Widmer is a good professor, he takes the time to explain everything, he answers all questions. One of the few math professors at UNT who actually want to teach and aren't just doing it to supplement their income during grad school. The test are hard, but duh it's Calculus 2. All the problems come from homework and notes though.

Sure, he knows math, but teaching is not for him. It's a very boring tedious "easy" math class. Tons of homework (online and it teaches you, no reason not to make a 100 on those). Tests are fine. One more thing: He puts up his thumbs, shakes his arms and says "is that okay?" after EVERY SENTENCE. May not seem like a big deal but YOU'LL SEE -.-'
