Good Professor, very straight up. Can be a bit scary at first, but then you end up appreciating it as the course progresses. Interesting class discussions, marks hard, quizzes nearly every class. Knows her stuff! You find yourself wanting to do well.

You know those slackers that seem to float through university? Ezzedeen crushes them. If you show up, do the work and read, you'll do fine. The midterm is tough but the final was a little easier.

She is one of the best profs in Atkinson. She is very intelligent, wise and strict. Be sure to attend all classes, prepare and participate. I am glad she was my professor, I learned a lot from her and our class discussions. No surprise if she will be highly recognized and awarded in her future career =) She is very bright!

Great Prof. Makes sure you've understood the lecture. Uses slideshows which she updates a few days before session. Make sure you attend every class as participation is required. She takes notice of your participation level. Tells you whether to buy the book or not. My case, she told us not to. I did anyway. Good book for future reference. Take her!

Only problem is that she is aggressive when she speaks and visibly favours people who participate a lot (even over the casual participators). For those who don't feel comfortable participating - she gives you the feeling that she'd rather not have you in class. Otherwise - good prof., teaches well and is very clear.

She is a great teacher. Very clear in her lectures. But you have to literally put up your hand every 2 seconds in the lectures. She really expects you to participate. I got a 5/20 for participation when I show up to class everytime and raise my hand up at least once every class. In the end, participation is 20% and I had to drop the course. -_-"

Amazing Professor. Her exams are tough, but if you study, you will find them fair and will do well. Her office is always open and she is there to help. Her students and love of teaching comes first. I would recommend this professor, but only if you prepared to attend class and do your work.

She is an excellent Prof, and is one of the few that doesn't put me to sleep because her voice is loud and she keeps the class involved. She doesn't jsut lecture she holds class discussions aswell throughout. Bad things is you have to attend class and she gives random pop quizes (very high school) But you will learn alot in her class. Very toug

I've been a student at york for 3 yrs now and have never had a professor who is SO AMAZING. her door is always open and she is ALWAYS ready to help. Yes she is tough, yes you have to participate but that's how she keeps the class interesting. She is VERY knowledgeable and I definitely recommend taking a course with her.

She is really smart and presents material that is interesting. You must attend all classes, and participate from very beginning. Just sit at the front of class! However, she can be intimidating, rude and sarcastic when you approach her.

if u r a quite individual this teacher is not for u.. she encourages discussions and u get marks on them.. they're easy marks so make sure to participate.. there were pop quizzes on random days so u always have to be prepared and cant miss class much because u mite miss one.. overall not bad professor just keep upto date with reading

But, you must work hard in her class, and missing a class is not an option, she expects a lot from her students, but if you attend lecture and speak out in class, you will recieve a good mark. She was always very helpfull and I really enjoyed her class, great public speaker.

Fantastic professor. So much energy and enthusiasm makes class worth coming to. Knows what she is doing, and she is very fair with exams. Even the pop quizzes are very straightforward as long as you pay attention. There is always one tough question. I really hope she stays at York for a long time.

she is the most intelligent & engaging professor that i met thus far at york. she doesn't take bs from no one. im NOT a school person but she definitely caught my attention & interest. attendance & participation are VERY important, try to attended all classes. we nvrd used the txt book- study the slides & make notes on them & you'll be golden.

First class she came off as somewhat harsh, but over the semester I learned she is one of the most dedicated professors out there. She wants you to succeed and puts the effort into engaging both the class and individuals by name. There are no surprises on tests. The assignments are marked a bit harder, but participating in class balances this out.

Souha is the best prof I have ever had. She is so inspirational and you can tell that she loves what she does and she is passionate about her field. There is no point to buying the textbook in her classes, she even said so. She is hard on her students but not in a way that is unfair. I would 100% take more classes with her. You learn so much.

Souha is a great prof. She's incredibly focused, engaging and professional. I had little to no interest in HR before her class, but her passion rubs off on you, and now I think highly of HR. Even if you aren't a HR major, you'll definitely learn something.

One of the best profs I came across at york u. She might be strict when it comes to coming late to class or using cell phones or laptops in the class. But this is what fosters studying environment in the classroom. She is v crystal clear regarding her expectations. Three hours passes by very fast and you wont be bored! Love her! :)

Best prof everrrr, I had 3470 with her 2 years back and now just took 4440, my fav class through out uni years, so motivating and always something to learn. Just go to class prepared and participate as much as you can. This is one class you actually want to participate even if you don't like to because her discussions are so interesting

Not a bad prof. Teaches you about course material in good context. Textbook is not required because you can prepare from powerpoint slides. However shes a hard marker when it comes to tests. Shes expects you give a full answer with examples or you will not get a point, even if you answered it right. Exams were somewhat difficult.

I think Souha is an amazing professor. She's clear, loud, and enthusiastic. She'll review the previous material at the beginning of class and asks questions, so its easy to participate. She makes an otherwise dry class entertaining to listen to and makes me want to do well. Exams are straightforward if you study. If you fail, its your fault.

I just took Prof. Souha's class,& she is one of the best profs at York so far. She's strict about a few things but you're there to learn. Not a big deal. Souha is easily the best professor I've had at York. Her lectures are clear, engaging, and to the point. You do not need to purchase the textbook since everything you'll be tested on is covered in lectures. Yes, she is strict about electronics in class and students going in and out of class, but you get over that pretty quickly. 100% recommend.

So classes are normally from 11-2 and she goes all the way threw with a 10 min break. Her exams are super difficult if you do not study, do not expect to pass. She absolutely hates those who come in late, and she glares at you when you do. I would never recommend this class. The only positive is if your a verbal learner then this class is for you.

Prof Ezzedeen is intense, but this class is not difficult. Easy to earn extra marks by coming to class & participating. Tests, assignments , and material are straightforward from her slides and textbook. She cares about her student's success, but she doesn't take bs. Would definitely take a course with her again.

Don't get it twisted- she's a prof that you can do really well with and very easily. 20% for being polite and attending a professional events, the only thing I would warn people about is that the 4 assignments answers are steps directly in the textbook/lectures, if you miss a step they mention then you will get a 0 (they're pass/fail).

She's a straight forward person. For the written assignments they were pass/fail, based off the textbooks. If you miss a step, straight 0. Her lectures are straight to the point and some of the answers are right from the powerpoint. She gives great advice but can be harsh at times.

Professor Souha understands her material well, although she may come out as harsh or cold in the beginning. One of the best ADMS profs at York, knows her stuff well. Just watch out the final was more or less brutal, never the less, enjoyed her class!

I love Professor Ezzedeen, though the lectures were pre-recorded from COVID time her lectures were very easy understand. The way she explains terms and give examples helped me alot. The lecture summaries are the most loved part of the course! Overall, the exams are heavy but I recommend watching her lectures first and then the do the heavy readings
