mrs suresh is a great woman. she teaches so well that it goes striaght to your brain.i like her, she will avety thing possible to get you a good grade....but you av to work for it tho!

She is a wonderful teacher who actually cares about her students and wants them all to pass. I took her during the 3 wk winter session & received an A. I hate math, but her notes, explanations, passion for helping student succeed really made this class bearable. Just be there to take notes and obviously study, you should get a passing grade

Mrs. Lakshmi is the absolute best Math professor I have encountered.She explains well,she cares about her students and shows it, she wants you to pass and will go over any questions you ask. She is extremely encouraging and makes you feel at ease. She is kind, humble and teaches about every level of math available,very intelligent lady .

I was praying for a C in her class because I really don't like math and honestly I could have studied better, but I somehow got a B! Do show up to class or she will call you out on that. I was happy with her!

This teacher is GREAT! She makes sure you understand the material. She goes over the Test Review in class and curves the test grade. Most of the time she lets the class out 30 minutes earlier. Very good teacher!

Great Teacher, easy to understand, she makes everything easy by giving well detailed instruction. Most of the time she'll let you get out 15-20 minutes before the actual end of the class.

OMG! good teacher. super helpful. extra credits r given randomly. teaches fast so you wanna see a tutor if you aren't good at math. very smart and funny sometimes. sweet and respectful. takes time to go over the entire material, often.reviews are very helpful but make sure u study her notes; all the test problems are taken from her lecture problems.

Mymathlab homework are easy which are due online, but the tests only one of the tests will be dropped. There is no extra credit assignments. Textbook is not really needed.

I have been taking 1314 with her. She is amazing. She goes by the book and very organized. Very fair system of grading. I am upset she doesn't teach trig for my next sem.

Professor is kind of fast but if you do not understand something then she is a great helper. She cares about her students. I suck at math but I went to tutoring and I was able to pass her class with a B! Math1332 is a new course and she rocked it!! I would recommend this professor to all that need a good clear math teacher.

She tends to get answers wrong a lot. Not intentionally either. She always forgets what she went over. She tries and I give her credit for that.

She is the best math professor i ever had. She explains everything and make sure everyone in the class understands before moving on. And if you do the review you pretty much just did the test, it's that similar. I wish i could take her again.

I LOVED this class, I am really bad at math but the professor explained everything so well that I was able to learn. 5 multiple choice tests on campus including the final, course evaluation extra credit, no textbook is necessary, homework is online, she answers emails fast, stays a few minutes after class to help. I would take her class again!

She is one of the best professors I ever had. Very kind, and always wants the best for her students. She is a gem hard to find.

I usually am not good with math and math is always boring to me. But she makes the lectures more interesting and usually takes time to explain. She goes over things slower than the other teachers I had. I would also like to take college algebra with her again.

Unlike most of you, I am over 50 and have not taken a math class for over 30 years. I failed math miserably throughout high school. This was the first math class I ever passed. Thank you, Dr. Suresh!

She is a good instructor. I moved from a different college , from another part of the country and was a little nervous about starting here. Prof. Suresh has pleasing personality and always accommodating. I hope I can take more classes with her in the next semesters.

Very good instructor. Just doing homework and test and one final exam in the testing center. Will take her again.

Very nice and polite professor. She loves when the class interacts with her. Her notes are easy to follow, and if you are not sure about something she will stop to go over the entire problem. On test days she mixes the class up at random, and she wants you to put your bags at the front of the class along with your cell phone.

I took online 1350 with her. I liked the class as I could do homework at my own pace. The tests have to be taken on particular days though. She answers emails very fast, and was very helpful when some of us needed it. Final is very similar to the tests. I will take 1351 with her again.

I like the way the canvas was set. I had to take an exam in school. but the rest of them were online. very easy homework and tests similar to the reviews. Don't miss out on her.

I learnt a lot from her class. Very patient with answering even the simplest questions. I would definitely take her class again.

Shes a great teacher. I took elements of calculas from her and she was a really good instructor. Trust me i am not a math guy still i managed to make an easy A. Very easy and small amount of honework. Tests are exactly like reviews and shes bery understanding. If you ate looking for an easy A, shes the right one then. So dont even think twice!

TAKE HER. She makes calculus SOOO easy. All you need to do is show up and take good notes and you'll catch on. There are four tests and the lowest test scores is dropped. Weekly-ish homework that is super easy and helpful for the tests. And a cumulative final that is also super easy. She was the one class I didn't have to stress about!!!!

