Dr Baiyasi is very clear and very to the point about what she expects. I had her 3 years ago for BIO 101 and would HIGHLY reccomend her to anyone! Knows her stuff! Only suggestion from me,dont ever be late! Gave quizzes @ the top of the hour w/ no makeups

Going into the class I heard a few things. However, I learned to never judge a book by its cover. Mrs. B was the best Bio teacher I have ever had. She was Sooo helpful in her teaching. She has a heart for students and wants you to do well! - Craig B. Delta RN Program

Excellent A&P Instructor. As per other comments, Dr.B runs a tough course, but she does it well. Excellent lecture notes and tests are from class lectures. Lots of "Bonus Buck" extra credit opportunities. Study and you will learn.

Dr. B was a good teacher, however, the class is extremely hard. There is a ton of material all packed into one symester, making it very difficult to absorb much!

This is a hard class, but I like how she teaches. She explains thing very well in her lecture. She evens tells you exacly what is on the test just pay attention in class. She offers bonus point for extra credit, these are pretty easy to get.

All the students who fail post here. Baiyasi teaches you what you need to know to graduate from your program. If you think it doesn't apply it will. And if you think her teaching is poor you will not pass the RN program. She is teaching you to be independent learners which is what RN's are. Passed her class with a B + in both 152 and 153. Now an RN

Wonderful Teacher. She is not easy, but if you do the work and pay attention, you can easily pass her class. She offers a lot of extra credit, which will help if you are doing poorly on her exams. Very hard teacher, but well worth it.

Yeah her class is hard, I'm not going to lie to you. I have trouble passing the class, but then again I don't study like I should. She gives you everything on the test and tells you what you need to know. She's hard but teaches you what you need to know. The best way to pass her class is to study the material as you get it.

Baiyasi was a great teacher. If you did the bomework and attended class, you were guarenteed at least a B. If you are looking for an easy A, she is not the teacher for you. Everyone I met told me that she fails the better share of her students, that is not true. Only 3 people failed in my class. 1 stopped going and the other 2 did not do homework.

Hard class! Great teacher! Lots of homework, but very well explained and helpful to learn the material. Always available after class for personal help. Not an easy A class, but you learn the material well!

This teacher might seem hard at first. But, you learn what will be on her tests. I'm in 153 and I'm dreaming I was back in Baiyasi's class!!!! Her class is structured and organized. She is fair with her grading. Some people did not like her, but if you put an effort in, your grade iwll reflect that. Don't give up!!!

Anatomy is a tough class no matter what teacher you have, but if you set aside at least 2 hours every night to study you'll do fine. Baiyasi assigns alot of homework, but for a purpose...so you don't slack off and get behind. Her test are really not that hard as long as you study the outcomes. Buy lots of index cards too...you'll need them.

Anantomy is a hard subject. She has a lot of homework, but helps you out so much. She really knows what she's teaching and is ALWAYS available to help you out. Great teacher. If you don't like a lot of homework, don't take her.

Don't expect any anatomy class to be a blow off course, it's hard no matter who you have, but Dr. B gave us plenty of chances to ask questions about anything we didn't understand. Homework is alot, but it's not overwhelming as long as you keep up with it. Make sure you are able to set aside 2 hours per night to study. Flash cards great help too.

Dr. B may be hard, but she keeps you organized, which you need for this type of class. Don't go in thinking anatomy will be easy, there is nothing easy about it. Dr. B is there for you as long as you ask. I'm already in my next Bio class and what she taught me has been put to good use already. STUDY hard is the key to passing the class.

Assignments are useful but time consuming. Tests are hard, but she tells you what you need to know. Class is mostly lecture, the lab class really isn't a lab just more lecture time.

Get real people. This is a hard subject. Dr. B. gives every oppertunity to pass this course....but you have to put in the effort and ask for help if you need it. The course is very organized and makes sense. I got an A because I worked for it. This class also prepaired me for other classes that are just as challenging and even more difficult.

