The class is interesting and he knows his stuff, but he expects you to know everything at a graduate level! Reading quizzes take a lot of time. Exams are hard, even after taking reading notes, re-listening to class lectures, and studying. Avoid this class if possible! Amount of work put in and understanding does not equal grade; very discouraging!

Dr. N knows a lot about Nutrition, but that doesn't mean he is teaching it right. Everything in the power-points (which he rushes through), in the book, and on online readings are fair game for the quizzes and the exams. The amount you need to know is brutal. If you do anything outside of this class, you will have a hard time getting a good grade.
