Professor Johnson's class was fun and interesting. He is a talented, articulate, friendly, passionate person. His inspiring speeches won't ever be forgotten (even though he gave me a C).

Mr. Johnson raises the quality of eductation at ELAC. He's very articulate and tells it like it is both academically and street. I just took his class this winter '04 and he shattered my fear of public speaking. Uhhh !! He rocks! Just watch out not to fall in love cuz he extremely sexy.

Very Good. He soo kwel. Just listen and do what he says and hand your work in on time or it's 50% off. I got an A by doing so but my friend didn't and failed. -- I'd also agree with the other comments on how sexy he is. I would ask him for a date but he's like a teacher.

this professor is beyond awesome...he keeps you interested in what is going on in class,news, lecture, etc. you would not want to miss a day of class. he some one who you can relate to and he is super easy to talk to. he is one of a kind, i loved the class and anyone who takes it will enjoy it too.

GREAT INSTRUCTOR!!!! Funny guy, he knows how to approach students and motivate them to work hard. Explains in detail and he knows how to keep his class interesting. Just don't forget to do your OUTLINES, for the speeches, study them and bring an extra copy for him. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A "B". SO EASY, just show up everyclass and be on time ;)

Great Teacher! Prepare for all the assignment given and do them, if not he'll deduct 50% of your speech, but he's very fair if you have an excuse. Just stick through it and do everything he says and you'll easily pass his class with a B or above if you do everything right. And the first speech is just to show him how you are around people.

Johnson is a wonderful teacher. He is interesting and so are his lectures. I received an A, but I worked for it. Midterm and finals are based on his lecture, so don't miss a day because attendance counts toward your final grade. Oh btw, he is the guy on the verizon commercials.

Clearly, he is the best speech teacher ever. He is super funny and hot as well. Besides being a cool professor, he is also an actor. He gives great examples and make you feel comfortable when you're up in front doing your speech. I loved his class so much that I was willing to fail speech just to be in his class again.

Mr. Johnson is a GREAT speech professor. He is extremely helpful when you need help. He grades on speeches, pop mid-term, attendance, participation, HW (little), final. If you are not willing to work, forget about takin his class. Make sure you work hard on your speeches, and don't turn it in late or 50% off. His mid-T and final are fairly easy.

I took Mr. Johnson's speech 101 class at winter 2008 and it was awsome. He may seem hard at 1st because he throws everything at you but really his not. Attend all this class, take good note and you will pass for sure. His guide line for writing speeches are so easy and clear. Do it!!! take his class!!! get an A like i did!!!

Mr. Johnson's class is the most exciting & educational class I've ever had at ELAC. It can be quite stressful when it comes to speech days and working on your outlines, but Mr. Johnson will be there to help you get an A, you just have to do your part and must not fail him. Mr.JOhnson is one of the best teachers I have ever had in my life. He made me feel comfortable and confident every time I gave a speech. He gave us many good tips to be a great speaker. Read the handbook and take notes and do all the work and you will pass the class.

Excelent teacher, listen to lecture if he repeats something three times write it down it will be on the test. So he basically gives the answers away. He provides a cheaper book than the book store. Very fun class, by the end of the class your classmates will be like family. Participation IS required, topics easy, you choose. HIGLY RECOMENDED.

Very good professor. Doesn't know the meaning of the word "shy". In fact, he makes you forget about it and helps you to give speeches to whole audiences!!! If you're shy, this is the class for you! It's tough, though. He has high expectations for his students, but he does care about your grade.

Mr. Johnson is the real deal! If you truly want to become a stronger person and find the power within yourself - then he is the teacher for you.It's not the easiest class and not the hardest.He definately leaves an imprint on your mind and really pushes you to excel. Mr. Johnson is one of the professors whom really cares for each student. He prepares his students for higher education by not making the class assignments, tests and homework. It was a great class and Mr. Johnson is the best professor I ever had.

Proff J is the best! He really cares for the success of his students. This class significantly helped me in my communication skills. The speech outlines are not too difficult, but just don't wait to do them at the last minute because they require a lot of attention to detail. I had fun in this class and would definitely recommend you take him! (:

So I took Mr. Johnson this past spring, it wasn't an easy class but it wasn't impossible. He is chill but can get on your nerves easily, quick lectures... sort of hard to keep up. If you like a challenge then go for it, if not... switch classes. Just do every speech on time & turn in assignments and you WILL pass.. also do the extra credit.

The most inspirational professor I have ever had. Really funny and passionate. Beware the midterm it will creep on you, he won't reveal the date of it so be ready. Never ever be late to his class especially during speech days. Loves participation and really cares about his students. Really wish I had stayed in touch because he's really awesome

He's very inspirational and easy to approach if you need any help. Also he expects hard work and dedication to his class but I recommend him to anyone that wants a professor that is caring.

Professor Johnson is an amazing teacher from his lectures that build a connection to our everyday lives to his stories that relate to the material we cover. He is straight forward in what you need to do in order to obtain an A.

This class comes at you like an Honor's course. For all intents and purposes, it should be considered just that before you take it. Johnson is a great professor: caring, loving, teaching, mindful and humorous but one thing he is not, is easy. Do not be fooled by the reviews left below or above, you need to work hard in this class.

Awesome professor! He lets you know what is expected of you and does everything he can to help you succeed. He really cares about his students and let's you know he's there to help. It does require time and effort but it's only to make you the best student you can be. Def take his class.

Mr. Johnson is an amazing professor, he provides all the information you need to pass the class and become a better speaker. He motivates you in a way to make you reflect about your daily life. His class is easy, and entertained. Definetely a class recommended to make a better person of yourself.

Johnson is by far the most inspirational, and hardworking professor on campus. Yes, his class is not the easiest, BUT as long as you complete all required work, you're sure to pass the class. When he says the answers to mid-term and final are in the book, he isn't joking. The questions are asked EXACTLY the way they are in the book, so READ IT!
