I didn't take AP Chem in high school and I was still fine in this class. Her tests are almost exactly like the mock exams she posts- do them! You get free points just for showing up and clicking in and the homework is just a completion grade (plus it's helpful). I didn't even buy the textbook. She's really funny and helpful during office hours!

She had received poor reviews, so I was concerned when I had selected her, but I had no regrets because there was nothing bad about her class. Doc Mac is not a bad professor. Sure, you have to do a lot of homework and come to class, but it's chemistry. She tries really hard to make sure everyone passes ample office hour times, large grade percentage based off of ALEKS and participation, and she slightly curves the exams. There are 5 exams so the average of them helps you in the long run
