Steven is a great guy. At first glance he looks like a weird-o but he really isn't. I think he is a business genius and he really relates that to the class. ;) A solid choice for business classes.
Professor Stauffer genuinely cares about his students and teaches about topics that actually matter. For example, when we were discussing finance, he took the time to explain education tax credits, student loan repayment options, and a bunch of other concepts that directly benefited me. He's approachable, kind, and fun to listen to.
Title: Leadership Org. and Behavior. During the whole quarter we met three times. We were suppose to meet weekly. Did not need textbook that was required. Did not lecture except first class on syllabus. He did not teach the class anything. Very vague. Would not explain assignments. He is very smart though. Grades assignments quickly.
Professor Stauffer is one of the strongest professors I've encountered here at CBC. He genuinely cares about his students, but also makes all of us work. I took him for a hybrid course and while he's very flexible in terms of being accommodating, he also expects a lot from his students. If you want someone who will hold your hand, he's not it.
I took Professor Stauffer for an online AMGT 300 class last quarter and think he's probably the best online faculty at CBC. He responds practically immediately to any questions and his class really made me think about management and myself. While I don't always like to write, he had some really interesting paper topics and I liked his class a lot
I am taking Steve's investments class and I now want to pursue it as a career because I have learned SO much. This is an amazing class that I believe everyone should take with him. His lectures are focused, but he also dedicates a lot of time to answering our questions and making the class personal. Can't recommend him enough!
Very supportive professor who takes a lot of time helping to make sure our papers are strong. I am thankful for Professor Stauffer's patience, support, and knowledge as I will be graduating as a better person than when I started the AMGT program.
Steve is the best professor at CBC, period. He cares about his students and definitely knows his stuff. His BUS 101 class was my favorite class this quarter and of all time at college. A bit more detailed, he is an amazing lecturer who is passionate about the content. Furthermore, he talks about things that are actually relatable and useful.
I took Steve for his online Mgmt & Org Theory class and really enjoyed it. This class was designed to work on skills for managers and had us do a lot of self-reflection and really made me think about topics I had never considered before. Some of the papers dealt with our worldview, the importance of humility, and better communication.
I loved this class. The lectures were fun, interesting, and I learned a lot about business, economics, and how everything is related. 10/10 would recommend Steve Stauffer!
Steve could make the most dull subject completely interesting. He's quirky, fun, and I wish he could narrate my dreams. My only regret is that I can't take him for all my classes. Not ashamed to admit that I would pay double to take any of his classes. Dear CBC, you made a great hire! Steve is a **Rock Star**! ProTip, have him do his radio voice!
Steve's classes are all different. I've taken him 4 times now and while there are a lot of similarities between his classes (group projects, papers, no tests), he always has us doing something slightly unique and challenging. In 360, which I'm taking now, we are doing group case studies that are really helping me prepare for future classes.
I am taking Steve for 430 right now and can say that I absolutely love this class. What makes it so interesting is that not only are his in-class lectures really good and interesting, but he'll also post his lecture notes online that are actually really fun and easy to read. I hated accounting, but I love this finance class! I can't believe it.
Professor Stauffer is an amazing, but tough, teacher. At first I wasn't sure what to make of him or his class, but now that this quarter is almost over, I can look back and say that I've learned a LOT more than I ever thought I would thanks to the professor. The thing that really stands out is how unique his assignments are.
I took Prof Stauffer for the capstone and can honestly say that he is the most caring and professional faculty at CBC. This class went beyond just a project, but really helped me see the value of education. I am so thankful for all the journals, feedback, and interesting readings in this class. Prof Stauffer gets a 4.0 from me.
If I could describe Mr. Stauffer in one word, it would be "charming." He makes you want to please him because he obviously wants you to succeed. He goes out of his way to talk about topics that actually matter and help us understand the way the world works. He is more than just any regular teacher, but someone worth taking.
Mr. Stauffer is the smartest person I have ever met. Seriously, there wasn't any question he could not answer, but he often had us figure out the answer for ourselves. Basically he was the perfect teacher because he taught us how to think, instead of what to think. I highly recommend him for Business! He is no easy A, but that's a good thing!
Mr. Stauffer is a great teacher and has that adorkable air about him that makes you want to show up for class (It doesn't hurt that he reminds me of Joshua Jackson!) He is funny, super smart, and knows how to get even shy people involved. It's sometimes obvious that he is shy, too, which is why I think he connects so well with his students.
Great instructor who cares.
Mr. Stauffer makes you want to be in college. He is absolutely brilliant and incredibly caring. In each class of his that I've taken, he has always been available and encouraging. Most of all, I love the way he let's us learn and figure things out for ourselves. I honestly look forward to his classes, which is saying a lot!
Steve takes a bit of getting used to, but once you figure out why he teaches the way he does, you realize that he is going to let you figure things out for yourself. I have been in his class with other students who have to be told how to do everything and they get mad, but Steve, while always supportive, does not hold people's hands.
No question... The best teacher I have ever had. I love this Investments class and will miss this when it is over. Mr. Stauffer has opened my eyes to so many thoughts about the world and the way things work that I recommend everyone take this class!
Steve's Investment class should be mandatory for everyone because it goes so far beyond what you think of when you think of investments. I have a much greater understanding of how the world works and everything is connected. I feel so much more aware of things I never noticed before and really feel much more confident about my own future.
Professor Stauffer is amazing. I looked forward to coming to his class each day and loved how he structured his class. We had REALLY interesting lectures, but he would also have us write journals and spend entire days just answering our questions and talking about things that actually mattered. He grades really fast and cares about his students.
This class was AMGT 360 and focused on doing case studies for a bunch of different companies and organizations. I really learned a lot here and think Professor Stauffer did a great job of steadily letting us take on more responsibility throughout the quarter. I think I learned more about the process than the companies, but that's still valuable!
I loved coming to this class. He's the fastest grader at CBC. He lets you learn and helps you along the way. He also makes the class about the students and not himself. You DO have to participate, but we're paying for hte class, so it only makes sense. I would highly recommend him and his classes.
Don't be TOO afraid of the capstone class if you take it with Steve Stauffer. He is there to help you every step of the way and answer questions, while still letting you do the work. I am so happy to be done, but I also really felt like I learned a lot, too. Thank you Mr. Stauffer for all your help and support through the AMGT program!
