He does not answer questions. "Read it in the book and present it to the class" is his answer. If asked for pointers on what will be on an exam he says you're responsible for everything. Don't take this professor!!

He is fit to cheat only mathematicians not students. He always speaks as if you should have already known the material prior to signing up for the class. He never answers directly to your questions and always gets the student more confused than prior.

wow. this guy likes to avoid any difficult problems you ask him. but then puts them on his exams. tells you to figure it out instead of answering questions. and does all of the work in his head. boo on you

This is worst teacher I have ever had in all my years of school. I don't even know if he should actually call himself a teacher. He never explains anything and rarely even makes eye contact with his students. I dropped this class, couldn't take it any more. He's terrible-avoid this one at all cost.

He is very confusing. The material is not gone over clearly. He only has a limited amount of time for questions and your grade is based on tests and quizzes. I do not recommend him to anyone unless you can pick up math very easily.

Does not want to offer any help. Rants in class about issues that do not concern math. Thinks you should know as much math as he does. Good luck if you ever go to him for help, he will make you feel even smaller than he did during class when you tried to ask him questions! Horrible experience.

The worst teacher ever. Refuses to acknowledge his mistake even if it hurts the whole class. Typical small man with a napolean complex who refuses to admit when hes wrong (which, if you pay attention, is often) Should be one of those statistician confined to a closet and not talk to anyone.

He is obviously unorganized. He does not admit his mistakes, but takes them out on your GPA. He skipped the chapter on hypothesis testing for my class, which is THE WHOLE POINT of Stats. And, he yelled at us; told us we were not allowed to smile, or go to the bathroom. He is not helpful.

Terrible...this man has no business being a teacher WHATSOEVER! He gets angry if you ask a question, and generally just confuses the whole class. Thankfully we have a helpful lab teacher, otherwise I would have dropped this class after the 2nd day.

This profeesor is to complex. His style of teaching is not teaching. His humor is brushed with his plethora of knowledge that lack originality and an interest to make student's learn. If you have registered for his class I suggest you withdraw or suffer a revelation that is simular to HELL!

i am not great in math but have done well with good teachers. he is not a good teacher. we have barely gotten through 3 chapters and we have 4 more to go in less than a month. only two people are passing, the rest are falling.that is a reflection on the teacher.

This guy knows math, but I don't know how he got a teaching degree. Horrible at showing you how to do problems and gave the impression that we were stupid when we didn't understand. Professor had not teaching curriculum, need to develop a better way to help students understand. Professor did not teach just read out of the book. process, do not break down the processes.

Just dropped his class, failed both test, knew the material so well that i could immediately recognize each question as awful abominations from homework problems. I mean the way he asks the questions is one thing, but you have never seen such tedious algebra, and i have done every single hw problem and more. Be prepared to answer test q's in < 8min

I'm an honors student. Five semesters (taking hard classes) and a solid 4.0. This is the first class I've dropped, ever! You can do all the homework, show up to every class, pay attention and take lots of notes, spend hours in the math lab.... and still fail. Don't waste your time,your money or your sanity.Math ability does not equal teaching skill

I took him for Calc 3, and had to drop it. Do not take him! Class is super boring, and tests are hard, nothing to do with problems from book. Also he gives writing assignments. I've never struggled so much with a math class, having gotten an A in Calc 2.

reads examples DIRECTLY from book. does not work homework problems for you. questions on tests are harder than the hardest problems in the book. takes forever to grade tests. teaches you one thing and tests you on another. i called his class story time because he just reads the book to you and doesn't tell you what to expect on the test. good luck.

This guy just uses mymathlab for everything. Not only that,but he picks the hardest most tedious problems available to assign. This stuff was all review for me, and it still took me hours to do the hw. Then his quizzes are way harder than the tests. I would avoid taking him for an online math class at all costs.

It was if I had no Professor for the online class. The quiz and tests had very little to do with homework assigned. Unless you are a math wiz - avoid him!

Worst professor by far- absolutely incompetent in all aspects. Upon emailing him with a concern he took over a month to respond- thus making me miss over half of the course content. Do not take a course from this inadequate excuse for a teacher.

Horrible. Nothing is explained, uses my math lab for everything. Takes days to receive a response from an email and even longer to receive grades from tests. The content that is quizzed is much more difficult than the tests and it is all poorly explained. You're pretty much on your own for this course.

I'm going to preface this by saying that his workload increases exponentially as you continue with the class. At first it's very mild, but after the first 3-4 chapters, this dudes workload TRIPLES out of nowhere with no explaination. You will go from working on one chapter a week to THREE. I couldn't hack it, and I had to withdraw. Don't take him.

I took this class online and no I did not procrastinate. At first I thought it was odd when he told us his class weeks start on tues not Monday yet the online course is ends sun. All class work is online. We get our work on tues by noon, so only loosing one day. Then assignment aren't getting unlocked until wed at noon and still due by sun. HOW?

I have to admit that he knows what he is doing but when it comes to teaching and interacting with students he is not good. The students are supposed to learn everything before coming into class, He doesn't post grades, the quizzes are super hard as well as the tests, first test highest grade was a 58. Do not take him

All of the other reviews are accurate. I went into this class thinking I would be ok despite the bad reviews because I've never had a problem with math. The way that the class is set up, there is just no way to succeed. He doesn't put grades into Canvas so you don't really know what your grade in the class is. Work is hard and excessive.

Had too many assignments a week and only gave 60 minutes per 10 question quiz or test, that's 6 minutes per question when some questions were half a page long or were harder than what we were taught in the class.
