Great professor, Great course. You have to show up to class because you will have an attendance assignment. Attendance assignment is super easy and it helps you understand the material which in turn makes the project super easy. I would take her again 100%. She is very clear and it is easy to understand what she expects of you.

In class assignments and group projects must be completed and done well if you want to pass. So as long as you show up, complete all course assignments and study for assessments, this class is doable.

This is a fun class! you just have to attend all the classes and be present, since there are many group activities. The teacher is very attentive and always ready to help you.

Professor Latty-Thompson is one of the best professors in the Marketing department at this university. She is both knowledgeable, caring, and truly wants all her students to succeed. Attendance is mandatory and should come to class prepared for the lecture by reading the material. Provides extra credit opportunities just can't be lazy!

The professor goes straight by the syllabus. Make sure you read the syllabus before you ask her any questions. She gives EC opportunities and lets you resubmit certain things if you go to the writing center.

I can honestly say, Prof Dr. Weir-Latty Thompson's class was amazing. A true breath of fresh air. Her caring goes above and beyond for her students. She replies to emails and text messages quickly and most of the time within a few hours. She offers immediate feedback from quizzes and exams. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Professor gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit throughout the course. She is very nice and emphasizes to reach her via calls, text, or canvas without hesitation. The assignments were not hard, but they were plentiful; that's on me for taking the course in the short term.

Professor Sheryl Latty Thompson is a caring professor. The only thing I had issues with, was organization. I felt stressed out making sure I didn't miss any assignments, because the dates were mixed up.

Overall a good professor. I think her ego gets in the way of her expertise, however. Also, she's pretty unorganized which is a huge concern for online courses. As long as you pay attention and ask her any and all questions you have, you will do just fine.

Professor Sheryl Latty Thompson is excellent. She is in charge of explaining each of the activities of the course, she gives enough extra credits to help with your final score. The only thing you have to do is study the subject and be aware of completing the activities of each week and you will be fine.

Not a difficult class, but it is a lot of work, especially for Spring B semester. However, she really cares about her students and she's easily accessible to talk. Overall, it is a good class and a great professor.

Given the course is during a short-term session, there is quite a bit of assignments. However, they are very doable. There's extra credit meetings/assignments. In the beggining since this was a 6 week course the workload seemed a little overwhelming but that was just the first two weeks. This professor actually cares about her students (which is very rare to find at FIU). This was an online course but she had zoom meetings that we could attend for extra credit. She is very compromisable about grades and assignments, and the quizzes are from the PowerPoint verbatim, which she provides.
