This professor is why I decided to major in economics. He's extremely helpful and his tests are so easy. Before tests he gives you a powerpoint with all the material you should study. He really is great, I would recommend him to anyone.

Best professor at WCU! Don't use the book at all. All his power points are online and the homework and quizzes are online. Really simple class if you pay attention and look over your homework and quizzes before exams. He cares about how his students do outside of class too.

Professor Capolarello is amazing! You don't need to take notes because he makes Powerpoints for each chapter. I didn't use the textbook at all. Homework and quizzes are online. Tests aren't too bad if you study! Final isn't comprehensive, just covers the last chunk of chapters that you learn. He is really interested in preparing you for the future!

During the first week of the semester i switched my econ class sampling all the professor that teach this subject and believe me Steve is your best chance. He is willing to just give you A but you just have to put in a little bit of work. I definitely recommend him. 4 tests, Hw are given and done online (Easy), one short paper and excel.

Cap is such a good professor. He's a genuinely nice guy and he is very straight forward about what you need to do to get an A in this course. If you actually come to class and study you will do well. And if you're having trouble he'll help.

This guy is a teacher for all the right reasons. I loved the class I did not mind going to it. Mainly he just lectures of powerpoints but still manages to be interactive. The only complaint I have is the grade you get is truly what you get. I ended the class 1 point shy of an A+ and he would not give me the extra point so I ended with an A-

He makes awesome powerpoints and makes them all available online. He also makes review powerpoints for all the tests, making it really easy to study. You can tell he's really into the material he teaches. You have to buy an access code to MyEconLab to be able to do homework and quizzes. You get multiple tries on both so it's easy to get an A.

Hands down one of the best professors I had. He talks right off of the powerpoint, but he still manages to make the material interesting, and fun. HW is online and is easy. Exams are straight from power point. Sometimes you do group work in class. You can tell he is passionate and loves what he does. He is the reason why I majored in Econ.

Professor Capolarello is the BEST. His lectures are powerpoints, which he post online and all homework and quizzes are done online as well. Cap is the best professor I've ever had. He explains material so clearly and relates it to what's going on in the world today. Weekly online HW and quizzes are easy, as you get multiple attempts for each. Exams are straight forward as long as you know the material. Attendance is taken every class, but I always looked forward to going.

Take this professor if you ever get a chance. He is truly amazing and cares about his students so much. I used to HATE econ and he made me love it. You will have to study, but it's nothing you can't handle if you just pay attention in class. In class projects, 3 exams and a final, and online homework 1-2 times a week, don't need a book

This is one of the BEST professors I've ever had! Mr. C, or Uncle Steve as he can refer to himself as sometimes, truly cares about every student. Wish he taught every class I'd ever have to take. The tests are just like the review he gives. He is always happy and full of energy. He makes economic simple and fun. TAKE THIS TEACHER. HE IS AMAZING.

This is by far the best professor i've ever had. Take him no matter what. Wants his students to succeed, and very easy to talk to. The class is 4 exams which go off the review powerpoint he posts and online homework and quizzes due every monday. The homework is very helpful and not a hinderance. Overall Prof. C. Is top notch.

I took Mr. C. for macro and micro econ and he is amazing! He gives great lectures, and keeps the class engaged. The tests are easy as long as you pay attention and do the work. He really cares about all of his students in and outside of the classroom. Definitely worth making a connection with! I would take him for every class if I could.

By far the best teacher Ive had so far at West Chester. He is a genuine person, a great professor, and a very good man. He really wants to see his students succeed. Take him if you can!! Also you might catch him at the gym a couple times during the semester.

Took his class first semester of my first year. 8am MonWedFri. Great guy. He's understanding and wants to see you do well. He doesn't really care if you come to class late, because you can go up to him at the end of class and let him know you were there and he'll mark you present. Professor Caporello is an amazing professor. He cares about his students and wants to help you succeed and gives advice on how to get a job after college. He has a lot of experience and willing to share with students. Just listen to his lectures in class and you'll be fine. He gives hw and quizzes online which can be easily looked up on google.

It was my first business course so I was nervous, but he was always so excited to come to class and teach and that really helped me want to come to class and learn. Capalorello is by far the most amazing professor I've had at WC thus far. Study the review decks he gives for tests and you'll be golden. Homework and quizzes are a must to earn a decent grade, however; you get 4 attempts per question on the homework and 2 attempts per quiz. If you have the opportunity to take him DO IT!

TAKE THIS CLASS. He makes it beyond easy to understand the material by just showing up to class and you will 100% also be learning a lot of valuable stuff. He is such a nice guy and cares about his students and will spend a perfect amount of time for each topic so he makes sure every student knows exactly what is going on.

Professor C wants you to do the best possible. Every week you will have a homework and Quiz assignment due, and attendance matters. If you do the HW and Quiz, show up, and follow the review deck- you will pass. Most of the concepts are common sense!

Mr. Capolarello is a wonderful professor. His lectures are very well put together, and he uses real world examples in order to help the students understand the concepts clearly. He really wants to see students succeed and always makes himself available to help when needed. He offers to give students advice on career aspirations and is personable.

This is the ECO 111 class you want to take, look no further. Prof. Capolarello is a pretty chill guy who is very understanding. He primarily teaches on lectures with easy weekly homework. His tests are literally the easiest ever, so long as you read the study guide. It is literally the study guide, just reworded. I lost 1 point in the 4 tests taken

I always thought Econ wasn't for me after taking Macro the previous semester, but Professor C changed that. He was one of the best professor's I have ever come across. His lectures were super straight forward and he always explained each topic thoroughly. I would highly suggest taking him for any Econ class. Amazing guy and amazing teacher.

