax to work with. Do what she asks, and youll get an A. Flexible and uncomplicated to reach outside of class. Highly recommend!

She is an amazing teacher! She genuinely cares about her students and is passionate about the subject. I learned so many new things in her class but the lessons never seemed difficult because she would explain it all. She is both a fun person and a fun teacher!

Mrs. Bundy was really caring when it came to my learning disability and gave me the opportunity to work at a an IEP center instead of class. Really sweet. Enthusiastic with lectures, really enjoyed the class but does ask for a lot in projects which is worth a good amount of your grade. Participation does matter! Really enjoyed this class.

Prof Bundy is very compassionate about what she does. Her criteria for assignments is clear. She's willing to help if needed. Some of the assignments were fun to do. She offered good feedback on the work. Just followed her instructions and you should have no problems. Very easy going person and easy to talk to by the way.Take her please. She's cool

Literally the sweetest professor! She's so helpful and really cares about her students. She creates writing assignments that get you thinking and are overall really interesting to do. Definitely take her if you have the chance!

She gives good feedback on essays, and was very nice. She's always willing to explain more and have a conversation about the work. She also gives a good amount of time to work on drafts.

My favorite prof so far. My course used a different grading approach so we relied heavily on feedback from peers and prof. She is very good at this, making sure we know where we can improve and seeing things from a different perspective. She is very kind and understanding if something pops up for you. Would take her again 100%!

Great teacher. Her grading method is a newer concept but she will inform you of your grade if you need to. A lot of talking with each other in class and slides. Working in groups a ton and she only really has check ins through a form and two big projects. Overall great class, some of the material can be boring at times but it all comes together.

I loved the teaching approach and that we were getting a very insightful feedback to every assignment, so you feel like she cares about your progress. Prof also seems like a wonderful person and I wish I'd taken this course in-person to have an real conversation.

Bundy was great! Your grade is chosen by you at the end of the semester, so as long as you try your best and do the work you're fine. She's very chill and easy to talk to. Gives amazing feedback and allows wiggle room in papers for creativity/freedom. Unless you need a grade throughout the semester to have a goal, I would 100% recommend her.

I love Professor Bundy so much! I've had bad experiences with past English teachers but she was so sweet and caring towards our class. Her style of teaching is different from an ordinary English class but I personally thought it made this class better and more fun!

Very friendly and understanding. A couple writing assignments, but you're given plenty of time to complete them so it's not super stressful.

Actually liked this class. Four papers, which gave plenty of time for, and she gave great feedback. Final was a self-reflection where in the end you had to decide which grade you deserve based on your work. I would def recommend her.

All of Prof Bundy's lectures have meaning and build up towards the bigger assignments. You are given a lot of time and help on the bigger assignments, only one of them was an essay the others were even easier. The small assignments were very fun, engaging and were deep. The things we learned are things you can take with you outside of her class.

Professor Bundy is amazing! I took her 3 week summer course...there is work to be done, but in the process you learn so much from her course. She gives great feedback and her materials are so well organized. Bundy wants her students to be successful. I learned so much from this course.

I definitely recommend picking this teacher as a professor. She is very sweet and gives back amazing feedback to learn and benefit from. She's the type of professor that you can tell knows what they are doing. I was traveling while taking her online course and can tell she was very understanding.

Professor Bundy is a nice teacher, she does not use grades just comments. Preapare to work hard in this class. She is helpful and always nice. As long as you do everything on time, and she will see that you put work in she will see it. You will learn a lot in this class.

She doesn't use grades on any assignments (just feedback) you meet at the end of semester to discuss what grade you get. If you stay on track with assignments and don't wait til the last minute it is not too difficult. Replies to emails and is understanding with circumstances if you communicate them. Besides the grading system the class was good.

Professor Bundy is an amazing teacher who provides helpful feedback and well-organized materials. Her class is engaging, and the assignments, though not too difficult, are meaningful. Unstuck study was a great study tool alongside the class resources.

Professor Bundy is amazing. I took her COM-101 class and it was fantastic. I was able to get back into writing again and use my creativity. She doesn't use a typical grading system, you meet with her at the end of the semester and discuss what grade you think you should get. Absolutely recommend.

She was great!! I really felt like my skills grew in her online class. She was not material heavy and was so understanding and great at giving feedback. If you work hard and improve throughout the semester, you'll get the grade you deserve. Also, everything is marked completed and towards the end of the semester she determines your final grade.

Great style of teaching and as long as you do your work she ends up making your time invested worth it! You will learn to interpret readings at a much deeper level and you can even resolve internal struggles through your writings in her class :)

I had her for com 101 and I loved the way she teaches, she truly made me love writing again! This was the one class I always looked forward to. She appreciates communication and is very supportive and understanding! She set a high standard as my first com prof. No other prof. has been able to give me such an amazing experience!!

Professor Bundy is by far one of the best teachers I've had in my life. English is a class I've always had a good grade in but never enjoyed, she made learning enjoyable. Her grading is different but so helpful as she provides feedback rather than just a grade. Truly one of the best professors!

Amazing teacher! She is extremely organized and makes it easy to follow along. I literally got an incomplete assignment for the lateral reading project and was still able to negotiate an A in the class.

Amazing professor! Took the online summer course and she uses the un-grading method so you get to petition for what grade you deserve at the end. She seemed very sweet in the video lectures and the essay topics were engaging. Be prepared for these 3 week courses as they are a lot of work! Take this professor!!

This is a professor who truly loves what she does. The class I took was centered around games which made writing fun. If you want to become a good writer and want a professor who cares, choose her!
