it's an easy class. if you participate and do well on tests, you will be fine. it's an open book test. so it won't be a problem. he offers an extra credit. not many people do this, so be sure to do it.

s. kudler is a really laid back teacher he doesnt assign much work. we mostly watched movies and talked about the things that would be on the test. the tests were open note so you can pretty much bring in anything you want as long as it's in your own writing. just make sure you attend because you get points for attendance.

prof. kudler was an awesome teacher. he's cool funny and very laid back. he knows how to comunicate with his students and levels with them for understanding him.

my favorite class i've taken at pierce by far! tests are taken straight out of the book and are open note! it's really hard to NOT pass his class! he is very helpful and actually cares about his students!

He is a really good teacher. He talks a lot about his expiernces . He can relate each chapter to something you have been through. Has very heated debates with classmates that are always interesting. Tests are straight out of the book and says everything that will be on the test.

He is one of the greatest professors I've had. I LOVED going to class and am actually bummed it's over. I've taken 3 courses with him and he's been absolutely amazing. What's even better is that he actually cares about his students. I could go on and on about him but in short, TAKE HIS CLASS! HE'S GREAT!

No need to take notes..class is boring most times but it is an easy A! you can use note on the test (he tells you what to write FROM the book). TAKE IT!!

Lectures are boring, but he tells you exactly what will be on the exams (which are open-book, by the way). Easy A if you attend class at every meeting.

You must attend class to get test questions that he gives to students close to the end of class. He does not lecture, but lets the class engage in a discussion that often goes in a different direction than what your suppose to be discussing-complete waste of time. Also, make sure you speak up in class-this will be part of your grade.

Easy A. Lectures are usually side tracked. Movies and video clips are interesting and at the end there is usually a review sheet for each movie. 3 tests which are all open note. Make sure you do the required chapter terms for each week because of random pop quizzes. 1 term paper which is really easy.

This is the type of class where you work for your grade. If you get a B or lower you will know it is your fault. This professor there to answer any of your questions. He makes the tests easy by giving the specific terms that you are going to need during the exam. You are not going to have a lot homework. Makes the class as easy as he can.

Exams are lecture-based so attending class is very essential. He is ready to answer any students' questions. The films he shows during class are quite interesting and the review sheet you have to make after which is fairly easy. There's not much homework but there are in-class activities that can help you earn points.

Many students find the professor's no nonsense attitude a bit jarring, but I find that it's eye-opening (especially to younger students). His attitude teaches that you have to pay attention, follow directions given and to take responsibility for your actions. And of course, to use those CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS! I enjoyed the challenges presented.

I took his online sociology course during the summer. It consisted of one discussion post, one term paper, and three 50-question exams. It was a really easy-going class and I'm so glad I took it. Dr. Kudler is really chill! I'd recommend it to anyone.

Professor Dr. Steve Kulder is communicates achievable expectations well. In Sociology 001, he changes one to self manage the readings that are included in each exam (3 exams total). The book he chose is excellent, conprehensible and easy to read. I am definitely going back to read sections of the book because it was that great! Highly recommend!

This online course was very easy to navigate on Pierce's new online format Canvas and the professor organized everything to be easy. With this subject and the way the professor structured the course work your textbook should be your best friend because all of the exams were based off of chapters in the text. All in all it was a fairly easy class.

This class is fairly easy if you read the book, there are 3 exams and a term paper. He was always accessible and replied to emails quickly and would for sure take him again.

Prof Kudler is one of the most straight forward teachers and I love it. He doesn't beat around the bush and lays it all on the table. The requirements are very clear and easy to meet. He goes over each chapter for maybe half an hour, and only talks about what will be on the test. Really easy class if you put in the work

Good class, and i like how Dr. Kudler kept the class on our toes. The reading is a bit intense, but Kudler gives good tips as to what to study on. Take your notes on the terms, and concepts he says, and the tests become self explanatory, specially because they are choice questions. I learned alot, and the instuction helps in class and in real life

I took professor Kudler's online class in the summer. I had taken one previous online class before, which I really did not enjoy. Professor Kudler's class, however, was amazing! The assignments and grading rubrics were very clear. The test questions were straight to the point and were always reasonable. Study and you will do well.

This class is relatively easy if you read the books - and the books are easy to read. There were three exams and one paper. The paper is not too difficult either. I really enjoyed this class and the teacher was very accessible and super cool.

This professor is very caring, he may sometimes seem rude but that is only because he really wants you to get a good grade. Participate in class and you will be fine.

Dr. Kudler is great IF you can be a self-directed learner. He doesn't really lecture per say - just tells you what to study from each chapter. Ask questions about the material - he will give you test ?s occasionally. DO NOT SKIP CLASS - participation will make or break your grade. Watch the format on the term paper - it can mess with your points.

