In an online course, she was late for every chat. She stresses writing skills, but has spelling and grammar errors in her comments. If you have any real world business experience, you will quickly discern that she has none, or if she has ever held a job outside of academia, she was not good at it.

Online course consisted of way to many hours and manditory chats. Online classes are supposed to let the student access the course anytime they wish to. She is very unclear about term papers and yet she grades them very unfairly based on the brief instructions given.

The hardest online class ever! You have to write one paper a week, plus read articles, plus do homework, plus do a case study at the end of the class. Oh, did I mention mandatory chats at 11:00 p.m.? I hear she is very good in person but online she is a monster! Take it in person with another teacher, I hear it is an easy A.

SHE IS THE WORST PROF EVER, AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS.

Too much work. For your own sake, Do not take her. Too critical. Starts with full class and just a quarter finish the course. It is good for a master in marketing, not for a class requirement.

If you have a load of CORE classes to worry about DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS! She will give you WORK that will keep you busy for the entire semester! DO NOT TAKE HER ONLINE COURSE.

Donot take this class online or in class. You will fail.She fail our entire class, very nasty and rude professor.

She was not a good teacher. I learned nothing and she didn't seem to listen to her students. I also asked around and other students said she was not good in class or online.

Only class that I do not have an A in. She is unclear, unorganized and not at all helpfull. Grades very hard. Do not take online classes with her!!!

I am very hardworking and this is a terrible professor. I'm in the middle of the semester and she is a nightmare. Grades strictly on composure of essays not content. Super hard grader and assignements she posts are full of typo's and are unclear and then she rips apart your submissions for tiny things such a hypocrite. I will never take her again

worst teacher ever, talks down to you, is unclear on assignments, and doesn't give a lot of opportunities. she claims extra credit is given but grades your extra credit. if you can take this class with someone else, like anyone else. do it

Susan Williams is the worst professor I have had my entire college career. I have maintained a 4.0 for 2 1/2 years at NJCU, but this lady treats me like I am dumb. Her grading is arrogant, and does not reflect the course directions or assignment directions. I am dropping her class. AVOID THIS EGOTISTICAL WOMAN AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a good professor she is high and mighty. Prof. W will make it clear right from the start of the semester. When I took the course during the spring I hated every second of it. I would not take Prof. W again, ever.

This professor is a tough grader and even when you try to do the best you can on your papers, you end up with a low grade. Does not explain anything when you receive a bad grade. Do not take this class if you want to maintain your GPA.

Prof. Susan Williams pretends to care about students, but really does not. She does not provide feedback to guide students, and is quick to penalize students grades. She is also the chair of the Marketing Dept., so the channel for student complaints is very much restricted and deterred. She is very combative with students, should not be in HigherEd

Terrible professor. Professor Williams should not be teaching and should not be dept chair. Awful professor, educator, and leader. She does not write what you did wrong or how you can improve during the course. She does not respond to emails and is not in her office, ever. If you can avoid her do it.

She is not organized at all and no one wants to take her classes. She is also very rude for no reason and thinks that students should show her respect, but does not reciprocate the respect. She doesn't see that the students ARE the client and she is the one providing a service to us in exchange for payment.

Never clear on what is actually expected from assignments and doesn't grade very fair. She will automatically give you an F if it is not to her liking. Does not give good feedback about how to improve your work in the future, rude and very demanding as if students are only taking her class and nothing else. Would not retake with Susan Williams!!!

The professor is very rude. Yells a lot! She is very frustrating, especially because she doesnt explain everything perfectly. Shes all over the place. Very poor in communication skills.

Susan Williams is the worst professor I've had. She's will put you down and make you think your hardwork is below average, when in fact you're an all around A student. She's miserable and negative. She needs an evaluation because as a professor she lacks the skill of explaining what she wants and forgets to realize not everything can be her way.

I would not recommend professor Williams. She's always miserable, always bringing students down. A very tough grader! So no matter how hard you work you will always get a bad grade! Her tests are 75 questions and they are very hard and not enough time to complete them. She needs to calm down! and needs to be evaluated! THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This professor is TERRIBLE! Take a Marketing course with another professor because she is disgusting. She is inconsiderate & disrespectful towards students. She isn't a fair grader at all and gives zeros, even if you have the correct answer because of stupid formatting standards. Stay away from her and she needs to be retrained. Disgusting!!!!!!

No matter how much work and dedication you put in the class, Professor Williams will always find something wrong. Very tough grader. Throws a lot of information at you with minimal assistance. Tests are long with little time to complete.

If you consider yourself hardworking whatsoever and you want your work to be graded fairly, then avoid taking Susan Williams for any course. She is completely incompetent and should not be teaching at NJCU Directions were simply not clear throughout the whole semester and communication was simply nonexistent. Go to a different University for MKGT

There were only three assignments and the rest is extra credit. She creates her own tests which are really wordy and she expects you to remember everything from the chapters.

Do not attempt to take a class with her. Avoid at all costs. She is stress inducing, unsympathetic and passive aggressive. She scrutinizes every single aspect of your work and doesn't even properly criticize you for it. She treats this class like some kind of APA English Composition nightmare. You think you did the best you could? Nah, not to her.

4 major assignments the whole semester. More of a "How to write APA" than a marketing class. Unclear directions. Unfair grading system (or lack thereof). Passed by completing the extra credit, but she doesn't grade those fairly.

This professor was quite honestly the worst I experienced at NJCU. She does not value students' work if it does not align with her expectations or to her liking. If you do the project and she does not like the aesthetic you will fail that assignment. Completely unfair and rigid. I would take any professor in the world besides her.

Does not teach anything about marketing whatsoever. The course should be called APA format.

Just do yourself a favor and do not take her.

Prof Williams doesn't teach or talk about marketing everything is APA. Spends the entire class time talking about how she's looking for another job because NJCU is a failing school.

In my three years of college, I have never had such a terrible professor like her. No marketing is involved, you don't learn its like an English course with APA format. Save yourself. do not take her. I don't understand how she is a professor. She is so terrible and condescending that this is my first time I ever rated a professor to warn anyone.

I am extremely uncomfortable by her comments. Professor Susan Wilson is rude, bully, and thinks she is above others. I pay for a private university to learn from accredited people but Susan Wilson has no research, nothing comes up on Google, has only hobbies on the LUC about. Professor Susan Wilson at Loyola Chicago has no work from her NIU & PhD.

Absolutely clueless about marketing. Whatever she talks about is from 40+ years ago. You can tell she's struggling because of the NJCU merger and she said she's looking for another job and can't find one.

NJCU needs to let this professor go. I am being careful of what I say here so the nicest thing I can say is that she is the lowest quality professor njcu ever had. She is unprofessional rude and the worst professor in this country. I dont know why njcu has this kind of professors. It devalues the school. Completely.

Genuinely the most frustrating experience I have ever had with the most condescending and rude individual at NJCU. She will literally refuse to help you with anything and demand that you read the textbook and guidelines. People like her I swear are sent to us by God to test our patience. She should not be allowed within 500 feet of a classroom.