She's nice and caring. I wish i could take her again in Calculus and higher but too bad she has told me that right now she only teach Algebra and lower for HCC :( Clear instructions and illustrated examples. Easy A if you study the notes and review carefully.

I have taken an interest in math basis and its subsequent courses only because of Professor Suresh. She is very engaging,caring and makes sure you are doing what you can to pass the class. Homework has to be done using mymathlab. Tests and the final exam are taken in the classroom.

She goes over the lectures very clearly and gives more importance to questions that might appear in the finals. lots of practice problems in form of reviews for the tests and the final exam. I recommend taking her class for a sure pass.

I took Pro. Suresh in 1310 and 1324 and she was incredibly amazing. I took her class based on all the recommendations that I read here and all her good reviews even though I don't usual trust all the reviews but I gave it a try. So, this comment is for all people hesitating to take her and are scared from math, take her with your eyes closed.

I had Prof. Suresh for math the 1st half semester course and thought it would be hard. But she made it real easy with her lectures. She goes over the steps slowly and makes sure you understant it. Take her and you will not regret.

It was a tiring semester, but without Prof. suresh, I would have been lost. She made her webex lectures were awesome and she was so inspirational and supportive though out the semester. I am taking my classes again with her in the summer.

Professor Suresh is the one you want to brush up your mathematics. She goes hard into the pre-algebra, but explains it so when u come out, your a beast. My finite math class, although it was turned online she was always available and her review sheets were the most helpful item for her tests and general knowledge. TAKE HER YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

Drops lowest test grade. Homework can be very time-consuming. I don't like how they are all due on the last day because I was very difficult to pace completing them. Never once had a zoom. There are so many methods in math so if you don't understand the videos you have to search on your own.

I took her online 1st 8 weeks class this semester and it was very easy compared to my other online classes. First day instructions on how to proceed was very helpful. She answers emails immediately and was very helpful and understanding to my needs when I was admitted in the hospital. Thanks Professor Suresh. God bless you.

Shes a good math teacher. Especially since I have never liked math, she teaches it in the easiest way possible. She provides practice worksheets and homework to preview what will be on your weekly test. However, when it comes to answering questions, she will most likely ignore it. You must attend her live lectures cause she will not record always.

This was an easy class IF you do the work. Her test are exactly like the review and she drops the lowest test grade. It is pretty much self taught though. She opens up all of the homework so its really up tp you to do it in a timely manner. Do the work and you will get an A+

Professor Suresh's online teaching on canvas was very good. She used a combination of power points, hand written notes and worksheets to teach. I recommend you take her if she teaches the math course you need. Very clear grading criteria . Lots of mymathlab HW, but she curves. She drops the lowest test score.

She gives exam reviews that are similar to main exams. class moved online cos of Covid, she was organized and helpful. Drops lowest exam grade. Replies emails promptly. Dr. Suresh is one of the sweetest professor's I've had. She loves what she does and you can tell. She was super accommodating with all of the craziness of COVID and hurricanes, and also just general life issues. She makes lectures clear on webex and records each session. Class notes are given beforehand which is very useful.

Great professor, honestly she was a good online class professor. Her tests weren't impossible. Just study her test reviews and you will be good to go. Know how to do every problem and even for the final, it was not too bad. Just study all the reviews and you will do great. My math lab was the only pain.

Amazing professor. She will not only work on all the review problems for you but also explains everything in detail and tells you what to focus on for the exams. Out of the four tests, you can drop the lowest one. Don't miss any of her lectures and make sure you do homework on time, it really helps to stay on top of it. Really nice lady.

She will answer any questions through the Eagle email, and she takes her time to make sure everyone is understanding the math problems. She is also very understanding, if you are at work or anything personal, as long as you log in and is at least listening to her teach.

she is very considerate and helpful "IF" you ask her right at the time of the class. She doesn't reply to emails much though she still says "send an email" and yes the test will come with lockdown and webcam open. you have to pay to do the assignments on McGraw Hill for $80 for 1 year. The test is easy, the assignments are open until the final day.

All of her test including the final exam are similar to the review sheets she have. All you to do is practice on those and you will be fine. There is homework. All the test are on lock down browser with the webcam. She will drop your lowest test grade excluding the final exam. This professor I would recommend if you want to get a good grade.

Professor Suresh is amazing!! If you know how to follow instructions, then you would not have trouble. She spends extra time explaining in detail if someone doesn't understand. Don't hesitate to ask questions! The way she explains, the math seems very easy.