His grading system is very clear. Total of 500 points: 3 exams (100 points each), 1 term paper (100 points), and 100 points for participation. If you show up and participate every week, it gives you leeway on the rest. Term paper format is very specific - read syllabus and follow instructions. Easy A - if you show up to class and study at home.

Considering that it was my second online class, it was a great experience. Follow the syllabus and the professor's instructions and I guarantee you that you will do great on the tests. He gives additional material that helps you greatly with the tests and the mid term paper.

This was a real good course. The teacher lectured a lot but also let us give our thoughts and answers for extra points.

I took an online class. We had 1 intro discussion, 3 exams based on two books (very interesting and easy to read in my opinion) and one essay (very clear criteria and outline). Great class if you can study by yourself and don't need weekly modules. Read and learn the material before the deadlines, don't procrastinate on the essay and you'll do fine

Make sure to finish things ahead of time, he's more forgiving if you turn things in early. Just make sure to read the book completely and take the test early as he will give you more tries. He replies to emails quickly. Term paper is straight forward and if you follow directions and turn it in early, you're practically guaranteed to earn an A.

Dr Steve Kudler was one of the best professors Ive had during normal class he explains real well the lectures are amazing and during this pandemic he understands the situation and he tries to give as less stress prossible I highly recommend this professor and No homework which is great

You may find the class a little challenging in the beginning, but once you start all the materials are helpful and the professor respond to the email in less than 12 hours.

Dr. Kudler is a very caring teacher as he only gives not so many assignments that are very crucial to your grade. If you do not read the book, you will not pass. The subject already is very interesting and if you have any questions, just message the professor and he will get back to you.

This was my first time taking an online class and I think the way that the class was structured helped me to succeed. Dr. Steve Kudler's instructions for each assignment were very explicit and if you follow them word for word, you will do well.

Took this class online b/c of COVID and everything was very well thought out. The assignments, exams, and research paper is very self-explanatory. I think the people that are complaining are just lazy and don't want to show any type of effort. Dr. Kudler is such an amazing & caring professor, and I can' wait to take his other classes in the Spring!

Fun & easy class. I recommend taking his sociology class.

This class was for some credit and it was pretty easy. You do have to study but once you do that it'll be easy to pass. There is a paper that you have to do but it's not too much. He does offer extra credit which is nice. All the quizzes are pretty easy especially because he makes each chapter easy to study.

This class is very straightforward. There are three exams and one research paper. I took this class asynchronous and I got to say the profesor gives you enough time to read and study for your exams. Also the research paper is easy as long as you start when he first gives out the assignment, which is plenty of time. *Always check your grammar.*

Make sure to read the textbook and understand the material thoroughly. The tests were pretty straightforward (no tricks or anything). There aren't any little assignments so the tests and the term paper are the only things that determine your grade. Make sure to look at the rubric for the term paper. He is also always accessible through email!

This class was great! I highly recommend Dr. Kudler. I ended the semester with an 97%. Professor is very clear about his expectations. If you read the material you are destined to do well! I took Dr. Kudler's Psych 001 course online in an 8-week accelerated class. The most challenging thing from his course was making sure to have everything done by the due dates every week, but other than that as long as you have good time management it's a very easy and passable class. I found the intro to psych class very enjoyable.

This was my first online class, and a returning student after so many years. It is very straight forward class, it really all depends on yourself to keep up with your grade. I really enjoyed and look forward to taking my education further online.

This semester Dr. Steve Kudler was amazing. the class was very easy, but you need to make sure you remember the due dates. You have all semester to do one essay and he is very nice and easy to contact.

Great, simple class. There really wasn't any homework besides reading the (free) textbook. We took 1 or 2 MCQ quizzes a week based on the reading. 5 questions each, 10 pts. The only other things were 1 SLO quiz, 2 midterms (similar to the quizzes, 70 pts) and 1 argumentative essay. Max 8 pgs, but 1 pg for title and 1 sources, 100 pts.

Dr. Steve Kudler is a great Professor, he really cares about students . The class was very interesting. If you study and participate in discussion you get a good grade. Hope to have him as a my professor again.

Dr. Kudler is an amazing professor. I took his class over the summer so there were a lot of readings for one week. Our grades were based off of three 50 question exams, 5 discussions, 1 research paper, and a short syllabus quiz. Everything was easy if you kept up with the readings and he is easy to reach. Dr. Kudler is a great professor! I appreciated the organization of his class and his style of teaching. It basically sets you up for success as long as you put in effort and read instructions. I took Professor Kudler for SOC 001 during fall semester and the class was a breeze. The workload is light and are very easy if you put in effort and follow instructions PROPERLY. He also opens up the assignments a week BEFORE they are due. Overall, this was a very easy class and there should be no reason to get below a grade below an A+.
