I had Professor Greathead for GSCM 305 and 310 and I liked him enough to take another class from him. This class (411) is probably one of the most valuable classes I have taken at BYU. The class was great, but honestly the reason it was so good was Prof Greathead. Best teaching method, very caring, very skilled. HIGHLY recommend.

I've had Professor Greathead for other supply chain courses. This class, global negotiations has probably been one of my favorite classes at BYU. He is an excellent teacher, lecturer, and truly cares about the students. He is inspiring and respectful to others. While also being hilarious. Would take this class ang any other class from him. 10/10.

305 was a great class, i found the readings interesting and not too bad of a work load (maybe 2 or 3 hours outside of class a week) and the quizzes and tests were straightforward. An A is a 95% so you cant do the bare minimum but if you study and participate an A is possible. Nice teacher and really likable. I did in the summer and would recommend

Professor Greathead, is very understanding, and only has a weekly module, a midterm and final, and a project at the end of the term. The three classes are absolutely mandatory for an A, but he is good at letting you make it up. Overall, not difficult, but be sure to take good notes on the weekly modules, because that is what the study guide is.

Professor Greathead is an interesting teacher when we do have lectures, but most of the class is online. Over the term, there are only 3 classes and 2 exams, and they are worth a ton of your grade. That being said, he is pretty lenient in helping you make those up. I would absolutely recommend this class, and GSCM310, which is the same format.

A 95% being an A is just a dumb way of the program trying to make an otherwise ridiculously easy class into somewhat of a challenge. One of those classes where everything is designed to trip you up
