Real easy class. She expects everyone to read textbook and do homework every day prior to the lecture. 10 quizes 4 exams 1 Final. Final grade is affected by the attendence. It can help as well as hurt your grade.
Her teaching ways is a bit hard to understand clearly but she is very understanding. Will work hard to make sure you get it. Pretty decent teacher in all other areas. Quizzes comes from the homework and she will talk it over in class.
I took the class in fall quarter. It started our pretty difficult the way she taught since it's hard to understand her. There was a quiz EVERY CLASS so I guess it helped prepare for the exam, but it also means you have to study or do your hw prior to going to class. She's pretty understanding and if you try, you will probably pass with a hi
Be prepared for a tutor, because this professor is very difficult to not only understand, but get a good grade in. Somewhat tough grader, her accent isn't terrible but her teachings aren't very clear either. Unsure as whether she is right or wrong, students constantly correct her. Makes me think whether she knows what she's doing or not.
She is very nice person and is very understanding and will work with you to help you get a good grade. Attendance is very important. She is really hard to understand but the class is pretty clear on what you need to do.
Very nice teacher, unfortunately not very good at explaining concepts. Be prepared to go to the math lab or to receive some sort of outside help. I wish I had just taken this class online as you essentially teach yourself the entire quarter. Quizzes and tests do not reinforce what you've learned but serve only to confuse you more. Don't take.
She is really nice, but only good if you are going to do outside work. She will assign about 50 problems a night, but none of them are due. The whole class is based on tests and then when you add the fact that her accent is inaudible, it gets difficult. She is big on extra credit if you show up every day.
In all honestly she is not the best instructor. Her English is bad and it's hard to understand her. She makes these absurd jokes that make no sense. She get's corrected a lot and when asked questions she interrupts them and starts talking about the things without fully answer peoples questions. Prepare to self teach yourself.
Ms. B emphasizes that the class quizzes/test/final whatever are all based on HW. So pretty much do your HW as many times as it takes to FULLY understand. Also reading the textbook prior to the class helps, however this class is heavy load. Ms. B is really understanding and makes an effort to help her students. DONT MISS CLASS
B is a great professor for people who are really into math (like me). Yes, she is terribly hard to understand, and her handwriting is abysmal. The material is difficult and to pass you HAVE to do the homework and come to class. She loves to give partial credit, very easy to work with, and is very passionate. That's what I enjoyed about her class.
she is by far the best math prof I have ever had. She is extremely intelligent and knows the material well. to go along with being well prepared, she is caring yet powerful. she is always willing to help you succeed. if you do not pass one of her classes it means you didnt try. My favorite part was her sense of humor. TAKE HER CLASS!
This is by far my favorite class at Bellevue College. Why? Because she devotes her time for students! She stresses the importance of doing homework, even though its not required, and she motivates you to learn harder and harder. Yea.. she's a tad bit hard to understand, but once you get pass that and get to know her, she's a down-to-earth person!
She will not give up until everyone understands! Very helpful. If you don't mind an accent, then she is the best. She gave extra bonus questions and was very happy to help. I loved her so much that took 148 with her as well.
She's a nice prof.&attendance is mandatory(only for your benefit). If you attend class everyday it could help out your final grade at the end, extra points.Every prof. teaches differently, she indeed has her ways but if you have the concept but not the right calculations, she will still give you full points(3/4).Is willing to push back deadlines.
She is very interested in your understanding of the material and will take time to help you understand it after class. The textbook is TERRIBLE so you will be glad she is there to help you. She gives HW to study from the book otherwise I would say don't even buy the book. She is a great teacher. Do HW, attend class, ask questions and get an A!
This professor has a deeper understanding of physics and the ability to help. This is not a class that you can walk in and get an A. Physics is generally hard but this professor makes it easy and understandable. I rate this teacher a 5 out of 5.
Great teacher. One of my favorite. If you dont understand, ask after class. Dont go home confused, she will stay behind explain EVERYTHING. She passed me even though she knew I slacked, but motivated me to do better and I am.
Great teacher with great understanding of her subject. Really outgoing and willing to help. Her grading is always to your benefit, sometimes even when i didn't deserve such kindness. She motivated me throughout the quarter to become a better student and really made me interested in the subject which I thought i would hate!
Great lady but worst teacher. Her lecture is not clear, basicly you need to study the book yourself. Quzies are way too difficult. Be careful to take her class.
