Its an easy class, quizes are not hard at all, but don't be fooled. if you don't participate, you wont get an A even if you have 100 on all 3 quizes.

Hes the best theology teacher. Ive enjoyed both his theology class and got A's. Participation is a must, but its soooo easyy. You talk about relationships and everything. He's so cool.

One of the best teachers I've ever had!He somehow manages to teach the material,tell his stories and still have time to let you out early.He makes the material so interesting you learn the material without even realizing it.Definitely take him if you can!

Professor Rzonca is my favorite teacher at St. John's. He makes the class fun and loves to tease his students.

Aight, I aint't gonna hate on this professor because he gives you whats gonna be on the test. Now you think it is an easy class but you have to know the info cold to get an A.

MAD easy and MAD FUNNY. He points out the stupid side of humanity. Very intelligent and VERY COOL! Gives u take home exams, and exams are EASY! TAKE HIM!!! He loves to argue too!

This class is a JOKE!! His test are soooo easy and the class is fun as well. If you want an easy A TAKE HIM!

If you have any sort of intelligence, you will take this class. If you attend class, you'll get an A. He gives you 1 answer on each 20 question test. The big project is a 12 minute presentation by a 3/4 person group on things like saints, the church, and other simpleton topics. Easy A!!!

Awesome guy. He knows a lot, and is very interesting. Show up to his class and you should be able to get an A. I don't know how he does it, but he makes theology interesting.

Maybe this class was easy for the people who went to Catholic high school, but I really had to work for my B+. A group project at the end of the semester is worth 40%. He's a nice guy, but tends to just read from the book...very little outside discussion. Pretty boring at 7:35 in the morning!

He's an awesome professor, although he may read from the book, he makes it fun. His tests are easy, just study what he goes over in class, and you'll be fine. Group project at the end of the term.

Nicest most compassionate teacher I've had, really helped my group out when we had some personal issues, very knowledgeable and made a huge impact on my life- if you want a really positive experience from a required course TAKE HIM you will get a lot out of it. Go to class and participate & ur set

Easy A. Gives like three quizzes which are really easy, A takehome midterm and final. If you get an A before the final, you do not have to take it. Group project, which is 40% of your grade. Kind of boring, but tries to make it interesting. Very easy A.

He is an amazingly nice professor. His quizzes are pretty easy as they are based on the textbook and his notes. Midterm and final are 1 page double spaced papers on topics he gives to you. There is a group presentation that is worth 40% of your grade however there is no writing to hand in.

great teacher. you grade your own test, 3 test one was a partner test and other was you just show up and get easy A. mid term and final are 1 page papers one presentation which was easy. only thing is he thinks his opinions are always right. he passes around a sign in sheet. easiest class ever taken

Prof. Rzonca is one of the best teachers and certainly one of the most kind human beings that I have ever encountered. He knows his stuff really good, but most of all he knows how to teach it. 3 easy quizes and a presentation that worths 40% of the grade. Loved him from beginning to end.

he is really easy, we had a take home midterm and a take home final. the only thing he really looks at and cared about is the group presentation big part of grade. he cares alot for his student, pretty kool. o and he has 3 quizez but he reviews before them. hes one of the coolest prof's ever. hard to fail his class.

he was a great prof; teaches the class through religion unlike most dny classes, ours didnt complain bout him, he tells u to go to the city 2x with a partner (no class trips at 7 on sat. morning) - class discussions r really gud, but u need to read the assigned readings, which are very short...midterm and final is a short paper, n u get 3 quizzes

in the beginning it starts off all about dny but as the semester progresses he goes off track completely..but in a good way he's pretty interesting at times. loves his wive like crazy you'll know that by the first or second day!!

This Professor is the best professor you will ever have. Amazing guy. For those who said he was bad-- u probably never went to class-- and u failed. He has no final or midterm-- They are both papers. And he loves to teach about religion, his wife, life in general and a very wise man. Take him.. u wont regret it

NO Midterm or Final just two 2 page papers. This is the best professor at SJU just cuz of his knowledge and he is NOT boring at all. WILL keep u interested throughout the whole class.

Great professor. Test's can be tricky. He gave a multiple choice test once and all the answers were true. Just study and do the readings and you will be fine. He really cares about your progress and hates it when you don't try so participate or he just might hit the class with a pop quiz...should have gotten a b+ but got an A. He'll help if you try

This professor is the soooo great! he loves and truely cares for his students... i got a 50 and 75 on my quizzes but i went and talked to him, made him see my grades were important to me and i ended up with an A- for the semester!! DEFINETLY TAKE HIM!!!!!!! towards the end of the semester you have an easy group proj. that is the majoirty of ur grad

He's one of the best professors there are. He is able to keep you interested in whatever he is talking about. There aren't that many quizzes and they're not that hard.. it's usually 20 questions but he gives you a freebie so only 19.. three reflection papers..a group presentation that's not too bad either..

