Great person with lots of knowledge. Those who do not do well are those who do not do the work! He expects you to succeed be completing the assignments.

He knows English/grammar well,felt he was extremely arrogant, and chauvinistic. I felt he was against women,& would not recommend him or ever take another class he teaches. I also did not like one of his remarks No one will get an A in this class .

Smartest professor here, not easy but not hard. You'll take more out of this class for the real world than most other classes. Very helpful and very encouraging.

I think he has an acceptance complex b/c it is hard to talk to him sometimes b/c he thinks he is under attack and everyone hates him. He isn't the easiest-doesn't clarify what he wants BEFORE work is due, but he is a nice guy and he def. knows this stuff

gave me a better understanding of adj. adv. nouns, verbs, and so on. tests are from the book though he doesn't teach from it. exams are take home open book but read the questions VERY CARFULLY!

Dr. Kuzdal was probably my favorite prof. to date, I would recommend him to anyone. 152 is a lot of work, but still, I could not have passed this class with a different teacher.

Mr. Kuzdzal was cool. He brought a new meaning to writing and the correct adj.,verbs, etc. He was concerned about his students. I enjoyed being in his class.

Be forewarned: He IS very sarcastic. He will make fun of you. But he will also josh everyone else and himself. Many stories. Just relax and make jokes back at him, or just be quiet. He gives explicit directions. If you just write down what he says, the assignment's basicall done. You learn a LOT.

I didn't really have a problem with this class. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't unbelievably hard!! The group project was A LOT of work!

The people who were inclined to post must have been ones that did not do their work or write down directions or something because I ended up with an A+ in the class. It's not that hard and he jokes around; he wants to get a rise out of people and illicit a response. Seriously people, stop being so sensitive.

Hard class to take, alot of information. He's clear about what he wants, but teaches in a different style. Tells a lot of stories, makes jokes at people. Odd that on the first day he came out and told us that he wasnt **** and that he didnt hate women... strange, easy to get a B.

I don't remember the class level! Intro or Basic Communications, anyway...it was a million years ago, but I LOVED Dr. Kuzdzal's class. I have gone through several jobs in the years since (probably 20 years!), but the common thread has been that I have "good communications skills." THANKS, Dr. Kuzdzal!

Wastes time talking about stupid stores in his life and end up getting behind in our work. I don't think there has been a class where he hasn't gotten off the subject 6 or 7 times. Gives out a lot of extra credit. Thinks the book is always wrong. Can learn a lot from him though..an OK teacher.

As a teacher, I can say that it is a tough job at best. Dr. Kuzdzal is good at what he does, and students should understand that they have to work for a grade, and not expect to be spoonfeed.

I hope some of the people who gave such lousy ratings end up teaching. Then you will know how hard teaching can be. As the old saying goes, "What goes around, comes around."

I enjoyed Stanley as a teacher. Like other students have commented he is a little harder, but he makes you learn. He is extremely helpful and gives you great knowledge on how to be professional. I would reccomend taking him!

Excellent experience in writing a research paper and instruction on oral presentations. Very slow at getting back to you on questions outside of class. Refused to give out email addy for any reason. Could be quite rude if a student was not paying attention. Tests were take home and corrected as a class. No studying involved. Would take again.

Great instructor. Very clear about what he wants in assignments. He is always available in his office. Taught me how to write better and how to make a difference in communication. I think that Dr. Kuzdzal should run for Governor of the State of Michigan in the next election.

Dr. Kuzdzal is an excellent teacher! I learned alot about writing business papers. Dr. Kuzdzal does a great job of prepairing you for real life in business. He is very caring too. Lots of extra credit offered. Tests are difficult.

Dr. Kuzdal is a greatteacher. He gets off the beaten path from time to time but the information covered in class will truely be an asset to have later in the business world. I recommend taking his class.

I attended Delta College and had a class with this instructor. He is a good instructor, and has some bad days and good days like anyone else. He does care about the content of his courses and tries to teach as best he can. All teachers care about what students are learning and any instructor can become tired of those who do not want to learn.

Really great teacher.Likes to joke with his students and tell stories, keeps the class interesting. Hard teacher and hard grader, but it's for a good purpose.Dont slack off, and take really good notes, you will need them in the end.If you are thinking bout taking this, do so in the fall/winter,spring/summer is to short for so much material.

I love Kuz!!! For those who don't "get" him, too bad for you. Listen to what he says about business and life...he is a very credible source. You may not agree w/him, but he doesn't have an opinion that is not well researched. I recommend him to anyone that is a grown up and can take constructive criticism...not for the weak minded.

Great teacher!When writing the required letters, you have plenty of opportunity to take them to him before they are due for him to look over.He then gives you a chance to fix the errors you made. Kuzdzal has life experiences that are interesting and keep you 'entertained'.Recommend him,but only for those grownup enough to enjoy the experience.

Great professor. Couldn't ask for a better person. Is always willing to help. Is always open for discussion on topics and is very informative on the business world. Don't expect this to be an easy class, you have to work hard for your grade. Make sure you listen to his instructions very close. He also has very good office hours.

Dr Kuzdzal knew his material extremely well and was willing to help with any questions you had.

Just make sure you follow directions to a T and you do the work. If you want him to like you, smile... a lot! This could be a very boring subject, but Kuzdal makes it interesting with his stories. He can be rather rude, but try to ignore it.

Dr. Kuzdzal was a great teacher. He is well educated and enjoys teaching his class. He is very detail-oriented, but explains exactly how he wants assignments done. Many people gave bad comments about his teaching, but I had him for 151 & 152 and thought he taught all objectives clearly. He makes class fun and interesting. I'm upset that he is gone.

This professor changed my life like night to day. He has given me much valuable insight. The man is a pure genius. I still brag about him today and it's been 2000 since I had him. I was in special needs in high school and after meeting this man I went on to receive my Bachelor's degree because of him. Dan H

I am sad to hear that Dr. Kuzdzal is gone from Delta. He was a very good instructor. He was doing students a good service that they could not understand until they get out into the real work field. His real problem started w a power struggle from the division. Student Evals were great. The bad 1s posted here r from coworkers. The real 1s tell the truth that he was good. All RMP does is confirm that Delta has some horrible gossip issues going on. It starts w the chair & works its way down.

The real problem is CST Division, not this teacher; Delta would prefer nice teachers over knowledgeable teachers -- so out he goes, then Hoffman-Johnson, Peters and Southwell can feel commfortable in their mediocrity and ignorance.