Amgt300. Professor is very detailed with announcements and quick to grade. He gives feedback to the whole class rather than each person, which I didn't know how to react at first. However, his information is REALLY good and he obviously cares a lot about his students. This is a great class.
His classes are very interesting. He lets you know exactly what will be on the tests and is very good at keeping the class with lots of variety.
Bus101. I liked this class a lot and learned a bunch of different stuff. I'm not sure I'm into business, but the class was still worth it.
Professor Steve Stauffer is someone whom I respect tremendously. At first, I really didn't like how his directions and assignments were so vague, but as I have grown in the BAS program, I now appreciate and admire just how much he lets his students learn for ourselves. He is absolutely there if you need him, but confident enough to let us learn.
This professor does not use textbook only power points. Lots of writing and grades hard on your writing assignments. Does not give individual responses to your writing assignments to help you in future assignments. He gives responses to writing assignments as a class over all which are general points.
He is a profesor that strives to give the student the necessary tools to be competitive in the real world.
I LOVED this class. We did group case studies every other week and I so wish I could have taken this class earlier. I highly recommend this class with Professor Stauffer.
Steve's Operations Management class has a deserved reputation for being difficult. I don't think I have ever had to work as hard on a project as I did for this class. However, I learned a great deal and feel satisfied that I did it, with the help of some great teammates. This class isn't easy, but Professor Stauffer is always there to help you if
He doesn't understand how to teach. He thinks teaching is throwing a bunch of work at students with little guidance and vague instructions. He preaches to students how they should learn to be flexible and learn from his feedback. But he refuses to listen to student feedback and change the way he organizes his class. His online class is terrible.
Dr. Stauffer genuinely cares about the students and assigns projects that really teach you useful skills. I wish I could take a second version of this awesome class!
Dr. Stauffer WILL challenge you! He lets his students pretty much set their own schedule, grades, and policies. This approach can be hard for students who need more attention, but I think it really helps to have a teacher who cares enough to let us find our own way. Not lying, this group project is TOUGH, but if you work daily, it can be done.
I took a class that was 60% group project and 40% individual achievement based. It's been 8 years since I've been in college and this class was a true awakening and the best learning experience I've had in a college setting. I heard from peers that he was a hard grader and he was not. He was a fair grader. You will work for your grade..
I love this class! Dr. Stauffer goes so far out of his way to teach his students real life lessons and is not afraid to put himself out there. A true gem of a teacher and of a man.
Dr. Stauffer's finance class is life-changing. I learned SO much in such a short time about investing and the way the world works. Take This Class!
Hands down the best teacher at CBC. The finance class was SO interesting because of Professor Stauffer. Definitely recommend!
I took the capstone with Prof Stauffer and it was the best class I have ever taken. He is incredibly caring, exceptionally quick to respond to questions and gives amazing and personal feedback. This class isn't easy, but it's worthwhile.
Professor Stauffer helped us all last quarter by being very flexible with due dates and assignments due to COVID-19. I missed his lectures and wish we could have done more in the class, so I can't say that the class was perfect, but none of that was his fault. The schedule just got in the way.
Dr. Stauffer's finance class is amazing! Thanks to the coronavirus, we had to work our tails off to pass the class, but I can say that I learned more in this class than any other class I've ever taken. I knew very little about fiance when I joined, but I now follow the market on a daily basis. Major thanks to Steve Stauffer! Prof of the Year!
I have taken a number of courses with Dr. Stauffer and I really think this was my second-favorite (behind only the finance class). He had us read some interesting books and write a lot of self-reflection papers that got me thinking more about what it really takes to be a manager. This class is unique and well worth it! He gives great feedback!
I've taken a number of courses with Dr. Stauffer and this is probably my second favorite (behind the finance class). He made this class really unique with some interesting books and I really had to think deeply about what it means to be a manager. He gives amazing feedback in his announcements and I really appreciated this interesting class!
I am currently in the capstone class with Dr. Stauffer and this is my first review on any professor. However, I needed to say just how much his caring and compassionate approach to his students matters. Steve genuinely cares not just about giving grades, bit making a difference in students lives.
I am taking the finance class this quarter and I am loving every moment! Dr. Stauffer's recorded lectures and "podcasts" have made me rethink what an online class should be like. There are super interesting and fun "investment" discussions and I have already learned a ton about stocks and bonds.v I HIGHLY recommend this class and teacher!
Great professor. I learned a lot!!!
Professor Stauffer is just one of the few reason this program was a waste of time. This class particularly, requires students to learn by a trial by fire type system. Very little actual teaching. A good show of what it means to get paid to do nothing but criticize. Also, hope that your team is one that actually cares to do their work.
Great class. Instructor did a great job of using the text book and having the students do their research. I would take him again, I learned from this class. No exams, just discussions and projects, which I really enjoyed.
Dr. Stauffer is no-question the best teacher I have ever had. He will personally take the time to handle not only your questions, but also your personal challenges. He's relatable, kind, and challenging all at the same time. He is not just a great professor, but a great person.
Dr. Stauffers investment class is awesome! I can honestly say that I have never learned more in any class I have ever taken. His recorded lectures were insanely informative and his speaking style is just the right balance between what we are learning and personalization. He's just really fun to listen to and is super smart!
The finance class was great! I loved the lectures and the podcasts from Dr. Stauffer! It's obvious he knows his stuff and cares about you knowing it, too. He's not afraid to tell it how it is and some students need to be prepared to be challenged, but that's what college is about! The portfolio simulation is stressful, but a great learning experie
OMG. These lectures are incredible! I came to college to learn and while I've had many classes that challenged me with exams and projects, I've never experienced anything quite like Dr. Stauffer's AMGT 417 class. The business/economics lecture has opened my eyes and changed my life and outlook. Take this class!!
I took his investments calss when the pandemic first started and it was one of the hardest classes I have ever taken. CONS: He grades you on how well your stocks do, the whole class is based on your group, this was by far the most time consuming, stressful class I have ever had looking for good stocks, lectures were way too long.
What you think is your best work and all of the energy, blood, sweat, and tears you put into your assignments and group projects is, will get you a C at most. You will get vague feedback after you already failed the project and can't fix it. If you absolutely need to take this course make sure its your only one. Be prepared to see a lot of 100/200.
I love the ratings on here. Yes, Professor Stauffer is tough, but what did you expect in higher level classes? The people giving 1's are all like, "He made me do work." The truth is that Stauffer will let you learn for yourself, but will always help if you ask him. If you fail, that's your own fault.
