He doesn't post due dates on Blackboard just uses MyLabs and the due dates are from a previous semester. I emailed him a bunch of times but he never responded. I did all of my assignments in the first few weeks because I didn't want to miss the due date (they're all extremely hard btw). He didn't post anything, just told us to read the textbook.

Do not recommend this teacher. He doesn't answer emails and gets off track a lot. Students had to go to his office to get an exam review, instead of just handing them out in class. Then he wouldn't respond to our emails asking for the answer key, so no point. Also did not cover all the material in time.

He may be hard to understand but he knows what he is teaching and explains it very well. Very funny, flexible and laid back.

Not a terrible professor. FYI he has a speech impediment so you'll need to get used to understanding him. We never used the textbook in class or for HW. He provides PowerPoints which is honestly all you need. I suggest saving your money on the textbook and only getting it if it's essential for your success in the class.

After taking both ECO211 & 212 with Kaifa online; I am frankly disappointed. The material and lesson plans seem to be copied and pasted year to year. Even his automated emails have incorrect due-dates/times. All you do is just read the chapters and go off the slides. Homework/exams have repeating questions. Does this course even need a professor?

The class is mostly self-taught, with the professor being quite detached. The material can be challenging, so make sure to use all available resources like the textbook, Pearson tools, and even unstuckstudy to stay on top of it. The grading is tough, so managing your time well is key.

The best professor I have had so far. He is passionate about economics and is very knowledgeable on the subject. He gives you 3 tests and 6 assignments so make sure to study. This is not a hard class, he makes it very easy, and as long as you read the book you should get through it fine.
