Has an accent, and bad english, but it's not an issue. Rushes through material, but he's easy to learn from. Definitely makes tests easy by letting you know exactly what to expect. I will definitely go out of my way to have him again. Loves the ladies..

"see you next semester," is probably what everyone knows. Do your homework, and you're fine. He will give you the same exercises from the homework IN the exam. He's a very fair professor.

trys his hardest to do make sure everyone can do the work. does many examples. great math teracher. this si second time im takin 104 and last semester i had a terrible teacher compared to him. definately take him for any math class possible.

His exams are based off the class lectures and examples. The book is not much help. If you are struggling he is not too helpful, but I guess you can expect this from a 100 level class. Overall I would recommend him.

If you want to pass you just have to apply yourself. Yes he has an accent, but he will go out of his way to push the class to work harder cause thats what you have to do to pass calc at NJIT.

Mohebbi is the coolest math prof. I have ever had. He is extremely helpful and makes sure that before you leave his class, you have a clear understanding of what he taught. He has an accent but you barely notice most of the time (you're so focused on his jokes) He is a very funny man too. He's my first math prof. at NJIT and I would take him again.

I have taken this professor for two different math courses. When he explains the material in class you just absorb everything and you will be able to follow through with him due to the fact that he explains every aspect of the problem. Specially goes over old formulas you might of forgotten which is the key to completely understanding the problem.

Funny prof. He explains problems well. If you don't understand the simplest thing and ask for help, he will clear it up before you leave. He doesn't always collect the home work, however, doing the home work problems help. He is one of the best math teachers at NJIT. I will take him again any day.

I wish i had him for calc and calc 2...instead of my professors =( but he's nice, fair grader, will help you out. MAKE SURE YOU DO THE REVIEW PROBLEMS---they're like 98% like the exam...HES THE MAN!!!!!

I've met many helpful and caring professors at NJIT, and by far Prof. Mohebbi is one of them. He's very helpful, friendly, and has several clean jokes for the class to laugh about. Mathematically, he's amazing, and he ensures that his class is the best compared to the other sections.

He is a great guy who forces you to go to class because he wants to see you succeed and do well in his class. Just listen to what he says and make sure to do ALLL the homework and you will do great. Highly Recommend if willing to work.

Mr. Mohebbi is an excellent teacher!!!!!!!!!!! He is very helpful and makes the class fun, this is my freshman year in college and hes the best math teacher ive ever had. He goes through all the steps and makes sure you know what your doing before he proceeds. EXCELLENT PROFESSOR

Best math teacher ever. Always joking around and will occasionally pick one kid out of the class and call him his Buddy. Lucky kid was given plenty of chances to do problems on the board and walk out of class with an 'A' but he dropped out half way through the semester haha. TAKE MOHEBBI!

He's a very easy teacher. Pay attention in class and make sure you understand what he says. If you do this, the quizzes and exams will be a breeze. If you miss classes, you will be in trouble. And never take the makeup exam because it's much harder.

This teacher is AWESOME!!...I had him for two semesters at PCCC..He teaches you exactly what u need to know for all the exams ESPECIALLY the final...He is so funny and loves to crack jokes..After passing his class for 004, I made sure I had him for 006.

I've had this professor 3 times. If you put in the effort, he will definitely give you the grade you want and deserve. He is fair, funny, and does what he can to help you, but you have to help yourself also. Love the guy. I like his teaching style and would take him for all my math classes if I could.

Great Teacher. He explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand the work.I am taking him again for calculus. he teaches the material that matters and it most likely will be on the exam. If you cant learn from him then Math is not for you. Highly recommended

I thought this was a really tough class--which it is--but he makes sure to explain everything if you don't understand and is an overall very helpful teacher. Just make sure you do all the homework and quizzes..otherwise, you'll "see him next semester".

Excellent teacher who will actually make you understand math in the easiest way. I took him for Calc 2 and I can say he is better than Hunter or Zaleski. I actually passed it in the first time! His way of teaching will actually make you understtand the concepts easily. I think he only teaches Calc2 over summer, so you should take him!!

I don't understand why people are giving him such bad reviews! Mohebbi is a great man. If you show interest in his class, he is more than willing to help you out. If you did poorly, it's because you didn't try. His accent isn't even difficult to understand! He's super funny and laid back. I got an A and it wasn't hard to achieve!

I highly suggest you take Mohebbi. He's very specific about what's going to be on the test. If you understand the examples he gives and do some homework problems as well as go through old quizzes, you'll ace the exam. Go to him for help, he'll always be willing to aid you. Such a sweet, humorous guy in class. I would definitely take him again.

A very nice guy and a good teacher. At first he is difficult to understand but after the first few classes you get used to it. He will be very clean about what will be on exams so as long as you show up, pay attention, and avoid being on your phone you will be fine.

If you can, definitely take a math course with Mohebbi. In class, he is very clear in his lessons and stresses what exactly will be on upcoming tests. He really does his part in getting you to pass as long as you put the necessary work in. With average effort you're guaranteed at least a B.

Habibi this guy. Yea he might give a quiz every week, but if you go to class and pay attention you won't even need to study. He gives practice sheets before each exam that are almost the same content and most times, he uses homework problems are test questions. He'll answer any questions thoroughly and he's such a nice, funny guy.

Take any class with this guy! He is really good. Has an accent but not to hard to understand. quizzes are always from examples he does in class. If he sees you trying and working hard, he will boost your grade, and drop your lowest grade. He literally the best math professor ever.

Mohebbi is awesome! The weekly quizzes do get annoying but they prepare you for the exams. Barely assigned any homework, we had 3 tests, and a final. He drops the lowest grade from the first 2 exams. Participate in class, go over the problems from the hand outs he gives and you will pass.

He is a good guy that cares a lot! But he is sometimes tough to understand. At the end of the day he is a good guy and a good teacher but getting an A in his class is not easy.

Overall a solid professor. Pay attention in EVERY lecture, he will constantly give very obvious hints on what is going to be on exams. A little difficult to understand sometimes, but overall is not as bad as people say. I wish I could take him for Calc 1, he is very informative and will help you if YOU ask. YOU put in the work, YOU will do fine.

If you're following along and calling him out on the occasional mistake or two, he's a great teacher and will help you understand the Pre-Calc well enough to do great at NJIT's math department. Sometimes kinda silly but that's just him!

Okay so the class was hard BUT how often can you actually say that an NJIT professor is actually animated and caring. Definitely one of the nicest and funniest profs I've had the honor of knowing. Downfall: has an accent. Beware his witty comments and sarcastic remarks in a light humorous way if he catches you slacking off. Soroosh GOD! Vut dat is!