I just finished the case study class with Dr. Stauffer and agree with some of the other comments on here. He REQUIRES participation and that is the bulk of the grade in this class. Once you understand what he wants, you can learn a lot! I have gained tremendously from working on these cases and feel a lot more confident in myself.
If you do the BAS at CBC expect a huge dose of Prof Stauffer since he teaches half the classes. The good news is that he teaches them all differently, so it doesn't get repetitive at all. I'm finishing up 2 classes with him and they are COMPLETELY different. 417 is like a fun book club and it's fun and engaging. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I took this class with 360 in the summer and it's not as bad as some students say. The two classes actually build off each other, so what you learn in one can be used in the other. Yeah, there's quite a bit of work and your team matters a lot, but I think taking these classes together is a smart choice. This class was great.
Steve continues to be the best professor at CBC. His lectures are amazing and he teaches so much. He's fun to listen to and is insanely intelligent when it comes to business, economics, and generations. I recommend him to everyone!
Dr. Stauffer does a remarkable job of balancing teaching with letting students think for themselves. The 310 class had me work harder in a group setting than I've ever done in a classroom environment, but I learned a lot about how to function online. With this being the new normal, I highly recommend Dr. Stauffer for online classes!
Poor way of teaching. Dont be fooled by a great ratings on this site. He didnt provide any course materials except one presentation in each module, gave One feedback on homework for the whole class! He threatened that he is going to Crush each student and make them repeat the course, telling he had a lot of students failed in his class,
Unclear, lacking guidance but has very strict grading and high expectations. NO interactions or teaching material at all. I took a class to get taught not to Google my way through the learning process. Assignments did not align with the final project at all but distracted students from working on final. Steer clear!! One of the worst Prof ever.
The group project in 310 is no joke. I actually had to retake this class, but I learned a TON taking it the second time that I missed the first time. It's easy to get frustrated, but you have to learn to ask questions when you need help. Steve sat in with our group as often as we needed to get everything figured out. A very caring professor!
I used to dislike Steve and his teaching style until I took the capstone this quarter. The truth is that he truly wants his students to do the work for themselves in order to EARN our degrees. I didn't really get this until now, but I'm now so thankful I had the opportunity to learn from him. Thank you Professor Stauffer!! You Are Amazing!
This class was really diferent than anything I've ever done before. He is really hands-off and requires students to manage themselves. You relaly need to take your team responsibilities seirously or you will fall behind. At the end of the day, I really learned a lot, though! This is a great class and teacher!
This class has a lot of papers that involve a lot of self reflection. The book reports are also really worth doing and he picks out great things to read for managers. I really liked how we paid a lot of attention to employees and customers that get overlooked and how we can be better in able to serve them. Great class!
I just wrapped up the group project in Operations Management and can agree with the comments on here that there is no hand holding. However, if you just do what is asked and don't procrastinate, you'll do fine in this class. I'm pretty sure the people who are posting 1's probably don't want to do their homework.
After his class I am a professional Google searcher, guys. Nothing was taught by him, no relevant materials have been provided, a complete wasting of time and money for this class. Dont take this class with this poor instructor. All I got was a bad attitude from an instructor.
Really challenging class, but well worth it at the end of the day! You need to stay on top of your assignments, but this class really made good use of online teaching since we actually had to present and use modern technology to succeed. Stauffer is the best online teacher at CBC.
Super fun course on really interesting topics you normally don't think about in business. I really liked the Subtle Act of Exclusion book we read and I like how this class really let me think. Stauffer is really caring and super smart. I recommend this class.
I just completed my first class with Professor Stauffer and I agree with just about all the comments on here. He DOES make you work and it takes some getting used to if you are new to the Bachelor program. However, I can honestly say that the team assignment was great and really had me learning more than any other class. Great course!
One thing you can definitely say about Professor Stauffer is that he really cares and wants you to succeed. He posts amazing announcements each week that set you up for success and he even will record himself with his feedback sometimes. I've never had a teacher spend as much time giving detailed feedback to the class and he's awesome!;A+++
The capstone is probably the best class I have ever taken. It's very personalized and you have to stay on top of your work, but it's really rewarding. You read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey and it's a GREAT book! Professor Stauffer is a great resource throughout the project and offers tons of encouragement.
This class has a LOT of writing, but it's fun stuff about your own experiences. I took this class during my last quarter and I wish I would have taken it earlier in my degree. Professor Stauffer is very good at talking about WHY you need to learn the topics and skills he presents and I definitely feel like I"m a more prepared manager afterwards.
Good teacher and fun class.
I actually wanted to comment on how helpful Dr. Stauffer has been as an advisor as well as a teacher. Seriously, if you are in the BAS program, go directly to Stauffer and he will almost immediately get you the help and answers you need. This person is a GREAT help to us online students, especially!
Professor Stauffer gives podcasts for feedback and it's amazing! I've never had a teacher do this and it shows just how much he cares about his students. Without a doubt, he is on a way different level from everyone else with his clear and amazingly detailed feedback!
Dr Stauffer is INSANELY bright and fun to listen to! His lectures can get long, but he is always funny and I really like his voice and sense of humor. I put his videos on and do 30 minute chunks and I share them with others. Did I mention that this class is awesome and Dr Stauffer is caring and soothing? Take this class!
I'm currently taking 417 with Stauffer and after this last lecture, I had to post this review. We are doing a unit on the history of business and US economics and I have learned SO much. I feel like I have a much better understanding of how the world works and how it all connects. These reviews are truth. Stauffer's lectures ARE amazing.
I've had Steven in several classes at CBC and this is probably him at his very best. He gets REALLY involved in the discussions and his lectures are mesmerizing. There isn't a lot of homework in this class, but the lectures do take time to watch (but are worth it!). All you have to do is journal, write a few book reports, and discuss. Great class
Steven is a great professor, but this class is tough. You will learn a LOT about investing and finance, but the thing that I've learned the most about is how to do research on companies and how to become a better writer. The annotated references assignment is challenging, but it has really helped me better understand how to write. Not easy class!
I call him spoonfeeder. You come into this program thinking 5 pages are a lot. By the end, you'll be writing 30 page capstones standing on your head. You'll learn without knowing you're learning. You'll research, analyze, write, and you'll get better. CBC better lock this boy up before some other pretty girl asks him to dance! Dude's the real deal
The book he chose was vert eye opening and interesting. I enjoyed it very much. His podcasts, offer feedback so you want to listen to those. He makes you think about things which I liked. Great Professor.
