She is a great teacher, probably the best you could take for any AS course. She has a lot of interesting stories that make the class interesting and she has a lot of aviation experience. Take her if you can!

She is my favorite teacher at this school. She will help you with whatever you need. She wants you to understand and pass. Multiple choice tests are very easy.

Had her for 130 and 230. Was an outstanding teacher and had tons of cool stories. She knows absolutly everything there is to know about flying, I have never seen her not have the answer to a question in class. Definitly recommend her.

Easiest Prof I have had yet. She is very forgiving on all tests, plus, all of her class tests make up the final. If you cant get an "A" or "B" in her class, forget about being a pilot.

Cool teacher, may be difficult at times but great to learn from. Tests may be a little tricky but you should be studying any ways. Always there to help and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it for you. Speak up if something is conflicting.

Sharp is a really cool person but I had a hard time learning from her because I am a tactile learner and she doesn't teach in that manor. She knows General Aviation very well but not much about Military aviation, which sometimes she pretends to know.

Mrs. Sharp is a member of the elite group of AS professors. She is a great person and cares about her students. She may be difficult at times, but I'm never upset to have to work for my grade a little. She knows a lot of people in the industry and will bend over backwards to help a student.

I have taken Ms./Mrs. (not sure which) Sharp for every class that I could possibly take her for. REGISTER EARLY or else youll be stuck with someone else. Shes an awesome lady always in her office with an open door willing to help. Know your stuff and get some great stories from her experience and youll have a blast in any class you take with her.

Awsome professor, I just have to give her a 4 out of 5 on clarity due to here fill in the blank question: "What does a PAPI show when you are on the glideslope?" Well the answer is: from left to right 2 white and 2 red, well i said that there were 2 red and 2 white lights not indicating what order. oh well.

Sharp is absolutely amazing, made the class fun. She's incredibly helpful with the course as well as almost anything else you have a question on, is a little fuzzy on the clarity of the questions on the test, but you just learn to be specific. Register early, she's definitly worth it.

I took her AS 132 class this summer and I liked her so much that I specifically got her class in the fall. She gives out fill-in-the blank hand outs that end up being alot of the tests. She's always willing to help!

She's definetly one of the best Aero Sci Professors, especially when it comes to the low level courses she gives you a good foundation to build off of. I took her Freshman year her first year teaching way back in 98 and took all the classes she taught. M

Great Teacher Overall! Will Help You A Lot

Simply put, she is absolutely the best teacher at ERAU. Knows everything there is to know, AND can explain it to someone who knows nothing with ease. She has a great sense of humor, is compassionate, and a great person. Take Sharp's class, I highly reccommend it.

She is really nice, helpful, you cant help but love her sarcasm. Who ever wrote that she is ugly is just a HEARTLESS KID projecting his own self-hatred. Anyone who knows her knows that she is beautiful. On the inside and out. A professor i want as a friend.

She is by far one of the best teachers at Riddle. She is very helpfull both in and out of class. Also a very good advisor. Definitely take her if you have the chance.

Gives you review sheets that are exact questions on the exam. Very helpful and entertaining. Class is never boring. Great teacher.

Mrs. Sharp is AWESOME! I cannot stress enough what a great teacher, smart woman, and great pilot she is. You need to take at least one class with her, I gaurantee you will respect and admire her.

Sure her class is easy but do you want to actually learn the material that will be important when you out flying or do you want to just memorize it for the test? If you want an easy A take her class, but consider what I said.

Excellent and entertaining professor. Exam questions come from GLEIM chapters (which are required in courses that a written is at the end) and the worksheets she hands out. Questions are word for word - gives good examples in class so you learn to apply the material. Lot of fun.

Mrs. Sharp is a good teacher, I took her in the summer so the work load was pretty high, but she made it managable...Suggest you take her!

She goes out of her way to help and manages to keep boring material somewhat interesting. Take her if you can; I never dreaded going to her class like I did many other teacher's classes. Study the Gleim's and you'll be okay. Tests are not too hard, but fair and reasonable. She's a very rational teacher, which says a lot about a professor to me.

