She's a GREAT professor! Very nice, helpful, patient, clear, and her notes are very helpful. She assigns MathXL hw which is helpful too. Her test are long but they're not so bad. I highly recommended her. I liked her alot as a teacher.

She is the BEST professor! As long as you do your homework, come to class prepared, and study for quizzes and exams you'll get an A in her class. She is also very reasonable if you need her to extend the homework due date and such. She makes precal. a lot easier to understand.

Best math professor, I've ever had!! The way her curriculum is set up makes it extremely easy for you to understand & catch up with no problems, if need be. Good amount of homework but easy enough to balance out the quizzes & tests. She's very helpful even offers weekend tutoring. Most dedicated professor I know!!

She's one of the best math professors I've had, and when I took her class she was pregnant, but she was still very punctual with her grading. She has a slight accent, but is still very clear and easy to understand her.

She is a very good teacher and very helpful, but her tests are for real and she gives a lot of online hw. Doesn't always teach everything on hw, but gives you a chance the next day to ask what you couldn't get and goes over it. very nice I liked her

Excellent professor. As long as you regularly attend class and take some notes, she does explain things clearly and if you still don't understand, she's willing to go into more detail. Homework is done online but she always goes over any questions someone may have.

Pay attention in class, take advantage of every extra credit opportunity even if you have a top grade. Make sure to do the online homework and study a lot from the homework for the tests. Easy B, work a bit for an A.

Took her this semeter and she is very nice. I recommend people to take her but not for a class thats two hours and 15 mins long.

Great professor. Very helpful and easy to understand. She posts answer keys WITH WORK ALREADY SHOWN ON THEM rather than just an answer! this way you can see how to solve a problem! Textbook is not needed because it's online (at least for MA099) so just buy the MyMathLab code.

Professor Kala is extremely helpful at wanting you to do well in the class. She is always there if you are ever having any trouble with the material. Pay attention in class. Do the homeworks, study, and I guarantee at least a solid B in the class

I took Math Prep class during the Summer with her. She was amazing and really helped reignited my understandings of basic math which helped me easily blast through this class with a perfect score on the final exam.

she reponds very quickly and checks up on you every now and then. The course was alright, not too bad. she reminds you of due dates and sometimes gives extentions if you have not done so well. she seems like a nice lady.

She is so lovely and a kind hearted professor. She knows the materials and she teaches in a way that even middle school students would be able to solve calculus questions. I took her with all my math courses at Rockville and I had an A in all of them. Definitely register with her and your experience will be a memorable one. I love her so much.

Took her for Pre Calc 165 online and I would, without hesitation, recommend her to any other student. She goes out of her way to help. She understands your individual circumstances and is willing to accommodate with things like deadline extensions and/or extra credit opportunities. I was very sad to find out she doesn't teach Calc 1 :(

Dont buy textbook. There are 3tests, mathxl hw/quiz grade and final exam. She really cares about her students and is willing to help. I would definitely take her again.

GREAT PROFESSOR and i wrote that in all caps because she really is a great professor as long as you study and get everything done on time and sometimes set up a meeting with her to go over a lesson you didn't understand in class. Like i would suggest everyone to take her for Pre-calc & Calc you won't regret it. TRUST ME

Professor Kolluru is SO KIND and HELPFUL! She WILL work with you if you speak up and express that you are having difficulty with the material. She is sometimes late with her email responses but just remind her in person that you sent her something. She WILL make time to meet with you during her office hours and will stay until the last hour!

This is the second class Ive taken with Prof. K and I wish I could take a third. Shes one of the best teachers Ive ever had. She wants you to learn, and tries to facilitate that in SO many ways! As long as you participate and communicate, her classes are awesome.

Your grade is mainly decided by your tests. HW also counts but she adds it in at the end so you won't know how much it helps you until the end. t's really easy to get in contact with her and she answers really quickly. I've taken Calc 1 before so this was really easy for me but she explains everything with a lot of detail so if you'll be fine

Professor Kolluru is super kind and caring and her teaching is pretty easy to follow. She made it easy for me to understand calculus. Grades will be counted by exams and homework (WebAssign). She also gives extra credit when the class did poorly on a test. Easy A if you are willing to study!

(in person) Prof K. really motivates her students who believe that they're not good at math or just generally fear the subject. She's kind, intelligent and she helped me build back my confidence with math overall. Ask questions about the hw, review the stuff before class and you will do fine. Posts lecture notes and sample exams & easy to contact.

Prof Kolluru has amazing lectures that cover the material well and are very clear. She also helps each student individually. As long as you pay attention, do the homework, and study for exams you'll be fine.

Professor Kolluru was very nice and genuine, she wants to help you succeed in her class, however you need to put in the work for it which means study and doing the Hw on time. The Hw is a good amount of the grade so make sure you do it. she is very forgiving and will sometimes do extra credit or even give you the test back to fix your mistakes.

She assigns a lot of homework, and you better do it because it is a very big part of your grade. She is a tough grader, but her lectures are very detailed and she is always avaliable for help. She did also offer us extra credit one time which was great too. If you show her you work hard in her class, she will reward you!