The financial management class with Dr Stauffer is really fun and I learned a lot about investing. The stock market contest in the class can be really frustrating since it's beyond your control, but he offers lots of opportunities to make up the difference and his lectures are excellent. I definitely enjoyed this class and reocmmend it!
Dr Stauffer genuinely cares about more than just his class, he cares about his students and their future careers. He constantly talks about how the class is built to make us better managers and he challenvges you to really leave your comfort zone and go out and DO things rather than just read a book. I loved this class and learned a lot!
This was my first class in the program and I really got a wakeup call about how different it is. THere are a LOT of papers but as others have said, they are actually beneficial and useful. There is a big step up in difficulty if you just came from the Associates degree, but you actually feel like you're learning in this class. It's worth it!
HARD class, but 1 of the best. Doc Stauffer is a GREAT teacher and his lectures are better than any book. You will learn a ton about investing and managing money for a business. I am much more confident after this class than when I came into it. Stocktrak and the term paper will kick your butt, but he offers ex credit to help you out.
This has been my all-time favorite class. It's not like anything else I have ever taken. You do really deep seminars for about a month each. You listen to Amazeballs lectures, write a journal, do a book report, and have the world's best discussions. Then you change topics and do it again. Stauffer is a genius and you get your $$ worth! Take it.
This is a really fun class and you can tell he cares. He does weekly podcasts where he answers everyone's questions about investing and he's not afraid to speak his mind and be real. I thought I knew about investing before this class and I have still learned a ton. This is a chill class where you learn a lot without a ton of homework. A+++
Investments with Stauffer is awesome! This class only has a couple really fun and easy weekly discussions. There's a great investment simulation and he gives a TON of extra credit opportunities. You will definitely get your dollar's worth from this class as you learn a lot and he keeps the costs down on students. Great class to take@!
The case study class is HARD. So why give a perfect grade to this class? Because it's worth it. I learned a TON in this class and really feel much more prepared and confident about finishing up my degree. This class made me realize what college is really about by forcing me to login every day and put in the work. Great class that is challenging!
This class will teach you so much about investments and finance. I came into this class knowing next to nothing about this and struggled with Accounting. Dr. Stauffer's lectures are really good at explaining complex concepts in a really easy to understand way. I actually am leaving the class ENJOYING finance Those are words I never thought I'd say
Dr. Stauffer's case study class is really challenging, but well worth the effort. I came into this class not knowing what to expect, but I feel like an expert in business strategy and case studies now. You can tell he put a lot of thought and care into the design of the class and you learn a lot along the way. Highly recommend.
I was scared when I saw the capstone had been changed to Stauffer, but I'm now so thankful that it was. He cares DEEPLY about his students and their success. The weekly readings and journals really let me share my fears about my career and his advice always helped me. The final project was hard and I got a tough grade, but I'm so thankful for him.
This is totally a class where you will earn your grade. If you do the bare minimum, you probably won't get higher than a B. However, if you really try hard, listen to the lectures, and post good discucscions, you should do well. THis class is really interesting and fun! I learned a lot and want to take more classes with Professor Stauffer.
I have tons of respect for Dr. Stauffer after taking this capstone. If you ask him questions on your weekly journals, he will ALWAYS respond with detailed information. He genuinely cares about his students and wants them to succeed and you can tell. He's not afraid to share personal stories to help you realize you're not alone & I thank him 4 that!
No question. Best teacher I've ever had and best professor at CBC. He makes learning focused and fun. His assignments are always challenging but applicable. He asks a lot of you and you will really have to work for it. They should rename the degree the Bachelors of Applied Stauffer since he runs this program and the classes so well!
The case study class is really challenging but very fun! It starts off really awkward when you get assigned to your groups, but it gets a lot easier along the way. There isn't a lot of homework (just case studies and discussions) and Stauffer is always offering announcements to help you out. Participate, participate, participate!
430 is a really fun class! I learned a bunch about investments and even managed to figure out the final term paper. The investment project is really fun and you'll learn a lot about things you probably never knew about. Stauffer is a really good teacher and, outside of the term paper, the class is not too hard!
Investments is a really great class! You get to actually have an investment portfolio that you manage through the class. Professor Stauffer's lectures are super useful and easy to understand. THe class is not that hard with just discussions, one paper, and the weekly investments. A+++
The capstone is a tough course, but it's meant to be! Dr. Stauffer REALLY cares about his students and their success, but you have to be willing to ask for help and keep him in the loop. I failed this class once before and he was VERY respectful and kept encouraging me this second time. I got an A and I get to graduate! YOU CAN DO IT!
Recycles incredibly long lectures that are up to a year old. 30% of your grade hinges on a group project which is based on your groups stock portfolio. Every group was in the red this past semester. Don't take this course if you like your GPA.
The investments class is fun even though some students get upset about their groups and grades! Professor Stauffer's lectures are NOT long, but they ARE informative. His podcasts are also funny and he you can tell he cares about his students from how much time he devotes to them! Don't listen to the haters, Professor Stauffer!
Investments with Steven is an excellent class! I've actually started investing on my own after learning from him this past spring and I highly recommend EVERYOne take this class to learn about things that actually matter! His lectures are about an hour per week, which is actually SHORT compared to sitting in class for 4 hours. He's a fast grader!
I knew nothing about "case studies" before taking this class. I now feel like am an expert. This class WILL test you. The projects are REALLY fast paced and you sometimes feel like you don't have time to breathe. At the end, though, Dr. Stauffer was right: It starts to really come naturally. I feel like I learned the MOST in this class of all time.
Lazy, won't meet with you, even though he recycles his videos. I was one of 3 he ever gave 100% on 7 page final term paper. Had 115% after all extra credit (everything, but group portfolio project). Grade with project only 82.5% (B). Grade based on luck! Too much weight on group project. Too busy preaching we need higher taxes. AVOID THIS CLASS!!!!
Gradeluck unless u convince group buy 1 of cheap stock/bonds each week its required ONLY! Leave rest in cash! You start with 75% and go up 1% for each % portfolio goes up. Down 1% for every % down. Can go to 0/300 - 1/3 of grade. Everyone was in red. Do extra credit/6 essays per week/7 page term paper, you will get A. Do not sell any in portfolio!