Sharp has a warm friendly personality, she is willing to help you unlike some other professors ("TerrorChuk"). She presents material so you can understand. Test are challenging! I got the I'm your mom feeling too (especially when you dispute/disagree). A good professor.

she is a great teacher ,but u have to study class notes and the review sheets and read the book tests are not that easy, she is very helpful and she is just great . she might be little fast but come on this is the FAA materials that's the way it is,btw final is EXACTLY from the previous tests,but too bad she does not give it back,good luck

Soo...Miss sharp is probably one of the best professors EVER!. i mean, she knows her stuff inside out and has great stories! Brings cookies, muffins, cupcakes n stuff at the end of the semester! reallly cares helpful! Tests are easy and class completely understandable... TAKE HER!!!! u will NEVER regret it! She makes it fun =)

I am not an A student to say the least... That is because nothing is really interesting to me... Sharp had the ability to make the subject fun and gave me the ability to really understand and learn... When there was somthing I didnt understand she was always helpful during office hours... Definitely wants to help all of her students... She rocks!

Susan Sharp is freaking AWESOME! I love her. She makes the material understandable and gives really helpful worksheets throughout class that the exams come right off of. She WANTS you to succeed, and she wants to help you however she can. She's awesome! Take her if you can!

Her classes are esay, not much to work, don't have to put too much effort to study and I got an A both in multi and commercial class. But guess what, she is not teaching you the right stuff. most stuffs are wrong. If you just want to get an A take her. if you are flying and want to learn some realistic stuffs, take other person. SHE WILL KILL YOU!

Susan is one of the best profs at Riddle. No matter how many people are in her office, she always has time and room for one more. She gives out worksheets for every class that really help when it's time to study for the test. The tests are mostly gleim questions, but the final is all gleim as per ERAU rules.

I've had her for all my ground classes. She teaches you what you need to know for the FAA tests. Her tests come straight from the sheets she does in class. Pretty cut and dry. Good professor overall, though sometimes she talks about things that may not apply anymore or to glass cockpits, but that's an FAA thing.

I took her AS321 class last summer semester. Great class! She was very helpful, funny, and really helped you focus on passing the FAA written, and when I took the gleim for AS321 I got a 92! Would take again if I had the chance

She is a great professor because she cares and she is not afraid to get respect. However, her tests are mostly fill in the blank so you have to study hard.

If you take her DO THE READNG! Very easy class if you study otherwise expect to fail. There are lectures but more application than teaching so you have to learn things like the FAR rules on your own. Recommended but only if you are prepared to work.

She is clear respect to what you need to do and in teaching. Do as she says and you are good to go. She is kind and reachable.

She is a very good teacher. She gets right to the point of what you need to learn and how she wants it to be taught. She has real-world experience. She is very easy to approach and talk to. She will go out of her way to help you not just with class issues, but with life issues as well. I would highly recommend her!

Susan Sharp was an incredible teacher! She is very helpful, understanding, and overall just the best teacher I've had so far. She is always willing to help and gives fun interesting lectures. She doesn't give much homework and tells you exactly what you need to know for test!

Professor Sharp is a very well known here at Riddle. Her lectures are not that bad. She will most likely let you out early most of the time. Gives some HW, but not much. Her test are just off the lectures in class. Gives review sheets etc. Overall I would recommend you take Susan Sharp! Funny, and easy going.

Her class atmosphere is somewhat casual, which I liked. Virtually all the material you'll need to do well is handed to you through the powerpoints and documents that she posts online. However she wants the class to complete homework assignments (very easy) prior to class - so the book is needed. Tests are based off the worksheets & Gleim. Easy A.

Great professor! One of the best at Riddle. She really cares about making sure the student understand the material. Even with her absence (family emergency) she had everything taken care of. Highly RECCOMEND to everyone and will take her again if possible.

Basically she gives you a study guide every class and explains it. If you don't understand something she'll go over it again and you'll surely understand it the second time. If you missed a class and you had a test that day she'll help you schedule when to take it.

