Dr. Bi is awesome. He really cares that you do well in his course, so he will always clarify when you ask him to. Obviously you need to study b/c anatomy is a just a hard class, but he makes it interesting w/ his mannerisms and his jokes. He's a funny prof and a joy to take class with. I definitely came out w/ a better understanding of anatomy.

dr. bi rocks hes so nice and willing to help you. All you have to do is study or review your nots about a half hour a day and youll do fine, hes a good professor and a nice guy, and hes jokes are funny.

I love him he is the best Bio Professor here he is down to earth and he understand that we have other classes so it does not make the material impossible. I would highly recommend that you take him for lab. his exams in Lab is sooooo easy..thats what helps you to really pass the class

Dr.Bi is the best. He tries very hard to make sure everyone understands what is going on, and as he lectures he tells you "This be on test" so pay attention and mark those things in your notes and you will know exactly what to study. Fun to take for lab too. Take him if you can...you will not be sorry.

He's so nice!!And he honestly wants us to understand the material...almost everyone failed the first exam so now he goes slower and makes sure we get it...plus every day is casual Friday for him!Such a fun class...I'd definitely recommend it to anyone taking human anatomy.

Other than the fact that you have to really... really... really... really... rea... (well you get the idea) pay attention to what he says because he can't speak English very well, he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Tests are hard but, hey, its Anatomy. What do you want?

Dr. Bi is an awesome professor. Yes he has an accent but if you get there early and sit in the front you will be fine. I highly reccommend him he is really willing to help. If you dont go to class of keep up with studying you will obvious fail. HE IS AWESOME TAKE HIM!!!!!

Dr. Bi-awesome! he's really hard to understand but once you pick up on the accent, it's really easy to get it. goes pretty fast sometimes but just ask him to slow down. office hours help a lot. take him in lab too! he pushes you but only because HE CARES! He is really hard to understand and he's usually hit or miss with lectures. Sometimes he slows down and really tries to have the students understand what he's teaching but more often than none, that is not the case. You really have to read the book and create your own notes a lot, which is way too time consuming. Try and find another professor.

This class is very interesting and will continue to use the knowledge you learn in here! If you have to take him, make sure you also take HIS lab section too. The work is hard and you have to study a lot, but overall it's a great class.

Dr. Bi is an awesome professor. He does have a thick accent, but you can catch on pretty quickly. Dr. Bi expects you to come to him if you want to learn and often will sit back in lab and wait to see if you will ask him questions. He is more than willing to help during office hours & class time. Hilarious! Pay attention/go to class (lab too), read your book but most importantly MEMORIZE those body parts - you'll make it fine. His reviews in lab after the exam are nice. If you know what to listen for, his accent won't get in your way - the names of muscles aren't exactly single-syllable softies anyway

He is a nice teacher, but very hard to understand. If you study a lot and go to class you should be able to do well.

Dr. Bi is a good teacher as far as explaining what exactly will be on the test. He does have a challenging class though because your grade is only based on five tests and nothing else. His class was my most challenging this semester due to his accent. If you study you'll do fine, ALSO take him for lab.. he really helps in lab.

sit up front, ask him to repeat words you don't understand. go to his office hours for any questions. very funny! likes to relate funny things to anatomy to help us remember and understand. use the book when you need, and attendance helps you understand and not get lost.

I loved taking Dr. Bi for lecture, he may be a little hard to understand at times, but is very helpful in lab. Moves at a steady pace in lecture and individually quizzes you for lab to help with the practical. If you study and make flash cards, you will get an A. Need textbook for lab

He is hard to understand at times, but the class is pretty easy if you have a grasp of the human body. Lab helped clarify a lot and so does the textbook.

Anatomy is hard. You have to study to get a good grade no matter what prof you have. I took anatomy in high school which helped. Your grade is based only on the five exams. Bonus assignment were given. Get to know Dr. Bi. He is great and will answer any questions you have. The q's he asks in class will most likely be on exams so pay attention.

I only had him for lab but I enjoyed his class. Very funny and will answer any questions you have. His lab is very independent but don't be shy to ask for help. His accent is a bit tough but if you ask him to reiterate he will. Personally, I am a fan of him. Those who don't like him generally do not do well in his class. Just STUDY!! Bring laptop!

Bi is by far my favorite professor. Though he can be very difficult to understand sometimes, he knows the subject. I had him for lecture and lab. For lecture it was very hard to understand him because the room was so big so that was difficult, but for lab he was always very helpful and fun to talk too.

Dr. Bi is a great professor. He wants you to pass and do well in the course. You have to study study study to receive a C to pass the class. He gives lots of extra credit opportunities. He is hilarious and willing to help! There are 2 lab practicals and 3 lecture exams, with 3 extra credit opportunities! You must have a C in order to pass!

Dr. Bi really wants you to pass this class. He gives the information you need to know, and you do the rest. Expect to do ALOT of studying! Also, especially for lab, I had to do lots of self-teaching, you really have to take the initiative to learn and study outside of class. He's hard to understand. Record the lecture, so you can refer to it after!

