Gives an insane amount of work. BUT, you can re-write anything scored less than a B and turn it back in for an A. She is a very nice, laid-back person who goes to great length to help students. Reccomended despite the workload.

Great Teacher, gives alot of work but its not hard work. She lets you rewrite all of your minor papers if you want to get a better grade. You have 3 projects one being a mock interview. She is very sweet, and would go to any length to help you.

Its a lot of busy work but its basically like high school all over again. TAKE HER. she will let you redo assignments to get a better grade. She is willing to help out everyone no matter what. You can get an easy A by just showing up and doing the work. Dont really need the textbook so i wouldnt waste your money on buying it.

awesome teacher. She is super sweet and does everything that she can to help out her students. There were a good amount of papers but they were extremely easy to write. The midterm and final were the exact same test and she gives you the answers to every question. Class got a little boring sometimes. Overall it was great. I would definitely take it

Really enjoyed this class. Learned a lot. She is a dedicated teacher who you can tell loves her job. We still keep in touch and is a great reference!! Genuine hardworking people will get a lot out of this class, great flexibility too.

Mrs. B was a great professor. There is a lot of work involved in the class but honestly every assignment is for a reason and will help you upon entering the workforce. If you don't understand something she is more than helpful. I really enjoyed the class!

Prof. B is a very dedicated teacher. she is willing to work with you and help you out whenever. You will be very busy with work but it will pay off in the real world. I'm a Med major and i recommend it to everyone! I have learned a lot in this class that has already helped me with job interviews and resumes. A MUST TAKE CLASS!

Loved the calss!! Mrs. B is a wonderful teacher who TRULY cares about her students! There is alot of work but if you take her advice and do a little each night you won't have a problem! The class truly pays off in the end. You will learn alot and do a lot but feel good in the end. The class is well worth taking.

Ms. B was extremely helpful. There were only 8 people in my class which made it very personable. The class was very interesting and helpful as well. I would recommend everyone take it, I think this class was one of the most important classes I've taken in Towson. Get ready to work very hard, but it will all pay off in the end!

A lot of busy work.Assignments include resume, mock interview + paper,porfolio, business letters, memo, 10 page research paper, a couple of presentations, journal entries, article critiques etc etc. She is flexible with due dates but be ready for lots of work!She cares about her students a lot too.

Mrs. B is one of the most caring teachers I've had at Towson. I must say that I've learned a lot during her class. I'd recommend her to anyone as a teacher. Fair warning the work load can be heavy if you do not get a head start on the assignments. However if you try and at least make an effort it will be worth it in the end.

Mrs. B is my favorite teacher. She truly cares about everyone. She gives a ton of homework but they are all fairly easy, just time consuming. Most information learned will be used when getting a job so it was very helpful. Do the work on time and you will get an A no problem. She can ramble and repeat which can drag, but overall class is fine.

This was my first 300 upper level course taken and I would not have chosen any other teacher! Mrs. B is honestly the most heart warming professor who truly cares for her students and knows how to keep you motivated. This is by far the best class i took in Towson. Ms B was very helpful, always available to her students even through text messages. What i learned in her class has surpassed my entire first two years in college. She really prepares you for the business world and your career path. Take her and you won't regret it.

Professor B is a very unique woman. She uses inspiration and gratitude as a basis for learning. Her assignments for the most part are very useful for professional development. She has a lot of guest speakers from the career center. The class isn't hard, but she gives a good amount of work. Tests aren't hard. Participation is key to this class.

Took this class during my freshman year and although it may force you to learn time management, it is well worth it. Very few tests, lots of presentations that teach you to become confident in public speaking, and many written assignments that improve your writing skills. As long as you put time and effort into this class, you will greatly succeed.

Ms. B has to be the most amazing professor I have had at Towson U. The workload is heavy but stick with it. She really cares about her students, you can always contact her with questions. Honestly my favorite class that I have taken so far. Great professor who cares about her students and will respond via text at any hour. I will admit it is a lot of work but she is an easy grader and will leave valuable feedback. She has insight on how the hiring process works from being a hiring manager to being the person looking for a job.

This class was very helpful for me as I am a native Russian speaker seeking to improve my writing skills. The amount of homework makes you learn how to manage your time. Make sure you follow Ms. B's guidelines, attend classes, be on time and plan major projects in advance. Ms. B. is a very sweet lady with a kind heart. She is always ready to help.

Most inspirational and positive teacher by far. Always there to help, but she will accept nothing less than 110%, even if you're taking five other classes. This course is very homework/ project heavy, but she tries to spread it out to make it easier. Also, if you hate public speaking or giving presentations, her class will make you better at them.

I met outside of class with Ms. B multiple times, and if you are struggling she takes the time to sit down and describe what's going on. Professor Bergamy is such an amazing person. With her backstory and what shes overcame it is really awesome to see her come to class with positivity everyday. She taught me more than just writing she taught me how to excel in the business world after school and showed me tools I have benefited from greatly!

She is very sweet and cares a lot about her students + wants you to do well but definitely expects a lot of you and assigns a LOT of work which can be overwhelming. If you put in the effort and turn in assignments on time you should be fine. Take as a junior/senior cause it's very applicable closer to graduation (resumes, job interviews, etc.)

Ok , so she is a great lady and SÚPER COMPASSIONATE, but she does talk a lot . She is extremely understanding and very intelligent, and ultimately she just wants her students to do well. She accepts late work that is like months late for literally full credit, but dont take advantage of that because you will be doing 30 assignments in two days!!

Professor B is a great educator who really wants you to succeed post-uni. In achieving this, there will be a number of assignments&projects due around the same time but with late assignment forgiveness. If you want to gain relevant knowledge on how to successfully apply to a job, take this class, she has the experience and knowledge, and it shows!

This class requires effort, but it is very worth it. This is one or the most high quality classes I have taken at TU. Ms. B cares about the success of her students and will help you along the way. You learn stuff that is very useful in the business world. Every assignment has a purpose. If you have the opportunity, definitely take this class.