I took the capstone with Dr. Stauffer in the spring and can say that you will get a great refresher course in all the other AMGT coursework. The 7 Habits book is the perfect book for this class and as long as you don't fall behind, the capstone project isn't TOO hard. Don't procrastinate and you will do well in this class!
Good class to learn how to properly analyze a business. "Overwhelmed" is an understatement when it comes to how you'll be feeling when taking this class. Graded on 3 group case studies then a solo case study. PARTICIPATION MATTERS. You MUST be active on Canvas or you'll easily fail the class. Class is easier as you go.
Professor Stauffer should teach all the other teachers at CBC how to use Canvas to its full potential. He records videos, uses conferences, and posts announcements all the time. You will get more out of his online class than you get out of other teachers in the classroom. You can tell he actually cares about his students learning.
I did all of the assignments and even the extra credit and I barley passed the class due to the group portfolio that is due by the end of the quarter. The highest score for the group portfolio was curved to around an 80%. Although the class was very Informative, I would not recommend this class if you are trying to boost your gpa.
Superb teacher and excellent lecturer! Great class
Dr. Stauffer is truly an amazing lecturer. This class is built around his lectures and you mainly have to listen and write a weekly journal, but it's so much more than that because he makes you WANT to listen. The economic history series was SO interesting and I would happily pay to take another class like this with him again. Favorite class!
Professor Stauffer is the most student focused teacher I have ever had. He genuinely cares that his students learn interesting and useful material. This class has been by far my favorite as I feel like I should have learned all this a long time ago. His lectures are awesome, easy to listen to, and his passion comes through. Best class, best teacher
Professor Stauffer deserves all the perfect scores he gets on here. 360 is a tough class where you have to login every day to do well. The case studies aren't that hard, but you can tell Stauffer cares deeply about students doing well when he records his feedback and goes into insane detail about every little nuance. Amazing professor!
Pros: ALWAYS responds quickly to emails ALWAYS posts announcements ALWAYS talks about why each assignment is important ALWAYS cares about students ALWAYS available to ask questions and is very approachable! Cons: Lots of papers which isn't necessarily a bad thing when they are fun like in this class Wish we had more time in the summer quarter
Professor Stauffer is a fair man. He is a decent and good human who treats everyone with the utmost respect. CBC is a great school because of professors like Dr. Steven Stauffer because he teaches you HOW to think, not WHAT to think. He gives you the information and lets you decide for yourself about what it means and how to use it. Excellent man.
AMGT300 is a good class for those starting in the BAs program. You write a lot of papers, but they're all different and some are like movie reviews. Dr Stauffer is a tough, but fair grader and the work is constant, but never overwhelming. Id recommend taking this class when you have other harder classes to balance your schedule since it's easier
Case Study class. Projects start hard, but get easier. Mad rush to finish everything in the last week. Prof is great. Answers questions quickly. Cares about his students. Records really detailed feedback. Be prepared to work hard from the first day to the last day and stay on top of your assignments and teammates. Great class, but tough!
Fun class. Basically write a paper each week and have different activities to do like attending an event where you are the minority and having a really good active listening session with someone you know. This is a class that was very well thought out and extremely beneficial for new managers. Not too easy, not too hard. Just right.
Just gotta say that taking classes with Stauffer during COVID has been really helpful. His classes are always well designed and his assignments usually require you to interact and reflect. Honestly, these classes have helped get me through tough times and I am glad to have him as my instructor. A+++ Character and awesome human being.
I took this class in the Spring and needed to provide the TRUTH about this class. Dr. Stauffer is an outstanding and FAIR teacher. His lectures are great, he is fast with grading, and he doesn't hide anything from students. Yes there IS a stock competition in the class, but what else would you expect from a class on INVESTMENTS? Cake and ice cream?
I have a love/hate relationship with Dr Stauffer. He is super tough on students when they first take his classes, but after getting frustrated by his critiques and his hands-off approach, you start to realize how much he knows and how much he cares. By the capstone, I SO respect him for allowing me to do so much on my own. Thank you Dr Stauffer!
Dr Stauffer's reputation as being tough and caring that you actually do the work are on TOTAL display in this class. He gives a lot of great feedback and his lectures are super helpful, but he EXPECTS you to do the work and will tell you when you aren't meeting his expectations. It stresses a lot of students out, but I am here to learn and like it.
Very good class and a great 1 to take for starting the degree. Lots of papers, but none are too hard. The book and discussions are really good and the class never gets too hard.
This is a super fun class. Professor Stauffer is a great lecturer and you can tell he REALLY knows what he's talking about because he's actually been an investor, himself. The class is easy as long as you listen to the lectures, write your journals, and listen to the podcasts he records for you. I learned a TON without getting stressed. Great class
This class is no joke! He makes you work for your grade. If I can tell anyone some advice, watch ALL his lecture videos in the whole course before starting your research. He says really good advice in later videos that would've helped earlier in the quarter. There's no such thing as being too detailed in this class. Be ready to work.
Watch The Lectures. Stauffer does a great job telling you what you need to do, but not holding your hand. He wants YOU to do the work. Also, don't stress too much about the presentation. If you do a good job on your paper, then the presentation is a LOT easier. We didn't do so hot, but Stauffer stepped in and practically saved us down the stretch!
This class is MUCH harder than every other course I've taken. It's not unfair, though! At the end, you honestly feel like you accomplished something and I'm sure I'll never forget this project. Dr. Stauffer cares about your success and you can tell from his feedback and lectures. Don't take this class with the capstone unless you are a masochist!
It's sad to say that this is the only professor available for certain classes. I'm a 4.0 student up until I started taking this class. Hard grader, doesn't help, and lacks professional communication skills.
CBC must be struggling with holding staff to have settled for this professor. He's a heavy critic and not in a good way. To his credit, he does update everyone rather fast, but at the cost of skimming through submitted work.
Stauffer is absolutely amazing and is without a doubt the BEST professor I have ever taken. He will make you work HARD, but he is incredibly helpful and when you please him, he shares some of the most heartfelt and positive feedback you will ever receive. Bust your butt in his classes and you will be well rewarded!
I loved this capstone class. Stauffer is willing to let his guard down and just share stories with you in his journal comments. I really felt like I got to know myself a lot more from this class. The Covey book is GREAT and Stauffer is a caring professor who will help you grow every week with his encouraging words. It's not easy, but it can be done
Fun class! Great lectures. Would highly recommend taking this! Staufer knows a lot!