He's a really nice guy. However, he made the class way too easy - the exams were his study guide questions with different numbers. If you're just trying to get through Macroeconomics, he's probably your best choice. If want to learn a lot and be challenged, take somebody else.

You know exactly what is due so it is very had to miss anything. Everything is done through myeconlab so its great. You are assigned homework and quiz weekly but it is not hard to keep up with. He emails you every day leading up to exams with reminders so it is very hard to miss one!

Professor Capolarello was the best professor I've had. For one he is a great teacher and you really get what he is saying. He cares about his students. I took his class as an undecided sophomore and was stressed about what to major in. Had a meeting with him and after an hour of advice I went into economics and have an internship at JP Morgan

Prof C is great. Met with him outside of class to ask about career paths with an Economics degree and he gave very sincere advice and really made an effort to cater that advice to me. His lectures were palatable, relevant, and relatable. Homework was straightforward and due dates were easy to stay on top of. Taking him again as soon as I get I can.

Okay you need to take Professor C for ECO111 He was so clear with his instruction and responds to emails within an hour. I took Econ in high school and didn't understand it, but Professor C made Macro seem so fun and interesting. He makes review power points for very test so there is no excuse for getting less than an A. Ill say it again. Take him!

He is one of the best professors i have ever had. Econ is a very hard subject but he makes it very easy to understand. He posts a review deck before every exam and it is the same as the exam. you don't use the textbook. Very easygoing and cares a lot for his students. The lowest grade i received was a 96%. if you get the chance, TAKE HIM.

If you have to take any economics course, take Prof Capolarello! He is the best, he wants you to do well in his class so just do the homework and show up to class and you'll be fine. I had him for my 8am lecture and he made getting up worth it

Very good professor. Makes it clear and known what material he wants students to learn. The homework and quizzes required are easy and give multiple attempts. The tests are easy as he literally provides the questions beforehand in his review deck powerpoints. I promise if you do the bare minimum asked you will get an A. TAKE HIM IF YOU CAN

Amazinggg professor. He's nice, chill, and a great teacher. If you show up and take notes, you'll get an A. His homework and quizzes (quiz questions are from the hw) are super easy to do and his tests are easy too (if you actually learn, of course). He does take attendance but he doesn't grade it for participation.

Professor C is a great professor. He genuinely cares about his students and he is always available outside of class to help whether its with class or just regular life things. I recommend him a lot as he will really help you learn.

He was my favorite professor and you could definitely tell he cared about his students. His lectures are very thorough and if you go to class you should be able to complete all of the homeworks and quizzes easily. He's not very strict on attendance but his class is easy to go to. As long as you do the (short) homework and quizzes you'll do fine.

Best professor ever. He is very helpful and is always available at his office hours. He cares about his students and wants everyone to have a good grade. The tests are just like the homework which take no more than 10-20 minutes out of your entire week. I highly recommend this class!!

Loved this course. Prof Cap is the best teacher I've had in all my years of education. He actually had me interested in Economics and showed the importance of us understanding it. Homework and online quizzes weekly. Multiple attempts given for each so it is an easy way to bring up grade if needed. Prof Cap actually cares and wants to help.

Capolarello definitely deserves the rating he has. As long as you go over his study materials and homework assignments, passing his exams was fairly easy. Economics as a subject doesn't interest me at all, but I still found the class engaging.

The best professor I've ever had in college. Professor Capolarello has a great personality, is caring, and is so enthusiastic about economics. I was thirty minutes late to an exam without any notice and he still let me take it with the full amount of time. Economics is also a very hard subject for me, but he made it easy to learn the material!

Professor Capolarello cares passionately about economics and wants all his students to do good. This class is fairly easy, and if you show up, you are guaranteed to do good. At times, it does seem like he pushes his views onto current political circumstances though besides that is an amazing teacher.

After reading the last two "ratings," Professor Capolarello has NEVER made his class feel like there is a right or wrong. If you choose to be childish, ignorant, and uneducated, then that is on you. As for the class, it is honestly pretty easy; he is kind enough to give quiz reviews that are very helpful. HWs are also easy and a good practice.

The class is HARD and you have to apply yourself, I thought coming into the semester the class would be a breeze by the looks of the reviews. While prof. cap. is amazing and cares for his students economics is hard, most of grading is based on exams. We had homework & Quizes assignments as well but worth very little points.

I couldn't recommend this prof more, he is an AMAZING teacher and so engaging and easy to follow. Is organized, tests were so fair and review decks are a perfect way to study, does cold call but lowkey it helped me pay better attention. Micro was very difficult for me, but Capolarello's Macro class lit made me feel like I could be an Econ major.

Professor Capolarello is amazing! I struggled with Micro, but taking macro with him was the best. Super chill, organized, and keeps you interested. 4 tests, all of which he makes a review for that basically gives you the answers, and some homework and quizzes with unlimited attempts. Can not recommend him more!

THE BEST professor I have ever had in my life . I really appreciate organization and a clear way of teaching in a professor/teacher , and this professor is amazing , very well organized class and grading criteria , Provides Review-decks and tehy are so so so helpful. If you are debating on whether or not taking his class this is your sign .

Take him! All lectures are available to help with weekly homework. He also gives 6 attempts per question so you are basically guaranteed 100% just for completing it. Exams are very similar to the review decks so be sure to look those over in detail.

This professor completely changed how I viewed economics. What I expected to be a scary, boring, tough class became genuinely engaging because he cares about his students. His grading criteria is clear, attendance is mandatory, but every single one of his classes is absolutely worth it
