She is the best! Yes, there are frequent assignments, but this is a foreign language class! She is liberal with her grading and will take time to help ANYONE who needs it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TEACHER.

Had this prof for all three classes. Its not easy but I did learn espanol. Of all the teachers teaching spanish, I reccomend her.

she is a really good spanish teacher and she will work with students who have difficulty! She encourages everyone to do well and we all do. Her tests aren't too bad if you go to the learning center and sit in on their sessions. Would recommend her above any other spanish language teacher!!!!!!!!!

She is knowledgeable, yet has an accent. We know more English than she does. Every day she will go down the isle with her book in her hand asking stuff in Spanish. How I passed I have no idea. You have to go to the language labs like 8 times or so to get credit. She is good at going Greek too

i was a guest student at macomb and was told to take her because she was helpful and boy were they right! she was great at explaining the material and always has time to answer your questions. i am definitely taking 2360 because i know she'll help me get by and get a passing grade. thanks for everything mrs williams.

This class was soooo boring, but its also very easy. She has a accent and her spelling is off sometimes, but shes not difficult to understand. She hands out all the questions that are going to be on the exam word for word the day before and goes over them. Very optimistic lady.

Mrs. Williams is a very good teacher. She hands out questions before the tests (which are on the test word for word). She also has everyone write down what they are having problems with and she goes over them the day of the test. Explains things well and makes the class fun. Very nice lady as well.

Very easy class. Everything on the tests is given to you and easy enough to learn the day before an exam. Even easier if you attend class. She is pretty easy to understand verbally, but sometimes her written communication is not exactly clear. There where also too many videos.

She is the teacher to take for Spanish. Just do your homework, go to the tutors and attend class and you are guaranteed to do very well. She is a very nice and understanding professor and she is easy to talk to if having difficulty in the class. Take her for Spanish, you will be very happy you did so; she is the best Spanish professor around!

She's a very good instructor and she will help you as long as you tell her your weak point. There are so many things to do for extra credit and if u cannot finish your exams, she will allow you to finish up later in the lab or the next class session. I really recommend her for anybody.

Really cute, helpful, and nice. Took her for intl 2000 and liked her so much i took her again for spanish 2. she really tries to make you feel ready for the tests and comfortable with the material.

Cutest teacher ever, made Spanish fun and never tried to make you feel stupid, SO helpful, gives lots of extra credit, you can miss 5 classes then you get an E, so be careful. Tests were easy, the only part I hated was the "oral" final, we had to speak to her in Spanish, SO nervous, but it was REALLY easy! Got an A! Need to take Spanish? Take HER!!

Very nice teacher! cares about how the students do, but had a good sense of humor. she does have an accent but its easy to understand and kinda cute! offers several ways for extra credit. make sure you attend class and the labs. Great Prof!

Wonderful Teacher, She is Italian with an accent, but she is very clear. Great person in general and funny. Best teacher I ever had, and probably the best dressed person at MCC! If you want or need to take spanish TAKE HER! She tries to make everything extremely easy for you. She goes over the exams word 4 word mins. b4 takintg them! Easy class!

She is simply the best foreign language teacher a M.C.C., either campus, hands down. I can say this because I've studied nearly every language offered. Her beautiful smile welcomes you and her gentle teaching methods allow her to be the best kind of teacher and allows you to succeed. She's aces!!!

Undoubtedly the best professor macomb has to offer. She bends over backwards to help students. She loves the subject and loves to teach it. If the opportunity comes, take her!!!

Susanna is a kind, helpful professor. I recommend you come to class on a regular basis, and don't be late. Other than that, she will accommodate whatever you need to help you pass the class. I have had her for my first two semesters of Spanish, and I am very sad that she will not be teaching Spanish 3 for me to take this semester.

I really enjoyed this class. Professor Williams really cares about her students and does all she can to help them be successful. She is a great teacher and has a wonderful passion for what she does. Learning the language was a little difficult considering this was my first time taking Spanish but I made it through and ended up with a good grade.

