Class was hard, she's very demanding.

Intresting teacher very clear- how could you not understand her

I don't know why so many people have given her such bad reviews. I have had 4 classes with her and I believe her talents are wasted at this school. She is extremely intelligent and she DOES care about her students. She's my favorite prof!

Looks like a case of a vindictive student here... She is a good, and kindly strange teacher.

i have dr. k for the 3rd time next semester. her lectures are interesting and you want to come to class. she does expect good work. her tests are not impossible. she loves when students have questions during lecture that stimulate class discussions.

She presents the material more like psychology than religion, and tends to be a boring class but if you follow her rules and dont be LATE!! you ll do okay ... def not a gpa booster

i don't know what students problem's are with her. she was VERY helpful. in fact, she has helped me to the point where i've done better in ALL of my classes. All meetings i had with her were not only helpful but she was very kind.

I loved her class, I took two of them actually. She is very educated on her subject and not the nicest person in the world but Ive seen worse. She teaches some really great things, of course you'll ACTUALLY have to go to class and study...

This class can be pretty tough, but as long as you attend, it isn't to bad. She is very passionate about religion and loves to see her students come by her office just to chat.

the class really isnt that bad if you go.. she takes attendance and gives alot of notes, but its just because she expects alot of her students. Her exams arent THAT hard, she'll try to freak you out though and make you think they are.

WOW..this class was tough. She is a wonderful teacher however. I was one point from a B on every test. I plan on taking her class again next semmester, just becouse it is so interesting. Take her if you are up for a challenge and usually are not tardy

This class is definitely a hard one, especially at 8am, but she is not as bad as everyone says. I've learned so much in her class, even though I'll probably come out with a C, it was well worth it. All you have to do is ask and she is very happy to help.

Very difficult class. Lady freaked me out, didn't tell us what religion she was and her office was decorated in all kinds of weird artifacts and stuff. No matter how much you attend class you will end up with a B at best unless you are a genius.

i loved the class! she is a great teacher and presents very interesting material. as long as you take good notes and write decent papers, you'll be fine. don't buy the books! there was only 1 question from the readings on the tests!

If you go to class every day and pay attention you will do well. Tests are very hard, but she is willing to help anyone out during her office hours. Make sure you pick up one of her personal study guides you have to ask for the guide.Nice and funny lady

Ms. K. is tough but she is a really good teacher. All you have to do is take good notes, come to class on time, and study some before the test. You'll learn more from her than probably any other teacher.

She's not a mean teacher at all, she is real. If you wanted the easy way out, go to a community college. She's right you can't hand in something to your boss with mistakes, so why should she take it? Her class was interesting, and caused people to actually put some effort in.

No,No,No-dont take it. She is a mean lady and doesnt care about her students. Hard tests, and grades papers hard. TURN YOUR PHONE OFF. she kicks you out. even if its a test. just dont take the b she sucks

awesome teacher. you do take notes every class, but she goes slow so you have time to write. strict, but fair. tests are ok...I was a point away from an A on the first one and all i did was study my notes. she seems to really love religious studies and teaches w/o a bias. highly recommend.

She is the Best!!!! the tests come straight form your notes and yes you can't have you cell on but it shouldn't be on in the first place!!! she cares a lot for her students I have an A and there are a lot of us with A's so take her classes fly by!!!!

This was one of the most interesting classes I have ever taken! Kwilecki has a real passion for teaching religion to students, and she reminds you every day that you are "getting your money's worth." Study and ask questions for tests! SHE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU

Kwilecki- seems like she could become fun, but is SUPER hard on grading. The class is really interesting, but she is really tough. Doesn't take any crap. I would take another class of hers, but she grades way to hard. **If you do a paper option-watch out...she doesn't like how anyone writes!!**

Awesome class! It isn't easy, but you can get alot out of it, if you put some of your time and energy into it. If you want someone to baby you through college, then this isn't the prof to take. But if you really want to earn something, then def. take her.

She is very interesting, but strict. Tests are hard, but if you have good attendance, take good notes, study EVERYDAY and visit her office at least once, you'll be on her good side.

It took me a while to get used to her, but now I love her classes. Her tests are kinda difficult, but she's willing to help you bring up your test grades if you ask. Sit in the front rows if you want her to automatically like you, participate frequently, and you will do well. I'm taking my third class with her in the fall.