She is very helpful! People have concerned about her accent, but I don't really think it is a big deal. What it has to do with physics????? If you are wiling to learn, you will anyways. She really care about the students and gives lots of extra credit. There is no homework assignments, but you have to do in order to a good score.
Best teacher I ever had. She will not give up until everyone understands the material. She gave out so many bonus questions and quizzes. Its an easy A if you do the homework and attend classes. I have never seen a teacher help this much really she is perfect.
Very easy class. I can't understand her because of her accent. But she assigns minimal hw and then bases her quizzes and exams around them. If you do the hw you're golden, lots of extra credit. I study msybe 30 min a day and im getting an A. P.S I use pauls online notes for help since I can't understand her. And I'm doing great.
Finally a good teacher to teach MATH238 for evening class. If you work on your HW, you'll do fine on quizes and exams.
a good teacher that is difficult to understand due to a thick accent and moves fast. the class is not business focused at all but HW is not graded
Amazing instructor!By attending the class every day you get extra points.Doesn't check homework but the tests are from homeworks so if you do it you'll get a good grade. She cares about her students so she won't stop till everyone understands the material. If you get a bad grade is only b/c you were lazy!Offers help outside of class.Highly recommend!
Sira was hands down the best teacher ive had at BC, I say this because of her love for the students, I believe its really important for a teacher to have care for the students. Her quizes really prep you up for the tests. Overall, ive learned more in this math class than any other math class ive taked, iven never felt so confident coming out of m
Sira is a great teacher. She is demanding and pushes you to to brink. The only negative is her use of "Lazy student". I really felt degrade by this. I worked really hard to do well spending hours doing homework just to be called "lazy" by her. I don't think she means bad by it, but maybe doesn't realize how degrading it can be.
great teacher, she will push you to study. great great teacher, very friendly and nice, physics is hard but go talk to her!! she is more then welcome to help. you need a lot of help for this class for me i just learn the simple physics so .. but great do good on final and major exams . then your great will be ok
she was an okay teacher over all but not always so clear on her lectures. she can be very degrading on what she says to students. i worked really hard and still got average grades and when i would go to her for help she would laugh at me and say "you just dont get it." stuff you shouldnt say to a student. dont take her
Professor Bezirganyan was very helpful. She has a way of explaining calculus in easy ways which makes it more enjoyable. Even though I usually struggle through my math courses I got an A in that one. So It is very possible to succeed in the class.
DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS!!!!! HER TEST IS JUST USELESS!!! DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS
Very good teacher for students who are motivated. If this class gives you a hard time it's not because of how she teaches, but because of some gaps you carried through from prerequisite classes. There are lots of tests in this class, so be prepared to work hard. But don't expect to get an A just because you spend MANY HOURS on your homework.
Took her class a couple of years ago, so things may have changed. She was incredibly degrading to students and would constantly say we were "lazy Americans" when no one would volunteer to do problems on the board. Impressive credentials (PhD); not good at instruction. I personally had a hard time understanding due to her accent, too.
Professor Sara was a very nice person. However, this does not at all mean that you're a good teacher. She would cover 2 chapters of material in 30 min, then she would go over examples. But when she would do this, she didn't explain it well. Being a nice person is not how you become a good teacher. I would recommend taking another teacher.
Don't take this teacher. If you have a question about how to do a problem. She'll show you, but she won't finish the problem leaving us all lost on what to do next. I had a very hard time in this class. That's why I don't recommend others to take this class.
Sira was a great teacher. She uses weekly quizzes instead of homework. These were more effective for study. Her practice tests were just right too. I enjoyed her class.
DON'T DO IT. JUST DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS.
I would not recommend taking her class at all. Her lectures often do not make sense. Homework is required to do everyday. If you want to do good on the quizzes and tests, you have to do all the homework assigned because they're similar on the tests. Attendance is mandatory.
I took her class on Spring 2013, she was a great teacher. Her lectures are a bit hard to understand if you don't read prior to attending her class. Do the home works and you will do well in this class. Easy A.
Sira was great. I don't know what all these mean comments are about...She was super lenient with my work schedule and often gave take-home quizzes, and you learned your lesson if you didn't study for real for the exams. HW isn't required, but it's smart to do it because quizzes and exams replicate it. She will take extra time helping you, too.
Her class is quiz every week, she have 2 test and each test is like 150 point and ways too hard from the book. Just learn from the book is not enough and her lecture is hard to understand. Don't take her!