Tests are exactly like her study guides. Very helpful and reassuring when you are worried about a test. Go to class, but the labs don't really help too much. Oral presentations are fun and with other students.Good first year spanish class. I've learned a lot.

Nice lady. Her tests are basically the study guides. Very fast pace class. Don't miss class! Easy though, if you do all your homework and study you will get an A. I don't like the labs though, they aren't really helpful. I liked her and I am actually continuing with her Span1270 class.

Susanna is one of the best Spanish professors I've ever had! I took this course as part of the study abroad program in Spain, and I earned an A. She's extremely helpful and willing to work with you. She has a slight accent, but she's very clear in her speech. I highly recommend her to everyone, even beginners!

I took Professor Williams' class 2 semesters ago and still think she is one of the greatest language professors I've ever had the pleasure of having. Her homework is based on the textbook and workbook. She is very interactive with students and wants everyone to do very well. Definitely recommend.

There's only one word I'll use to describe her class-AWESOME! She makes your life much easier. She's a nice human being who likes helping her students at any cost. I'll kill to take SPAN 1270 with her again. I suggest you ONLY take her Spanish class at Macomb and you won't be disappointed. Ms. Williams is so AWESOME :)

Very helpful, a lot of work from book, very laid back and easy to talk to. Great professor. Mandatory tutoring twice per week, so make sure you schedule yourself enough time for this class!

She is a great teacher! The exams are super easy.. She's very lenient with how she grades oral exams, and assignments..I've talked to a few students who have a different professor and they regret not choosing her!

She's one of the BEST professors ever! Tests may be easy because they're like the study guides, attendance is a must because so much is offered in class! Also, performed a skit w/vocab&grammar from each chap. Was hard getting together w/group to write & practice. However, TOTALLY helped us learn it better! Not to mention how fun it was doing them!

I LOVED señora Williams! I wish I had her for Spanish 1260, I feel that if I did, I would have understood the material a lot better in 1270. I'm sure if I had her for 1260, I would've gotten an A in this class. For as confused as I was, she really helped me understand the concepts. She was also patient with me, which I really appreciated.

Profesora Susana Williams is a great teacher. also , she is a nice person ,kind, helpful. she explains clearly the grammar and she helps the students to understand well. she courage the students to prepare oral presentation for every chapter that really helps us to improve the pronunciation .I 'll take the next level with her .she is amazing

A lot of homework online. Super nice lady and willing to help you. After class labs are mandatory and are like a practice of the class lecture. Reviews are given before tests and they're the same. You have to give a short oral presentation along with tests, but you speak a few sentences describing a picture you get ahead of time. Lenient grader.

Professor Williams is extremely passionate about her classes, and she makes sure that everyone comes to an understanding of the material being presented. I loved this class, and I would definitely take another class with her.

Ms Williams is probably the nicest prof I've had thus far. I think some profs show up to school for a paycheck, but not her. She is genuinely passionately about teaching and actually cares. Her grading is incredibly lenient, I should have gotten an F on my midterm, she gave me a low C somehow. By any means necessary I will take her next semester.

Professora Williams is so far one of my favorites! Extremely kind and caring. She helps with assignments and exams. Her lectures were completely in Spanish, however she helped and made sure students didn't fall to far behind. Would take her again and recommend her to anyone! Spanish 3 was difficult for me to understand and keep up with but professor Williams was great help and patient. She made classes enjoyable and comfortable. The class is difficult and exams are tough, but study and ask questions and you'll pass. Keep up with the homework because there is a ton.

Señora Williams was very nice & sweet. She offered help throughout the semester & was very flexible on due dates. The spanish class was a hybrid & attendance is graded since it's only once a week. Don't BS the online homework. No written test, only online & an oral for every chapter, midterm & final. Easy grader. Super easy A if you keep up.

