She is really cool, just don't come in late. She is very attractive so it's hard to to pay attention, but her test are fairly easy. She is worth taking.

She hates it when people come in late and she takes roll on fridays when half the class is never there and that accounts for 10 percent of your grade. Her tests are very easy and straight forward

I wouldn't say she was the easiest teacher, but her class is very straight forward. She is rarely takes roll, but does give "projects" on days that lots of people are out. We didn't use the book, she thinks it's a ripoff when the info is available on the web. I would take her again.

Great Teacher

She's extremely funny! She definitely gets the class active in discussion. She never uses the book- don't even buy it. Her notes come from the book website, which you'll have access to. Her test can be difficult- only because you never really know what to study for. Come to class. She takes random attendance and gives random assignments. Be there.

Fun. Brings speakers and outside exercises so we can do more than just book work. Loved her project.

Great class. I'm ex-military and loved real world examples. Lots of energy. Very helpful, treats us like adults (assuming you show up for class and act like you want to be there!). She has way more patience with the needy younger students than I would. 10 inclass assignments, project, 3 tests and powerpoint lecture. Go to class & you'll do fine

This class was a joke. She taught all of this stuff, and then like NONE of it was on the test. she takes random attendence. However, she is superrr nice and always talks about random stuff that has nothing to do with anything. Bring your laptop and just do whatever the whole time. Youll see why after about 3 classes.

Has a million contacts, even had a TV film crew come into our class when we had a famous business speaker. NICE lady, wrote me a letter of recommendation and I got the job. Her class was full of WAY too many YOUNG freshmen who thought they were still in high school. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

The class itself is a very easy class. She knows it and doesn't want to try to make it difficult. That's why she tends to chat about current events and such. Still when she goes off topic it is business related even if its not the current subject. But easy teacher and no real complaints, just show up and pay at least SOME attention.

I liked this professor. She talks A LOT but that's just her personality. She's one of the few professors I've had that actually incorporates real-life events going on recently in her teaching. Good professor for advice on your career to. Easy if you do the work and listen in class.

This teacher is sweet but she does not teach the material very well. She uses the online program and does weekly quizzes which help when studying for the test but you have to find the answers on your own because she doesn't really give them in class. Does a lot of video clips but never really goes over terminology.

She is a very nice person. I took the class over the summer semester and enjoyed the class a lot. She runs the class much like a seminar in business. Never cracked open the book. If you have any real interest in business than take the class with her, it'll be worth your time.

We didn't use a book just went off of power point online which the tests were directly related to. she does go off topic, but every teacher does. She will also give you a couple extra points if you attend most of the classes. Definitely take her.

This is a great professor, she shows videos and stuff that relate to business and you don't really feel like you are learning but when test time comes it just clicks. Attendance isn't mandatory but the class is 75% participation so if you aren't there you lose a lot of points. Overall great teacher and fun activities in class. (:

My fave professor so far. Tells us what we need to know and lets us go. 10 in class or homeworks and 2 tests. Don't waste your time with the other lady, friends have her and are failing. Didn't make us buy the book. Always in a good mood. This class helped me pick my major. Fun/easy.

I had her for Honors Intro to Business, and she was my favorite professor. She's really friendly and doesn't mind if you walk in late. She has connections everywhere, and so many people who know her find great jobs easily. We didn't use the book at all, had one test and the final, and participation was 75% while tests were 25%. Best teacher.

She is really cool. We don't use a book because anything we could learn about is on the news or internet. She has two tests a semester, a couple quizes and in class assignments whenever she feels like. You can only use one make up class so attend everyday. No need for notes it's pretty common sence.

Class was usually very interesting. The type of teacher that genuinely loves her job and wants to help her students succeed. The class was pretty easy, but I would recommend going to class, especially on days when she knows there are not going to be a lot of people there.

Easy A class. Attendance not required but sometimes surprises with "in class" activities AKA attendance check. Homework is a breeze. Don't pass her up.

Textbook not needed, just need the access code. Cancels class almost every week and gives EASY online quizzes instead. Love the class.

If you are taking BUSA 1105, you must have her. Her class is super easy, and she doesn't take attendance. Do yourself a favor and take her. You literally do no work in this class. It is a really fun class.

Has the be one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. We almost literally did no work. Just one simple assignment a week. Class cancelled every Friday. The class is basically 100% participation. She is a very sweet woman. Lots of guest speakers and just talk about real life topics all class. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs. Roach is an amazing intro to business teacher. She makes learning the concepts very fun and interesting. We have had so many speakers from professors to alumni. You definitely want to get close to her because she can introduce you to many people that can help you in your business career.

She is amazing. It is an intro course so of course it's easy. She invites a lot of departments and random people she meets to let you know their major or product. She will also introduce you to anyone you need her to. Their aren't many assignments, but there are some for a grade as well as attendance for a grade. But, I got an A and missed 6 times.

Hands down, my favorite teacher at the real GSU. Cares about her students and this was also my easiest class last semester. If you go to class and answer questions, automatic, you will get an A. Very few homework assignments and she does not make you go to Friday classes. No tests either. Turn in your homework and show up to class, you'll get an A.

TAKE HER! She is super easy. If you go to class (she gives attendance sign in sheets and in class assignments) and you make a good attempt on the homework, which is rare, you will make an A!!!

Easiest class I've ever taken in my life. We "telecommute" on Fridays, and lecutures were always interesting. Lots of guest speakers, really funny lady. Just show up and do the Friday assignments and you'll get an A or B. The only thing is that you never really know your grade, so just keep up with stuff and participate.

I really enjoyed her class. She brings in people from the business world, from clubs on campus, professors from different majors, etc and they helped me figure out the path I wanted to take through Georgia Southern in regards to my major and extracurricular activities. Mrs. Roach is nice and takes interest in her students. Assignments are easy.

She is very nice and loves her job but honestly, the class seemed pointless. When I go to class I would prefer to learn about different fields in the business major than sit and watch a 20 minute video on how Walmart came to be. If you want an easy class that literally all you have to do is show up, I recommend this one.

Mrs. Roach was a nice teacher. She was my professor for intro to business. Pretty much we just went to class and listened to her talk; occasionally, we had a guest speaker come in. She doesn't give much work, it's mostly for attendance purposes.

Roach is a bit snooty and full of herself, but nice. BUSA1105 was incredibly boring - lots of guest speakers and occasional "lectures" which mainly consist of her reading us some random webpage that we're looking at on the overhead. Does not follow the syllabus at all. Show up to sign the roll she'll send around every few classes and you'll pass.