Worst thing that happen in my life is her as a teacher! Not helping and mostly is just complaining no curve the grade at all when whole class doom
She was great. Very helpful if you asked for help. But you better do the work, don't expect a good grade with no effort.
As stated, Sira is a mostly nice person, though she does call her class lazy. Her accent is a definite hurdle. Many times she would exclaim "It's easy!" which makes me believe she is overqualified to be teaching these courses. Just because you know a subject so well does not mean everyone does. All in all, do NOT take from her.
I loved having her as a teacher! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She is nice and funny. Yes, she calls her class lazy... but that's her way of motivating her classes. She doesn't mean it.
She push you study hard and is really helpful. She will explain thing many times until you understand how to solve the question. I mean she even put her cell# in the syllabus.
Realest math teacher I've ever taken. The exams are basically rehashes of quizzes, which are given back and explained by her. She also has a good sense of humor, which is supported by her alpha Eastern European (sounds like a Bertha) accent. Overall, an enjoyable math teacher.
I got a 4.3 last quarter but she tested my skills to the max. Truly a bad teacher that leaves the learning in your hands and only takes your attendance and quizzes you on any of the hw problems. Very hard for some, I imagine. Basically half the people are failing I think right now in the middle of the quarter, I have a B.
Very excellent teacher, remember to study.
I took Siranush for Math 138&148. She is an awesome teacher. She makes sure that everyone in the class understands the material and is prepared for a test. Hw is optional but quizzestests are based off hw questions. Overall, a super teacher. Highly recommend her to everyone!
I dont recommend taking her class! Her accent makes it hard to understand her lectures . English isnt her first language so she has a hard time explaining problems in a clear manner. She is an extremely tough grader who siphons off points when she can. Your answers must be textbook perfect. She is also very rude and unhelpful. Big NOPE.
Such an irritating class, professor was hard to understand and made you feel dumb for thinking something was hard. Often made mistakes on grading and always had to push things farther out so at the end of the quarter we didn't have time to learn everything which was the hardest part of the class. The whole class is based off of exams and quizzes.
Professor B wants to see her students succeed, but cant really teach. English isnt her first language so sometimes her explanations can make you more confused. She does offer plenty of extra credit and no matter how good your grade is, you need it. She hates using numbers and will always use variables instead.
Sira is a wonderful professor, and she really cares about her students! Her accent was a little difficult at first, but it's easy to get used to. She gave around 8 different 15-point quizzes, and not only gave us the option to "argue points back", but also gave us "Pop quizzes" (that she warned us about beforehand) for the opportunity to 1-2 points
Took for 121E & 122E (liked her grading, A for both). Difficult accent, result is lectures aren't easy. Read the book & understand the homework. All test/quiz problems are from HW & she says so herself. Ample extra credit. Show interest & she's very understanding, obviously slack off/be disrespectful & she may make a fool of you at the board.
Physics is always a TOUGH, demanding and frustrating course. Siranush was very helpful to her students in teaching this class. She repeatedly went over examples from assigned homework until she felt we understood. Her exams are fair, but she is VERY particular about showing details in our work in addition to just solving the problem asked.
Sira is a super nice teacher, she will do everything she can to help you learn and pass the class. On the other hand, however, her English is sometimes a bit difficult to understand, which makes learning a difficult subject very challenging. I wouldn't suggest taking her class unless you are ready to, potentially, do a lot of learning on your own.
Siranush is a sweetheart and really cares ans listens to her students. Labs are group work and homework is optional but recommended, as quizes are drawn directly from homework. Shes predictable and consistent, and lectures are informative. I personally struggle with physics so I did have to study a lot out of class but shes always ready to help.
The course is not difficult because of Physics content, it was hard because nobody had any idea how this Prof asked in Class. She is very hard when grading tests and labs. Every small detail is something used to discount points. For Quizzes the highest grades were 8 or 9 -- and we had excellent students. Skip this prof if you can.
She's always ready for her students
Sira is sometimes difficult to understand in class, which makes a difficult subject a lot more challenging. She is also a very tough grader on tests and quizzes, nobody really gets perfect scores on them. However, she is a super sweet person and really cares about her students and wants them to learn, but it is a very high maintenance class.
Quizzes are all from homework. Hard to understand her lecture. Deduction for detailed stuff on quizzes and labs. Nice person.
