The teacher is very young and immature. He does not seem to have a professional teacher look and demeanor. If you want a class where the teacher offers nothing outside the textbook, then this is a good class. The book is expensive and not worth it. The teacher does not have any interesting class activities, all lecture based.

Gaskin is a super personable dude. He obviously loves to teach, although his lectures can sometimes be content heavy. He does add in a few funny stories in there! The tests are VERY reading heavy and I had trouble on the 1st midterm- the MC are worded pretty weirdly! He has been super straightforward over email about COVID. Overall solid teacher!!

Really inspiring. The powerpoint are incomplete but you can find all the information you need by attending class and reading the textbook (the powerpoint are used as aids instead of being the lecture itself) Gaskin is incredibly engaging and caring.
