makes class interesting and T/TR classes leave after 1/2 an hour most of the time they actually meet. makes things amazingly simple and is always willing to help and work through things.

Easy class. Halfway listen, and go to class. All you have to do is highlight what she talks about in the book and study that. Second test is what you had on the first test + a couple new questions. Great Prof.

She's a joke. Period. She misses class more than students do, which is good. Tests are EASY. This is as EASY A. I hate to "recommend" her, but DO take her. No homework, and "excel" test, and a multiple choice test is all we had this semester. EASY

She is very EASY. Cancelled class at least once a week. Great computer teacher and very helpful! Go to class and she'll give you 100 extra credit points. Only had 2 tests and a few homework assignments. Sooo easy!!

Easy class... basics of what makes a computer, basics of Excel and powerpoint! Not hard at all... Oh and she quit canceling classes cause so many people wrote that on here!! Oh well. It was still super easy. She's really nice and down to earth though!

I think she was a good teacher. She didn't cancel classes like everyone claims she did. I took her last spring and she cancelled classes but it wasn't everyday. I don't understand why everyone is complaining about Mrs. Wells she was very easy but only if you did your work. Don't think you can just not go to class and not do your homework.

I love Mrs. Wells ! she talks about all we neeed to know about computers, excel, and so on but she goes in depth about how the internet and certain inventions have affected our society ! she is always willing to help - but excel is hard and you need to go to class ! she has cancled a couple of times but then again, who hasn't!DON't Get Anyone else!

Took her in May,she is an OK teacher, not the greatest. She tends to pick her favorites. Class was an easy A as long as you payed attention.

Sorry excuse for a college teacher. Almost NEVER there, picks favorites (has little inside jokes with some, texts others when class is canceled and doesn't bother to tell everyone else). One week we missed all 3 classes.never bothered to send an email on any of the days. Had class only 2/3 of the time. Final was a breeze.only time you need the book

She is a great teacher! Very friendly...and loves to have class discussions. Much easier than the DS2810 class I tried to take last semester and had to drop. She does cancel class a lot, but you still get a chance to learn what you need to learn.

I really enjoyed this class a lot. I started out with a different professor and then switched into her class. She will keep going over material until she is sure that everyone understands exactly how to do it. She does miss a lot of class, which can be a good an bad thing I guess. But I definately recommend her.

Mrs. Wells is the greatest DS2810 teacher to take. She was so easy, we hardly ever had class and when we did, we were only in there for like 30 minutes, quizzes are cake. Would highly recommend to take!

Awesome teacher! Attendance is not mandatory but if you want an A come. If a good chunk of the class is absent and you attend, extra points. Few homework assignments. 2 tests and a final. You need to study. If you put forth effort and come to class you'll get an A. She really knows how to teach this class

Rarely went to class towards the end of the semester (I don't recommend) and still did well in the class. Homework is usually optional and is designed to only be able to help your grade. From what I hear about other DS teachers, this is your best choice. Stress free class, highly recommended.

Ms. Well was an awesome teacher! I enjoyed having her class very much. She's super nice and will help you with anything. Attendance is not mandatory but you will do better in the class if you attend. I would recommend her to anyone.

Mrs. Wells was an excellent professor! She makes the class fun and bearable. She never moves forward until everyone understands the material and curves grades A LOT. The tests are overall fairly easy, and she throws out questions if a lot of the class misses them. DEFINITELY recommend her!

She is very helpful! She does not move on until you understand the material. If the class does bad, she will curve. The homework can only help your grade. She does NOT tolerate cheaters! I highly recommend her!

She is a great teacher! We had a older gentleman in our class that knew nothing about excel and she made it simple enough for him and the rest of the class to understand. Plus she is halarious.

GREAT teacher! I was brand new to excel before this class, but she's very helpful, clear in explaining the material, and patient with everyone. If you go to class you'll have no problem making an A because she'll help you through anything you're having trouble with.

If you have to take DS 2810 take Susan Wells so easy. You do your homework in class. Test are the practice test.

I LOVED Dr. Wells. She's amazing and so nice. She goes above and beyond to help her students. Excel was so easy and she does everything step by step. You can do all of your work in class and the practice tests help prepare you for the actual tests - they're almost identical! Take her if at all possible!

Many assignments, but you can retake them online 3 different times, and she gives you the best of the 3. Only 3 tests and they are the exact same as the pretest, literally. Don't buy the books, JUST the access code. Easy midterm, no final. Boring class but you're on a laptop and can basically do whatever you want. I highly recommend her.

Wells is super nice, personable, and funny. You'll only have two tests (a midterm and a final), which she gives you a complete study guide for. The class is pretty easy- just come to class and participate in role plays. You should take Wells for this class!

Overall, a great professer. Half the time the internet would not work. She is always there for us. Love that class and her. Would highly recommend taking her! BEST PROFESSOR FOR DS CLASS

4 Exams on MS Excel. Each exam 25% of final grade. Easy A. Don't submit someone's file because she used a website that can show the origin of each file. You can retake any exam you want. I think no one gets lower than A in this class unless if you cheat.

after only a couple weeks with Dr. Wells a boring class became one of my favorite parts of the week. She is helpful, funny, and understands what students are dealing with in other classes. More than happy to help you in any way she can! Hoping to take many more classes with Dr. Wells!

Great teacher! I have taken two of her classes now. I wish I could take her for every business class! Show up and participate in class. She gives you plenty of time to study for tests and gives out her notes. I actually remember what I learn in her classes.

Wells is an incredible professor. She's extremely caring and will stop the whole class if one person is having trouble and will help you until you get it. If class attendance is below 2/3 then she'll typically give EC to whoever is there. She is a MUST TAKE if you're a business major and she's got some good stories.

DR WELLS IS A MUST HAVE!!!! She is my favorite professor so far in college and I am a senior. You do need to attend class though but they are worth it. This woman is a gem in every way. Want to make your college experience better? Take Susan Wells!!

I love Dr Wells. She is caring, smart, and super funny. Her lectures were interesting and you could tell she really relates to her students. The only thing I didn't like was that there were about 3 grades in this class. She isn't super strict on deadlines but don't push it off to the end. Become her friend and she will love you.

I was nervous about taking this class, but Dr. Wells made it very enjoyable. You do have to write a paper during the course, and there is only a mid term and final. As long as you take notes and study the notes she provides, you will do well.

Dr. Wells is easily the best professor I had this semester. She makes it clear on the first day of class what her expectations are for the class. You go over assignments in class and she assigns several things before an exam to make sure you understand. Super awesome professor who truly wants her students to excel.

I loved UBUS with Dr Wells. She is so fun/caring! This is usually a freshman class and I think its a perfect crossover from HS. There are no exams, and you learn A LOT of tips and tricks for college! Her family works at Tech and if you go to office hours, there is always someone there happy to help you! I would take Dr Wells!

I had Dr. Wells for UBUS 1020 and I enjoyed the class. It was only on MW which was nice, and it kind of felt like a high school class which is good because it's usually taken by freshmen. Just go to class and you will have everything you need to get an A

Dr wells Is a funny person at times but she will be serious if needed to, easiest class but a lot of engaging and group work imo, As an introvert this wasn't my ideal class but easy enough. She is very dedicated to teach about the real world,professional, and prepare you for business. Student TAs were good as well I liked them. Get on her good side