Sira cares a lot about her students and wants to see them succeed. If you are having any type of difficulties ask questions, and she will be more than happy to go over the issue until you understand. She does make you work hard, but I feel all of that hard work will pay off when you continue in the calc series.
Not the class you would take without a deep understanding on pre-calculus. We had 10 quizzes+2 major exams+1 final examyes, it is a lot. DO go to her office hour and make sure not to skip class too often as it is part of her grading criteria which can give you some extra credits. She is fast at returning quizzes and has no pop-up.
One of the best professors I have every had. It is apparent that she cares about her students and is willing to take time to help her students. All of our quizzes (both in-class and take home) were graded and returned promptly. She also gives A LOT of extra credit (due to her grading being a bit hard). Take this teacher if you really want to learn.
Great professor for physics. Sira really knows her stuff. Extremely helpful in class, and is willing to work with students outside of class. However be ready to work, Sira's classes are by no means easy, but you will achieve a very high level of understanding. So the pain is worth the reward.
Siranush Bezirganyan is the best physics professor I ever met! She motivated me to become a better engineer. And she is the reason why I love physics, and I love how she is so passionate about teaching physics. She is full with positive energy and so kind hearted! Thank you Siranush!! And I'm getting my minor is physics!
she's an ok professor. She knows her stuff, however I strongly hated the fact that we aren't provided an equation sheet during tests. Are we expected to memorise every single formula? i also didn't like that she spends 1 hour in class deriving a formula rather than lecturing conceptually.
She's really smart, motivates students to do better and always there when you need her assistance. The fact that she's a math professor as well is helpful, she would show you math shortcut to solve difficult physics problems. Very generous with extra credit but you have to work for it. Quizes are from HW directly, so study and read the book!
Memorize every HW problem she assigns. They will re-appear on quizzes and tests, occasionally with different numbers. Watch LOTS of YouTube videos. Take advantage of extra credit opportunities. There are many of them and she is generous. Very high maintenance class but you can follow this road map to success. If you show effort she will reward it.
Sira was awesome! Class was interesting and enjoyable, and she was always willing to help go over any concepts that weren't quite clicking. Very important: DO THE HOMEWORK!! It may not be looked at or turned in, but the quizzes/tests draw from it. Plus, the practice helps. :P
This is one of the best professors I've had. Tough class, but she gives a lot of extra credit. She's sweet and caring of her students. Definitely take her class.
Siranush is a good teacher. The only problem is that she is so good in doing calculus on her head that she would skip some steps in the solving of sample problems and that would make some students lost. But she would always step back in case of questions and she gives a lot of opportunities for practice and getting extra points.
The best way to handle her class is to get some good online lectures that you can watch for the conceptual material, and get into contact with an old student of hers to look at their old quizes to know what problems to study most. She takes exam/quiz questions from the homework, but there are too many problems to study without such a study guide
Getting "A" is not that hard, but you have to put your effort and time on it. She pretty care student succeed in her class. Giving off lots of bonus points throughout the quarter since she tries to boost your score up. The participation may contribute your score into the final.
It was the toughest class I've ever taken in BC all the questions are from the homework but still there is around 30 homeworks / quiz and we have six quizzes all over the course lots of work to do and the most important it's a self teaching class and she is a tough grader take advantage of the extra Credit she offers
Sira is an amazing professor and will really help you understand the material and not just do the problems and move on. If you do the homework and show up to class you will learn a lot in this class.
Mrs. Bezirganyan lied to me about her grading policy, which costed me a whole letter grade. I feel like I just wasted tuition taking her class. She's not sympathetic which sucks if you are busy (taking more hard classes or working long hours). She also has an "Old-Fashioned" way of teaching which is more confusing as she likes to skip steps.
Second time taking Sira's class and she is a great professor. Most of the quizzes are based on the homework so if you study you will do great. She has helped me a lot in learning physics and math and i would recommend taking her classes to everyone who is serious about learning either.
2x as much HW as other math professors. Puts tricky questions on quizzes so beware. Go to class to get more extra credit opportunities which will save your grade.
Sira is a flexible teacher. Attendance is mandatory but its ok if you dont go to class. Every quiz has two point extra credit question, 5 extra credit for evaluation. Quizzes are not hard its the same as the textbook bu sometimes she can be a tough grader. If you are good at math take this class its an easy A.
There are 5 informal and 3 formal labs. She grades informal labs for completion. Quizzes and final are hard but not too much. Lectures are really boring considering they are almostly about problem solving. For the students who know physics well, take this teacher just do the quizzes and finals and its an easy A.
