Her lectures were engaging and interesting. To do well, you need to either read or find a way to get that material. The course is graded by the exams, which are easy as long as you go to class (and be engaged) and read the textbook. There is also extra cred. It is not a free A, but it is extremely doable as long as you study.

Refused to let make up a test despite an emergency that required hospitalization. She didn't answer until the day after and told me that she had wanted to drop me, that everyone has problems, and that I was lucky she was letting me continue the course at all. Rudest, most conniving person i've met here and I've met hiltz.

TESTS ARE RIDICULOUS. A joke of a course that has nothing to do with the joke of lecture delivered. Good luck w all that

TAKE HER!!! most amazing professor I have had in college. genuinely cares about each of her students and loves to chat outside of class about anything. you do have to go to the lectures to do well because her posted notes are not complete, but the lectures are so entertaining, I couldn't wait for them each day. 100000% would take again!

A condescending woman so full of herself it's nauseating. Her lectures are tired and old and her tests don't match her lectures because she's so dated in her teaching and awareness of current psychological trends.

The people giving her 1 star are the people who sat in the back and shopped for Lululemmon instead of paying attention 💀 legit probably the easiest class you'll take, as long as you show up to class because she puts her anecdotes directly into the tests

Don't do unless interested in psych. Tests are BRUTAL, if you don't read and the book is probably the worst textbook Ive ever read. class is good and she does teach well but the test really feel disconnected from what you learn in class.

Super interesting lectures, as long as you attend class you should get an A. I don't understand all the hate considering how straight foward her tests are. All tests based on lectures, just take good notes. Overall great lecturer

I thought I would really enjoy this course because I took Psychology in high school and loved it. I showed up to every lecture, took detailed notes, studied but still did poorly on every exam. Although, I enjoyed the conent in this course the proffessor made it difficult to get a good grade. Also told my advisor I didnt show up to class when I did.

She lies on your progress reports and falsely accuses you of not attending when she doesn't even take attendance. No matter how much I study I can't get anything higher than a b

It's constant boring lectures that have no relation to her tests and your entire grade is made up of these tests. The topics should be fun but you'll suffer her all semester long. Don't come to office hours unless you like being treated like dirt.