Dr. Steven Stauffer is a gem of a person and a professor. I have never had a teacher who so genuinely cares about his students and their success. He is kind, fair, but tough when he needs to be. CBC is blessed to have him. I am so proud of myself for completing my BAS degree and thank Dr. Stauffer for getting me there.
This was my first class with Professor Stauffer and it was hard at first. He expects a lot from his students, but gives you enough info in his lectures and examples to get it done. The individual papers were interesting and the group project was frustrating, but rewarding. Don't take this class with other hard classes at the same time.
If you can't explain it then you don't understand it. Sadly this is the case. I would avoid if you're simply taking his classes for extra credit. Taking on a little less responsibility isn't a bad thing. Professor's schedule seems to be hectec - that's the excuse he usually gives. That's not the students problem.
This is an awesome class that taught me a lot about management and myself. The papers are very introspective and you actually have to apply what you are learning. Exceptionally well-designed course and Professor Stauffer is a top-notch communicator. Very happy with this class, this teacher, and this program.
This is a very well-structured course, but your team matters a lot. I'm guessing the negative reviews are coming from students with rough teams because the content and assignments, while challenging, aren't bad. I give Stauffer a 5 because he is ALWAYS available, goes into lots of detail with his lectures & feedback, and truly cares about students.
Really fun class. There's a paper about every other week, but they're really easy to write and the professor gives great weekly feedback with his announcements. Great class for criticla thinking about management.
I'm not surprised by the ratings here. Stauffer is probably the most polarizing professor at CBC. If you actually care about learning about management and getting real-world practice, you'll love him. If you are looking for an easy A and just want your degree handed to you, you'll hate him. He's tough, but SOO smart and will help you get ahead!
Just don't. Don't even bother with any classes associated with this professor. Explanations go on and on without specifics; they seem more like rants than actual coherent thought. Class time could be cut down by 1/10th if there was an actual structure to his classes.
This class is very dependent on you have a good team, if you don't, be ready to take on a lot of work. One group project and 4 individual papers. Papers are easy. The group project is research heavy and requires a lot of time. He gives general directions throughout the quarter and will join your group's meetings if you want him to for feedback.
Very easy class with great focus on modern issues in management. Professor gives very detailed feedback and frequent announcements. Great class for beginners in the BAS program. Valuable knowledge and easy to get your feet wet for the harder classes.
My favorite class so far! Class should be called investments made easy as the class was really easy to understand and follow. Great lectures, fund poddcasts, and very relaxed vibe. Actual useful information. Definitely take this class!
The ratings here are very accurate. Stauffer is a different style of teacher than most at CBC. He won't tell you how to do the assignments because he wants you to figure out things for yourself. If you ask him questions, though, he will give you tons of help. He puts the onus on his students and that is awesome. VERY tough, but VERY good teacher.
Tough? Yes. Fair? Also yes. Dr. Stauffer is a genuinely good dude and knows what he is doing. His classes will kick your butt and he definitely doesn't spare you when he gives critiques. However, he always answers questions, grades fast, and knows his stuff. If you don't ask questions, good luck. He makes you work, but it is worth it.
I previously gave a low score to Professor Stauffer for another class, but when he actually lectures, he's REALLY good. This class and 430 are probably him at his best. He makes you want to learn more and I love this class. It's easy, but you DO have to listen to the lectures (which you should want to anyway, they're very interesting). A+ for 417.
Stauffer is CBC'S best online professor. He makes great use of Canvas and he requires you to use BBB for presentations. There is a real learning curve with his style, but once you realize what he wants, you get really good at it. He doesn't teach as much as he prepares you to do a lot of work. He's perfect for his role at the college in the BAS.
This is a PSA to all the students in the BAS program. Just go to Stauffer if you need help. He knows all the course schedules and how hard each class is. Don't mess around with Hawk Central or the advisors who never answer their phone or respond to their email. Stauffer is an AMAZING resource and is all that you need to succeed. GREAT teacher!
Dr. Stauffer does a great job with the finance class. The class is VERY well put together where you spend the first half of the term on investments and the second half on the paper. His discussions and assignments all help you better understand what you're supposed to be doing and build on each other. Fun and informative class!
This class was fun! I learned a lot about investing and I finally understood how to read and interpret financial statements. CBC should have Dr. Stauffer give lessons to accounting teachers on how to actually teach. Complete night and day from 400. Hated that class, but loved this one.
Dr. Stauffer is a goof in the best way possible. CBC is very lucky to have him as he lectures better than anyone else and it's not even close. He's funny, smart, and absolutely cares that we learn applicable knowledge. This class is him at his total best, so if you have taken him before realize he teaches every class differently on purpose.
What a quarter! This was, by far, the hardest class I have ever taken. Many sleepless nights, tons of work, but SO worth it in the end. Dr. Stauffer is TOUGH and he will let you know it when you mess up. He is also completely fair and will give you wonderful feedback when you succeed. Great professor and perfect for this program.
Amazing class! This was my favorite class at CBC and I wish they could all be like this! Well done, Dr. Stauff!
Really easy class. You lead a couple discussions and write a couple papers. Unlike a lot of other classes with Stauffer, this one isn't really stressful at all. Still learned a bit, too
Professor Stauffer is one of the most valuable teachers you will have if you are in the applied management program. He WANTS you to succeed and he will make you WORK for it. If at any time you are confused, reach out to him. He is very hands-off in this class because he wants you to figure it out but he will help you if you reach out to him.
This course was heavy on group projects and "figuring it out" with others. Grading is very subjective. Expect to spend a lot of time on this class because it is not easy.
Great class on investments and finance! I learned a lot and it wasn't nearly as scary as a lot of others had said it was. This was a perfect learning environment and Professor Stauffer's lectures are SUPER helpful!
Standard Stauffer course. It's tough, but reasonable. After awhile of being in these classes, you begin to know what to expect and by this point, it's gotten much easier. It's crazy to think that a 15 page financial analysis paper now seems "easy", but it's true. Stauffer and the BAS really DO build strong students. I'm proud of myself from this!
Dr. Stauffer does a really good job getting you prepared for all the assignments in this class. His lectures teach you the basics of investing and his discussions help you test out sections of the final paper. Really well designed class!
This is a fun and pretty easy class. It sounds scary at first when you're told you will have to lead discussions with the rest of the class, but it's honestly not too hard. As long as you participate a lot and ask good questions, this class is a breeze. Also, the service learning project is great!