Took PHYS121 at BC instead of taking it at UW. She is a nice teacher, but teaches "pseudo-physics": you need to show every single little minute detail in a solution, and she doesn't care if your end result is correct at all. Lots of HW but all quiz and test questions derive from those questions, so know how to do it. Would recommend a diff prof.
Do not take this professor if you want to grasp the concepts and receive a fair grade. She is unreachable outside of class and is insanely fickle about grading. No, I do not recommend her and I would suggest you avoid her classes with a ten foot pole
Siranush made false promises about the grading in her class and I dropped a whole letter grade. She promised she'd be matching our lowest major exam score with our final score and didnt. I tried contacting her 3 times on separate days but she didnt respond even after a week. I know she saw them because she changed a quiz grade after 1 of my emails.
Test/quiz questions lifted straight from the textbook homework, easy grading. Homework not collected or graded but do it bc it's the best way to learn and she explains poorly. She casually insulted our class a lot; our low energy night class were apparently "emotional vampires." Huge complainer, but it doesn't hurt grading. Shot down questions
Professor Bezirganyan is such a good professional! You need to study for her class, and she really cares about her students and helps with extra credits.
HORRIBLE TEACHER doesnt even write down definitions most of the time she talks and forgets what she has previously said, hard to under stand. I've HAD to take her twice now and shes HORRIBLE save your effort and get a class with some one else
I would not recommend Sira. I took this class during the corona spring quarter and did not learn anything from it. We had almost daily conferences where Sira wouldn't teach and would only answer questions. Her class was so disorganized and I never knew what was expected of me. Sometimes it felt like Sira wasn't qualified to teach this class.
Really knows her stuff but doesn't go in depth on the math portion... Which can be difficult. Very available for questions outside of class. Teaches directly from the book. Quizzes and test come from homework questions with very few curve balls. Really focuses on the concepts. Lectures and examples can be a little confusing sometimes so ask ??
I took Sira during the Spring Covid quarter. She was heavy on test grading, even getting all answers correct you will still lose points on not completing the solution her way. Labs were an easy A if you had the basics done. During lectures Sira would lose her train of thought and start over. It seems that she isn't qualified to teach physics.
Problems must be done her way or 0 points even if your solution is 100% correct with all work shown. Teacher shows lack of understanding of concepts of physics and did the questions on textbook incorrectly. Gave 5 points for course eval and 15 for zoom attendance. Teacher never typed a response to a single email I sent. Paint drying > her lectures.
Terrible is putting it nicely. Grades only off of quizzes and tests, so if you are not a great test taker, good luck. Takes points off if you don't do a problem her way, even if you get the same answer. Nobody has gotten 100% on any of the quizzes. I calculated it and the highest score someone could possibly have is a 93.1%. Hard to understand her.
Please, if you are going to take her online, DON'T!!!! She does not know how to use canvas in the slightest, all her lectures are all over the place, her calendar changes on the daily and she rarely tells you. Her grading makes no sense, (I had to contest her on a lot of quizzes) and she put 3chapters and 2 quizzes into the last 2 days of class -_-
AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you want to save your sanity don't take this teacher. Grades based on her way of solving problems. Completely unorganized, constantly changing schedule, had to cram 4 chapters in the last week. Lectures are sloppy and hard to follow. Doesnt bother to learn how to use canvas. Does not seem like she would be better in person.
My first time ever taking physics, and she was an amazing professor. You really have to work for your grade, homework is optional but quizzes are directly from the hw. She does grade by looking for her way solutions but the more you pay attention in class, the more you begin to pick up her style. She made me love physics. Took along Calc 3 and CS.
She's nice but so unorganized. Lectures are boring. Grading slow. Make sure you do all HW and ask questions. Quizzes based on HW. Rewatch review sessions and meet tutors if needed. She's willing to set up a Zoom call and help you. Can always resubmit labs. Final is not comprehensive and based on the last 3 quizzes. 20-25 extra points this quarter.
Utterly terrible. I cant stress this enough but avoid any classes by this teacher at all cost. Organization does not exist in her class. Tried to make it like a in person class but it just doesnt work. She refuses to learn and adapt to an online environment. Her lectures are so boring and messy.
I dont rate teachers in her often but this teacher was the first to really push me to do so in order to warn everyone to stray away from this teacher. Absolutely the worst class Ive taken in all my schooling. Felt like I didnt learn anything from her the whole quarter. Very tough class with very specific grading.