I liked Dr. B's class, of course it was a challenge but what anatomy class isn't. I thought she was very helpful and she was quick with the email responses to my questions. There is alot of home work, but by doing it you will be able to grasp alot of the concepts. Do the homework, attend all classes, and you will succeed!

Dr. B. is a great teacher. She makes you do a lot of work, but she wants you to have every opportunity to learn the material. I enjoyed her class and worked hard. I would take another class with her in a heartbeat!

She is a hard teacher but what do you expect when the material is difficult. People need to stop comlpaining and actually put in an effort and you will do fine. She gives enough opportunities for people to improve on their grade and it's not her fault that nobody takes them. Be ware, her jokes are extremely boring and she thinks they are funny.

This teacher knows her stuff. Rarely had any trouble with the class. I enjoyed this class. Took with another professor, and got a D+, retook with her and got a B-. Big difference. Lots of homework, but that is what helped in the class. Hands on class.

Note for future students do all assignments and do all the extra credit you are going to need it. Grades a essay question like you should be able to write a textbook. Good luck

Dr. Baiyasi is a wonderful teacher. Although her class requires you to do a lot of work, it is all necessary and helpful to your learning and understanding of the information. She is definitely not boring in any way and I find her pretty hilarious. She is very knowledgeable and will help you with anything, anytime. Take her class for sure.

Dr. B. is THE BEST A & P instructor @ Delta. The class is tough, but I promise you, it is worth it. I am now in Micro and thanks to what I learned in her class, I am one step ahead. If you want to learn and be great, take her! She wants you to succeed. She can be a bit eccentric at times, but that's what makes Dr. B, Dr. B. Thank you Dr. B!

Br B. is an excellent instructor. everyone complains because she gives alot of homework,it's all essential for learning the info(what were here for) she gives every student tons* of opportunities for extra credit. Its what you put into the course, this was my absolute favorite and most interesting class I have ever taken!! she's always available..

Dr. B is a hard teacher. She expects you to learn the material inside in out. But, she gives many many many opportunities to keep a good grade with extra credit. I learned a lot in that class. She's very willing to help, and she's really nice too.

Dr. B. is a tough instructor, but very good. You MUST keep on top of work load, and attandance is a must. She really knows her stuff, and gives lots of opportunity for extra credit, so long as you are willing to work, and be there. Be prepared to spend at LEAST 6 hours per week on homework and studying.

Dr.Baiysi's class was very stressful for me in the beginning. There is tons of homework, but after awhile it slows down, and you get the hang of it. Some of the homework was easy some was difficult, but to help your grade finish your homework, and earn those bonus bucks!

Dr. B is one of the best teachers I've had here. Its a hard class with a lot of material but its well organized and she is extremely helpful. She has each module separate and has outside links that are helpful. She gives everyone the opportunity to get a good grade and she allowS A good amount of extra credit. Bonus bucks are really helpful.

I LOVE DR. B SHE IS A WONDERFUL INSTRUCTOR, SHE GIVES ALOT OF HOMEWORK BUT THIS IS COLLEGE WHAT DO YOU EXPECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. B I WISH SHE TAUGHT BIO 153!!!!

Dr. B is very helpful. You will do a lot of homework to include long & detailed reading logs & fill in the blank assignments. She requires you to learn a lot of material & it is challenging, but she is very helpful. She pays attention to how well each student is doing & the class in general. Review before each test. Her homework helps you learn.

Dr. B is an excellent teacher. Very challenging. If you want to learn take this course, if you want to just "squeak" by take someone else. Prior science knowledge is or chemistry is extremely helpful. The current book (Marieb) is more confusing, than her lectures. Lectures are question driven, so if you don't understand then ask!

Dr B is an awesome instructor. You have to do a lot of work - but that is what you are here for - to learn! She will help you learn if you work for it - Don't just copy!

Dr. B is a fabulous teacher!! We always got right down to business, and there was a TON of work. If you do the work, you can get an A. Do extra credit and bonus bucks and study hard. Would recommend her to anyone. Great!