Dr. Stauffer is an A++ lecturer and you can tell he genuinely cares about us actually learning and applying the material. This is a class that I will always remember because it taught me a skill I can use in so many ways in my career. At the same time, the class is both challenging AND laid back. It's weird, but kinda perfect.
Another great class from CBC's best professor.
I really struggled through this class. I understand that an online environment is different from an in-person class, but there were no lectures, no feedback and limited directions. Be ready to write a lot of 4-7 page essays.
Really laid back online class. No group projects and basically a few pages of writing each week. Interesting topics and fun activities. The conversation assignment was eye opening for me. Definitely a worthwhile class and good pacing for the summer.
I would have never taken his class if it was not required or offered by a different professor. His class gave me anxiety. I would avoid taking any classes with him.
Dr. Stauffer is an AWESOME professor and this class should be mandatory for ALL students. He is a gifted lecturer and the group discussion at the end was, by FAR, the best learning experience I have had in college. I would give this class a 20 out of 5, if I could!
This is a good class. Quite a few papers, but most are short (3-4 pages). You have to actually get outside your comfort zone and do things in this class rather than just read and take tests. I found this class fun with all the unique assignments and discussions.
Dr. Stauffer is a great teacher and is INCREDIBLY fair to students. We had a situation in our group where he allowed us an opportunity to make up for a very bad mistake by doing a makeup case study. It was a lot of extra work, but he gave us the chance to redeem ourselves. I'm very thankful to Stauffer for his grace and caring about his students!
Very easy class. You just lead discussions and teach your classmates for 50% of the grade. 20% you get credit for volunteering. Two papers and NO tests. You have to try to fail this class. Stauffer makes it easy to learn. No idea why anyone would get anxiety about this class?!
Really interesting class. You do 4 case studies and really get to learn the process. Each one is a bit more involved than the last (except the last one, that's the easiest of them all). As long as you read the announcements and stay active everyday with your homework, this class is easy and fun! I highly recommend Stauffer as a professor.
Fantastic class! Weekly lectures (1-2 hours each). Assignments are to write journals on the lectures (fun and easy), do book reports on shortish books (a bit of work), and then have an awesome discussion during the last week (easy and fun). This class would be better not in the summer when you have more time to digest all the information.
Weird class. Assignments are a discussion where you have to develop the materials and teach your classmates (twice). It's not hard, but it's different. There are a couple papers (kinda tough, professor grades pretty hard). There's also a service project which I really enjoyed (fun and easy). As long as you don't procrastinate, it's a good class!
Solid class! Assignments are weekly discussions (really good topics! Pretty fun and easy) and 5 papers (1 is a movie review, which is fun and another is on an assigned book). The other 3 papers are based on self-reflections (empathizing, communicating, and showing humility). Great topics for starting the program. Professor is really good!
Dr Stauffer cares if you learn. Even when he was obviously very physically unwell this summer, he never missed a beat with helping his students every single day. He is the most responsive professor and is a model of diligence and professionalism. He is the perfect person to be leading this program and I can't thank him enough!
Professor Stauffer is a fun teacher and you can tell her cares by how much work he puts into his discussion and paper topics. Unlike most classes, his discussions in 300 are really thought provoking and interesting. His papers also are easy to write, but challenge you to step outside your comfort zone. Great class and great professor!
I'm thankful for Professor Stauffer! He is caring, kind, and incredibly flexible. I had several upcoming health issues and he gracefully allowed me to complete all my work about a month in advance and even graded everything for me so I wouldn't have to wait and worry. Great teacher and great person!
Fun class and excellent professor!
Everyone needs to know that this class isn't as scary as you might have heard. Professor is constantly available and helpful. Yeah, it's a lot of work, but it's reasonable and you get a paper that you can show to employers that demonstrates your skills. This is a class worth taking!
All the comments calling Professor Stauffer "Tough, but Fair" are spot on. He really pushes you hard and you have to research, communicate, and participate heavily to succeed. At the same time, you get what you earn and if you actually want to LEARN, he's an amazing teacher who is always wanting you to succeed. I highly recommend him and this class
This class teaches you how to perform case study analysis and while it starts out weird, by the end, you can really look back and see how far you've come. Stauffer isn't just smart about business, he's a genius when it comes to knowing how to build courses and teach. He makes a TON of difference at CBC because of how well he runs his classes.
Dr Stauffer is a great teacher and he gives his students the chance to succeed or fail. This is a class where you will EARN your grade and it's up to us as students to do the work. If you set good policies with your group and keep each other checked, this is actually one of the most fun classes Ive taken. Learned a lot and gained a lot.
This teacher has been hired to do most all management classes for the bachelor program at CBCHe doesn't teach, just assigns. Found his wording and policies to be outdated. Does not accept late work. Does not discuss grades or give feedback as to why grades are the way they are.
Professor Stauffer is an exceptional teacher and gives the best feedback I've ever received from any teacher at any level. He will go out of his way to record 15-20 minutes of audible feedback for this group project and he ALWAYS is honest and respectful. His approach is cutting edge, not outdated. Welcome to college where you have to do work!
Amazing class! Prof Stauffer truly IS the BEST lecturer at CBC. He's funny, interesting, and super sharp. I have actually started looking forward to his 1 hour lectures as a highlight of my week. This class has been my favorite so far and I am so glad I have gotten to take it. This class is a 100!
No joke, this class is HARD!!! You will likely want to kill half your team by the end of the project. None of this is the professor's fault, however. Steve is excellent about posting announcements, answering questions, and switching between being supportive and reading the Riot Act when needed. This is a great learning experience, but super HARD
I just got through the presentation for this class and this was literally the hardest assignment I have ever had. You will definitely feel like you accomplished something by completing this class. Stauffer is great, as always, but holy heck does he make you work for it! Don't think you can cakewalk this class or you'll be in deep trouble!
I wanted to express my thanks to Dr. Stauffer for his guidance while I was at CBC. This last class and his feedback throughout the capstone made me realize just how far I have come. This was a great class that really challenged me, but also made me recognize everything that I have learned along the way. Thank you, Dr. Stauffer!
Phenomenal class! Dr. Stauffer is great with lectures and this was a fascinating class. The two topics we covered were economics history and generations and both were really interesting. The class never got boring and I normally get really bored with lectures. This is one of the most fun and interesting classes you will ever take!