She was a very nice person, who is very caring. But for even above average students, the class is not the best. She is unorganized, and crammed 4 chapters into the last week. Shes a hard grader on tests and quizzes even if you get everything right. Lectures are long and boring. Gives lots of extra credit though. Make sure you do the hw.
Pr. Siranush is very tough and the course contents are also very hard. She is a very tough grader so she will pay attention to the least mistake you can make. This class is really heavy so don't try to take it with other harder classes. However, she is very caring about her students and she will help students anytime during and outside of class.
Ask lots of questions, visit her during office hours, use every source you can to show that you are trying hard. She loves students who look like working hard and enjoying physics. Then you will be able to get enough extra credits to bump up your letter grade.
The grade was 75% tests, 25% quizzes. Some quizzes were open note multiple day and I still never got full points. The major tests were way too long, only 5 students max would finish on time. Math is my best subject, and I've never gotten below an A- until this class. The professor wasn't rude or anything, but get ready for seriously tough grading.
Worst lecturer ever, I have no idea what is going on and so does the rest of the class. Quizzes and exams are easy since they are the same as homework. If you want to learn physics, this class is completely self-taught. Although she is really nice and accommodating, she is a terrible teacher
While this professor might be a caring person, I have never attended a worse class. Lectures were mostly other students asking questions from the textbook, and her answers are very tough to understand without prior knowledge + it's disorganized and jumps all over the place. Quiz expectations are not communicated clearly as well.
This was one of the worst physics classes I have ever taken. Over half the grade is quizzes and tests; they are graded on very specific terms. Its possible to get answers correct and still get Cs and Ds on the quizzes. Be ready to study most of the material on your own outside of class, and to ask specific questions during lectures to understand.
I don't understand why her grade is as high as it is. This was an absolutely terrible class. Quizzes were graded poorly, you could get all right answers and still have points taken off for no reason, and the grading system was not communicated well at all. Assignments were submitted through email, not canvas, and she would lose students' hw often.
Professor is not able to really break it down for students understanding. Make sure to read the chapter and do homework prior to class to even understand her lectures. Use tutors and make sure to show your work during exams exactly how they do it during lectures. Do all homework and include diagrams, she grades on the process and equations.
I took this professors class online, maybe that changes things. However, this was one of the worst online classes I have taken. I felt like a lot of expectations werent communicated and she was often limited by her understanding of technology. Nice person, terrible teacher.
She never learned how to use Canvas website, and everything is messed up in her class. She uploads quiz questions into class files only a few minutes before tests begin, and we have to refresh the page dozens of times to download the questions. She also collects quiz answers from email, and gave me 0 because she didn't check her mail box properly.
This Professor sucks. She gives bad lectures and her tests are difficult. I'm fine with difficult tests however you have to make up for it by giving good lectures. Even when I ask questions and come to her office hours, her explanations don't make sens. What makes her bad (in my eyes) is that she gives hard tests without helping you succeed at them
I don't even know where to begin. I've never hit rock bottom like this before. I'll get answers right and still end up with a 55%. A take-home quiz had a mean score of 35%. How does that even happen? The teaching is abysmal, and we're stuck suffering through the same cringe-worthy, motivational discounted TED Talk every time grades come back.
Lectures are glorified office hours. No teaching, just students asking questions on hw. Quizzes average 50% and gives no explanation to marks. Solve it her way or get half credit for the question. HAVE DIAGRAMS. No communication as she doesn't respond to emails. Unorganized and everything in canvas is in the files tab. Avoid at all costs.
read read read and do the all of the practice homework problems/exercises. lectures are very hard to understand as to little writing and alright handwriting so must read ahead to understand. homework is not graded yet is very much mandatory to not fail ASK how she grades: drawing graphs and answering problem USE office hours. LABs are completion
Her favorite phrase was "this is easy so I will skip this". Even when it was indeed not easy, exams were hard, the homework would often not reflect this. Be prepared to study by the book and still be dumbfounded when points are taken off because you didn't solve it the way she wanted even though it was never explained how she wanted the answers.
this teacher was the lime light of my life. 10% in extra credit. formal labs and informal labs are completion based and no homework grades. Only 6 (2-takehome) quizzes, midterm, and final. The final only covers half the class (ch 8-13). very friendly environment with discord server. Very willing to argue points back.Although no responses on outlook
