very helpful out of class. will do almost anything to make sure you pass

Wong actually makes me like accounting. He tells you what he expects...excellent

All the problems on the test are done in class. Makes acc. as easy as it gets.

He's a nice guy people are too hard on him. Means well, but comes accross strong

This guy's hiliarious! Although I don't think he means to be funny. But he tells you what he wants and the examples he does in class are on the tests

Wong is a hard prof but I found the class interesting, and looked forward to going... but advised though, he is convinced that no one is mature enough to take his class and is sure all students will fail

There is a secret to having Wong as a prof: if you understand all the questions he does in class you will get a great mark. Like he says"all you have are the words in front of you". That and "aright"

Dr. Wong is a great prof. His class average was ALWAYS higher than those of the other profs teaching the same course. He has a way of explaining accounting so that it makes sense!!

good prof, but only take his distance courses. he gives marks for putting a few lines down on the page, you should be able to at least scrape by in his courses - especially if you keep in touch with him.

Had him twice and didn't like him either time, but I learned that he takes some getting used to. Listen to his hints - that's exactly what will be on the exams. Complain about your mark if you don't like it - it helps!! :-)

Very good prof. The courses he teaches are very difficult that has nothing to with the quality of instruction. I've had him for a couple of courses and done well in all. If you listen to his advice and follow it you are sure to do well in his course.

I found him to bea bit hard to understand, however i found him to be an excellent accounting teacher. he gets the main points accross. Only study what topics he covers b/c thats all he tests yuo on. Overall, i found him to be a good marekr and very reasonable.

If you are not going to put the time into this course, don't take this prof. He tells you the first day that you have to do all the questions in the back of the chapters to pas the course and he is right. Very unorganized but very approachable.

Wants students to do well - he may seem hard at first but final marks will be very fair. He is VERY helpful if you go to see him outside of class.

He may not be the clearest instructor, but he is probably the most caring one. He really does care about the students in his class. He is definitely not near as bad as everyone says. I would recommend him definitely!

I thought his teaching was really well done. He cut out all the crap that you didn't have to know and taught EXACTLY word for word what he was going to put on his exams. However it's a little intense for a first year course because you have to actually do work on your own

Nice prof. If you show that you are willing to work and attend class you will be treated very fair and will have no problems getting help from Mr. Wong. Some students have misunderstood him and he deserves a chance like every other prof.

As long as you go to class and pay attention he is great. Textbooks are a must, and his exam questions are usually very similar to the text. Hes a great prof ! I will be taking my next accounting course with him for sure :)

Great Prof! Exam questions taken directly from notes. Exams won't cover anything not gone over in class. Fair marker, shows concerns for how well students do in his courses.
