Tricky teacher!
Horrible Teacher, unhelpful, mean
Goto lecture, pay attention, read your notes, and he is easy. He will not discuss your grade with you but he does curve. So far so good in his class, much easier than my science courses.
Made over a 100 in the class, he scales his tests to the top 5 scores, very good teacher, he's been doing it a long time. Take notes and go to lecture, I only studied the night before exams.

This guy is a complete jerk, but his class is easy if you go to class and take good notes. Old tests help out a lot. Don't go to his office and try to talk to him, b/c he will not help you with anything at all.

A little full of himself...he is a good teacher though and his lectures are very clear. Tests are almost half true/false questions that are really tricky.
Funny as hell, but acts like a smartass. His tests are impossible. Make sure you are good at true/false questions. And go to the review sessions - it helps a little. AVOID GETTING HIM!!!
Avoid this guy if you can. Will not give you any hints as to what is on the test. You may do good if you can find some old tests. Other than that, study your ass off!
Teacher was extremely fair, you have to go to class but if you know your stuff hes really cool and funny.

Cool guy but his tests are impossible and notes aren't sufficient enough. Even after reading book chapters and notes I would still have D's after the scale. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
This was one of the hardest teachers ever. He's funny and teaches the material very well but the tests are just INCREDIBLY hard... as in, almost impossible to make a good grade
I would NOT take this teacher. Although, the old tests are out there to study from...the tests are still REALLY tricky. He's funny and pretty sarcastic in class, but other than that, not a good class.

Very hard class, lets you keep your exams after tests, so if you can, find an old exam to study.

This class sucked. This is the first class I've taken at Auburn that I couldn't make a B in even though I worked my hardest.

His lectures are somewhat understandable but his tests are tricky and pretty hard. I had a 4.0 but made a C in his class.
Is is by far the worst teacher in the world! He gets a kick out of giving you trick questions and will not give you a hint to what will be on the test. Even after a scale you will make D's and F's.
Incredibly difficult; was a 4.0 engineering student and I studied very hard in this class and still made a low B; find another teacher for Microeconomics- Student Beware!
Although this is one of the hardest teachers while I have been at Auburn, he is still one of my favorite. Go to class and listen to the same jokes all the way through the semester and you will be entertained as well as learning a little. Buy the U notes.

He is a very rude man. Do not waste your time going to his office. If possibe get exemped from exam, i had a 89.5 and he would not round. Exam is very hard, but possible if you dislike him enough to want to make him mad by passing.
worst teacher i have ever had and i am a senior. he refuses to work with his students. he feels that since he has tenure it gives him a reason to not give a damn about his students. his test are somewhat difficult and forget going to his office.
he is really not that hard if you go to class everyday. find his old tests and just know the material. go to the study sessions before class and ask any questions you have. learn to brown-nose and he will be nice to you!!

Yes hes hard, but hes pretty funny, I actually enjoyed his class, and hes pretty cute for an older guy....I did get a C with medium effort. Get his old tests, they really help.
pros are that he's not bad as the comments suggest teaching wise...he does tend to get nit picky on tests but, not hard to make a B or A in his class with a little determination.cons are that he's not that helpful, sometimes can be sarcastic and assholish

He is a cynical ****. Does not help you with trying to learn the material. Just gets up and speaks. If you have a question he is not going to give you a straight answer. Do not get him.

This class was decently hard, but as long as you go to class every day, take notes, and study for the tests, you can pull off an A in the class; I didn't have to take the final and got an A. Doesn't care if you come, or if you hate him, but is a very good teacher. Pretty funny class/comments too.
I actually liked him, despite many other reviews posted. He was interesting and funny at times. Doesn't take attendance, but you definitely need to go to understand the material. I had an A so I exempted the final.
i went to class everyday, studied in advance for his tests and still didn't make an A. By the way, 1 person out of about 200 people made an A on his exam in my class AFTER the curve. Don't take if you want an A
Complete jerk. I ended up with a 69 in his class and all he had to say was sorry. Went into his final with a C and got a D in the class. He does not make sense in his notes, lectures, and even just looking at him. He always has a smirk on his facebecause he knows and enjoys failing his students.

His class is hard. His lectures are a bit scattered and hard to follow, so pay close attention and write your own notes beside what you copy from the board. You have to go to every class or you will be lost. He's not the worst teacher ever, but if you can get another teacher, I would.
i didnt understand any more at the end of the semester than i did at the beginning. his GTA even said his tests were unbelievably hard and didnt know half of the answers i missed on the tests. i made a D and very strongly suggest not taking him.
I went to class everyday(maybe missed 1 or 2) and I got a B. Hes not that hard of a teacher if you goto class and pay attention.Hes pretty funny. His TA was helpful, goto the review sessions. You can exempt the final if you have an A average going into the final. He's NOT an easy A teacher
Bring lots of graph paper,b/c all his notes consists of graphs..He puts keys up after tests,but they dont match up with other keys..He doesnt know how to make up tests..You might think you know the material,but once you get to the test you'll be clueless!Don't take his class
Great teacher. His lectures were informative and fun. He's cynical but he makes you laugh (which is great in a 1 and a half hour class). Study his old tests (they are everywhere) and go to class. If you have a 90 average on the 3 tests, you exempt the final.
True, Dr. Caudill is cynical and kind of a jerk, but he sure as hell taught me some Micro. He is smart and he watches like a hawk for cheaters during his tests. I was exempt from the final, but I worked just as hard in this class as I did for Chem 2, and that was pretty tough. Get OLD TESTS!!

This guy sucks! And he hates football! I had an 86 going into the final and ended up with a C. He has a bad additude and he is hard. Go to all class and all study sessions (the GTA's, his are worthless) The tests are not too bad, but he tries to trick you.

I can understand this class being pretty tough if you are fresh out of kindergarten. But for the rest of us, I have to say this teacher is excellent. Very clear lectures, easy material. Buy University notes and you never have to attend.
I thought the class was pretty straight forward, and he made it interesting. Eventhough going to class wasn't required, I enjoyed going.

This guy sucks. The class I took was economics of sports. Everyone in there just wanted an easy elective, but he made it as difficult as possible.

He is extremely unwilling to help his students. I was asking him a question after class and he walked to the elavator and closed the door on me while I was talking. He is very unorganized when it comes to the syllabus and the class schedual. Overall he is a PATHETIC excuse for a teacher.

I agree with just about everyone below me; he is the worst teacher I've ever had at Auburn. He is very arrogant and unhelpful. He actually thinks that he is some famous professor but all he does is read of the powerpoint- there is no teaching whatsoever. Do whatever you can to avoid his class. He is pathetic person and a total waste of oxygen.
He was absolutely horrible. He may have been funny and made class fun, but getting a test back (that you studied your butt off for) with a D on it reminded you how much this class sucked. The first test will be easy, but after that, there's no way to make an A, unless your kin to Einstein. Try your hardest not to take him!

I absolutely loved Dr. C's class! It was definitely a challenge but he offered study sessions the Sunday afternoon before the test. He was VERY thorough in helping answer any questions...difficult content but excellent teaching!
