this professor makes sure you are on your toes! he challenges your responses in class if you are not on target and he won't allow you to be "invisible" or a "non-participant" within the class. he expects you to have done the reading and if you haven't, he'll know it! all & all, if you're willing to work for your grade, he'll award you w/good grades

Ok, I read these comments and some classmates are just mad because they could not get over on Mr.McCloud. You must do the work, 4 exams, one open book, (which people failed - they can't read).One brilliant guy did not even buy the book and could not understand why he failed the open book test, DAH. Open book test, take home writing assignments. My suggestion is to read the chapters, review the powerpoint and listen to the information he provides in class. I enjoyed the class. There is no way you should score less than 90 on his open book test. Overall, good class.

If you show up and do the work you will pass. chapter tests almost every week which you can use the text book. Midterm is not open book but he gives extra credit a few times in the semester although its hard to receive the extra credit because it must be perfect. he uses launch pad. all work you do is online.

For his class you need to purchase a $100 ebook on launchpad. I didn't have any problems with his class. He was funny and engaged the class a lot which was cool. He gave us a lot of quizzes that aren't too difficult to pass, so it can help boost ur gpa. I thought he was a pretty fair professor and was lenient w the work he assigned to us.

He will make you work for your grade. Read the textbook and turn in all your weekly assignments on time. If you put in the work you will be fine. Avoid being late with your assignments or playing the "oh, I didn't know" card because it will not fly with him. Do your work and you'll definitely earn your grade.

Since it was an Online class we used CONNECT to do the readings and class work. It was the best thing! After each chapter we would have multiple choice questions which the grade was ALWAYS 100%, then you had to do some MC questions and fill in also for parts of your grade. The quizzes and test were very similar to the ones that were on CONNECT.

He can be a little extra but it cool just come in do the work and you should be fine. I had him for a winter session so it could be different for spring/fall semesters. But he was pretty easy overall and test were all open book.

We did our assignments, readings, and quizzes on Mac Millan. You have to come to class and if you have an emergency please let him know in advance. Honestly, if you fail this class you probably didnt do the work and its not his fault to be very honest.

Attendance and interest in the content is key to passing as well as completing the learning logs he has online. Very creative and fun lectures and again he is big on communication.