Excellent Spanish teacher! If you are wanting to take Spanish, Take it with Prof. Williams. She is super sweet and a very good teacher. Always keeps you interested. Her quizzes are exactly like the study guides she hands out. SHE MAKES SPANISH SO MUCH FUN.

She is a real gem. She really appreciates hard work, and you will see that in your grades. There is a lot of online homework but it makes you understand the material in class. She is willing to check your scripts for your oral tests and gives you feedback on them before you present! As long as you are trying, there is no reason to fail this class.

Susanna Williams is a wonderful teacher of Elementary Spanish 2 (SPAN1270)! She is very kind, encouraging, and fun. She requires a lot of online homework, but the work itself is easy. She is also an easy grader on tests. Labs are required outside of class. Her lectures are taught mostly in Spanish, so knowing the basics beforehand will be helpful.

I love professor Williams! She is so funny and sweet. This class only met once a week, so there was lots of online homework to do. It wasn't anything too bad though. This professor is lenient and always will definitely help you out with whatever you need! There is lots of extra credit available!

I have taken about six Spanish classes in my life. Out of all six, hers was the best. She is like a mom, caring and sweet. When you ask her for help, she is always happy to help. She has so much passion for her job and you can see that passion bleed through her eyes and soul when she is teaching. Take her! She breaks up the online which is better.

Shes an amazing professor and has a very bright personality. Shell be a bit lenient with mistakes as long as you show youre putting effort into your studies. There are study guides for every exam and shes always encouraging students to ask for help if they need it.

I cannot stress how great she is. She is caring and has a good heart. I learned so much from her than I did from other professors and from my own research. She went out of her way to create an independent studies class for me because they canceled the class and I needed it. Its just as if it was in class but 1 on 1. She helped me professionally 2!

Professor Williams is the sweetest professor Ive had at Macomb. Youll learn right from the get go shes serious about Spanish, as you should be too! Be ready to learn, and do your best, and shell see that & will help you tremendously! Trust me if youre taking 1460 take her!

Profe Williams, is the best professor for beginner Spanish. She will work with you and help you as much as you need. She does give lots of homework but its not all due in one day. Everything is spaced out. It's very hard to fail her class. Get the online access code you don't need the hardcover textbook. She gives you the cheeper version on online.

Professor Williams was great. A lot of work is through VHL, it almost mirrors whats in the text. The midterm and final oral exams are through zoom with her. She is patient during both. Grades assignments right away and gives good feedback. Youre quiz have two parts, oral and written. I would take her again.

Super nice and great professor but be ready to work, there is a lot of homework per week that may take a few hours to complete but it is super easy to get a good grade on as long as you pay attention. She isn't a tough grader and sometimes helps on the speaking Midterm/Final. I would take her again for Span 2.

Lots of homework but is a very helpful caring professor. Ive spent hours a week on this class which Im not thrilled about but Ive learned a lot. Id take this class in a 16 week format next time instead of 8. Be prepared for oral exams face-to-face with the professor.

This was an 8 week class and it was a lot of work. I was doing about 3 hours of work 4 days a week. All that being said Professor Williams is a wonderful instructor. She consistently gave me great feedback, and I always felt like she gave me a better grade than I deserved. She really cares about her students and puts in effort to help!

This professor is one of the best ones I've had. She was super kind to me and I went to tutoring with her almost every week and she helped me all the time. She offers lots of help and there is lots of homework but if you time manage and create a schedule you will be fine and she offers so many resources. I recommend her for Italian class for sure!

She was a great professor. As someone who has not taken Spanish in over 8 years, this class was an easy A. Stay on top of your assignments, there are usually different assignments due Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. She puts in grades very fast too. I would recommend her for any Spanish class.

Made learning Italian fun and easy. She is very avalible to answer any questions and gives good feedback. However, this is an online course, so the difficulty just stems from having to teach yourself basically. But again she makes it so much better.
