Ms. Aghakhani is one the most inspiring teachers I have ever had. I didn't use to love math but after I took Math 170 with her, she totally changed the way I see math now. I really appreciate her efforts helping students succeed in math.

What an amazing teacher! She is different with all the math teachers I had before. She is so caring, respected and I love going to her lectures because she teaches in a way that you can understand all the material. Even if you don't understand, she will explain it to you and makes sure that you learn everything before you leave the lecture.

She has been one of the best professors I have ever had. She is sophisticated and knowledgeable. If you did not understand a topic, simply ask her, she will explain it in a way that you understand fully and she makes sure that you learned it. I am grateful to have my math class with professor Aghakhani because she made me interested in math.

Professor Sima patiently explained all concepts. She worked numerous examples to ensure we understood the concepts clearly. Her level of patience and helpfulness was remarkable. Even though, the electronic tools posed some challenges for her at times, she was able to overcome those challenges and succeed in helping us, her students.

Sima Aghakhani is one of the best instructors i've had at Centennial, if every instructor were at her level of organization, care, quality, and knowledge things would be much much better. Being in Game Programming this should be a "Math for Game Development" little of this is useful for the stream am in.

The Professor allows for students to ask any question on whatever part of what she is teaching you dont understand. If any students doesnt understand they should ask right away and make use of this.

Attendance is for marks, just show up for the Zoom meetings. It is not hard as she conducts the class efficiently. She gives everyone time to ask their questions and is responsive and accommodating. She is extremely knowledgeable about this subject matter. Do the work for the course, especially on the eText and you'll fly through it.

Professor Aghakhani I would say is SUPER intelligent and caring prof. Honestly, this is my second time taking this course! I could not connect logic with boolean Algebra and truth tables in the previous class, but she delivered the lesson in a much more logical way which made so much sense! Anyway, take the course with her if you have 185.