By far her class has been one of the most interesting. The only grades in the class were four tests, which if you took notes and actually put 50% effort into studying, you would get a B. Attendence is a must. Not a class to take for an easy A, but it is the class I have learned the most from in college so far.

SHE IS A GREAT TEACHER. IF YOU THINK SHE IS HARD THAN THATS BECAUSE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EASY WAY OUT, WHICH YOU SHOULDNT BE IN COLLEGE. SHE MAKES CLASS VERY INTERESTING. I WOULD DEFINATELY TAKE HER AGAIN!

This class was by far the most interesting class I have taken. The lecture was somewhat boring, only because she never lets you out early and only does note taking. The grade was based only on two tests and the final. Attendence is a must. Extra credit debate at the end of the semester.

This class requires your full participation if you want to get above a C. She's not a bad prof., she just expects her students to go to class and study.

Great teacher who really cares about her students understanding the material. Sucks that grade depends on only three exams and theres no extra credit. Attendance is a must. Do NOT come to class without your cell phone silenced!! Very interesting class that I would highly recommend!

Dr. K is awesome, people who say she is a bad teacher are the ones who are lazy, never come to class and dont study. I reccomend her over any other reln teachers i have had.

She is a fantastic teacher. Anyone who says her class/exams are hard shouldn't have graduated from high school. She tests on the concepts learned not just the subject matter she goes over in class. She doesn't force you to buy a textbook because she sees it as extortion by publishers (so you save $80). One of my favorite professors now.

She was so funny! VERY thorough with notes... sometimes repetitive but it made texts easier. I learned so much from her!

Interesting material, you can tell she is a bitter old woman. She loves what she's teaching but she doesn't tolerate any sort of disruptions. She's very quick to kick people out of class. No laptops or any sort of thing like that is allowed in class. Tests are strictly all notes, which you need to attend class all the time to get, 2 papers, 2 tests

Dr. Kwilecki is a wonderful professor. Her extensive knowledge of the subject matter is obvious. She lays out all of her expectations at the beginning of the semester so there are no surprises. If you attend class and do the work you will find that it is not too difficult. She is helpful, pleasant, and sets attainable standards.

She has a vast knowledge of the subject and teaches it very clearly. She is all lecture with no homework. She has a no tolerance policy for disruptions. Overall she is a good teacher and is very easy to learn from

At first i was nervous coming into this class especially at 8AM. I find Prof. K a wonderful teacher, she really knows and LOVES what she teaches. She has strict tolerance policy but its understandble. Her exams aren't hard if you pay attention and do her study guides. I find her class interesting and she tries to make it that way.

She has an extremely strict personality and does not tolerate anything. Unless you are a very very dedicated student who NEVER misses class, do not take her course.

Do not take this class! You can only miss class three times or you fail. If you walk in 5 seconds late she tells you to leave and counts it as an absence. You take about 4 pages of notes a class, and the tests are really hard. I told my roommate not to take this class and she didnt listen. She ended up withdrawing from it. dont do ittt!

She's strict on attendance and will call you out. If you sleep, text or anything like that you're kicked out. Classes are kind of interesting and you can get at least a B if you study and complete the study guide. She's helful to go to for individual help and reviewing the info. It's not a bad class. No homework or textbooks needed.

She loves what she teaches and genuinely makes it interesting. There's no textbook and the attendance policy is mandatory. No homework at all, only 3 tests. It sounds scary but if you show up, take notes, and stay on her good side by not sleeping, texting, talking etc, then its a piece of cake. I recommend both her and the class.

For a religion major/minor, she is a fantastic teacher and you will learn so much from taking her class. If you are taking her for a gen ed, you will hate her. She lays expectations in the beginning and doesn't tolerate any disruptions. Very tough on grading papers and rarely referenced the textbook. Very knowledgable of subject.

she knows about the subject alot which helps. i already had a backround in religous studies so this isnt really that hard for me, but i can see how it might be confusing to other students knowing nothing about it...She kicked a guy out for chewing on his pen..... not cool

A amazing professor that is willing to help her students as long as they are willing to help themselves. Was more than happy to help me during her office hours. Demands attention during class like all professors should. Show up on time, pay attention, study, and you'll do fine.

she was a good professor, i mean yeah she can be kind of strict, but in the end she wants whats best for her students. if you go to her office, she will let you go over old tests which is pretty helpful, honestly i'd recommend her if you need this class for some prerequisites.