She is a great professor. The classes she teaches are FAA regulated, therefore she must comply with their rules. Things like attendance and the curriculum. Overall great professor, taken here for 3 semesters straight for different courses.

She was so great, I actually retained all of the information I needed. She gives out fill in the blank note sheets that have the test answers.

Susan Sharp is a one of a kind professor. She is very nice and may remind you of your loving Grandmother at times, but the topic can sometimes be very dry. Fill out the note taking guides during class and those are your exams. Easy A and a very knowledgable professor to carry you along.

Class is easy if you try. She gives you note sheets to fill out during lectures, and those are exactly the same questions on the test. Gives extra credit points on tests. However, she didn't explain that if you got less than a 80 on a Gleim, they didn't count. This caused me to get 3 zero's on Gleim's bringing my grade from a B to a C.

Susan is a solid choice for commercial. Fill out in class notes and you will have a solid understanding for her tests. Sharp doesn't try to tick you on exams; she is to the point and gives you questions straight from the FAA(right or wrong). My only unfavorable aspect of the course is that you must take Gleims in the aviation tutor lab :( .

SHE'S KIND, UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT

Just take her. You will regret it if you don't take her. She's great teaching all materials. If you don't study for AS121, which is the foundation of everything, you will be stuck in trouble all the time in the future AS classes. She's also giving us a extra credits during the exam. Just study the materials she presents, then you have no problems.

She is very clear about what you need to study, she gives reviews before exams and you need to study your worksheets because those are literary your answers to the tests!!! oh but study for your gleims especially when you get to cross countries :"( its hard to do them on the damn screen compared to when you do it in class on the actual sectionals.

She has alot of knowledge and will def. pass that knowledge on down to you. But she can be kind of cruel to students who are struggling and asks questions in class. Her tests were straight forward like most of her work.

Professor Sharp is more than knowledgeable. She has a lot of knowledge as a flight instructor and ground instructor. That being said, if you skip or don't pay attention, you might fail. Her test are all fill in the blank but some of the material comes from the notes that she gives you. She is nice but you definitely have to earn your grade.

Very knowledgeable professor, she tries to explain the subject very clearly and has awesome examples, so the students understand better, specially for the FAA regs. Her tests are multiple choice and most of them come from the notes taken in class as well as the study guides that she provides. Definitely would take her again, specially for 321

Ms. Sharp is like your grandma/mom. . She is a very caring professor and if you miss multiple classes, she will be concerned. She wants you to pass just as much as you want to pass. During the afternoon makeup classes (because of the hurricane) she bought us pizza, homemade cookies, and deli sandwiches so we wouldn't be hungry. Great professor.

Very cool, down to earth and easily accessible. The class is pretty easy and prior to each test she goes over every question and the answers on the actual test so just listen/take notes/record.

While Prof. Sharp is a nice person and very knowledgable in regard to the world of aviation, her communication abilities sometimes cause confusion. She is a solid choice, but her classes are more difficult than they should/could be.

The best professor in the College of aviation. She cares about her students and if you show up to her office she might give you extra credit. Don't skip class and you'll pass. I would take her again.

Professor Sharp is very caring for her students and is able to keep classes entertaining for the most part. Sometimes she doesn't communicate instructions very well and HW assignments can sometimes be confusing. Overall an old school teacher but one I would take again. She is a solid choice.

Professor Sharps 357 is literally the easiest class I have taken at Riddle. She provides note sheets where students fill in the blanks and the test questions come directly from those. Class is actually pretty interesting too.

Professor Sharp is easily one of the best professors at Riddle. She is a very smart woman and makes the class very fun. She never does anything to stump a student on a question and just makes the whole class very easy. She cares very much for her students and that's the reason that I would take her again in the future for another class.

Professor Sharp is unique compared to most professors because not only does she have extensive experience in the subjects that she teaches, but she also cares about her students, and makes an effort to make sure you understand the material. Professor Sharp was a great choice, and I would definitely take any class taught by her without hesitation.
