this class is an easy you watch movies most of the time and she lets you revise the essays so you should defentley take this class trust me.

Very Good Professor and her class is fun. Her requirements are easy and fair and very helpful. Will work with you. Work load is normal not to much. But gives you a lot of time and also allows make ups.

Professor J is by far the best english professor in queensborough. as long u pay attention u'll have no problem passing. She's always ready to help you, and she's soo good at explaining the material and making it relatable. if u can, definately take her class!

I met a lot good prof. in the QCC. However,she is only one that let you fall in love.she can be the rule model of today's socity. From her, English become second thing you have to learn, you will learn her personality and fascinating. Love her by you heart. She is the best.

She is a good professor. The class should be an easy A. but she is way too much into Judaism, and divorce stories. Its an English class not a religious class, cut back on all the Jew stories. One thing about her is that she is very patient, and you don?t need to buy a text book she makes photocopies.

First of all prof doesn't use a textbook saves us money because she cares. Always gives extra time on assignments but because she's so kind I always handed them in on time. She's a fast/easy grader as long as you follow the directions. Would definitely recommend her she made learning extremely interesting and she's very upbeat and thoughtful.

Prof. Jacobowitz is a very sweet, sympathetic lady. I broke my ankle earlier this semester, and she even gave me the opportunity to make up any work at any time due to my injury. We had so much fun reading literature and poetry, especially the Holocaust unit which was really insightful. Prof. Jacobowitz is also very approachable. Take her!! :D

The easiest professor I have ever had. Grades you on 4 things (NONE OF THEM MORE THAN 3 PAGES LONG), one paper was about a movie, the other short stories, the third was about an item in the holocaust, and 3 poems. You basically hand everything in whenever you want. I feel like she would get in trouble for running such a simple class.

She's great! You learn a lot in her class, just keep up on the readings (which are all really good anyway) and participate. One of the most enjoyable classes I've had at CUNY so far, I highly recommend her.

She is the most amazing person in the whole world, she is understanding, caring and kind. Also the reading material is so much fun, its graphic novels for this class, we talk about comic books and watch movies. She makes class interesting, just have 1 papers and a comic strip you have to make, EASY. QCC needs more professors like her, Kindhearted.

I just love her. Her lectures are awesome. She has an organized and doable plan for the students. Only four papers during the semester. There is lot to learn from her. There were two presentation in the class but it was voluntary. She will give you chance to submit the paper before the final. Easy A!!! Just follow her guide.

I would recommend prof j for anyone who's taking Eng 102, she is such a gem in Qcc. No textbooks needed and there's only 4 papers due for semester (including final), as long as you submit your work by the end of semester then you are good.

Easiest class ever. Just show up and participate every now and then. No real "due dates" for papers just as long as eventually u turn it in. Essays were 3 pages or less and were pretty fun topics, they were more aimed toward creative writing then actual research topics. Take her she's also very kind and pretty funny.

This professor is one of the best in QCC. She cares about her students! She says in the first day of class that she will not take attendance, however, she remembers who comes and who doesn't and she might be forced to tell the Department that you weren't showing up and give you a WU. Overall, she is an easy A but her lectures are boring.

This professor was very nice and kind. She cares about the students a lot. However, she is not clear about attendance. Make sure not to miss a lot of classes because she might be FORCED to give you a WU. She also offers extra credit which is very helpful for the final grade and has little assignments. She talks a lot about unnecessary stuff.

Take her if you want an easy A. Show up everyday, do her readings, bring book everyday, only has 3 assignments and has no due dates just hand it in before classes end. She so sweet and generous to us. Dont take advantage of her. Show her your interested and youll get an Automatic A. I typically get Cs in English but she gave me my first A. :)

This professor is amazing!! She is not heavy on doing work, she accepts late work as well. The best teacher there is, she mainly focuses on poems and some films about survival and resilience. Professor Jacobowitz was genuinely a nice person she was easy to talk, they're weren't any homework and only a midterm easy) although she was really strict on it takes of points if she saw you on your phone, another thing was her lectures can be a little boring depending on your interest on the topic, BUT TOTALLY RECOMMEND HER FOR AN EASY GRADE!!!!

I have only one word to say, she is the best. She cares a lot for her students. She is a good speaker at the same time a good listener. Only one mid term and one final. That's all you have to do in the whole semester. You will never regret taking her course.

Tl;dr: If you had a bad time in her class, the problem just might be you In my case, we had to read a book and all we did was discuss our thoughts on the chapters. We had a take home midterm and final, where we picked out questions that we wanted to answer and wrote our thoughts about the book. That's it. Both just had to be 4 pages long. Amazing.