I can't speak highly enough about Dr Bi! His lectures and power points are funny and the exams are straight from lecture. Exams were easy if you take good notes and lots of studying, only used the book to clarify things from lecture. I would definitely take this class again with Bi!

If you have the chance, take him for Anatomy. Anatomy sucks to begin with, its really hard and you have to work your butt off. But Dr. Bi is fair and tells you literally what is on the test. Show up to class, study alot, and youll get a B for sure.

I LOVE Dr. Bi! He will 100% make you earn your grade, but hes very encouraging and wants his students to succeed. He gives extra credit opportunities 3-4 times throughout the semester, which helps a lot. Hes also pretty funny which helps the long anatomy lectures from getting dry. I definitely recommend Dr. Bi

I had Dr. Bi for both lecture and lab. He's a very knowledgable person who wants you to know the information and get a good grade. I learned a lot of valuable information; you need to pay very close in lecture because he will tell you important things that will be on the exam. He's a little hard to understand but you become used to it over time.

He gives you a notes outline from pro packet to purchase. Posts slides on D2L but you still have to go to class because he gives tons of information that isnt on his slides that is all on the exam. His exams arent super hard if you go to class and study. Anatomy is what makes it hard, not Dr. Bi.

Dr. Bi is hilarious. He does everything he can to make learning the tough subject fun and easy. Your only grade is your three exams, two practicals, and your lab grade. If you study it is hard not to pass. He does daily reviews in class, important that you go to class. He supplies outlines so you can keep up with where he is going next, great class

Would highly recommend for lecture and lab. He's a good professor and pretty much tells you exactly what is going to be on the exam, you just have to study. Some downfalls are that he's kinda hard to understand because of his accent and pretty much your only points in lecture are from your tests, so take them seriously. I love Dr. Bi!

Out of the Anatomy professors, he is the best. Sit in the front row because he can be hard to understand. Be prepared to be called on, come to class knowing what he lectured on the class before. Clear on what he wants, decent tests/grader. Coming to lecture is important because he highlights what will be on exams. Offers extra credit often.

I think Dr. Bi is an excellent professor. He does whatever it takes for his students to pass and get good grades, he really cares about how well his students do. Dr Bi is absolutely hilarious! He makes the tough subject of anatomy funny and bearable! Lectures are heavy but at the beginning of every class he gives a review of the material from the previous class by calling on people randomly for answers which helps ALOT! So study after e/ class. Taking notes is your best friend & for lab HE IS GREAT.

Professor Bi is great he's very thorough and covers a lot of material. He's kind of hard to understand but I sat in the front so he was easier to hear. He prepares students for tests pretty well although you still have to do a lot of studying on your own if you want to pass.

Dr. Bi is an overall great guy. He's a genius, and takes the time to get to know everyone's name. He's also hilarious. However, his tests ask a lot of trick questions. He tells you to know stuff that isn't on the powerpoint slides, so I suggest going to every class and writing down what he says. Study for the practical at least a week in advance.

Dr. Bi is a highly intelligent man who can be utilized if you understand how college works. Show up to class, sit in the front row, and try to stand out. He may be a bit hard to understand at first but Dr. Bi truly cares about his students and that they do well. 402 has 2 exams, 2 practical exams, and dissection presentation(s). Overall this is a hard class so you will have to work for it but he is very fair with extra credit and bonus points. Study the material for the exams and you'll be fine!

Dr. Bi (lecture) is very caring of the students. However you'll need to swallow your pride and sit in the front if you want to hear anything he says. I don't think he goes too fast, but he will repeat things if you ask. The required notebook is kinda helpful but sometimes its unorganized with the slides. The extra credit is hard labor but it helps.

Is a great professor but a little hard to understand during lecture. The materials on test is only from lecture. He does tell you key points that will be on test and give a study guide for exams. He gives extra credit for the exams but he gives a lot of work the extra credit. As long as you show up and take notes and put the effort it's an easy A.

I genuinely enjoyed taking human anatomy with Dr. Bi. While he may have been difficult to understand at times, he would repeat things if asked. He gives extra credit work that gets added directly to exams; I advise doing it, because it often can be the difference between letter grades. He makes it clear what is on exam--all you need to do it study!

I love Dr. Bi & he's my fav professor. He is very clear about what is on his exams. I noticed another student says he makes fun of you but he just jokes with his students and everything he laughs about is light-hearted and doesn't come with malicious intent. Nothing he says is outright rude so unless you're hypersensitive you'll be fine.

Dr. Bi is the GOAT, def my fav prof at IUP so far. His class is challenging but this is essential for learning. He is really smart and so funny. He can be hard to understand at times but him telling you what you need to study makes up for it. He offers EC and if you are smart, you would do it! The EC was fun to do and you learn as you do it. 5/5 fs

I took his class for human anatomy in spring 2024 and it was fairly easy. I ended up getting a B for my grade but I was wasn't trying very hard and still managed to get a good grade. Don't skip class and make sure to pay attention because he will tell you what's gonna be on the exams. He does have an accent so sit in front.