Has his favorites but he cares about his students like no other professor. Do the assigned reading so he doesn't get mad, show up to class and participate...u'll do fine.

He really cares about his students. He's an easy grader but u really have to do your work. He's very easy going unless u don't read. He doesn't give that much in the first place so if u don't do your assignments he flips. The midterm and final were take home essays. There is a group project worth 40 points of your grade. Fail that fail the class.

the best teacher in st johns. he truly cares about his students gives a fair amount of work but is a fairly easy grader. study for his quizes and do the readings (not much) and your set. idk if he still does it but the last grade is a project.. impress him make him laugh you got an A+ in the bank nicest man alive

Awesome professor. Class is based on religions in NYC. There are 2 quizzes (3 if there is enough time left in the semester), 3 reflection papers, take home midterm, and take home final. Everything is easy to do. There is also a group project worth 40% of your grade. Pick an interesting topic. Do a nice powerpoint or video presentation. GL & HF.

Wonderful prof. He is a realist, and only wants the best for his students. Just do the readings for the 3 quizes(not bad at all), and actually show him you are interested in your education. If you do this, along with actually taking the time to talk to him, you will get an A.

EASY PROFESSOR. HAVE TO READ A BIT FOR SOME EASY QUIZES. YOU HAVE TO DO A SEMESTER PROJECT. NOT THAT DIFFICULT. HE'S NICE AND CARING. TAKE HIM FOR AN EASY A!!

At first i thought he was pretty hard, but he got really easy as the semester went along. His quizzes on the book are so simple, just stay awake during the movie he shows and you can ace the quiz. His semester project is a really easy group project. I would recommend you take him, but maybe not 7:30 in the morning.

He was OK I guess. Two quizzes which were both kind of hard. No HW. A group project at the end is 40% of the grade. No midterm or final, just two, two-page papers. Very hard to get lower than a B.

he is really and truly a nice man. hes udnerstanding and kind and really down to earth. the class wasn't bad.. not to much work.. tipical quizes.. midterm paper.. group projects and final papers. i would deff reccomend the class

He's an awesome professor. Just two quizzes (you just have to remember vocabulary). Your final and midterm are take home essays. Basically very easy to get a good grade. He's really funny too.

amazing professor! i loved going to his class, hes really easy going. we had a couple of essay assignments to do. i handed all of them in on the last day of class and got an A. he's really interesting i would take him again in a heartbeat

professor rzonca is really an easy going professor.. we had 3 reflection papers on 2 off campus events and 1 on campus event..we had 2 easy quizes..the midterm was a take home essay based on readings from the text and the final was a 2 page paper about 1 thing you'd change about his class..also lets us out early every time.hes an interesting guy..

Rzonca gave quizzes on an awful book that were way too hard on useless information pertaining to ethnicity and religious make up for NY. also, he seemed to only care about the ozanam scholars in the class. He's better than other DNY teachers, but definetly worse than others and i just flat out hated the class, so STJ ELIMINATE DNY...IT SUX!!!

Prof. Rzonca is awesome! He is very reasonable and understands you have other classes in a semester. This guy has had so many adventures from fighter pilot to international banker!!! TAKE HIM!!!!

He is such a chilled teacher. All notes are from the textbook, so no need to copy notes. DNY and Theology are boring, his class is boring but the exams are manageable. He let you grade your own quizzes and tests. He's very understanding and nice. TAKE HIM! He's one of the best profs. You don't need to give 100% to get an A.

He's a really nice guy and definitely cares about his students. He gives a few quizzes, but my class might be different because I am in the ozanam program. He shows personal interest in his subjects (theology and DNY) which helps students connect more easily. I would definitely recommend his either of his courses.

He is my absolute favorite teacher! He is funny, understanding and you can tell that he loves his job! He teaches well and his exams are easy if you take notes. He has very interesting stories to tell and cares a lot about you as a person. I would definitely recommend this teacher!

The best professor I have taken at St. John's so far. He is so sweet and always willing to help. Half of the class is him telling stories about his life but they're all really interesting. Absolutely take him!

Great class! Tests based of notes, in class movies, and reading, so make sure your notes are on everything said and don't miss anything because everything in class can be on tests. Requires reflections on different places you've been in NYC and those will def boost your grade. Easy A in my opinion!

He cares a whole lot about his students and while DNY with him included lots of dry material, he somehow made this course still amazing and I always looked forward to his classes even though one of them was at 7:30am in the morning! He is very helpful and understanding. Show up to his classes though!

Professor Rzonca was an absolute pleasure. Aside from being passionate about the class, he's very understanding whether it be about grades or any predicament you may be in. He's very clear on what he expects and as a plus, he's very funny! I would highly recommend any of his courses, you won't regret it.