She's not the nicest lady in the world but she's a very good teacher. Attendance is mandatory which kinda sucks, but in the end it really helps you out. There is no textbook which kinda sucks too because the tests are based off your own notes.

Very hard class, class average was a C out of 30 students. Mandatory attendence, this class killed my gpa. Her tests are very confusing and study guide does not help, unless you do it after every class. Very tough class, boring and I have to re-take this because I failed and I'm a 3.5 student!

Have to study everyday to do well and she's absolutely crazy. Once I smiling and she freaked because I was apprently "talking to someone", even after I said I wasn't, and told me I was disrupting her and the class. Another time, she got mad because I said "bless you" after someone sneezed and she said I was disrupting the class...nuts.

The class is great! I am not a very religious person and you don't need to be in this class. It's almways interesting learning about demons.She's very strict on attendence and expecially on showing up on time (dont be late). She's very funny and jokes about how old she is. Test aren't bad (she gives a study guide). Definitly recommend this class!

go to class and for god's sake don't be late. She's super goofy & can't work a computer to save her life, but she really loves to teach and tries to make the material as easy to understand as possible. ASK if you don't understand something. Good class to fill core curriculum.

Very nice lady. Go to class and take notes and her test are not hard at all.She is strict,but if you do what she wants she is extremely helpful and funny. Extremely passionate about Religion which makes the class even more interesting.She means well for her students and is always there to help.

The only grades you receive are 3 test grades and then you have 3 extra credit opportunities. Attendance is mandatory and after 3 she deducts one point off the final grade. There are no power points and she doesn't use D2L so pay attention in class and write down everything she says and writes on the board.

Take notes everyday and study from the study guides she sends out... There are only 3 or 4 grades you get for the semester...all of which are from tests.. You'll get an a if you take it seriously.. She is a cool teacher, she does come off as crazy and sometimes condescending...but she is just real

Very condescending as other said. Strict on no cell phone usage (don't even use it to look at the time), no food, etc. But very easy to get an A. Attendance is mandatory, but because there is no book, you kinda have to come to class anyway. Only 3 exams, if you come to class, pay attention and take notes, you'll have no problem getting an A.

I could go on for hours about how much I hated this class. She micro-manages and yells at her class so much she drives people to walk out. She is tech illiterate and her power points are tedious and redundant. Honestly if you ignore the powerpoint and just listen to her lecture it makes more sense.

Her lectures are short, but it does take a minute to get started. She does do powerpoint so you will get your notes from there. She doesn't use D2L She calls role every class and does not like people using cellphone in class she will call you out on it. Exams are pretty short less than 50 questions and is multiple choice. She does study guides.

Her classes are uniformly structured throughout the semester. The topics are pretty complex but if you attend class, take detailed notes, and actually do the study guides, you will get an A.

Dr. Kwliecki is a great professor - she can be a bit all over the place, but she has amazing experiences and personal knowledge to share. Tests are alright and note-taking can be tedious, but its all very interesting material. Such a sweet woman - always willing to help.

The class is pretty straightforward, if you take notes everyday, study, and pay attention there's no reason why you should receive a grade lower than a B. Here tests are derived directly from the notes; almost verbatim. She has strict class regulations but those are in place to look in the best interest of her students.

Are you a complainer, lazy, disrespectful or a spoiled brat? If you answered "Yes" this class is NOT for you! Dr. K demands the respect that she deserves which isn't seen much from students these days. If you can be attentive, take notes, come to every class, be a respectful human, and go to office hours once a week then you'll get an A+, I promise

SK is by far my favorite teacher I've had here at Radford. She can be tough sometimes but usually, she is really caring towards her students. She's older so be prepared to put your phone in the front of the room and you will have a seating chart, by ABC order. but really the class is interesting and not having my phone, is refreshing.

Most people talk poorly of Dr. K but shes such an easy teacher. I was required to take the first part of religion but took the second just to have her. Are study guides are exact to the exam. She is a picky grader but we are in college and paper are few and far between in lower classes. Shes a nazi about cell phones but an overall great person

She is a very easy professor with tests and attendance being the main grades. No food, no phone use period. Put your phone up front where she asks you to. Her motto you are paying for this class, so you will make the most of it. Pay attention to lectures and take notes, the tests will be beyond easy.

Dr K is VERY strict (cell phone cubbies, attendance absolutely mandatory, no eating in class), and she takes a little getting used to, but once you get to know her she is a really sweet lady.