This was a tough, but fun class! I really got to get to work with a lot of great teammates this class and I learned tons about operations from the project. I would recommend taking this class with some lighter classes as it can get really tough, but it's not impossible. It definitely helps you learn about other people and is really valuable!
Best class ever!
Really great class with very interesting lectures. You write weekly journals on the lectures and then have discussions at the end of the class. Pretty easy, but you learn a lot!
The capstone is a real challenge in personal commitment and dedication. Professor Stauffer is a great resource to talk with throughout the class and you can 100% tell he cares. Thank you for all your help and support, professor!
I don't think Stauffer is as hard as everyone says he is. Yes, you have to work for your grade, but he is always clear in what he wants and gives really good feedback. These are good classes where you get to practice what you're learning. Don't be afraid of what others tell you!
I used ChatGPT on one paper and he failed me for the class and reported me to the college! We're in 2023 and professors shouldn't be allowed to have this kind of power! I know it's cheating, but this was excessive. He just pointed to his syllabus and I really didn't have much I could say or do. No extra credit or anything.
Amazing instructor who expects a lot from his students, but who is always willing to answer questions and will always respond with thorough emails. Tough class, but well worth it!
Awesome class with fantastic lectures! I learned a ton in this class and the topics were on things I wish I would have learned when I was younger. This class should be mandatory for everyone.
This class made me rethink college and school. The lectures were topical and Stauffer knows his stuff! Like REALLY knows his stuff. You can ask him about anything and he'll give you great information or resources to help you learn. CBC has a savant in this man!
I have taken six classes with Dr. Stauffer and I had to write this final review after just finishing the capstone. It is worth it. This degree will make you cry. You will lose sleep. But it's worth it. Dr. Stauffer is tough because he wants the best from us. I'm so thankful I got to the point where I can see that now. I feel so accomplished!
Dr. Stauffer made this program worthwhile. Don't listen to any of the negative reviews as the facts are that he's tough, expects a lot, but also deeply cares about student success more than any teacher I've ever had. He'll answer just about any question you ask him. He'll challenge you and make you think. Above all, he lets you learn for yourself.
This was an interesting, but pretty easy class. The discussion questions are actually interesting and topical and the papers ask you to actually do things rather than just research something and write about it. One of the assignments was to go attend an event where you are in the minority and I really liked that assignment! Great class!
This class is hard and demanding, but teaches so much valuable information. It's built around case studies and Stauffer will count you off if you don't follow the directions and post on Canvas. Once you figure it out, it's a great class that teaches you a bunch about business, management, and teams.
Great professor with awesome lectures! 12/10 Highly recommend!
Great professor with the best lectures I have ever heard. I wish I knew so much of this before I took this class as it has helped open my eyes to the world and make sense of things I never knew before. Awesome class and awesome teacher!
Great class. Great lectures. Great professor.
This was a great class that forces you out of your comfort zone. Professor Stauffer cares about his students becoming better people and is a joy to have as a teacher.
I am so thankful for Professor Stauffer!! He supported me through so many classes and taught me so much. He is truly the best teacher I have ever had and I recommend him to everyone.
Professor Stauffer can make the most dull topics really fun to learn about. I hated accounting and had no interest in investing, but I came out of this class really feeling better about my ability to make financial choices for myself and for others. I would never pursue finance as a career, but I learned a lot and enjoyed this class a ton!
Professor Stauffer is tough but cares deeply about student success. The workload is challenging, but engaging with his teaching system pays off. I found Unstuck study ai helpful for study prep alongside the course materials.
I would have to be psychic to know what he wants to see in the work. I answer every question and follow every instruction and still I get marked down. Grading criteria does not match what he looks for.
This class has been my favorite so far. I've learned so many things I wish I would have known sooner in life. I can't recommend Professor Stauffer enough. He's awesome!
He won't let yu use AI in his classes. I used Grammarly to write my jurnals and he failed me and I got reported to the School officre. He thinks we're going to listen to his hour long lectures! Don't take this guy if you want an eady A! You won't get it! You will just fail. Unless you want to spend all your free time listening to him talk, AVOID!
Take. This. Class! I can honestly say that I have never taken a college class that has changed my life and made me think like this one. Professor Stauffer is an amazing teacher and I honestly wish his lectures would keep going. I will really miss this class and would take it again if I could!
Dr. Stauffer is a genuinely good person who cares about his students. He does not let students coast through his classes and he challenges us, but he also wants us to succeed. The capstone was not as hard as I thought it would be, but I still spent a lot of time on it. I recommend this program and appreciate Dr. Stauffer.
Super interesting class with amazing lectures. Professor Stauffer knows his stuff and is really easy to listen to. I learned a lot of things I wish I would have known years ago. Great class.
I LOVED this class! Professor Stauffer is great at giving interesting lectures and you definitely get your money's worth in his classes. Learning from knowledgeable experts like Stauffer is why we pay for college!
The capstone class IS hard! I highly encourage others to make sure they have a topic picked out BEFORE the class starts as it makes the assignment a lot easier to complete. Professor Stauffer is amazing, cares, and is always willing to help out. This is a tough class, but an incredibly rewarding one!
The finance and investments class is challenging, but worthwhile. The lectures are really helpful and the professor is passionate about the subject. The summer makes the class really fast-paced, so you need to work on your assignments basically every day. Professor Stauffer sets you up for success, though!
This was a class where I learned a lot more than I thought I would. At first, I was confused by the class and that it didn't have any tests or quizzes, just weekly essays. However, by the end, I really learned a lot and got a lot better at my writing. The professor is really good with feedback announcements and this is a good class!
This is the professor you want. Be ready to stretch your limits, and showcase your skills. He expects and demands your best because he firmly believes in your capabilities. Ask questions. Don't just hope. The more engaged you are, the more engaged he is. This professor genuinely cares about you and your success. Hard yes. Worth it, also yes.
This class is extremely hard and frustrating but very useful. Stauffer designed this class beautifully.
Dr Stauffer is outstanding as a professor. He IS extremely challenging, but once you learn what he wants, ask questions, and genuinely follow his directions, you can learn so much. By the time you get to the capstone, you really begin to see how far you've come and it's because he builds you up in the earlier courses. He's awesome!
This was a really fun class where Dr Stauffer emphasized a lot of skills-based learning. While I wasn't a fan of all the discussions online, the assignments and topics were really interesting and useful. This was a pretty low stress class that forces you out of your comfort zone and makes you actually do things like attend events and talk to others
